Opis:
The paper deals with multiple soft fault diagnosis of linear analog circuits. A fault verification method is developed that allows estimating the values of a set of the parameters considered as potentially faulty. The method exploits the transmittance of the circuit and is based on a diagnostic test leading to output signal in discrete form. Applying Z-transform a diagnostic equation is written which is next reproduced. The obtained system of equations consisting of larger number of equations than the number of the parameters is solved using appropriate numerical approach. The method is adapted to real circumstances taking into account scattering of the fault-free parameters within their tolerance ranges and some errors produced by the method. In consequence, the results provided by the method have the form of ranges including the values of the tested parameters. To illustrate the method two examples of real electronic circuits are given.

Opis:
This paper is focused on multiple soft fault diagnosis of linear time-invariant analog circuits and brings a method that achieves all objectives of the fault diagnosis: detection, location, and identification. The method is based on a diagnostic test arranged in the transient state, which requires one node accessible for excitation and two nodes accessible for measurement. The circuit is specified by two transmittances which express the Laplace transform of the output voltages in terms of the Laplace transform of the input voltage. Each of these relationships is used to create an overdetermined system of nonlinear algebraic equations with the circuit parameters as the unknown variables. An iterative method is developed to solve these equations. Some virtual solutions can be eliminated comparing the results obtained using both transmittances. Three examples are provided where laboratory or numerical experiments reveal effectiveness of the proposed method.

Opis:
In the circuits of electrical signals belonging to the L1-impulses space or periodic signals space, occurring there real distribution of electrical currents does not meet the principle of minimum energy losses [1, 2]. The solution to this problem is to introduce the control system as current-dependent voltage sources vector, entered into a meshes set of a complex RLC network. It has been shown that the control is energy-neutral (optimal control) [2]. For energy-optimal controlling, to obtain the control operator, the inversion of R(s) operator is required. It is the matrix operator and the dispersive operator (it depends on frequency). Inversion of such operators is inconvenient because it is algorithmically complicated. To avoid this, the operator R(s) is replaced by the R’ operator which is a matrix, but nondispersive one (does not depend on s). Such control is called the suboptimal control.

Opis:
This paper focuses on the invariance of the reachability and observability for fractional order positive linear electrical circuits with delays and their checking methods. By derivation and comparison, it shows that conditions and checking methods of reachability and observability for integer and fractional order positive linear electrical circuits with delays are invariant. An illustrative example is presented at the end of the paper.

Conditions for the positivity of linear electrical circuits composed of resistors, coils, condensators and voltage (current) sources are established. It is shown that: 1) the electrical circuit composed of resistors, coils and voltage source is positive for almost all values of their resistances, inductances and source voltages if and only if the number of coils is less or equal to the number of its linearly independent meshes, 2) the electrical circuit is not positive for any values of its resistances, capacitances and source voltages if each its branch contains resistor, capacitor and voltage source, 3) the positive n-meshes electrical circuit with only one inductance in each linearly independent mesh is reachable if all resistances of branches belonging to two linearly independent meshes are zero 4) the electrical circuits of the structure shown on Fig.5.2 is reachable if and only if the condition (5.11) is satisfied.
