Niniejsza praca ma na celu wykazanie, iż subkultura technomaniaków lub technomanów jest czymś więcej niż tylko subkulturą młodych ludzi. Członkowie owej subkultury doświadczają często duchowych doznań oraz przemian podczas imprez masowych. Eskapizm uczestników imprez związanych z muzyką techno został przeanalizowany w pracy pod względem językowo-kulturowym. Autorzy sugerują trzy obszary, które mają wpływ na terapeutyczne właściwości imprez masowych oraz doznawanie przez ich uczestników „podróży” (ang. trips). W pracy przeanalizowano 120 słów i zwrotów związanych z muzyką elektroniczną na podstawie materiału źródłowego dostępnego na największym Forum Muzyki Elektronicznej, które istnieje od 2009 roku. Obszerna analiza literatury dotyczącej języka i kultury stanowi tło teoretyczne do analizy subkultury techno i pozwala wskazać, jak blisko związane są ze sobą te dwa terminy.
This paper aims to demonstrate that techno subculture is more than just a subculture of young people. The members of this subculture often experience spiritual and religious awakening and changes during mass events. The escapism of participants of mass events is subjected to socio-cultural and linguistic analysis. The authors suggest three areas that have an impact on the therapeutic properties of mass events and their participants experiencing “the trips”. The authors analysed 120 words and phrases concerning electronic music on the basis of source material available since 2009 through Forum Muzyki Elektronicznej (Electronic Music Forum). An extensive analysis of the literature related to language and culture builds the theoretical framework for the analysis of techno subculture and indicates how closely these two terms are related.

Niniejsze opracowanie ma na celu przedstawienie reakcji na naruszenia zakazu wstępu na imprezę masową, orzekanego na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 20 marca 2009 r. o bezpieczeństwie imprez masowych (art. 65 u.b.i.m.) oraz kodeksu karnego (art. 41b k.k.). Naruszenie zakazu, niezależnie od tego, czy został orzeczony za przestępstwo, czy wykroczenie, jest zawsze przestępstwem – określonym bądź w art. 244 k.k. (niestosowanie się do samego zakazu), bądź – niejako pomocniczo - w art. 244a § 1 k.k. (niestosowanie się do orzeczonego w związku z takim zakazem obowiązku przebywania w miejscu stałego pobytu lub obowiązku stawiennictwa w jednostce organizacyjnej policji lub w miejscu określonym przez właściwego (...) komendanta (...) policji, w czasie trwania imprezy masowej), bądź wreszcie w art. 244a § 2 k.k. (udaremnianie lub utrudnianie kontrolowania (...) w systemie dozoru elektronicznego, orzeczonego (...) obowiązku).

The article analyzes the media broadcasts in the evening editions of the news broadcasts on TVP and TVN (with different ownership forms) concerning the events at the Poland-Belarus border. Examined were the content, its form, visual and auditory messages. The analyzed aspects are enumerated to distinguish the broadcaster of the TV message, showing possible similarities and differences in that message. In this way, the author wanted to answer, if there is a difference in the presentation of the same political event by depending on who is the owner of the medium. As a background for the conducted research, the author presents theoretical issues concerning the mediatization of the political sphere and the agenda-setting theory.

Purpose. This research covers the issues of reformatting frames of cultural public events in mass media. The author identifies the problem of breaking the link between real cultural activity and the virtual reality of the media, emphasizing the negative impact on audiences. Public receives from media distorted picture of the world, in the way as it is exposed by the producers of information imagination. Media agenda forms the view of historical traditions, economic and political influences, since the media in Ukraine are dependent on their owners and politicians. Journalists, media publishers, media editors claim to have knowledge of society and impose agenda, which is theirs a subjective representation but not the reflection about the world in its diversity. Therefore, the key issue of this research is as follows: How could journalists create reports about culture events without distorting the picture of reality? Methods. The study has aimed to identify the potential of cultural themes for journalism through the prism of mass communication theory, taking into account the basic criteria of international journalism standard. Methods which have been used are: case study to outline the problem and discourse analysis to define trends of public messages creation and to understand their perception in a socio-cultural context. Results. Analyzing messages about specific cases of public events author has presents model for decoding of public event message on two levels – creation by initiators and perception by audiences in the context of political and cultural changes.

Safety as a state that gives a sense of confidence and a guarantee of its maintaining may also act as an element motivating to use a product or service, certainty of use of the product and the certainty of using the service. In the second approach, mass-specific services, including sports services related to the operation of sports clubs, are a service specific in terms of security. The entity providing them should ensure the safety of all its participants, from sportsmen to sports spectators. The aim of the article is to present partial results of research results on the relationship between the sense of safety of sports club fans and active participation in a sports event. The research covered a group of 1127 people surveyed in the first half of 2018 using a direct questionnaire on fans of sports teams and research on secondary sources. The main hypothesis is that a sporting event allows to extend a marketing offer to new segments, enrich the expanded sports product, set new pricing strategies and use promotion only when a viewer has a high sense of security. In this approach, it is security from the point of view of the customer that determines the use of a sports service, but also satisfaction, and, in the future, also loyalty.

The purpose of this article is to present selected aspects of risk management in the context of safety issues when organizing mass events. The article deals with the issue of terrorist attacks during sports events that have taken place in the modern world. Additionally, selected risk management techniques are discussed and examples of their application when organizing safe mass events are presented. The abovementioned techniques are characterized on the example of the organization of EURO 2012.
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych aspektów zarządzania ryzykiem w bezpiecznej organizacji imprez masowych. W artykule poruszono kwestie ataków terrorystycznych podczas imprez sportowych, które miały miejsce we współczesnym świecie. Dodatkowo omówiono wybrane techniki zarządzania ryzykiem oraz przedstawiono przykładowe ich zastosowanie w bezpiecznej organizacji imprez masowych. Wybrane techniki scharakteryzowano na przykładzie organizacji EURO 2012.

Przestępczość i nienawiść mają swoją ugruntowaną pozycję w przestrzeni imprez masowych organizowanych w Polsce. Najtrudniejsza sytuacja dotyczy rozgrywek piłki nożnej, zwłaszcza szczebla krajowego. Mimo zmian prawnych i wielu przedsięwzięć podejmowanych przez kluby, Policję i inne instytucje, sytuacja nie ulega zmianie, co więcej pojawiają się symptomy jej pogarszania. Niezwykle niepokojące jest to, że te nieformalne grupy tworzą struktury funkcjonujące na zasadach charakterystycznych dla przestępczości zorganizowanej. Przedmiotem badań niniejszej publikacji były zjawiska przestępczości i nienawiści pojawiające sięw przestrzeni imprez masowych organizowanych w Polsce, celem natomiast określenie przyczyn i przedstawienie wniosków dotyczących koniecznych działań, na podstawie analizy, dokonanej przez pryzmat statystyk i dokumentów sprawozdawczych. Wykorzystano metody charakterystyczne dla badań o profilu teoretycznym, przywołano też wyniki badań ankietowych prowadzonych w 2014 r. Podstawowe problemy badawcze dotyczyły poszukiwania odpowiedzi na następujące pytania: –  Czy determinacja działań Policji w zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa turnieju finałowego EURO 2012 przyniosła uspokojenie nastrojów i poprawę bezpieczeństwa w obszarze imprez masowych? –  Jak przedstawia się obecnie skala przestępczości, czynów chuligańskich oraz zbiorowych naruszeń bezpieczeństwa i porządku publicznego w związku z organizowanymi imprezami masowymi w Polsce? –  Czy działania w tym obszarze mają charakter systemowych, trwałych i konsekwentnych rozwiązań? Hipoteza zakładała: że, mimo podejmowania, przez organy bezpieczeństwa publicznego, szeroko zakrojonych działań, stan przestępczości i głęboko zakorzeniona nienawiść, do zidentyfikowanych przeciwników klubowych i ideologicznych, są ciągle znakiem rozpoznawczym środowisk kibolskich uczestniczących w części imprez masowych w Polsce. Brak kontynuacji dobrych rozwiązań, dostrzeganie problemu jedynie przez pryzmat zaistniałych incydentów, brak części danych statystycznych dających możliwość przygotowania precyzyjnych analiz naukowych, każą zachować umiar w przewidywaniu pozytywnych zmian w tej wąskiej przestrzeni bezpieczeństwa publicznego.
Crime and hatred have been a permanent part of mass events organized in Poland. The situation is the most difficult in the case of football matches, especially at the national level. Despite legal changes and many measures adopted by sports clubs, the police and other institutions, not only has the situation not changed but there are symptoms of its deterioration. It is extremely worrying that these informal groups form structures that operate following the principles characteristic of organized crime. The subject of study in this article are the phenomena of crime and hatred occurring at mass events organized in Poland; its purpose is to identify the causes and present conclusions regarding necessary actions, based on an analysis of statistics and reports. Methods characteristic of theoretical studies have been employed developing this study, as well as the results of surveys conducted in 2014. The basic research problems involve finding answers to the following questions: –  Did the determination of police in ensuring the safety of the EURO 2012 final tournament calm the mood and improve security of mass events? –  What is the current scale of crime, hooligan acts and collective violations of security and public order in relation to mass events organized in Poland today? –  Are the solutions in this area systemic, durable and consistent?The hypothesis was that, although public security authorities have been implementing a wide range of measures, crime and deep-rooted hatred towards enemy clubs and ideological opponents continue to be a hallmark of football fan circles and thus of some mass events organized in Poland. The inconsistent continuation of good practices adopted in the past, perceiving the problem only in terms of isolated incidents, and the lack of statistics that would help to prepare precise scientific analyses, all require moderation in predicting positive changes in this narrow area of public security.

W opracowaniu poruszono zagadnienia bezpieczeństwa imprez masowych w epoce starożytnej, podstaw prawnych organizacji takich przedsięwzięć w antycznym Rzymie. Przedstawiono w nim także kalendarium imprez masowych w Imperium Rzymskim, kwestie kolejności zajmowania miejsc na widowni oraz problem odpowiedzialności pomysłodawców wydarzeń społecznych, a także źródła finansowania. W dalszej części przedstawiono aktualny stan bezpieczeństwa imprez masowych i wskazano tragedie na stadionach, które doprowadziły do obecnego stanu systemów prewencji.
The publication discusses the security issues of mass events in the ancient era, the legal basis for the organization of such ventures in ancient Rome. It also shows the calendar of mass events in the Roman Empire, the issues of the order of occupying seats in the audience and the problem of the responsibility of the originators of social events, as well as the sources of financing. The next part presents the current state of safety of mass events and shows the tragedies in stadiums that led to the current state of prevention systems.

W artykule opisano wymogi prawne dotyczące organizacji masowych imprez sportowych, przede wszystkim pod kątem bezpieczeństwa. Przedstawiono w nim zakres obowiązków, jakie musi spełnić organizator, oraz wymogi dotyczące jego kompetencji, wiedzy i doświadczenia, a także powinności uczestników imprezy, czyli nakazy i zakazy wynikające bezpośrednio z ustawy o bezpieczeństwie imprez masowych oraz regulaminu danego obiektu. Wskazano także odpowiednie służby, które pilnują ładu i porządku podczas tego typu wydarzeń. Poza tym przybliżono cały proces pobytu na stadionie, czyli identyfikację uczestników, sprzedaż biletów czy kwestię wstępu na mecz osoby niepełnoletniej. Poruszono również tematykę zakazów stadionowych.
The article describes the legal requirements for the organization of mass sports events, primarily in terms of security. It presents the scope of duties that must be met by the organizer and the requirements concerning his competences, knowledge and experience, as well as the obligations of the participants of the event, that is orders and prohibitions resulting directly from the law on the safety of mass events and regulations of the given facility. The appropriate services were also pointed out, which ensure order and order during such events. In addition, the whole process of staying at the stadium was approximated, i.e. identification of participants, sale of tickets or the issue of entering a match for a minor. The subject of stadium bans was also discussed.

This article aims at analysing the punitive measure in the form of a ban on participation at mass events in the view of the criminal law. The study refers to not only the ratio legis of implementing that institution but also to the statutory prerequisites determining the justifiability of adjudicating that measure. Further, the article also presents possible forms of the said ban, as well as the legal consequences related to the infringement thereof. In the end notes, the study highlights the basic interpretation diffi culties related to the application of the discussed regulation. Furthermore, the article expresses the view that ensuring security during mass events requires, in fact, the application of a number of mechanisms, both of a legal and an extralegal nature.
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest prawnokarna analiza środka karnego w postaci zakazu wstępu na imprezę masową. W opracowaniu tym odwołano się nie tylko do ratio legis wprowadzenia tej instytucji, lecz także do ustawowych przesłanek determinujących zasadność orzeczenia tego środka. W dalszej kolejności wskazano również możliwe postacie omawianego zakazu, a także konsekwencje prawne związane z jego nieprzestrzeganiem. W ramach uwag końcowych zasygnalizowano z kolei podstawowe trudności interpretacyjne, które wiążą się ze stosowaniem omawianej regulacji. Ponadto, wyrażono pogląd, iż zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa podczas imprez masowych wymaga w istocie zaangażowania szeregu mechanizmów zarówno o charakterze prawnym, jak i pozaprawnym.

Opis:
This publication presents the importance of the coordination of initiatives aimed to correct preparation and safety management events. Polish legislation covering the thematic range of issues, indicated since 1997 the  coordination process, as an important element of the construction of the security of mass events, which took the proper meaning just before the final tournament Euro 2012. Still, in the current regulations, there is no indicated coordinator of this process, thus also of his duties. Author of the paper tries to draw attention to the need to solve this problem in future regulations.
W niniejszej publikacji przedstawiono znaczenie działań związanych z koordynacją przedsięwzięć zmierzających do prawidłowego przygotowania i kierowania bezpieczeństwem imprez masowych. Ustawodawstwo polskie obejmujące ten zakres tematyczny zagadnień, wskazywało już od 1997 r. proces koordynacji, jako ważny element budowy bezpieczeństwa imprez masowych, który właściwego znaczenia nabrał dopiero przed turniejem finałowym Euro 2012. Nadal jednak, w obowiązujących regulacjach prawnych, nie wskazano koordynatora tego procesu, tym samym również jego obowiązków. Autor publikacji stara się zwrócić uwagę na konieczność rozwiązania tego problemu w przyszłych  regulacjach prawnych.

W artykule omówiona została problematyka dotycząca zagadnień związanych z organizacją imprez masowych. Przedstawiono zasady organizacji imprezy masowej jako systemu, w którym logistyka jest niezwykle ważnym elementem–przedstawiono zarówno istotę, jak i znaczenie wsparcia logistycznego w organizowaniu imprez o charakterze masowym. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie procedury organizacji Air Show jako imprezy masowej. W części pierwszej przedstawiono wybrane zagadnienia teoretyczne dotyczące logistycznej obsługi imprez masowych. Przedmiotem rozważań ujętych w drugiej części artykułu jest organizacja imprezy masowej Air Show w Radomiu jako studium przypadku. Wskazano podmioty odpowiedzialne za organizację i finansowanie tego przedsięwzięcia. Przedstawiono szczegółowy harmonogram działań warunkujących prawidłowy przebieg imprezy. Położono nacisk na znaczenie służb odpowiedzialnych za bezpieczeństwo i porządek. Logistyczna obsługa Air Show wiąże się również z zapewnieniem dojazdu do lotniska ze stref parkingowych. Biorąc pod uwagę charakter, w tym rangę i wielkość tego rodzaju wydarzenia, w artykule uwzględniono wszystkie te elementy, które składają się na logistyczną obsługę imprezy masowej - Air Show. Artykuł składa się z dwóch części, teoretycznej - przygotowanej w odniesieniu do uregulowań prawnych stosowanych w zakresie organizacji imprez masowych i empirycznej - opracowanej na podstawie obserwacji i badań własnych przeprowadzonych przez autorki artykułu.
In the article there was discussed issues related to organization of the mass events. There was presented rules of organizing a mass event as an element of logistics development – presented both the essence and the importance of logistical support in the organization of the mass events. In the first part there was presented some selected theoretical issues related to logistic service of the mass event. The subject of reflection in the second part of this article is organization of the mass event Air Show in Radom as a case of study. There was indicated the entities responsible for organizing and financing this event. There was presented detailed schedule of activities that will determine the correct course of the event. There was emphasized on the importance of security and ordering services. Logistical service of Air Show is also related to the availability of access to the airport form the parking areas. All these elements make up the logistic service of the mass event, emphasizing the high importance and magnitude of this kind of event.

Woodstock Festival is one of the largest mass events organized in Poland. It is organized by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, which thus would like to thank all the volunteers supporting it during rebounds in the January. Every year to Kostrzyn nad Odrą it arrives hundreds of thousands of people, which should be provided security. In numerous media reports Woodstock Festival is known as the safest mass event in Poland. The purpose of this article is to answer two questions: whether the Festival are met all the requirements specified in the act on safety of mass events and implementing acts, and whether the festival has rightly deserves to be called a safe mass event.
