W artykule przedstawiono, w ogólnym zarysie, problematykę związaną z szacowaniem kosztów cyklu życia systemów uzbrojenia, a w szczegółowym, szacowanie kosztów eksploatacji bojowych pojazdów wojskowych. Zaprezentowano pojęcie cyklu życia systemów uzbrojenia w rozumieniu NATO i Sił Zbrojnych RP. Przedstawiono również klasyczny przebieg kosztów cyklu życia obiektów technicznych. Opisano model szacowania koszów cyklu życia pojazdu bojowego oraz zobrazowano graficznie przykładową strukturę kosztów cyklu życia pojazdu bojowego. W podsumowaniu wykazano najważniejsze kosztotwórcze elementy cyklu życia pojazdu bojowego oraz sformułowano wnioski końcowe.
The article presents, in general terms, the problems associated with estimating life cycle costs of weapon systems, and in detail, estimating the operating and maintenance costs of military combat vehicles. The concepts of the life cycle of weapon systems for the purposes of NATO and the Polish Armed Forces were presented. The classic course of life cycle costs of technical objects was also presented. The article describes a model for estimating life cycle costs of combat vehicles and graphically illustrated example of the structure of the life cycle costs of combat vehicles. The summary showed the costest formed elements of the life cycle of combat vehicles and formulated conclusions. - Źródło:
