    Opis:
    The paper deals with the possibilities the Czech Ombudsman has to influence the decision-making of the administrative courts in the Czech Republic. It describes both direct and indirect means of their influence, with the emphasis on the indirect means, as the direct means are very limited in the Czech Republic and are rarely used. The first part is concerned with the enumeration of means of how the opinions of the Ombudsman can become known to the administrative courts and their description and analyses the efficiency of the means described. The second part deals with the problems which occur while trying to assess their efficiency and mentions possible improvements.

    Opis:
    Celem artykułu jest określenie specyfiki oraz częstotliwości występowania środków leksykalnych w tym również środków stylistycznych, wykorzystywanych w nagłówkach artykułów takich czasopism jak „Домашний очаг” i „Psychologies”. Analizie poddano treść poszczególnych nagłówków zamieszczanych w czasopismach, ukazujących się w okresie od stycznia 2018 r. do sierpnia 2019 r. Analiza nagłówków zamieszczanych na stronach współczesnych czasopism dla kobiet pozwoliła przedstawić potencjał systemu leksykalnego, który daje szerokie możliwości oddziaływania na odbiorcę, także w ramach teorii gender, jako że pozwala określić jaki obraz współczesnej kobiety kształtują dane czasopisma. Co ciekawe, chociaż oba czasopisma wykorzystują te same środki wyrazu, których podstawą jest emocjonalność, to jednak wyłania się z nich zupełnie inny obraz kobiety, co potwierdzają liczne przykłady stanowiące podstawę materiału analitycznego.
    The aim of the article is to define the specificity and frequency of occurrence of lexical means, including stylistic means, used in the headlines of articles of such magazines as “Domašnij očag” and “Psychologies”. The content of individual headlines in magazines, published in the period from January 2018 to August 2019, was analysed. The analysis of headlines published on the pages of contemporary women’s magazines allowed the presentation of the potential of the lexical system, which gives wide possibilities for influencing the recipient, also in terms of gender studies as it allows the definition of what image of a modern woman is created by the given magazines. What is interesting, although both magazines use the same means of expression based on emotionality, is the completely different image of a woman that emerges from them, which is confirmed by numerous examples which are the basis of the analytical material.

    Opis:
    Goal – improving the legal regulation of social influence as a means of correction of convicted persons; expansion of forms of social influence as a means of correction; resocialization and re‑adaptation in civil society of persons convicted of imprisonment. Research methodology – the object of the study is public relations that arise during using social influence as a means of correction on convicted persons sentenced to imprisonment. Subject of research: norms of criminal, penal legislation, other rules of law governing the social influence on prisoners sentenced to imprisonment; theoretical provisions and scientific views on the issue of the effectiveness of using means to achieve the goals of criminal responsibility. In the research process, a systematic approach was used, as well as a method of legal modeling, historical, logical, statistical and comparative legal methods. Score/results – the determination of the content of social influence on persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty as one of the means of their correction will make it possible to establish its place in the system of fixed assets to achieve the goals of criminal responsibility, applied in accordance with the criminal‑executive legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Possibility of increasing the level of social re‑adaptation and re‑socialization of convicts serving sentences related to the strict isolation of convicts from society through the use of civil society institutions. Originality/value – the article emphasizes the need to supplement of Criminal Code of the the Republic of Belarus with regulations allowing the participation of representatives of civil society in the resocialization of convicts.
