    In this paper, we present an overview of the main lines of action in order to reshape the society in Brazil so that it is economically viable, socially just and environmentally sus-tainable. The proposals are divided into four pillars: 1) productive inclusion, focusing in particular on our main challenge, inequality; 2) the financial mechanisms, focusing on the necessary financial policy measures so that the resources serve development; 3) modernization of management and decision-making processes that are currently inoperative, in the sense of decentralization and community empowerment, taking advantage of network connectivity; 4) rethinking the political base of support to the new dynamics of inclusive development.

    The subject of consideration of the following study is the application of the principles of sustainable development in shaping the company's warehouse space. Sustainable enterprise development exists when enterprises take care of their external and internal environment, and implement the principles of rational management in all areas of activity. Proper storage space management is associated with the rationalization of many important aspects of the organization's activities. The article presents the most important assumptions of the concept of sustainable development and the mechanism of functioning of this concept in relation to the management of the enterprise in the area of shaping the warehouse space. Based on the description of Danone's activity, an attempt was made to find elements of sustainable development in the development of storage space

    W warunkach dużej konkurencji rynkowej ważnym zagadnieniem dla przedsiębiorstw jest racjonalne gospodarowanie zasobami ludzkimi. Sukces przedsiębiorstwa na rynku jest wynikiem właściwego doboru, motywowania i utrzymania kompetentnych pracowników, którzy najlepiej będą realizować jego cele. Konieczność innowacyjności i dostosowania się do zmian wymaga od przedsiębiorstwa m.in. zastosowania nowoczesnych form zarządzania i elastycznych struktur zatrudnienia. Elastyczne formy zatrudnienia dostosowują liczbę i rodzaj pracowników do ilościowego, jakościowego i czasowego zapotrzebowania na pracę w zmiennych warunkach otoczenia. Prowadzą one do pełnego wykorzystania potencjału i czasu pracy zaangażowanych pracowników oraz pozwalają na obniżenie kosztów działania. Model „elastycznej firmy” warunkuje optymalne zatrudnienie. Artykuł poświęcony jest problematyce dotyczącej kształtowania racjonalnej struktury zatrudnienia na podstawie koncepcji elastycznego zarządzania firmą. Wyjaśniono najważniejsze definicje związane z zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi oraz dokonano oceny czynników wpływających na zmiany stanu i struktury zatrudnienia w polskich przedsiębiorstwach. Omówiono także model elastycznej firmy i elastyczne formy zatrudnienia, coraz częściej wykorzystywane przez przedsiębiorstwa. Rozważania przeprowadzono, opierając się na analizie literatury przedmiotu oraz praktykach stosowanych obecnie w przedsiębiorstwach.
    In the highly competitive market the rational management of human resources is of great importance to a company. The success of the company in the market is the result of proper selection, motivation and maintaining competent staff who will best fulfil its objectives. The need for innovation and adapting to the changes required by the company include the use of new forms of management and flexible employment structures. Flexible forms of employment adjust the number and kind of employees to quantitative, qualitative and temporal needs of work in varying environments. They lead to full utilisation of potential and working time of the employees and allow for lower operating costs. The model of “flexible firm” determines the optimal employment. The article is devoted to the issues concerning the development of an optimal structure of employment on the basis of the concept of flexible business management. It explains the main definitions related to human resources management and evaluates factors affecting changes in the level and structure of employment in Polish enterprises. It also discusses the model of flexible firm and flexible forms of employment, increasingly used by companies. The reflections were based on the analysis of literature and current practices in enterprises.

    Opis:
    The paper deals with problem of optimal used automatic workplace for HPDC technology - mainly from aspects of operations sequence, efficiency of work cycle and planning of using and servicing of HPDC casting machine. Presented are possible ways to analyse automatic units for HPDC. The experimental part was focused on the rationalization of the current work cycle time for die casting of aluminium alloy. The working place was described in detail in the project. The measurements were carried out in detail with the help of charts and graphs mapped cycle of casting workplace. Other parameters and settings have been identified. The proposals for improvements were made after the first measurements and these improvements were subsequently verified. The main actions were mainly software modifications of casting center. It is for the reason that today's sophisticated workplaces have the option of a relatively wide range of modifications without any physical harm to machines themselves. It is possible to change settings or unlock some unsatisfactory parameters.
