    Opis:
    Geometrical measurements of car bodies appear mainly in connection with post accident repair processes. They appear also independently in diagnostic measurements. Presentation of measuring systems is very actual in relation to a large number of car accidents. Diagnostic tests of repaired car body and restoring its nominal sizes are essential for safe traffic. The subject area is particularly interesting for service and repairing units e.g. tinsmith's workshops, but also for car experts. In the article, the methods of car body measurements will be characterized on the example of the use of simple telescopic gauges up to fully computerized electronic measuring systems. The examples of measuring card with basic points, being the nominal points’ coordinates, are presented as well as suggestions concerning the kinds of measuring tips ascribed to those points. Each card with basic points is characteristic only for a particular type of a car body. The examples of illustrations, with visible points on a car body where a prescribed measuring tip should be applied, are also shown. At the end an attempt of measurements' accuracy estimation will be presented on the example of one of electronic measuring devices.

    Celem pracy było wykazanie wpływu prędkości głowicy pomiarowej na wartości pomiarowe podstawowych wyróżników profilowej analizy tekstury (TPA), takich jak: twardość I i II, kohezyjność, adhezyjność, elastyczność, żujność i gumiastość oraz odbojność. Badany materiał poddawano dwukrotnemu ściskaniu do 50% pierwotnej wysokości przy prędkościach głowicy: 0,5; 0,83 1,0; 1,2; 1,5 (mm·s-1). Analizie poddano sześcienne próbki sera śmietankowego typu włoskiego Capresi o długości boku 15 mm. Uzyskane wyniki badań wykazały, że statystycznie istotne różnice (przy α=0,05) zanotowano tylko w nielicznych przypadkach pomiędzy wynikami uzyskanymi dla poszczególnych analizowanych poziomów prędkości głowicy pomiarowej, jednak można zaobserwować wyraźne trendy zmian wartości wyróżników TPA w miarę jej wzrostu czy spadku. Zaobserwować można wzrost wyróżników twardości I i II w miarę zwiększania prędkości głowicy pomiarowej (jednak bez potwierdzenia statystycznie istotnych różnic przy α=0,05). Podobny trend obserwować można także dla wyróżnika gumiastość oraz żujność w zakresie prędkości głowicy od 1,0 do 1,5 (mm·s-1).
    The objective of the paper was to obtain the impact of the velocity of measuring head on measuring values of basic differentiators of the profile analysis of texture (TPA) such as: hardness I and II, cohesiveness, adhesiveness, elasticity, chewability and gumminess as well as resilience. The investigated material was subject to double compression to 50% of original height at the following head speeds: 0.5; 0.83 1.0; 1.2; 1.5 (mm·s-1). Cubic samples of cream cheese of Italian type Capresi with the side length of 15 (mm) were analysed. The obtained test results proved that statistically significant differences (at α=0.05) were reported only in few cases between the results obtained for particular analysed levels of the measuring head speed. However, one may report clear trends of changes of TPA differentiators values with increase or decrease. The increase of hardness differentiators I and II may be reported with the increase of the measuring head speed (however without confirmation of statistically significant differences at α=0.05). A similar trend may be also reported for gumminess and chewability differentiator on account of the head speed from 1.0 to 1.5 (mm·s-1).

    A mathematical method and the computer algorithm have been developed for determining the slope, straightness deviation and root-mean square roundness deviation for a line in space. The parameters describing the line location have been determined using the orthogonal regression analysis and the least squares method. The lines approximating true line location have been assumed to include the gravity center for the measured points set. satisfying the condition for the minimum value of a Lagrange function with side condition, one can derive a system of homogeneous equations with two unknowns for two unknowns for the spatial line case. By solving these equations, the eigenvalue, n , i =1, 2 and the i eigenvector l (2, 2) could have been determined; l (2, 2) being the normal vectors of the approximating lines including the gravity center. The normal vector to the line to be determined corresponds to the minimum eigenvalue l , i =1, 2.
    W artykule przedstawiono podstawy matematyczne i obliczenia nachyleń prostych, o prostolinowości i odchyłek prostolinowości wzgldem prostej 2D i odchyłkę prostolinowości średnio kwadratową. Parametry prostej wyznaczono za pomocą regresji stosując metodę najmniejszych kwadratów.

    Szablon profilu aerodynamicznego wykonano metodą wycinania WEDM na wycinarce Robofil 440 SLP. Profil mierzono metodą skanowania na współrzędnościowej maszynie pomiarowej (WMP) sztywną głowicą z trzpieniem walcowym. Wynikiem pomiaru jest zbiór tekstowy współrzędnych punktów środka trzpienia walcowego przesuwającego się wzdłuż zamkniętego wewnętrznego profilu w szablonie. Opracowano oprogramowanie, które oblicza: odległości punktów o tym samych indeksach leżących w dwóch równolicznych zbiorach, po skanowaniu i w zbiorze offsetowym zbioru zadanego RDTW. Ponadto, oblicza odchyłki graniczne minimalne, maksymalne, ich indeksy oraz współrzędną wzdłuż mierzonego profilu.
    The aerodynamic profile template was made by WEDM cutting on a Robofil 440 SLP cutter. The profile was measured by scanning on a coordinate measuring machine (WMP) with a rigid cylinder head. The result of the measurement is a text set with coordinates of the points of the cylindrical center moving along the closed internal profile in the template. Software was developed that calculates: point distances with the same indexes lying in two equal sets after scanning and in the offset set of the RDTW set. In addition, it calculates the minimum and maximum limit deviations, their indexes and the coordinate along the measured profile.

    The development of the automotive industry is conditioned by the application of production technologies, which directly depend on production volumes. Today's development of car production is possible only in conjunction with the volume of production, ensuring both the parameters of assembly and production quality. Their constant monitoring is related to the application of the verification tools and technologies used. Such is the length measurement process that needs to be precise in the automotive industry. The paper analyzes the precision length measurement system and its dynamic characteristics. The research is applied to solve the problems of dynamic processes of a precision length measuring system, and the obtained results can be used in the development of precision systems for other purposes. The obtained results describe the vibrations of the length measuring system housing and the measuring head, which show the weak points of the system at the respective frequencies. The paper analyzes the precision length measurement system and its dynamic characteristics.
