- In her article, the author analyses the relationship between customs procedure and customs execution procedure. She defines the basic characteristic features of both procedures and focuses her attention on the fact that these two types of legal procedure, despite their regulation by legal acts from different branches of law, must effect in unity and symbiosis. The author also presents a comparative analysis of the relationship between administrative procedure and customs procedure. In the end of her article, the author deals with one of the most frequent types of execution, applied by the customs offices, in more detail.
