    This paper will illustrate the impact of telematics tools on safety of participants in road traffic which is vital. The latest technology and ideas enable the construction of safe roads. The discussion in Poland about safety on roads is significant as this country has one of the highest rates of road accidents in the European Union. The paper considers safety issues of participants in road traffic and the influence of road infrastructure on safety as well as the use of telematics tools for improving safety. The analyses will make use of the data provided by the literature on safety in Europe, Poland and Lower Silesia which will illustrate the scale of the problem and indicate possible solutions and the use of telematics technologies. The research is based on the two cities: Wałbrzych i Toruń.

    The clustering process is innovation for the polish market. The process concern various market sectors. The logistic clusters and logistic of clusters give minimilization of expenses and quick turn of expenditure. The cluster is form of network and his efficacy is very important for logistic. The logistic network give new possibility for cluster and cluster give new possibility for network logistic, too. The efficacy is necessary for various level logistic process. Material fatigue of parts of different technical systems belongs to the most frequent causes of boundary states rise and relating operation breakdowns. The objective of the article is general formulation of reliability of technical systems judging, brief characteristic of basic areas to be taken into account as input into calculated prediction of technical systems fatigue life and analysis of risk items by its practical application. An extraordinary attention is dedicated to the evaluation of fatigue life of structures parts of different technical systems and means in objects of critical infrastructure all over the world because breakdowns caused by a fatigue failure have often a nature of catastrophe.

    The aim of this paper is to present the case study of business processes reengineering (BPR). Important part of the change was the logistic process. At the beginning, the literature review on process approach and BPR was presented. Next a BPR methodology was shown. The case study of the implemented BPR change consists of three parts. In the first part, the company’s standing before the change was characterised. Next, the methodology of the project, based on the BPR approach, was defined. In the third part, the results of the BPR change were depicted. The article ends up with general conclusions.
    Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie studium przypadku reengineeringu procesów biznesowych (ang. Business Process Reengineering, BPR). Ważną częścią zmian był reengineering procesu logistycznego. W artykule przedstawiono przegląd literatury w zakresie podejścia procesowego i reengineeringu procesów biznesowych. Dokonano przeglądu metodyk BPR. Prezentowane studium przypadku składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej części scharakteryzowano stan przedsiębiorstwa przed zmianą. Następnie zdefiniowano metodykę zmiany bazując na podejściu BPR. W części trzeciej przedstawiono rezultaty zmiany. Artykuł wieńczą konkluzje.

    W artykule omówione zostały procesy logistyczne zachodzące wewnątrz morskiego terminala kontenerowego od momentu przyjęcia ładunku, do momentu jego wydania, zarówno w procesie eksportu, jak i importu. Zwrócono uwagę na urządzenia transportu wewnętrznego, które manipulują ładunkiem oraz na ilość koniecznych operacji od punktu przyjęcia kontenera do punktu wydania. W związku z licznymi procesami zachodzącymi wewnątrz terminala, opierającymi się na wykorzystaniu systemów teleinformatycznych, przeprowadzono charakterystykę typowego systemu do zarządzania terminalem TOS (Terminal Operating System) oraz wskazano ich liczne funkcje oraz zalety. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie zalet i korzyści płynących ze stosowania systemów typu TOS.
    The article explains and discusses the logistic processes occuring inside a maritime container terminal. The processes relate to import as well as export of the goods. A brief characteristics of the handling equipment, such as: Automated Guided Vehicle, Rail Mounted Gantry Crane, Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane and Ship-to-shore crane has been carried out. During the internal transportation of the containers within the terminal, all the procedures must integrate together. Due to large number of processes taking place in terminals, they base on operating systems such as: Terminal Operating Systems. The characteristics of TOS operating in polish container terminals has been performed. The TOS are IT tools facilitating management of the terminal and leading to improve its efficiency and effectiveness. The purpose of the article is to highlight advantages and benefits of using systems such as TOS.

    The paper presents the results of survey research of 300 Polish small and medium enterprises. The project "The prototype of e-business service platform" was realized in cooperation with MaxElectronik company as a part of “Initech” Ministry of Science and Higher Education and founded by the National Centre for Research and Development based on the contract ZPB/8/67012/IT2/10. The research was focused on the identification of business process automation level. To analyze the automation level, the following business processes are identified: sales process, logistic process, human resource management process, financial management process. The main goal of the research was analyze of possibilities time reduction of the processes by implementation SAAS system (software as a service) in the enterprise. In the article only a part of the research is presented that is concerned with the automation of logistic process in small and medium enterprises.
    Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań ankietowych 300 małych i średnich polskich przedsiębiorstw. Badania były realizowane w ramach projektu "Prototyp Platformy Usług e-Biznesowych" realizowanym w ramach Przedsięwzięcia Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego "IniTech", finansowanym przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju w ramach umowy ZPB/8/67012/IT2/10 we współpracy z firmą Max Elektronik SA. Badania obejmowały między innymi analizę procesów w obszarze finansów, sprzedaży, logistyki, zarządzania personelem, opracowanie modeli procesów biznesowych dedykowanych sektorowi MŚP, analizy ilościowe stopnia automatyzacji oraz zapotrzebowania na automatyzację procesów biznesowych. W artykule przedstawiono część wyników badań dotyczących możliwości automatyzacji operacji procesu logistycznego realizowanego w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MSP.

Do badania wykorzystano prężnie działające przedsiębiorstwo świadczące usługi w zakresie TSL (Transport Spedycja Logistyka) na rynku polskim jak i międzynarodowym.
    The article discussed the current market situation transport sector in Poland, and also set the current position of the companies providing services within the TSL market. In addition, also it presented the changes that have been made within the transport and infrastructure after the Polish accession to the European Union. The main purpose was to discuss ways to manage logistics processes in transport enterprises on the example of the enterprise in the transport sector. The study used thriving company providing services in the field of TSL (Transport Forwarding Logistics) on the Polish market and internationally.

Zgodnie z przyjętymi kryteriami oceny wyliczono liczbę priorytetową ryzyka dla zdiagnozowanych niezgodności i zaproponowano działania korygujące celem ograniczenia wielkości ryzyka.
    The article discussed the analysis of the causes and effects of defects in the selected logistics process. It showed the process map and identified the factors influencing the process. It established evaluation criteria and calculated the risk priority number for the diagnosed failures. It proposed corrective actions to reduce the size of the risk.

W konsekwencji określenie wpływu kosztów logistyki na współczesne procesy logistyczne wiąże się z identyfikacją właściwości kosztów logistyki, ich oceną oraz określeniem tendencji zmian w rachunku tych kosztów, co odzwierciedlają treści artykułu. W konsekwencji zostały w nim przedstawione wymogi teoretyczno-praktyczne konieczne do spełnienia, aby wykorzystać w pełni wyniki poprawnej identyfikacji wielkości kosztów logistyki do racjonalizacji procesów logistycznych w przedsiębiorstwach.
    The identification of logistics costs is a complex issue that is difficult to implement in practice. The efficiency of logistic processes is directly linked to the conduct of economic calculation in logistics and is a fundamental determinant of the design and implementation of these processes, including their management. As a consequence, determining the impact of logistics costs on contemporary logistics processes is associated with the identification of logistics costs properties, their evaluation and determination of the trends in the cost accounting, which is reflected in the content of the article and, consequently, there are presented theoretical and practical requirements to be met in order to make full use of the results to identify the correct amounts of logistics costs for the rationalization of logistics processes in enterprises.

    Współczesne przedsiębiorstwo przetwarza informacje których źródło ma charakter zarówno zewnętrzny jak i wewnętrzny. W związku z tym informacja i będąca jej efektem wiedza to majątek każdej organizacji. Aby przedsiębiorstwo miało szanse na sukces powinno wykorzystywać maksymalne możliwości zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania których częścią mogą być systemy informatyczne. Systemy te stanowią kolejną, obecną na rynku, generację systemów wspomagających zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem. W artykule na przykładzie wybranego przedsiębiorstwa przedstawiono identyfikację systemów automatycznej identyfikacji kodów kreskowych, elektronicznej wymiany danych EDI, szczególnie uwzględniając systemy klasy SAP R\3.
    A modern company processes information inside and outside. Consequently, this information is the property of the enterprise. To be successful in the market, the company is required to use the maximum capabilities of integrated IT systems. These systems are the next on the market, generation of systems supporting company management. This article discusses the identification of automated barcode identification systems, EDI electronic data interchange, MRP/ERP systems, and especially SAP R\3 class systems on the example of an enterprise.

    The paper considers problem of city transportation system performance. Reliability analysis of such a complex system is complicated by several factors. One of them is the possibility of logistic support elements unreliability defined as unavailability of spare elements when desired, what in result may lead to decrease of performance of the system being supported. Thus, both systems must be considered in a single model. However, the simultaneous setting of all structural parameters (e.g. redundancy, repair shop capacity) and control variables (e.g. spare part inventory levels, maintenance policy parameters, time resource) is mathematically a hard problem. This paper investigates Petri net model of the system with the use of Monte Carlo simulation as a solution technique. Comparison of the simulation results with characteristics of real-life system is given.

    The process description languages are used in the business may be useful in the optimization of logistics processes too. The process description languages would be the obvious solution for process control, to handle the main sources of faults and to give a correct list of what to do during the logistics process. Related to this, firstly, the paper presents the main features of the frequent process description languages. The following section describes the currently most used process modelling languages, in the areas of production and construction logistics. In addition, the paper gives some examples of logistics simulation, as another very important field of logistics system modelling. The main edification of the paper, the logistics simulation supported by process description languages. The paper gives a comparison of a Petri net formal representation and a Simul8 model, through a construction logistics model, as the major contribution of the research.

    The paper deals with the evaluation of business process management development of the Polish TFL (Transport-Forwarding-Logistics) sector. Up to date, several studies of this type have been conducted, but TFL sector is marginally represented there or even omitted. Therefore, the authors have conducted their own research filling this gap. They have compared the results with the previous studies, as well as identified key determinants of the specific level of process maturity. Generally, there is no dominant level of process maturity at TFL sector in Poland. In particular, the lowest frequently occurred process maturity is level 3 (defined), which is typical for 15% of companies. The grades of other levels are bi-polarized below and above level 3. The largest group at TFL sector (a total of 44%) has been classified at level 2 (managed) and 1 (initial), with 25% and 19% of companies, respectively allocated there. The remaining companies are classified at level 5 (optimizing), and 4 (quantitatively managed), with percentage of 23% and 18%, respectively.

    In paper was showed structure of "Homar" rocket system, its technical equipment and need of logistic support. In that support it is taken into account need of maintenance of systems on specified level of reliability. Together with logistic support it was stressed need of economic support within life cycle of rocket system. Particular attention is taken to repair processes applicable in peace time and within operation. In the peace time it was taken into account service and repair abilities arising from structure like service and repair planned arising from parameters characteristic for given kind of equipment. Similar procedures of service and repair were showed for operation. During the peace time there are standard procedures and equipment but during operation there is necessity of using special repair workshops. It was proposed workshop of special repair on the wheeled chassis and vehicle of technical support designated for temporary repairs and evacuation of damaged equipment to point of gathering that equipment. There were proposed specialists to conducting service and repair works in mentioned workshops. For transportation of weapon system (rockets) was proposed vehicle with ability of loading and unloading on itself and/or launch. In service and repair and loading/unloading processes were proposed proper systems of security of works. Great attention in work was dedicated to problems of logistic support of fire system (launch). It concern of commanding systems, executive systems and commanding superior and subordinate subsystems. Those commanding modules/vehicles which should be technically efficient are the subject of service and repair processes similarly to basic modules. Separate problem of logistic support are subsystems enable gathering of additional information from reconnaissance UAVs and meteorology support. Logistic support of system was proposed taking into account life cycle of fire system module. In that process it was dedicated great attention to acquisition stage with using of tender as the main way to get lowest costs. In the maintenance stage in particular was stressed service and repair processes. At the end of maintaining stage of fire system there are proposed conditions concerned with disposal and/or recycling. That work emphasizes practical attitude from logistic support point of view in application aspect. It is also proposed that the problem of logistic support should be enclosed to general system of management of maintenance processes which encompass of land forces equipment.

    The purpose of the undertaken research has been the verification of the usefulness analysis of logistic product damage, together with the introduction of changes concerning the quality protection of food products. The qualitative and quantitative analyses of damage were carried out by means of the analysis procedure of kinds, causes and criticality of the logistic product damage. Research regarding a logistic product damage was carried out on sweet backery products.

    We present an overview of some recent developments in the area of inventory planning and maintenance scheduling issues. The emphasis is on spare part inventory models, which authors divided into four main groups of models: models of optimal spare part inventory policy for system under PM, number of spare parts optimization models, storage reliability models, multi-echelon systems models. Later, in the paper there is considered the time dependent system of systems where the system total task must be executed during the constrained time resource. There is used the simulation approach to investigate the influence of parameters of the procurement process (order quantity, critical inventory level, lead-time length) on the system of systems behavior.

Delegowanie niekluczowych funkcji działalności przedsiębiorstwa na dobre zakorzeniło się w naszej gospodarce. Celem artykułu jest przegląd obecnie stosowanych koncepcji budowania relacji na rynku oraz przedstawienie możliwości wykorzystania kontraktu Vested jako narzędzia do transformacji relacji biznesowych.

    Computer studies of population evolution are presented. Numerical calculations are based on the Penna model. This model accounts for mutation load of individuals resulting in non-trivial age (a) dependence of the mortality rate q(a) which may be compared with empirical data. The Penna model is also very flexible for suitable modifications of the population evolution process such as hunting, genetic death, migration etc. Here we present some examples of the population growth for different evolution rules. Calculations require about 100 MB memory for 10/sup 6/ population which is necessary to get reliable statistics. The typical running time for 3000 iteration steps is several hours for a HP S2000 machine.

    In the article we assessed the in-plant transport on the soldering line. The assessment was based on three-month process observation, registration of non-conformities and a modified PFMEA analysis form. Among the 9 non-compliance groups, the so-called critical inconsistencies for which the reasons for their generation have been determined. Actions have been developed to eliminate the causes of non-compliance, aimed at improving the process and devices of in-house transport. The proposed solutions are implemented in the analyzed organization.

    Realizacja zadań zabezpieczenia logistycznego jednostek i instytucji wojskowych jest nakierowana na zaspokojenie potrzeb generowanych przez te podmioty. Z kolei właściwa realizacja tych zadań jest przesłanką zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa w rozumieniu braku zagrożeń dotyczących wystąpienia określonych trudności w zaspokojeniu potrzeb logistycznych. Dla zapewnienia warunków bezpieczeństwa konieczne jest zatem całościowe rozumienie potrzeb i takowe ich zaspokojenie, przy jednoczesnym rozumieniu działań jako ciągu zdarzeń tworzących określony proces.
    Implementation of the tasks of the logistics security units and military institutions is aimed at meeting the needs generated by these entities. In turn, the proper implementation of these tasks is the premise to ensure security within the meaning of the absence of threats against certain difficulties in logistics needs. To ensure that the security environment it is therefore a comprehensive understanding of the needs and any of their satisfaction, while the meaning of actions as a string of events that make up the specified process.

    W artykule podjęto problematykę możliwości wdrożenia orientacji procesowej do zarządzania publicznym łańcuchem dostaw. Wskazano na znaczenie uwarunkowań polityczno-prawnych, wyznaczających system celów i tworzących ramy realizacji zadań publicznych. Pokazano, że istotne znaczenie ma identyfikacja procesów podstawowych i wspomagających oraz koordynacja styków w łańcuchu tworzenia wartości publicznej. Podkreślono wagę wyznaczania jednostek odpowiedzialnych za realizację procesu, zwłaszcza w kontekście mnogości podmiotów, w tym prywatnych, realizujących świadczenia publiczne.
    The article discusses possibility of implementation of the process orientation to the public supply chain management. The importance of political and legal conditions that set the system objectives and a framework of public tasks is pointed out. It is also shown that it is essential to identify the primary and supporting processes and coordination of contacts in the chain which creates a public value. The importance of determining who is in charge of the implementation process, particularly in the context of a multitude of stakeholders, including private, carrying out public services is emphasized.

    W pracy poruszono problem analizy funkcjonowania systemu transportu miejskiego. Badanie niezawodności tego typu złożonych systemów powinno dodatkowo uwzględnić szereg zagadnień. Jednym z nich jest zawodność elementów wsparcia logistycznego, zdefiniowana jako możliwość pojawienia się braku elementów wymiennych w zapasie, w chwili i miejscu gdy wystąpi na nie zapotrzebowanie. Taka sytuacja może doprowadzić do pogorszenia się charakterystyk eksploatacyjnych systemu wspieranego. Dlatego też oba systemy, wspierany i wspierający, powinny być wspólnie modelowane. Jednakże, uwzględnienie wszystkich parametrów strukturalnych systemów (np. rezerwowanie, zdolność operacyjna systemu obsługi) oraz zmiennych losowych (np. poziom zapasów części wymiennych, parametry polityki obsługiwania, rezerwa czasowa) w jednym modelu jest zadaniem trudnym z matematycznego punktu widzenia. Dlatego też, w artykule zastosowano model sieci Petriego oraz procesy symulacji Monte Carlo. Ponadto, w artykule przedstawiono porównanie wyników teoretycznych oraz uzyskanych z procesu funkcjonowania rzeczywistego systemu komunikacji miejskiej.

    W artykule opisano cel oraz istotę modelowania procesów biznesowych, przedstawiono podstawowe metody modelowania oraz za pomocą notacji EPC i BPMN opracowano dwa modele procesów: logistyki odzysku oraz magazynowego.
    The article describes the purpose and the essence of business process modeling, presents the basic modeling methods, and with the help of the EPC and BPMN notation two models of processes have been developed: the reverse logistics process and the storage process.

    This article presents the results of numerical research on operational mechanical loads, carried out for the main structural elements of a cross-belt sorter: tracks and trolleys with trays. The goal of the research was to collect data required at the stage of designing new solutions of the sorters. A novelty is an analytical model that allows to determine the influence of the motion velocity of trolleys, frictional properties and mass of sorted objects on the forces transmitted from the trolleys to the track, the sorting efficiency and power required by the drive systems.
    W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań numerycznych eksploatacyjnych obciążeń mechanicznych, wykonanych dla głównych elementów konstrukcyjnych sortera cross-belt: torów jezdnych i wózków z tackami. Celem badań jest pozyskanie danych wymaganych na etapie projektowania nowych rozwiązań sorterów. Nowością jest model analityczny pozwalający określić wpływ prędkości ruchu wózków, właściwości ciernych i ciężaru sortowanych obiektów na siły oddziaływania wózków na tor jezdny, wydajność sortowania i zapotrzebowanie mocy układów napędowych.

    Transport is one of the key elements allowing to achieve goals, tasks and plans. Transport need results from the necessity of moving from one place to another. To make it happen, the resource in the form of a means of transport is necessary. Another aspect is organizational actions. The basic source of transport demand is diversity of distribution of the factors allowing to run business. Due to globalization of economy, range and frequency of transports have considerably increased. New logistic chains, networks of terminals and intermodal connections are being created every year. The goal of all these actions is to reduce transport costs and improve the whole process. The authors of this article set a goal of defining the role of optimization of transport costs using a consolidation service. Conducted analysis confirmed that consolidation services reduce the costs of transport of small cargos.

    Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie sposobu podejścia do analizy biznesowej organizacji z wykorzystaniem modelu SIPOC i macierzy RACI. Cele szczegółowe obejmują przedstawienie istoty i celów analizy biznesowej oraz założeń prezentowanego modelu i macierzy, mogących służyć nie tylko do opisu procesów, ale także do analizy wartości kreowanej przez poszczególne zadania z perspektywy całego procesu biznesowego. Prezentowane podejście przedstawiono w oparciu o przypadek operatora logistycznego planującego wdrożenie kompleksowego wsparcia IT dla logistyki.
    The main goal of this article is to present the approach to the organization business analysis made with the use of the SIPOC model and the RACI matrix. The detailed objectives include presentation of the essence and goals of business analysis and the assumptions of the presented model and matrix that can be applied not only to describe processes but also to analyse the value created by individual tasks from the perspective of the entire business process. The discussed approach is based on the case of a logistics operator planning to comprehensive IT support for logistics.

    The article points to the need of improving warehouse operations, which are ineffective in many enterprises across Russia. The list of all the necessary measures is compiled on the basis of logistical approach, the development and implementation of which will help to solve system problems and to eliminate "bottlenecks" for one of the directions of an algorithm for sequences of action, allowing rational planning work management.
    Artykuł wskazuje potrzebę doskonalenia operacji magazynowych, które są wykonywane nieefektywnie w wielu przedsiębiorstwach w Rosji. Zetawienie niezbędnych działań zostało zebrane na podstawie podejścia logistycznego, którego wdrożenie przyczyni się do rozwiązania problemów systemowych oraz wyeliminowania wąskich gardeł. Dla jednego z kierunków wypracowano algorytm sekwencji działań, umożliwiający racjonalne zarządzanie pracami planistycznymi.

    W niniejszym artykule opisano wybrane narzędzia systemów automatyzacji procesów logistycznych (SALP) oraz przedstawiono krótką charakterystykę wielokryterialnej metody podejmowania decyzji PROMETHEE z punktu widzenia zastosowania jej do oceny rezultatów wdrożenia SALP w obszarze logistyki produkcji. W ostatniej części zaproponowano metodykę przygotowania danych wymaganych w procesie oceny wdrożenia SALP na podstawie narzędzi modelowania i symulacji.
    In this paper, author described chosen tools of systems of logistic processes automation (SALP) and shortly characterized the multi-criteria decision making method PROMETHEE in terms of using it in assessment of implementing SALP in production logistics. In the last part, a methodology of preparing data required in assessment of SALP implementing process, basing on modelling and simulation tools, was proposed.

    W artykule przedstawiono propozycję wykorzystania analizy kosztów transportu wewnątrzzakładowego dla przedsiębiorstw małych, średnich i dużych. Zaproponowano rozmieszczenie stanowisk i transport wewnątrzzakładowy do potrzeb procesu produkcyjnego jednostkowego (centrum klasycznych obrabiarek), seryjnego (centrum frezarsko-tokarskie) i masowego (centrum frezarsko-tokarskie). Zaproponowano urządzenia i zaprojektowano ich rozmieszczenie oraz środki transportu.
    This article contain proposition of using analysis for production costs in-house for small, medium and large plants. Placement of the machines and in-house transport for needs of single production process (conventional machining process), serial (milling and turning center) and on a mass scale (center milling and turning) were presents. The device, designed their localization and internal transportation between them proposition was shown.

    Rodzaj opakowania odgrywa kluczową rolę w kosztach powiązanych z transportowaniem towarów. Właściwy dobór opakowań do wyrobu może zminimalizować ewentualne zagrożenia związane z przewozem tych towarów, zwiększyć sprawność i niezawodność procesów logistycznych, a także umożliwić redukcję kosztów. W pracy przeprowadzona została analiza wybranych wskaźników logistycznych, zarówno kosztowych, jak i jakościowych. W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy wskazano efektywniejsze rozwiązanie logistyczne. Przeprowadzona analiza potwierdziła, że właściwe dopasowane i wykorzystywanie opakowań przyczynia się do obniżenia kosztów oraz poprawy jakości i bezpieczeństwa przepływów towarów w ramach łańcucha dostaw.
    The type of packaging plays a key role in the costs associated with the transport of goods. Proper selection of packaging for the product can minimize the potential risks associated with the transport of these goods, increase the efficiency and reliability of logistics processes, and enable cost reduction. The work involved the analysis of selected logistic indicators, both cost and quality. As a result of the analysis, a more effective logistic solution was indicated. The conducted analysis confirmed that optimally adjusted and used packaging contributes to lowering costs and improving the quality and safety of flows within the supply chain.

Artykuł zakończono wnioskami.
    The aim of this article is to present a methodological framework to design practical logistics systems taking into account specific requirements of the logistic processes and operations. Following problems are discussed: applied logistics as a practical science, logistic process design, design principles, improvement and custom design, universal approach to design and implementation processes, a concept of a logistic system of production control.

    W artykule przedstawiono analizę efektywności systemów logistycznych służących do kompletacji wykorzystywanych w nowoczesnych magazynach. Opracowanie zostało wykonane na podstawie systemów, które oferuje firma LUCA Logistic Solution. Badania do artykułu zostały przeprowadzone w Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowe Systemów Logistycznych na Wydziale Inżynierii Produkcji i Logistyki Politechniki Opolskiej. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie czasów trwania kompletacji poszczególnych metod. W pierwszej części występuje opis teoretyczny systemów logistycznych, w drugiej natomiast wyniki badań oraz ich interpretacja.
    The article presents an analysis of the efficiency of logistic systems used for picking process implemented in modern warehouses. The study was based on the systems offered by LUCA Logistic Solution. The research for the article was carried out at the Research and Development Center of Logistic Systems at the Faculty of Production Engineering and Logistics at the Opole University of Technology. The aim of the work is to present the completion times of individual methods. The first part contains a theoretical description of the logistic systems, the second part presents the results of research and their interpretation.
