- There is an asymmetry between valuable natural areas and protected areas. All these areas are naturally valuable, but not all valuable natural areas are embraced by different forms of a nature protection. On these sites it is essential to preserve and to maintain a landscape and biodiversity. This shall be done for example by the proper waste management. In Poland valuable natural areas are under a general jurisdiction, that is, they are in order to be under a binding law and executive acts of the subjective field. An integrated waste management in valuable natural areas should be ecologically efficient, economically effective and socially acceptable.
