Opis:: Efektywność procesów logistycznych wymaga ustawicznego monitorowania metod i narzędzi wspierających podejmowanie decyzji na poziomie operacyjnym. W przypadku każdej z faz przepływu materiałowego niezbędne jest określenie efektywnego sposobu realizacji działań. Problematyka dostaw w łańcuchu logistycznym dotyczy zarówno aspektów zaopatrzenia, jak i dystrybucji, co zwiększa zakres analityczny prowadzonych badań. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono badania realizowane w ramach projektu badawczego Instytutu Logistyki i Magazynowania w zakresie identyfikacji metod i narzędzi harmonogramowania dostaw. Zrealizowane badania dotyczyły zarówno określenia zakresu teoretycznego prowadzonych analiz, jak również przeprowadzenia badań dotyczących zastosowanych narzędzi w praktyce gospodarczej.
The logistics processes efficiency requires continuous monitoring of methods and tools supporting decision-making at the operational level. For each phase of material flow, it is necessary to determine the effective way of implementing the activities. Supply chain logistics is concerned with supply and distribution aspects, which increases the analytical scope of the research. This paper presents the research carried out within the research project of the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing for the identification of methods and tools for scheduling supplies. The research concerned both the definition of the theoretical scope of the analyzes carried out as well as the study of applied tools in business practice.

Opis:: In modern global conditions, the revival of the economic belt of the Great Silk Road as a whole opens up new significant opportunities for countries along the route to develop the economies of these countries. Nowadays, the main factors for the integration of these countries are logistics, international trade, and tourism. The relevance of the study lies in the very methodological approach of assessing the logistics factors affecting the economy of a number of countries along the economic belt of the Silk Road. A group of preliminary countries, through which lie main routes of the economic belt of Silk Road, including Kazakhstan, were selected. An analysis was carried out on the efficiency of development of logistics and trade, impact of development of logistics on international trade. Based on the analysis of international indices of logistics efficiency, international trade conditions and regression models, problems and reasons for lagging have been identified that affect the economic development of countries along the Silk Road routes. Priority initiatives have been identified to overcome restrictions that impede the development of logistics and increase trade capacity in the countries of the Silk Road, in particular the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), including Kazakhstan.

Opis:: The paper examines the classical problem of optimization of the size of a delivery to a warehouse. Using a model developed by the author, simulations were conducted using data obtained from companies in Poland. The results revealed that the impact of this optimization on the economic efficiency of an enterprise can be considerable in some cases. It is difficult, however, to develop an appropriate mathematical formula for solving such a problem. The use of a simulation seems to be more appropriate for solving this problem than optimization models.

Opis:: Background: The efficiency of logistics processes is a very important decision-making aspect, both from financial point of view as well as in terms of processes at the operational level. Taking into account both the specific features of a cold supply chain as well as conditions of the comprehensive analysis of the efficiency of logistics processes, the significant aspect is the elaboration of the concept, which will allow to monitor and estimate realized processes with the possibility to obtain date in real time. The aim of this paper is to present the concept of monitoring of processes performed in a cold supply chain. Methods: The results of researches conducted in Polish companies in the first half of 2016 year as well as the literature review show the unsatisfied level of the use of the analysis of efficiency of logistics processes. These results were used to select conditions influencing the complexity of the analysis of efficiency of logistics processes. The researches were conducted in 152 logistics companies located in Wielkopolska voivodship. Results: The business product BluTrack of the Blulog company is the result of the elaborated concept. Various variants of the implementation of this tool in practice served as the methodology of the verification of the complexity of the implementation of this concept in monitoring and management of the cold supply chain. Conclusions: The analysis of efficiency of logistics processes is still not unambiguously defined despite many scientific studies. It causes problems in the business practice. The uniqueness of the cold supply chain introduces additional variables and criteria of estimation of efficiency of logistics processes. The presented study put the main focus on the use of mobile technologies for efficient monitoring and evaluation of efficiency of logistics processes in the cold supply chain. The result of the verification of the presented concept was the preparation of the tool, having the desired functionalities for the business practice.
Wstęp: Efektywność procesów logistycznych jest bardzo ważnym aspektem decyzyjnym nie tylko w ujęciu finansowym, ale również w ujęciu procesowym na poziomie operacyjnym. Uwzględniając zarówno specyfikę cold supply chain, jak również uwarunkowania kompleksowej analizy efektywności procesów logistycznych, niezmiernie istotnym aspektem jest opracowanie koncepcji umożliwiającej monitorowanie i ocenę realizowanych procesów z możliwością pozyskiwania danych w czasie rzeczywistym. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie koncepcji monitorowania procesów realizowanych w cold supply chain. Metody: Wyniki badań w polskich przedsiębiorstwach przeprowadzonych w I półroczu 2016 roku oraz badań literaturowych, świadczą o niezadowalającym stopniu wykorzystania analiz efektywności procesów logistycznych. Na ich podstawie dokonano wyboru i zestawienia czynników wpływających na kompleksowość analizy efektywności procesów logistycznych. Badania w 152 przedsiębiorstwach logistycznych z województwa wielkopolskiego. Wyniki: Wynikiem opracowanej koncepcji jest produkt biznesowy BluTrack firmy Blulog. Poszczególne warianty zastosowania tego narzędzia w praktyce gospodarczej posłużyło jako metodologia weryfikacji kompleksowości zastosowania niniejszej koncepcji w monitorowaniu i zarządzaniu łańcuchem zimna. Wnioski: Analiza efektywności procesów logistycznych pomimo licznych odniesień literaturowych, wciąż jest niejednoznacznie zdefiniowana. Utrudnia to jej wykorzystanie w praktyce gospodarczej przedsiębiorstw. Specyfika łańcucha zimna wprowadza dodatkowe zmienne i kryteria oceny efektywności procesów logistycznych. W niniejszym artykule skoncentrowano się na prezentacji koncepcji wykorzystania technologii mobilnych w celu skutecznego monitorowania i oceny efektywności procesów logistycznych w łańcuchu zimna. Weryfikacja przedstawionej koncepcji skutkowała opracowaniem narzędzia, realizującego założone funkcjonalności w praktyce biznesowe

Opis:: The paper presents selected aspects of the evaluation of the effectiveness and risks of the logistics chain that supports the enterprise. It was assumed that the logistics chain includes all activities associated with the flow of materials from the sourcing of raw materials for sale to the ultimate purchaser of the product and the disposal of used products. It was found that the elements of the supply chain are usually unstable which generates difficulties in determining the appropriate level of the risk of the chain. The paper presents a formal record of risk and performance. There is proposed determination of the effectiveness of individual links of the logistics chain. The task of the logistics chain is to provide goods from producers to the final customers, thereby making available these goods in a place and time suited to the needs and expectations of customers. The movement of goods in the logistics chains is determined by the sequence of interrelated actions. In the logistics chains, many entities are involved to different extents. This determines the spatial distribution of different configuration of individual users of the whole logistics chain. In particular, example of a logistics chain of production company, stages of the procedures for quantitative risk analysis, the problems in the logistics chains, assessment of the risk of the task in the logistics chain, the concept of risk, effectiveness and risk in logistics chains are presented in the paper.

Opis:: The paper presents an approach to the assessment of the location of facilities in the warehouse logistics network with the efficiency of its operations. Determination of efficiency of complex systems of this type should take into account wide range of issues. The system efficiency results on the one hand from the efficiency of its action and on the other hand from the ability to use available system elements to achieve the objectives. Efficiency is a main criterion to the evaluation of the activity both at the level of the whole system, as well as in its subsystems or components. Most often, it refers to the principle of rational management formulated in two variants: performance (maximization effect) and economical (minimizing effort). The article poses the thesis that based on studies of speed and reliability of execution of tasks it is possible to assess the potential locations of warehouse facilities in the studied logistics network. Were also presented factors affecting the efficiency of the functioning of individual cells of the logistics network. Was pointed to the technical, economic, organizational and reliability aspects affecting the efficiency and reliability of the logistics network in terms of both supply and distribution. It was also presented a modular block diagram of an assessment method for localizing logistics facilities in the logistics network.

Предложено формирование приоритетных факторов оптимизации и интенсификации функционирования птицеводческих предприятий на основе создания единого информационно-логистического центра, которыеобеспечат функциональную зависимость между организационнокономическими резервами, маркетинговой стратегией и эффективностью логистической деятельности, что в свою очередь, даст возможность повысить конкурентоспособность птицеводческих предприятий.

Opis:: Computer simulation, as a powerful scientific and engineering tool, is increasingly used to solve a wide range of issues within the enterprise logistics processes. This trend is mainly due to the fact that the computer simulation method offers a whole range of benefits for enterprise logistics e.g. saving time, space and finance. The use of computer simulation in logistics, however, still has certain limitations that handicap it and do not allow it to be more operationally exploited. The main reason is that the creation of models of different logistics processes is exacting on the skills and knowledge in this area. The factors as the difficulty of creating new and modifying existing models or repeating simulation experiments complicate the more frequent application of computer simulation models in logistics. For this reason, it is necessary to look for a way to simplify and make the issue available to a larger circle of users.

Efektywność procesów logistycznych wiąże się wprost z prowadzeniem rachunku ekonomicznego w logistyce i jest zasadniczą determinantą projektowania i realizacji tych procesów, w tym zarządzania nimi. W konsekwencji określenie wpływu kosztów logistyki na współczesne procesy logistyczne wiąże się z identyfikacją właściwości kosztów logistyki, ich oceną oraz określeniem tendencji zmian w rachunku tych kosztów, co odzwierciedlają treści artykułu. W konsekwencji zostały w nim przedstawione wymogi teoretyczno-praktyczne konieczne do spełnienia, aby wykorzystać w pełni wyniki poprawnej identyfikacji wielkości kosztów logistyki do racjonalizacji procesów logistycznych w przedsiębiorstwach.
The identification of logistics costs is a complex issue that is difficult to implement in practice. The efficiency of logistic processes is directly linked to the conduct of economic calculation in logistics and is a fundamental determinant of the design and implementation of these processes, including their management. As a consequence, determining the impact of logistics costs on contemporary logistics processes is associated with the identification of logistics costs properties, their evaluation and determination of the trends in the cost accounting, which is reflected in the content of the article and, consequently, there are presented theoretical and practical requirements to be met in order to make full use of the results to identify the correct amounts of logistics costs for the rationalization of logistics processes in enterprises.

Opis:: The problem presented in this paper concerns the impact of e-commerce on transport costs, including external transport costs, compared with traditional shopping. E-commerce is a phenomenon of the modern economy that can significantly impact both the efficiency of the distribution of goods and on external transport costs. Although such a distribution system can increase the costs of freight transport to final consumers, it can also reduce traffic in cities and thus total external transport costs. In order to asses this impact, the author developed a simulation model and used it to conduct analyses. The analyses were based on available statistical data, data from the literature, and from the transportation market in Poland.

Opis:: The tasks of transport systems include the realization of the assigned transport tasks by the utilization subsystem comprised of elementary subsystems of the man - technological object (driver - vehicle) type. In order to assure the appropriate realization of the transport task it is necessary to maintain the required number of vehicles at the state of task worthiness. It is achieved as a result of the realization of service and repair processes at the logistics subsystem posts. In case of the transport system, the task assigned to the logistics subsystem is determined by the number of technological objects (vehicles) which should be serviced as well as the length of the time interval during which they are to be serviced. The task determined in this way is realized by teams of specialists at each logistics subsystem post, equipped with appropriate devices and tools. One of the methods of the evaluation of the level of the realization of worthiness is defining the efficiency of the logistics subsystem posts. The article presents the model of defining the efficiency of logistics subsystem posts in the transport system. The presented model measures the efficiency of the logistics subsystem through the probability ofservicing of the required number of vehicles over an assigned time interval. The obtained characteristics have been presented in general terms as well as for exponential and Erlang distributions. Then, for the utilization data obtained from the tests conducted in an existing transport system, the values ofanalyzed characteristics were defined. The presented results are the effect of research conducted as part of a larger research project pertaining to the creation of a decision-making model of controlling the availability of a transport system.

Opis:: Specifying the efficiency of both individual enterprise and the enterprises belonging to the supply chain is not a simple issue. In this article was taken attempt to develop a process of measurement of indicators and the exchange of information, and prove impact of indicators at improve the effi-ciency logistics supply chains. In first step show areas of logistics, which to be assessed and been proposed a list of indicators to be measured in every area. In addition, open-ended questions were developed to help us assess the analyzed surfaceIs also discussed the process of exchange of information between companies, necessary is support this process by a computer system. In article also identifies the requirements which to be met by system due to the need to regularly generate and transmit values of individual indicators.

Opis:: Głównym problemem podmiotów gospodarczych jest utrzymanie ich konkurencyjności w stosunku do innych uczestników rynku. Koncepcja zarządzania logistycznego coraz częściej uważana jest za narzędzie efektywności prowadzonych działań i zasadniczą strategię podmiotu gospodarczego. Pomiar zdarzeń logistycznych może być prowadzony w wymiarze krótko- lub długookresowym. Wstępnej oceny efektywności procesów logistycznych dokonuje się już na podstawie prowadzonej w przedsiębiorstwie rachunkowości finansowo-księgowej. Nasilająca się konkurencja stawia przed przedsiębiorstwami ciągle nowe wymagania zarówno w zakresie nowych produktów, ich jakości, a również kosztów i cen. To sprawia, że zarządzanie staje się coraz bardziej utrudnione. Rośnie zapotrzebowanie na informację ekonomiczną dotyczącą zarówno zachodzących zmian w otoczeniu, jak i procesów realizowanych wewnątrz przedsiębiorstw. Znaczącą część tej informacji uzyskuje się w wyniku analizy osiąganych przez przedsiębiorstwo efektów, a także analizy posiadanych przez nie zasobów oraz ich wykorzystania. Mierniki i wskaźniki traktowane są jako zestaw narzędzi analitycznych do pomiaru efektywności procesów logistycznych. Nie ma możliwości prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej bez pomiaru jej efektywności. Analiza produktywności biznesowej ma odpowiedzieć, czy uzyskujemy z tej inicjatywy korzyści (zysk) oraz wskazać kierunki ich maksymalizowania, np. przez obniżanie kosztów. Pozytywne mierniki oceny, napędzają i mobilizują przedsiębiorstwo do jeszcze większej i wydajniejszej skali działania. Natomiast mierniki odbiegające od założonych wskaźników rozwoju mogą i powinny wpływać na zawieszenie przedsięwzięcia gospodarczego lub szukanie sposobów zwiększenia wydajności prowadzonych działań. Teoretyczne podstawy zagadnień związanych z zarządzaniem logistycznym, uwierzytelnione wynikami badań empirycznych dowodzą, że procesy logistyczne sprzyjają wzrostowi efektywności działań operacyjnych. Pytanie kierowane ze strony przedsiębiorców, menadżerów i specjalistów ds. logistyki brzmi: „jakie metody, wskaźniki należy zastosować, ażeby w najbardziej rzetelny sposób można było zbadać tą efektywność. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie sposobów pomiaru efektywności działalności logistycznej podmiotu gospodarczego.
The main problem of business entities is maintaining their competitiveness in relation to other market participants. The concept of logistics management is increasingly considered to be a tool for the efficiency of operations and the basic strategy of a business entity. The measurement of logistic events can be carried out in the short or long term. The initial assessment of the effectiveness of logistics processes is already made on the basis of financial and accounting accounting maintained in the enterprise. Increasing competition sets new requirements for enterprises in terms of new products, their quality as well as costs and prices. This makes management more and more difficult. There is a growing demand for economic information regarding both changes in the environment and processes implemented within enterprises. A significant part of this information is obtained as a result of the analysis of the effects achieved by the enterprise as well as the analysis of its resources and their use. Meters and indicators are treated as a set of analytical tools for measuring the effectiveness of logistics processes. You cannot run a business without measuring its effectiveness. The analysis of business productivity is to answer whether we obtain benefits (profit) from this initiative and indicate the directions of their maximization, e.g. by reducing costs. Positive evaluation measures drive and mobilize the enterprise to an even larger and more efficient scale of operations. On the other hand, measures that deviate from the assumed development indicators can and should affect the suspension of an economic venture or seeking ways to increase the efficiency of operations. The theoretical foundations of issues related to logistics management, authenticated by the results of empirical research prove that logistics processes are conducive to increasing the efficiency of operational activities. The question directed by entrepreneurs, managers and logistics specialists is – „What methods, indicators should be used so that this effectiveness can be tested in the most reliable way? The purpose of the article is to present ways of measuring the effectiveness of the logistic activity of an economic entity.

Przedstawiono w nim uregulowania prawne dotyczące właściwego postępowania z odpadami oraz ich dalsze zagospodarowanie. Zostały przedstawione opisy aspektów i narzędzi logistyki zwrotnej stosowanych w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym. Poruszono również temat efektywności stosowania logistyki zwrotnej oraz sposoby jej pomiaru i wartościowania skutków ekonomicznych i pozaekonomicznych. Przedstawione zostały także, korzyści wynikające z odpowiednio zarządzanego zwrotnego łańcucha dostaw.
The paper discusses the issue of the efficiency of pro-ecological aspects of reverse logistics in a manufacturing company. The aim of the article is to present major pro-ecological aspects of reverse logistics, its origins and the role in efficient waste management. Legal regulations concerning waste management are analyzed. Description of selected aspects and tools of reverse logistics in a manufacturing company are presented. Efficiency of the application of reverse logistics as well as its measurement and evaluation of economic and extra-economic effects are discussed. Benefits resulting from appropriate management of reverse supply chain are presented.

W referacie wychodząc od charakterystyki wyzwań współczesnego budownictwa takich jak konieczność przejścia przez turbulencje, koniec perspektywy unijnej 2010/2023, kurs na zielone, skoncentrowano się na innowacyjnych koncepcjach i metodach. Główne założenia tych koncepcji i metod koncentrują się wokół budownictwa zrównoważonego, oszczędności energii i wody, oddziaływania na środowisko i wydajności pracy. Jednocześnie są postrzegane jako sposób na zwiększenie efektywności i obniżkę kosztów.
The contemporary situation of economic and ecological word focuses us to constantly go seek solutions to not only reduce the human impact on the environment, but also likely to wean us from the environmental sources of energy. There are big needs on innovative solutions in the building trade. The aim of this article is to describe modern theory and methods in building enterprises and building undertakings in theoretical and empirical dimension in the context of the challenges of contemporary building trade. In the article the author started by presenting the challenges of contemporary building trade such as the need to pass through the turbulence, the end of the 2010/2023 EU perspective, the echange rate of the green and ended with the presentation of the logistic modern conceptions and methods. The main principals of this conceptions and methods revolve around sustainable building industry, energy and water saving, environmental footprint and worker productivity. At the same time they are perceived as a way to improve efficiency and reduce the costs.

Supply chain management is a very important element in enterprise logistics, which it depends on economic success towards increasing demands from market and consumers, for which the basic condition is quality, price and time. In the current economy, every enterprises builds its competitive position all the time, being aware that everything can change on the market. There is a need for constant development, making innovation systems in the transport process. Opis:: Today the logistics could be an efficient method for increasing the food production and food processing and they could combine all the elements of food production sub-complex into the single chain providing conditions not only for domestic production and consumption of this strategically important products but also provide a great deal of export flows. In our opinion it is logistics that can consolidate separate components of economic mechanism and provide conditions for structural and functional balance and efficient institutional foundations. When operating logistics flows we can develop optimal cause and effect relationship among the elements that would finally create effective system. As a primary step that would enable to achieve a totally new level in logistics for the food production of Ukraine, the new scheme for transformation mechanism of logistics system in food production sub-complex of Ukraine has been suggested. It is based on “virtualization” of material flows among certified food products storehouses.
Skuteczną technologią podwyższenia efektywności wytwarzania produkcji i produkcji jej przetwarzania jest działalność logistyczna, która na dzień dzisiejszy może zjednoczyć wszystkie elementy każdego produktowego podkompleksu w jedynym łańcuchu i stworzyć warunki nie tylko dla wewnętrznego wytwarzania i konsumpcji jego strategicznie ważnej produkcji, ale i zabezpieczyć potężne strumienie eksportowe. Właśnie logistyka, naszym zdaniem, jest zdatna skonsolidować oddzielne składowe mechanizmu ekonomicznego i stworzyć warunki równowagi strukturalno-funkcjonalnej efektywnego, instytucyjnego środowiska. Wśród pierwszorzędnych przedsięwzięć, pozwalających wejść na jakościowo nowy poziom logistyki, proponuje się nowy schemat mechanizmu transformacji logistycznego systemu w produktowych podkompleksach Ukrainy bazujący na „wirtualizacji” strumieni rzeczowych między certyfikowanymi przechowalniami produktów żywnościowych.

Opis:: W ostatnich latach warunki funkcjonowania aptek szpitalnych publicznych oraz hurtowni farmaceutycznych uległy istotnej zmianie. Dynamicznie zmieniające się otoczenie, jak również globalizacja przemysłu farmaceutycznego, integracja organizacyjna, rozwój IT determinują wzrost zainteresowania koncepcjami zarządzania zaopatrzeniem, pozwalającymi uzyskać podmiotom medycznym przewagę konkurencyjną. Kompleksowe zarządzanie ukierunkowane jest przede wszystkim na procesy, czas, jakość, czy współpracę partnerską z innymi podmiotami (zwłaszcza z hurtowniami farmaceutycznymi). Celem niniejszych rozważań jest zwrócenie uwagi na konieczność szerokiego podejścia do zarządzania procesami przepływu materiałów medycznych oraz leków, informacji, czynnika ludzkiego w ramach podmiotów medycznych, zintegrowanych w łańcuchu dostaw.
In recent years, the conditions for the functioning of the public hospital pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers have substantially changed. Rapidly changing environment, as well as the globalization of the pharmaceutical industry, the integration of organizational development of the IT determine the growth of interest in concepts of supply management, allowing operators to obtain medical competitive advantage. Comprehensive management is directed primarily at processes, time, quality, and partnerships with other entities (especially from pharmaceutical wholesalers). The purpose of this discussion is to draw attention to the need for a broad approach to process management flow of medical supplies and medicines, information, human factor within the medical entities integrated in the supply chain.

Wskazano na czynniki słabo rozwiniętego systemu logistycznego, dokonano oceny, zasugerowano nowe rozwiązania i określono główne kierunki doskonalenia audytu systemu logistycznego.
The technique of the logistics audit in the agricultural enterprise on production of dairy cattle, which provides the definition of the state of logistics, by peer review. Also defined are not developed component logistics system and suggested a further approach its assessment and identified the main directions of its improvement.
Предложена методика проведения логистического аудита в сельскохозяйственном предприятии по производству продукции молочного скотоводства, которая предусматривает определение состояния логистики, за счет экспертной оценки. Также определено не эффективноразвивающиеся элементы логистической системы и предложено дальнейший подход ее оценки и выявлено основные направления ее улучшения.

This article describes issues related to Key Performance Indicators (KPI). It presents a model process of KPI implementation in logistics companies, including the changes within the enterprise as well as changes of information systems in place. Moreover, a set of exemplary KPI indicators based on Balanced Scorecard are suggested. This article can be useful to people from the TSL industry, interested in current directions of ERP class software development for logistics.
