Opis:
The ERTMS system is intended to provide an interoperable approach to train control and signalling in the European Union. The basis for effective train control at ETCS Level 2 is wireless data transmission via GSM-R. This transmission must be protected by cryptographic techniques to ensure its safety. The authors in their article present technical solutions and their applications related to cryptographic keys. They present the requirements that have been formulated for the cryptographic key management system. They discuss its architecture, functions and possibilities of increasing the security of management processes with the use of solutions applied in other branches of the economy. In the last point of the article attention is drawn to the threats posted by the complex process of managing a set of cryptographic keys, the number of which can be measured by tens of thousands.

W artykule omówiono metody wzorcowania narzędzi dynamometrycznych, zapewnienie spójności pomiarowej poprzez odniesienie do wzorców państwowych, oraz składniki niepewności pomiaru. Przedstawiono pierwsze w administracji miar w Polsce stanowisko pomiarowe momentu siły. W podsumowaniu odniesiono się do sposobu klasyfikacji przyrządów do pomiaru momentu siły.
Methods of calibration of dynamometric instruments, assurance of measurement traceability with reference to the national standards, and components of measurement uncertainty have been discussed in the article. The first force moment measurement stand, in the Polish Measures Administration, has been described. Tools and instruments have been divided into two groups. In Part 2, the calibration of dynamometric wrenches at the stand shown on Fig. 1, has been discussed. Part 3 describes the calibration of force moment transducers at the stand shown on Fig. 2. The way of classification of instruments of force moment measurement has been evaluated in the summary.

W artykule przedstawiono metodę wykorzystania układów programowalnych do sprzętowej realizacji fragmentów systemu steganograficznego dotyczących klucza steganograficznego. Z systemu steganograficznego wydzielono "część klucza", czyli przekształceń, w których wykorzystywany jest klucz. Pozwoliło to na sprzętową jego implementację, co zwiększyło bezpieczeństwo wykorzystywanego klucza.
This article presents a method used programmable device to hardware implementation same elements of the steganographic system concerning stego-key. In the steganoraphic system has dealt out a key part, that is transformations key in which be used. This step allowed to hardware implementation the key, which enlarged its safety.

W artykule zaprezentowano procedurę przekazywania jednostki miary momentu siły w Centralnym Wojskowym Ośrodku Metrologii (CWOM) powstałą w oparciu o procedurę wzorcowania DKD. Przedstawiono ścieżkę spójności pomiarowej w zakresie momentu siły w resorcie Obrony Narodowej. Omówiono proces kalibracji wzorców roboczych momentu siły z zastosowaniem transferowych kluczy dynamometrycznych. Zaprezentowano sposób obliczania parametrów urządzenia kalibrowanego oraz przedstawiono proces szacowania niepewności pomiaru.
The procedure for unit of torque transfer at the Primary Standards Laboratory (PSL), based on a calibration procedure of DKD is presented in the paper. The chain of traceability comparisons in the field of torque in the National Defence Department is also presented. The process of working standards calibration with transfer torque wrenches as reference is described. The procedure for calculation parameters and procedure for uncertainty evaluation are presented.

Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza dyskursu medialnego dotyczącego tzw. kryzysu migracyjnego w Niemczech. Podstawą analizy są teksty prasowe z tygodnika DIE ZEIT, które ukazały się w wydaniach obejmujących okres od końca sierpnia do połowy września 2015 roku. Analiza obejmuje płaszczyznę leksykalną w celu ukazania specyficznych dla badanego dyskursu określeń konstytuujących za pomocą języka początek kryzysu. Ponadto badanie skupia się na ukazaniu sposobów nominacji głównych uczestników wydarzenia, którzy w ramach niniejszej pracy określani są w sensie metajęzykowym i w odniesieniu do całego konceptu mianem uchodźców (niem. Flüchtlinge). Obydwa aspekty podlegają analizie z perspektywy teorii walk semantycznych (por. Felder 2006, 2010) i specyfiki perswazyjnej. Praca ma charakter empiryczny i wpisuje się w zakres lingwistycznej analizy dyskursu.

Conducted by "Olkusz" Speleological Club exploratory works related to the Gieńkówka cave led only to its partial opening. There are indications stating that this cave has continuation beyond its currently available parts. In order to verify those assumptions resistivity imaging method has been used. During analysis of the resistivity models obtained from field measurements the synthetic model, simulating the intersection of the cave corridor, has been utilized. In order to assess the reliability of resistivity cross sections in terms of the presence of artifacts left by the inversion process Depth of Investigation (DOI) index has been applied. For preparing DOI maps two inversions on the same data set were carried out using different reference models. Then the results were compared to each other. High resistivity anomalies revealed on obtained models show strong correlation with actual caves known in this area. In addition, similar anomalies have been found in place of the predicted continuity in Gieńkówka cave, thus confirming the hypothesis made in this research. High DOI index values in the occurrence of caves pointing to the instability of the inversion process in those areas.

W artykule omówiono istniejący już od średniowiecza system ochrony przeciwpożarowej Wrocławia oraz opisano jego rozbudowę , która nastąpiła dopiero w 2. połowie XIX w. Przedstawiono rozwój terytorialny miasta i udoskonalenie jego infrastruktury, które zbiegły się w czasie z wprowadzeniem zawodowej służby strażackiej. Analizy koncentrycznego rozmieszczenia remiz wykazały usprawnienie ich działania i skrócenie czasu reakcji. Wprowadzenie telegrafów, terminali zawiadamiania pożarowego, rozbudowa sieci wodociągowej i komunalnych hydrantów wpłynęły na bezpieczeństwo metropolii. Przeprowadzone badania zobrazowały, jaki wpływ miały na kształtowanie tkanki miejskiej, wielkich dzielnic mieszkaniowych i układ skoncentrowanych w centrum gmachów użyteczności publicznej. Inwentaryzacja infrastruktury przeciwpożarowej, która niegdyś stanowiła o nowoczesności i niezależności metropolii, pokazała jej dzisiejszy stan.
The article discussed the fire protection system of Wrocław existing since the Middle Ages and describes its extension, which took place not earlier than the 2nd half of the 19th century. The territorial development of the city and the improvement of its infrastructure coincided with the introduction of professional fire service. Conducted research on the concentric arrangement of the fire-stations showed improvement in their operation and shortened the reaction time. The introduction of telegraphs, fire notification terminals, extension of the water supply network and municipal hydrants affected the security of the metropolis. The research carried out showed what effect they had on the shaping of the urban tissue, the large residential districts and the system of public facilities concentrated in the center of these buildings. Inventory of the fire infrastructure which once determined the modernity and independence of the metropolis, showed its present state.

W pracy dokonano próby oceny krajobrazu pod względem jego wymiernej wartości. Zbadano przydatność oceny krajobrazu w procesie wyceny nieruchomości. Dokonano charakterystyki krajobrazów występujących w gminie Klucze. Uzyskano typy główne i szczegółowe krajobrazu rolniczego oraz krajobrazu osadniczego. Następnie przedstawiono kolejne etapy wyznaczenia wartości teoretycznej krajobrazu reprezentowanej przez Wskaźniki Istotności Terenu. Do ich wyznaczenia wykorzystano zbiór cech charakteryzujących strukturą przestrzenną wsi. Wyodrębniono cechy dotyczące struktury użytkowania ziemi, użytków rolnych, osadnictwa wiejskiego oraz warunków środowiska przyrodniczego. Uzyskano trzy grupy Wskaźników Istotności Terenu reprezentujących działalność rolniczą, pozarolniczą oraz rekreacyjną. Aby wykazać przydatność Wskaźników Istotności Terenu, a także ich praktyczne zastosowanie podjęto próbę porównania ich wartości z bazą cen rynkowych nieruchomości występujących w gminie Klucze. Wyniki analizy zilustrowano w postaci kartograficznej, uwzględniając powiązania Wskaźników Istotności Terenu z cenami nieruchomości zarówno gruntowych jak i budowlanych występujących na terenie gminy Klucze.
In the paper the tests of landscape valuation with regard to its measurable value was performed. The usefulness of landscape valuation was examined in the process of real estate appraisal. The kinds of landscapes which occurre in the Klucze commune were described. Main types and detailed ones were obtained for the agricultural landscape as well as for the settling one. Next, the succesive stages of determination of theoretical value of landscape were presented using Coefficients of Terrain Relevance. To determine them the set of features characterizing the spatial structure of village was used. The features were divided in the relation to the structures of the land use, of agricultural use, of rural settling as well as conditions of natural environment. Three groups of Coefficients of Terrain Relevance representing agricultural activity, non-agricultural as well as recreational were obtained. To show the usefulness of the Coefficients of Terrain Relevance and to show they practical use, the test of comparison of their values with the base of market prices of real estate occurring in commune Klucze was performed. The analysis of results was illustrated in cartographical form, taking into account the connection of the Coefficients of Terrain Relevance with prices of both land and building real estates occurring in localities of Klucze commune.

Artykuł stara się pokazać związki i relacje, jakie łączą wiersze ze zbioru Vade-mecum z epistolografią Norwida. Relacje ujawniają się nie tylko poziom genetycznym, ale także tematycznym, stylistycznym, leksykalnym (w tym dotyczącym słów-kluczy) i przede wszystkim w zakresie wykorzystywania struktur komunikacyjnych. W przypadku wierszy zwraca uwagę dialog oraz sięganie po formuły potoczne i epistolograficzne, zaś jeśli chodzi o listy skłonność poety do przesycania przynajmniej niektórych ich fragmentów formułami i zwrotami o wybitnie poetyckim charakterze.
This article attempts to highlight relationships between poems from the collection Vade-mecum and Norwid’s epistolography. These ties manifest not only on the genetic level, but also in terms of themes as well as stylistic and lexical elements (including key words), primarily with regard to the use of communication structures. What draws attention in these poems is the use of dialogue and the incorporation of colloquial and epistolographic phrases.In his letters, on the other hand, the poet displays a predilection for saturating certain passages with formulas and expressions of distinctly poetic character.

Artykuł przedstawia dochody kluczy dóbr stołowych biskupów krakowskich i arcybiskupów gnieźnieńskich spisane w 1545 r. Źródło to jest częścią inwentarza mobiliów pasterza tych diecezji, arcybiskupa Piotra Gamrata, który zmarł we wspomnianym roku, nie pozostawiwszy testamentu. Inwentarz sporządziła więc krakowska kapituła katedralna, jako że do niej należało spłacenie długów zmarłego oraz sfinansowanie kosztów jego pogrzebu. Dochody te skonfrontowano z wartością domeny biskupów krakowskich oszacowaną w 1529 r. oraz z dochodami dóbr arcybiskupów gnieźnieńskich zapisanymi w 1531 r. Wynika z tego, że szacunkowy dochód domeny biskupów krakowskich wzrósł między 1529 a 1545 r. o około trzydzieści procent. W jednym z trzech kluczy arcybiskupstwa gnieźnieńskiego dochody wzrosły o około sto procent, zaś dla pozostałych odnotowano tylko niewielkie różnice.
The article discusses the revenues from the landed estates of Cracow bishops and Gniezno archbishops of 1545. The list of revenues was inserted into an inventory of the personal chattel of those dioceses’ pastor Piotr Gamrat, who had died that year without a last will and testament. Hence, the Cracow cathedral chapter decided to write down the inventory because their responsibility was to settle the archbishop’s debts and to cover the costs of his funeral. The 1545 revenues are confronted with the value of the Cracow bishops’ landed property according to its 1529 taxation, and with the manorial incomes that were documented for a part of the Gniezno archbishopric in 1531. This comparison shows a ca. thirty-percent total income growth in the Cracow bishops’ demesne. In one of the three Gniezno archbishops’ manorial estates that were taken into account, a hundred percent growth took place, while in the two others the incomes’ volume remained almost unchanged.

Matryca leksykalno-składniowa tekstu naukowego jako typu dyskursu wyspecjalizowanego Przedstawione w artykule badania mają na celu opracowanie matrycy leksykalno-składniowej tekstu naukowego. Autorka odwołuje się do metodologii grupy badawczej DiSem, definiując jej podstawowe pojęcia, takie jak: motyw semantyczny, struktura leksykalno-składniowa, mgławica semantyczna, matryca leksykalno-składniowa. Omawiana analiza składa się z dwóch etapów: wydobycie struktur leksykalno-składniowych, a następnie ich przypisanie do różnych części tekstu naukowego: wstęp, rozwinięcie, zakończenie itp.  Struktury przedstawione są w formie tabeli i zilustrowane przykładami zaczerpniętymi z korpusu badawczego. Matrice lexico-syntaxique de l’écrit scientifique en tant que type de discours spécialisé L’étude présentée dans cet article a pour objectif de dégager les structures lexico-syntaxiques propres à l’écrit scientifique. S’appuyant sur la méthodologie du groupe de recherche DiSem, l’auteur définit les principales notions indispensables pour pouvoir procéder à l’analyse qui se compose de deux étapes. Après avoir dégagé les structures en question étalées sous forme de tableaux suivies d’exemples tirés du corpus, on passe à leur distribution en fonction des parties textuelles où elles apparaissent. La dite analyse fait partie d’un projet dont le but final est de déterminer la matrice lexico-syntaxique de l’écrit scientifique en tant que type de discours spécialisé.
The paper offers an analysis of lexical-syntactic structures typical of a scientific text, that is a text that follows quite a stable and rigid structure. A corpus-based analysis, achieved through the use of the Scientext corpora, runs across two dimensions. The first dimension is constituted by the subject matter of the text while the other dimension concerns the relation between the author of the text and the recipient. The analysis presented is a two-stage process. At the first stage, lexical-syntactic structures are singled out. The second stage is to assign those structures to the particular parts of the text, such as Introduction, Main body, Conclusion. The final objective is to arrive at a lexical-syntactic template of a scientific text.

W pracy zaprezentowano projekt scalonego przetwornika analogowo-cyfrowego wykonany w technologii UMC CMOS 180nm. Przedstawiono rozwiązanie pozwalające na znaczące zmniejszenie powierzchni zajmowanej przez układ poprzez dodanie pomocniczego przetwornika C/A. Zostało przybliżone także zagadnienie odpowiedniego doboru kluczy w układach z przełączanymi pojemnościami. Ostatecznie zaprezentowany układ cechuje się szybkością konwersji wynoszącą 3 MS/s przy poborze mocy 225 žW oraz bardzo niską nieliniowością.
The dynamic progress in the domain of applications involving X rays demands more sophisticated circuits for acquisition and processing of signals from the silicon detectors. This paper presents a design of an integrated analog-to-digital converter dedicated to multichannel silicon detector readout circuits. The successive approximation with charge redistribution architecture was proposed. In order to reduce the total chip area, the DAC was split into two blocks. The capacitor array used as a primary DAC and also as a sampling circuit. As a secondary DAC, the resistive voltage divider was introduced. This solution allowed reducing the total DAC area by the factor of 6, maintaining the same output voltage accuracy. The CMOS switches are described in detail, as they play important role in the switch capacitor circuits, affecting both the speed and accuracy of the primary capacitive DAC. A synchronous regenerative latch is used as a comparator. The ADC is implemented in UMC CMOS 180nm technology. The designed ADC is able to achieve conversion rates of 3 MS/s at 225 žW. The final simulation results show also low nonlinearity of the presented circuit.

Opis:
Chinese is a tonal language, thus the difference in the tone is directly linked to the word meaning. There are four tones in Mandarin Chinese. The sound pitch is as distinctive as the components of segmental phonemes of the syllabic structure. Different morphemes/words in the Chinese language can sound alike or the same. It is the combination of the components in the Chinese character which can indicate the meaning as well as partially or wholly the pronunciation. In the paper we discuss some radicals of the traditional writing system in the relation to the phonetic components (phonetic indicators) in the picto-phonetic characters (known also as phono-semantic characters). Whoever tries to learn the Chinese language as L2 has to approach the writing system in order to develop the vocabulary and the spoken Chinese language competence.

W związku ze zmianami, jakie zachodzą na rynkach cyfrowych, celem artykułu jest dokonanie oceny prawnej rozporządzalności kluczami cyfrowymi do gier komputerowych z uwzględnieniem w szczególności problematyki wyczerpania praw autorskich oraz rozważenie zagadnienia, czy wymaga ona zmiany podejścia. Artykuł porusza również kwestie prawne dotyczące regulacji antymonopolowych, geoblokowania i odpowiedzialności platform dystrybucji cyfrowej.
The issue of copyright exhaustion has repeatedly been directly or indirectly the subject of the jurisprudence of national courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Due to changes in the digital markets, the purpose of this article is to make a legal assessment of the disposability of digital keys for computer games, taking into account, in particular, the issue of copyright exhaustion and posing the question of whether it requires a change of legal approach. The article also touches upon legal issues concerning antitrust regulations, geoblocking, and liability of digital distribution platforms.

Der vorliegende Beitrag zielt darauf ab, die Mikroebene der verschlüsselten Kommunikation zeitgenössischer Tänzer*innen in den Blick zu nehmen. Der Fokus der hier präsentierten Ausführungen liegt demnach auf der Identifikation von Schlüsselwörtern, die die zeitgenössischen Tänzer*innen im schöpferischen Prozess während der Arbeit an einer Aufführung verwenden. Während der nicht teilnehmenden Beobachtung, die als methodische Herangehensweise gilt, werden die während der Tanzproben verwendeten Schlüsselwörter erkannt, ihre Funktion auf Grund der Analyse des Kontextes sowie die Motive ihres Gebrauchs bestimmt. Hiermit lässt sich die Frage beantworten, ob die Bezeichnung verschlüsselt bezüglich der Kommunikation zeitgenössischer Tänzer*innen legitim ist.
Celem przedłożonego artykułu jest refleksja nad mikroskalą zaszyfrowanej komunikacji tancerzy współczesnych. W centrum zainteresowania znajdują się słowa klucze, którymi posługują się tancerze współcześni w procesie twórczym, podczas pracy nad spektaklem tanecznym. Zastosowanie metody obserwacji jawnej nieuczestniczącej pozwala na identyfikację słów kluczy stosowanych podczas prób do spektaklu tańca współczesnego, rozkodowanie ich znaczenia, określenie funkcji słów kluczy oraz motywów ich użycia. Tym samym możliwa staje się odpowiedź na pytanie o zasadność użycia określenia komunikacji tancerzy współczesnych mianem zaszyfrowana.
The aim of the presented paper is to specify the micro-level of encoded communication between contemporary dancers. The focus of the statements is the identification of the key words that contemporary dancers use in the creative process while working on the performance. During the non-participating observation, which is considered a methodical approach, the key words are identified, their function and the motives for their use are determined on the basis of the analysis of the context. Thus, it becomes possible to answer the question about the legitimacy of using the term encoded for the communication of contemporary dancers.

The paper summarizes the ethno-linguistic research on the Polish words (understood as the names of Polish values, both positive and negative), and the Polish phrases (idioms and quotations seen as elements of Polish collective memory which are supposed to be explanatory instruments in the process of description of the Polish culture or, for instance, in creation of the self-portrait of a Pole). The main part of the paper is a presentation of the author’s research inspired by Anna Wierzbicka’s theory of the key words to the cultures and discussion on rules and methods of recognizing the key words and arranging them in a culturally motivated hierarchy. The author perceives the key words – in accordance with the principles of the cognitive semantics – as a linguistic expressions which constitute access sites to an entire network of culturally profiled notions. She claims that the important part of the network of Polish notions is, in the term of cognitive semantics, “profiled” and in other words “programmed” by democratic ideas of the old Polish society: the Polish noblemen (szlachta). By means of the analysis of a few texts, the author proves that there is a connection between the notions of democratic rights of liberty (wolność ) and equality (równość ) and terms and notions repeatedly used in Polish self-description: willfulness (swawola), anarchy (anarchia), rebelions (bunty), envy (zazdrość, zawiść ). Another link is found between the democratic institution of Polish sejm/sejmik (parliament) which is well established in culture and in language and characterized by speeches delivered from different points of view, and the notions of Polish quarrels (kłótnie), strifes (swary) and disputes (spory).
