W artykule opisano wymagania normowe i Polskiego Centrum Akredytacji (PCA), jakie musi spełniać Laboratorium Wzorcujące Instytutu Techniki Budowlanej akredytowane na zgodność z normą PN-EN ISO/lEC 17025. Laboratorium wdrożyło system zarządzania i uzyskało certyfikat akredytacji PCA w 2008 r. Zadaniem laboratorium akredytowanego jest utrzymanie wdrożonego systemu zarządzania oraz jego doskonalenie.
The standard requirements and the requirements of Polish Centre of Accreditation (PCA), which have to be fulfil for keeping the system of management at ITB Calibration Laboratory in the conformity with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General requirements for the competence of the testing and calibration laboratories are described. Laboratory implemented the system of management and in 2008 obtained the PCA certificate of accreditation. Maintenance of the implemented system and its improvement is the task of accredited laboratory.

The paper deals with the standard requirements and the requirements of Polish Centre of Accreditation (the PCA) which have to be met, to keep the system of management consistent with standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General requirements for the competence of the testing and calibration laboratories at the ITB Calibration Laboratory. Laboratory initiated the system of management and PCA granted the certificate of accreditation in 2008. The task of laboratory is to maintain the initiated system of management and to improve its functioning.

In this paper is described activity at the accredited Calibration Laboratory of the Building Research Institute in 2013 is described. Laboratory initiated the system of management and in 2008 PCA granted the certificate of accreditation in 2013 laboratory participated at the comparisons PT/ILC (proficiency test/interlaboratory comparison) and at the internal comparison between staff.

Przedstawiono działania podjęte w celu wdrożenia systemu zarządzania w Laboratorium Wzorcującym Instytutu Techniki Budowlanej na zgodność z PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Ogólne wymagania dotyczące kompetencji laboratoriów badawczych i wzorcujących. Aby laboratorium uzyskało certyfikat akredytacji AP 113 wydany przez Polskie Centrum Akredytacji, należało podjąć decyzję o akredytacji, przygotować dokumentację systemową i techniczną, poddać się wizytacji wstępnej przez auditorów Polskiego Centrum Akredytacji, zakupić uzupełniające wyposażenie, znowelizować i zaktualizować dokumentację, wdrożyć system zarządzania zgodny z PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 oraz pozytywnie przejść audit akredytacyjny.
This paper deals with the actions which were undertaken to implement the management system in the Calibration Laboratory of BRI, according to PN-EN ISO/EC 17025 General requirements for the competence of the testing and calibration laboratories. To obtain the certificate of accreditation AP 113 for Calibration Laboratory issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation the following steps have to be done taking a decision on accreditation, preparation of the system and technical procedures, taking measures for preliminary audit of the Polish Centre for Accreditation, buying the supplement equipment, revision and updating of the documentation, implementation of the management system according to PN-EN ISO/EC 17025:2005, and positive passage of the final accreditation audit.

W referacie przedstawiono proces standaryzacji bazy edukacyjno – laboratoryjnej uczelni do nauczania informatycznych systemów zarządzania w związku z rozwojem platformy e-PUAP w administracji państwowej świadczącej usługi publiczne. Omówiono wybrane aspekty technologiczne systemów oraz działania podejmowane przez instytucje w celu rozwoju aplikacji korporacyjnych na wielu szczeblach administracji państwowej oraz modele doskonalenia kadr projektowych i administracyjnych. Przedstawiono główne kierunki kształcenia studentów uczelni ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem języków i narzędzi do modelowania i projektowania architektur korporacyjnych systemów informatycznych państwa.
The following report is a presentation of a standardization process of laboratory-educational university base meant to teach about computer system management according to evolution of e-PUAP platform in national administration responsible for public services. The report discusses selected technological system issues, the operations done by institutions in order to develop corporation applications on many different administration levels and the models of project and administration team improvement. A main trend of student education was presented with particular consideration of languages and tools for modeling and development of corporation computer system architectures in national institutions.

Preventive maintenance as a component of facilities maintenance system is to maximize the useful life of all laboratory system. This descriptive study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance program of Civil Engineering Department in FEATI University. The individual respondents were drawn from the engineering students and faculty members, and employees of the respondent institution. These are the respondents who used the civil engineering laboratory. It utilized validated researcher-made questionnaire, unstructured interview, and documentary analysis as its data gathering instruments. The data gathered were treated using frequency and percentage count.

Systemy zarządzania jakością wg normy ISO 9001:2009 zostały szeroko opisane i przebadane. Akredytowane systemy zarządzania w laboratoriach badawczych wg ISO/IEC 17025:2005 opisywanie były głównie pod kątem tworzenia i wdrażania systemu, a także pod kątem analitycznym. Mało miejsca poświęcono badaniom funkcjonowania systemu zarządzania w akredytowanych laboratoriach badawczych. W niniejszej pracy zostały przedstawione wybrane wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych na grupie 1213 akredytowanych laboratoriów badawczych.
Quality management systems according to ISO 9001: 2009 has been thoroughly described and examined. Accredited management systems in research laboratories according to ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 were describing mainly for the creation and implementation of the system, as well as for analytical point of view. A low number of studies concerned to examine the functioning of the management in accredited laboratories. In this work are presented selected results of a survey conducted on a group of 1,213 accredited laboratories.

W artykule przedstawiono metody i środki zarządzania oraz optymalizacji dostępu do zasobów laboratorium sieci komputerowych. Zaprezentowano aplikacje do automatyzacji zapisu, odtwarzania konfiguracji urządzeń i gromadzenia wyników oraz wskazano protokoły, które mogą być użyte w tym celu. Zaproponowana została również metoda automatyzacji zmian konfiguracyjnych uzależniona od bieżącej analizy parametrów pomiarowych.
The article presents the methods and means to manage and optimize access to a computer network laboratory resources. The applications to automate configuration saving and recovery process has been presented as well as the methods to collect the results. The authors gives the examples of protocols that can be used for these purpose. The proposed method can be also used to provide automatic configuration changes which depends on the current analysis of measurement parameters.

The low performance of educational laboratories managed manually has a negative impact on the students’ learning outcomes. This study aims to compare the performance of laboratories which implement the MISLab as the information systems management to the performance of laboratories managed manually. The study was conducted in 18 Vocational Schools in North Sumatera Province of Indonesia, involving 36 laboratory managers, 54 practicum teachers, and 90 students of educational laboratories. The finding of this study showed that the implementation of MISLab succeeded in improving the performance of educational laboratories with 88.45% achievement of ideal standard and contributed to the 55.52% performance improvement compared to manual laboratory management. The increased laboratory performance has a positive impact on increasing the satisfaction of laboratory managers and students as users, which will lead to enhanced learning effectiveness and achievement of learning outcomes.
Niska wydajność laboratoriów edukacyjnych zarządzanych ręcznie ma negatywny wpływ na wyniki uczenia się uczniów. Niniejsze badanie ma na celu porównanie wydajności laboratoriów wdrażających MISLab jako zarządzanie systemami informatycznymi z wydajnością laboratoriów zarządzanych ręcznie. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone w 18 szkołach zawodowych w prowincji North Sumatera w Indonezji, z udziałem 36 kierowników laboratoriów, 54 nauczycieli praktycznych i 90 uczniów laboratoriów edukacyjnych. Wyniki tego badania wykazały, że wdrożenie MISLab z powodzeniem poprawiło wydajność laboratoriów edukacyjnych, osiągając 88,45% osiągnięcia idealnego standardu i przyczyniło się do poprawy wydajności o 55,52% w porównaniu z ręcznym zarządzaniem laboratorium. Zwiększona wydajność laboratorium ma pozytywny wpływ na zwiększenie zadowolenia kierowników laboratorium i studentów jako użytkowników, co doprowadzi do poprawy efektywności uczenia się i osiągania efektów uczenia się.

The quality management systems compliant with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard are widely described in terms of the research methods. However, the construction and functioning of the management system are discussed on a much smaller scale. The Authors of this publication tried to assess selected results from the survey conducted among 1,213 accredited testing laboratories functioning in Poland. The Authors focused on analysing the survey results describing the influence of the organizational structure of the institution in which the laboratory was located on the functioning of an accredited management system in a testing laboratory.
ystemy zarządzania jakością wg normy PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 zostały szeroko opisane w kontekście metod badawczych. Natomiast budowa i funkcjonowanie systemu zarządzania zostały opisane w znacznie mniejszej skali. Autorzy publikacji podjęli próbę oceny wybranych wyników przeprowadzonego badania ankietowego na próbie 1213 akredytowanych laboratoriów badawczych funkcjonujących na terenie Polski. Autorzy skupili się na analizie wyników ankiety opisującej wpływ struktury organizacyjnej jednostki, w której jest umiejscowione laboratorium, na funkcjonowanie akredytowanego systemu zarządzania w laboratorium badawczym.

Będzie ono funkcjonować jako system realizujący zarówno zadania badawcze jak i dydaktyczne. W artykule opisano architekturę systemu, jego główne funkcje, realizowane zadania oraz zasoby sprzętowe i programowe wchodzące w jego skład.
This paper presents the research management system using virtual laboratory. This system enables planning, organizing and controlling researches. This system allows to make measurements remotely, monitor, do laboratory research, do analysis of research's results, use of knowledge from database and help cooperate with another research center through Internet. It describes work on the Geotechnical Virtual Laboratory in the Department of Geomechanics, Civil Engineering and Geotechnics at AGH - University of Science and Technology, Cracow. It allows to do research and solve educational problems as well. This paper provides a brief overview of system's structure, its functions, activities, instruments and software within it.

The quality management systems compliant with the ISO 9001:2009 have been thoroughly researched and described in detail in the world literature. The accredited management systems used in the testing laboratories and compliant with the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 have been mainly described in terms of the system design and implementation. They have also been investigated from the analytical point of view. Unfortunately, a low number of studies concerned the management system functioning in the accredited testing laboratories. The aim of following study was to assess the management system functioning in the accredited testing laboratories in Poland. On 8 October 2015, 1,213 accredited testing laboratories were present in Poland. They investigated various scientific areas and substances/objects. There are more and more such laboratories that have various problems and different long-term experience when it comes to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the management systems. The article describes the results of the conducted expert assessment (survey) carried out to examine the conditions for the functioning of a management system in an accredited laboratory. It also focuses on the characteristics of the accredited research laboratories in Poland. The authors discuss the selection of the external and internal conditions that may affect the accredited management system. They show how the experts assessing the selected conditions were chosen. The survey results are also presented.

W artykule opisana została działalność Laboratorium Wzorcującego ITB w 2012 r., akredytowanego przez Polskie Centrum Akredytacji (PCA) na zgodność z normą PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 Ogólne wymagania dotyczące kompetencji laboratoriów badawczych i wzorcujących, dotyczącą doskonalenia systemu zarządzania oraz integracji laboratorium z wprowadzonym w Instytucie Techniki Budowlanej systemem zarządzania ISO-9001.
In this paper the activity at the accredited Calibration Laboratory of the Building Research Institute in 2012 is described. Laboratory initiated the system of management and PCA granted the certificate of accreditation in 2008. The task of laboratory to be accredited is the maintenance of initiated system of management as well as his improvement. The standard requirements of Polish Centre of Accreditation (PCA) are described in PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General requirements for the competence of the testing and calibration laboratories.
