    Opis:
    The phase transformation phenomena in eutectic Ga-In-Sn alloys around room temperature are studied by thermal analysis, internal friction, and in-situ XRD methods. The results show that in addition to the solidification transformation, a novel the so-called ‘pre-solidification’ phase transition, demonstrating first-order feature, is observed prior to the crystallization during cooling. The internal friction increases when the ‘pre-solidification’ effect occurs. The shear modulus increases until crystallization. An internal friction peak is attributed to the melting process observed during heating. The mechanism of the ‘pre-solidification’ transformation in Ga-In-Sn eutectic alloy is discussed.
    Zjawiska przemian fazowych w eutektycznych stopach Ga-In-Sn, około temperatury pokojowej, badane są metodami analizy termicznej, tarcia wewnętrznego i XRD in-situ. Wyniki pokazują, że w dodatku do przemiany krzepnięcia, nowa przemiana tzw. „wstępne krzepnięcie”, o charakterze przemiany pierwszego rzędu, obserwowana jest przed krystalizacją podczas chłodzenia. Tarcie wewnętrzne zwiększa się, gdy występuje „wstępnie krzepnięcie”. Moduł sprężystości poprzecznej zwiększa się aż do krystalizacji. Wewnętrzny pik tarcia przypisany jest do topienia obserwowanego podczas ogrzewania. Omówiono mechanizm przemiany „wstępnego krzepnięcia” w eutektycznym stopie Ga-In-Sn.

    The goal of this paper is to measure the non-wetting to wetting transition temperatures of liquid tin on surfaces of different steel samples in vacuum with residual pressure of 10-8 bar. The experiments were conducted on four steels (C45, S103, CK60 and EN1.4034) of varying compositions using pure tin (99.99%) by the sessile drop method. Non-wetting to wetting transition (contact angle decreasing below 90°) by liquid tin was observed as function of increasing temperature in the range of 820-940 K for low alloyed steels C45, S103 and CK60, while it was considerably higher (around 1130 K) for high chromium EN1.4034 steel. it is concluded that at about the same temperatures, the surfaces of the steel samples are spontaneously deoxidized due to the combined effect of high temperature, low vacuum and C-content of steels. After the oxide layer is removed, the contact angles of liquid tin on steel surfaces were found in the range of 45-80° for low alloyed C45, S103 and CK60 steels and around 20° for high chromium EN1.4034 steel. These relatively high contact angle values compared to other metal/metal couples (such as liquid Cu on steels) are due to the formation of not fully metallic intermetallic compounds (FeSn and FeSn2) at the interface (such do not form in the Cu/Fe system).

    W artykule podjęto próbę odtworzenia procesu stawania się człowiekiem dorosłym w wymiarze tożsamościowym i interakcyjnym na podstawie oryginalnych badań jakościowych. Na podstawie pogłębionych wywiadów swobodnych quasi-biograficznych oraz zogniskowanych wywiadów grupowych przeprowadzonych z młodymi urodzonymi w 1986 roku i wchodzącymi w dorosłość w środowisku wielkomiejskim osobami. Analizę ścieżek kształtowania się tożsamości człowieka dorosłego osadzono w teorii płynnej nowoczesności, teorii wczesnej dorosłości, a także w teorii tożsamości, a następnie, wykorzystując instrumentarium pojęciowe tychże nurtów teoretycznych, scharakteryzowano etapy formowania się tożsamości osoby dorosłej.
    The article attempts to reconstruct the process of becoming an adult person in the dimensions of both identity and social interactions. The article is based on the author’s qualitative research, namely in-depth quasi biographical interviews and focus group interviews conducted with people who were born in 1986 and entering adulthood in the environment of a large city. The analysis of the paths of shaping the adult identity has been embedded in the theory of liquid modernity, theories of early adulthood, and theories of identity. Then, with the use of the conceptual instruments of these theoretical frameworks, the stages of shaping the adult identity have been characterized.
