    Domieszki odgrywają znaczną rolę we współczesnej technologii betonu. Efektywne ich wykorzystanie jest jednak bardzo często utrudnione ze względu na złożony mechanizm oddziaływania na podstawowe stadia, takie jak: adsorpcja, rozpuszczanie, reakcje chemiczne i inne. Badania tych procesów jednoznacznie wskazują, że niezależnie od mechanizmów oddziaływania domieszek, wszystkie one wpływają na zmiany kinetyki przebiegu tych procesów, a tym samym na intensywność i wielkość efektów cieplnych. W oparciu o przeprowadzone badania opracowano podstawowe założenia i kryteria termokinetycznej oceny efektywności domieszek.
    Admixtures are significant in modern concrete technology. However, their effective use is very often difficult due to the complex mechanism of their influence on the main stages, such as: adsorption, dissolution, chemical reactions and others. The study of these processes clearly indicates that regardless of the admixture mechanisms of interactions, they all influence the kinetic course of these processes and thereby the intensity and magnitude of the thermal effects. Based on the studies the basic assumptions and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of thermokinetic admixtures have been developed.

    Opis:
    Performance measurement of construction contracts belongs to the crucial activities enabling the improvement of processes in a construction company. The main aim of this paper is to evaluate and analyse performance management practices applied by contractors in the Czech construction sector. Original data were collected using a questionnaire survey and quantified through relative frequency of occurrence. These data have been supplemented by interviews with experts in the field in order to assess the importance of the individual criteria and other relevant performance aspects. The main findings illustrate differences in approach with respect to company size, as well as the most frequently used performance indicators and criteria. The study also focused on the performance measurement of subcontractors and the factors influencing contract success. The results show that large companies have already developed elaborate measurement systems and have sufficient staff for this purpose. Companies in the Micro&Small category show worse measurement performance, mainly due to the lack of qualified staff.

    Praca dotyczy badań lokalnych skutków uderzenia w konstrukcję osłonową typu sandwich. Dla wyeliminowania wpływu podpór i warunków brzegowych badanego fragmentu osłony na deformacje jej rdzenia i powłok zewnętrznych zaproponowano dwa stanowiska badawcze. Na jednym dwa identyczne młoty uderzały równocześnie z obu stron próbki w jej powłoki zewnętrzne. Na drugim jeden młot uderzał w próbkę i poprzez nią przekazywał energię uderzenia drugiemu młotowi o zerowej prędkości początkowej. Sformułowano trzy alternatywne kryteria efektywności energochłonnych osłon.
    The paper deals with experimental investigations into local shock effects on shield structures of the sandwich type. In order to eliminate the influence of support and boundary conditions of the element investigated onto deformations of its core and outer plates, two test stands were proposed. In one of them, two identical hammers simultaneously stroke both of the outer plates of the element. In the second stand, one hammer transferred its impact energy through the investigated element to the second hammer of zero initial velocity. In the paper three alternative criteria of the effectiveness of energy-absorbing shields are formulated.

    Opis:
    To increase the efficiency of transport nodes functioning taking into account the logistics management principles it is necessary to optimize the structure and capacity of transport nodes' production resources, and to develop such a method for calculating of joint schedules for vehicles and freight hubs of the transport node, which takes into account stochastic nature of the parameters of material and informational flows. For solving the problems of optimal management of transport nodes functioning processes it is proposed to use the specific efficiency indicator, which is determined as a ratio of total costs of clients servicing in transport node to the costs of production resources used while servicing. According to the used approach for formalization of the transport node internal processes, development of the simulation model was implemented on the base of object-oriented programming principles. TransportNode.dll class library has been used as basic tool for simulations. The model implemented on the base of the library allows to take into account stochastic nature of demand and probabilistic nature of technological processes in transport nodes. Some results of numeric simulations for the loading area “Amur-Gavan” of Dnipropetrovsk River Port have been described in the paper.

    Opis:
    The paper analyses the propulsion systems of inland waterway vessels according to the criteria of economic efficiency, ecology and safety. The professional experience of the authors and their expert knowledge indicate that always the increase of safety level as well as ecological solutions are realized at the expense of economic efficiency. Therefore, arguing for the result of such analysis, the features of water bodies, port infrastructure and elements which should influence the selection of propulsion systems, features of various types of power and fuels with their energy value guaranteeing the swimming range were described. Types of propulsion systems were characterized and a model of selection of propulsion system to the type of sailing was presented. The analysis presented in the article is necessary for a reliable assessment of the accuracy of the selection of the propulsion system for the actual conditions of operation of sea and inland waterway vessels, i.e. for the type of the vessel and its suitability to perform operational tasks on specific waterways.
    W artykule dokonano analizy napędów śródlądowych jednostek pływających we-dług kryteriów efektywności, ekologii i bezpieczeństwa. Doświadczenie zawodowe autorów i ich wiedza ekspercka wskazują, że zawsze wzrost poziomu bezpieczeństwa jak i rozwiązania ekologiczne realizowane są kosztem efektywności. Dlatego też, argumentując wynik takiej analizy opisano cechy akwenów, infrastruktury portowej oraz elementy, które powinny mieć wpływ na dobór napędów, cechy energii zasilającej i paliw z ich wartością energetyczną gwarantującą zasięg pływania. Scharakteryzowano typy napędów oraz przedstawiono model doboru napędu do typu żeglugi. Analiza przed-stawiona w artykule jest niezbędna do rzetelnej oceny trafności doboru napędu do rzeczywistych warunków eksploatacji jednostek pływających, czyli do typu jednostki oraz jej zdatności do wykonania zadań eksploatacyjnych na określonych akwenach.

    Niniejszy artykuł stanowi propozycję ogólnej formuły analizy i projektowania systemów zarządzania procesowego. Głównym celem analizy jest ocena efektywności działalności menedżerskiej (zarządczej), a w konsekwencji wskazanie kierunków jej doskonalenia. W prezentowanym artykule zostały przedstawione: definicja systemu zarządzania procesowego, graficzne formy prezentacji procesów, istota podejścia procesowego, metodyka analizy systemów zarządzania procesowego, problem oceny efektywności i doskonalenia procesów, specyfika projektowania systemów zarządzania procesowego. Dwa centralne zagadnienia metodologiczne artykułu to: metodyka analizy systemów zarządzania procesowego oraz cykl projektowania tego typu systemów. Proponowana metodyka analizy systemów zarządzania procesowego obejmuje następujące etapy: 1) ustalenie celu i przedmiotu badania, 2) dobór rodzajowy i ilościowy kryteriów oceny, 3) ustalenie wag kryteriów oceny, 4) pomiar sprawności systemów SZp-N. Cykl projektowania w wersji wyspecjalizowanej (odniesionej do systemów zarządzania procesowego) reprezentują poniższe etapy: 1. Opis dziedziny zarządzania. 2. Projektowanie pragmatyki procesów zarządzania. 3. Projektowanie organizacji procesów zarządzania. 4. Projektowanie instrumentów procesów zarządzania. 5. Analiza efektywności procesów zarządzania. 6. Doskonalenie systemów zarządzania procesowego.
    The paper proposes a general formula for analysing and designing a process management system. The general objective of the analysis is to assess the effectiveness of managerial activities and, consequently, propose necessary improvements. The paper discusses the following issues: definition of a process management system, graphical forms of presenting processes, the concept of a process approach, methodology for analysing process management systems, assessment of process effectiveness and improvement, characteristics of designing process management systems. The methodological issues discussed in the paper focus on two areas: methods for analysing process management systems and the designing cycle for such systems. The proposed methods for analysing process management systems include the following stages: 1) setting the objectives of and defining research areas, 2) type-oriented and quantitative selection of assessment criteria, determination of assessment weightings, 4) measurement of the systems’ effectiveness. The designing cycle in a specialised variant (referred to process management systems) corresponds to the below defined stages: 1. Description of management area. 2. Designing the pragmatics of management processes. 3. Designing the organization of management processes. 4. Designing management process instruments. 5. Analysis of management process effectiveness. 6. Improvements in process management systems.

    Przedstawiono metodę oceny stateczności statku, umożliwiającą uwzględnienie zachowania się statku na fali. Istotą metody jest ocena zachowania się statku poddanego tzw. numerycznym próbom morskim. W artykule podano przykład metody uwzględniającej właściwości morskie statku i na tej podstawie opracowano wskazówki do zastosowania tych właściwości w kryterium stateczności poprzecznej.
    The paper presents a method for the stability assessment taking into account ship behavior in waves. The m the method aims at examining ship seakeeping ability by the numerical sea test simulation in real-life operation scenarios. The article presents an application of the method for seakeeping analysis which served as a basis for stability criterion formulation.

    W artykule przedstawiono projekt kryteriów i mierników oceny efektywności podsystemu bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego obszaru działania Państwowej Straży Pożarnej (PSP) w Systemie Bezpieczeństwa Narodowego Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Stanowiły one głos w dyskusji nad opracowaniem metodologii i metodyki oceny efektywności systemu bezpieczeństwa narodowego wykonywanej przez zespół naukowo-badawczy w ramach projektu pt. System Bezpieczeństwa Narodowego RP . W artykule w pierwszej kolejności zdefiniowano zasady formułowania kryteriów efektywności podsystemu bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego w obszarze działania Państwowej Straży Pożarnej, a następnie zaprezentowano kryteria oceny jego efektywności. Docelową część opracowania stanowią jednak metodyki oceny efektywności podsystemu bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego w obszarze działania Państwowej Straży Pożarnej. Prezentowaną koncepcję odniesiono do przepisów obowiązującego prawa, zasad, wytycznych i analiz.
    This paper presents the design criteria and metrics evaluation of the effectiveness of internal security subsystem area of operation of the State Fire Service in the National Safety System of the Republic of Poland. They were carried out in the discussion on the development of methodologies and methods for assessing the effectiveness of the National Safety System by a team of scientific – research in project National Safety System. In an article in the first place defined rules subsystem formulation of criteria for the effectiveness of internal security in the area of the State Fire Service, and then presents the criteria for assessing the effectiveness of internal security subsystem in the area of the State Fire Service. Third part of the report includes an evaluation of the effectiveness of the methodology of internal security subsystem in the territory of the State Fire Service. The whole of referred to the applicable laws, rules, guidelines and analysis.

    W opracowaniu omawiane są niektóre problemy dotyczące pomiaru efektywności pedagogicznej. Jest to ciągle problem otwarty. Dlatego konieczna jest reinterpretacja całej konwencji terminologicznej. Dotyczy to także edukacji informacyjnej i informatycznej. Konieczne jest nowe określenie w tym zakresie siatki problemowej. Wyróżnienie rodzajów efektywności wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej pozwala na opracowanie katalogu wskaźników dla każdego z nich, a przez to dobór metod i narzędzi pomiaru. W ostatnim czasie szczególnie ważne są problemy oceny efektywności zewnętrznej, a w tym badanie losów i przydatności zawodowej absolwentów, ocena efektywności różnych form doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym tzw. egzaminów zewnętrznych, pozwalających na uzyskanie certyfikatów. Konieczna jest także ocena poziomu rozwoju społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Proponuję zastosowanie wskaźników: szansy cyfrowej (DOI) i gotowości sieciowej (NRI).
    This study is to take certain issues concerning the measurement of the effectiveness of teaching. It is still an open problem. Therefore it is necessary to reinterpret the whole convention of the terminology. This also applies to IT and information education. It is needed to determine the area of issue net. Mention the types of internal and external efficiency allows creating the catalog of indicators for each of them and thus the selection of methods and tools of measurement. Nowadays there are particularly important issues to value the effectiveness of external including future and professional suitability of graduates, evaluate the effectiveness of various forms of professional development and so-called: external exams that enable to obtain certificates. It is also necessary to value the level of development of information society. I suggest using in this case indicators such as Digital Opportunity Index (DOI) and Network Readiness Index (NRI).
