W artykule omówiono białoruskie zaklęcia pszczelarskie, którym badacze nie poświęcili jak dotąd większej uwagi. Zaklęcia pszczelarskie reprezentują jeden z pierwszych znanych rękopisów zaklęć na obszarze Białorusi. Krótki przegląd materiału pozwala stwierdzić, że ta grupa funkcjonalna posiada wyraźnie określony kierunek pragmatyczny – chronić pszczoły i dbać o dochodowość hodowli. Na poziomie treści i motywów zaobserwowano organiczne przeplatanie się archaicznych poglądów na pszczołę i gospodarowanie w ogóle. W tekstach widoczny jest stosunek Białorusinów do pszczół jako stworzeń boskich, twórcza rola Boga i świętych, status pasieki jako miejsca sakralnego, obraz pszczelarza jako mitologicznego gospodarza pszczół. Liczne paralele w tekstach białoruskich, ukraińskich i rosyjskich świadczą o wschodniosłowiańskich początkach tematyki pszczelarskiej.
The article is dedicated to the analysis of Belarusian bee-keeping incantatory phrases, which have not got researchers’ attention yet. Although this group of phrases is not numerous, they make up one of the first and best known written collections of incantatory phrases in Belarus. A brief overview of the experimental data enables to conclude that this functional group has a clear pragmatic focus on bees’ protection and their profitability. On the content-motif level there is an organic intertwining of archaic views on the bee and housekeeping in general and Christian component. In the texts the author surveys Belarusians’ attitude to the bee as a God’s bug, a creative role of God and the saints, the status of an apiary as a sacred place, the image of a beekeeper as a mythological owner of bees. Numerous parallels between Belarusian, Ukrainian and Russian manuscripts suggest a wide Eastern Slavic beginnings of the manuscripts on bee-keeping.

The article is exposing some results of the study in bee-keepers’ spell as a featuring trait of Ukrainians’ world-view practice; the present research is the first work of such a kind in the home ethnology. The spell belongs to that sort of ritual text that might be characterized by a vivid and most active speech with its fully evident magical strength. Spell as a genre of folklore refers to peculiar items owing to its archaic nature as well as to utilitarian functionalism, especially verbal destination, unity of sacral and profane articulation. The world-view ground of spell has been always heterogeneous as that originated and developed through the ages  with  fixing  so  prime  of  human world-consciousness  as  historically  later  (Christian) epistemological and axiological picture of the reality. In the paper the bee-keepers’ spell has been  considered  because  of  its  religious  and magical  contents  that  has  quite  significant spread so in everyday bee-keeping practice (occasional aspect), as in the contents of yearly religious  festivals  (the  calendar  one).  The  aim  of  bee-keepers’  spell  has   been  getting a concrete practical result, i.e. successful functioning of apiary.

Standardy unijne wprowadzając zmiany w systemach utrzymania kur nieśnych spowodowały konieczność wymiany wyposażenia technologicznego w blisko 80% kurnikach towarowych w Polsce. Ograniczenie obsady m2 powierzchni użytkowej o min. 30% w konsekwencji obniży liczbę jaj konsumpcyjnych pozyskiwanych przez producentów. Niepewność spowodowana nowymi przepisami może doprowadzić do wzrostu importu tanich jaj z innych państw, co przyczyniłoby się do obniżenia cen jaj wyprodukowanych w Polsce. Szansą polskiego drobiarstwa może być produkcja tzw. jaj "organicznych" lub "eko-jaj" pozyskiwanych w warunkach chowu z udziałem wybiegów lub specjalnych dodatków paszowych. Jaja takie uzyskują wysoką cenę na rynkach unijnych i są przyszłością na stołach bogatych konsumentów także w Polsce.
European standards introduced definite changes in the keeping systems of laying hens, making necessary to replace the technological equipment in almost 80% laying hen houses in Poland. Limitation of the fowl density per m2 of useful surface by about 1/3 will consequently reduce the number of consumer eggs obtained by the producers. The uncertainty connected with new regulations may result in an increasing import of inexpensive eggs from the other countries. This would affect the price decline for eggs produced in Poland. The chance for Polish poultry farming may consists in production of so called "organic" eggs or "eco-eggs" obtained in layer keeping systems on the fowl yards or with special feed additives. Such eggs get a high price on the EU markets and are of the future on tables of wealthy consumers, also in Poland.

Celem pracy było wyodrębnienie nowych wskaźników oceny budynków inwentarskich dla bydła mlecznego ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ich technicznego wyposażenia. Zakresem pracy objęto obory z uwięziowym i wolnostanowiskowym systemem utrzymania, zróżnicowane pod względem pogłowia zwierząt w stadach. W opracowanym formularzu badawczym zestawiono zbiór podstawowych informacji na temat warunków produkcji bydła w poszczególnych obiektach. W trakcie bezpośrednich wizyt badawczych w gospodarstwach okazało się, że w oborach zaobserwowano nowe elementy, które wykorzystano do zaproponowania porównawczych wskaźników oceny obiektów inwentarskich dla bydła mlecznego. We wszystkich badanych obiektach z uwięziowym systemem utrzymania stwierdzono występowanie rozwiązań niestandardowych w budynku inwentarskim, co potwierdza inwencję producentów mleka we wprowadzaniu zmian w technicznym wyposażeniu budynków inwentarskich.
The paper aimed at distinguishing new indices for evaluation of barns for dairy cows including their technical equipment. The detailed investigations covered barns with tied and free-stall maintenance systems including farms with different size of dairy herds. The elaborated research questionnaire to carry out the investigations included the set of basic data concerning conditions of dairy production in the barns. During direct research visits in the investigated farms some new elements were observed in the barns and as a result new comparative indices were proposed to evaluate livestock buildings for dairy cows. The all investigated barns with tied maintenance system were characterized by the use of non-standard solutions in the area for cows. Such results of the investigations confirm imagination of dairy farm owners to implement changes in the technical equipment of the managed barns.

Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących zużycia materiału pokrywającego dwa typy boksów legowiskowych w modułowych pomieszczeniach dla krów mlecznych utrzymywanych w systemie wolnostanowiskowym. Nie stwierdzono jednoznacznej tendencji określającej wpływ typu konstrukcji boksów na ilość materiału zużywanego na podłożach legowiskowych dla krów mlecznych. Na podstawie analizy wyników badań rozwinięto dyskusję poświęconą określeniu zbioru czynników decydujących o eksploatacyjnej ocenie wybranych typów podłoży legowiskowych dla krów mlecznych.
Some results of the investigations were presented to indicate differences in use of material covering lying stalls for cows kept in loose-housing system. There weren't noted significance differences in amount of material used on two analysed type of lying stalls. Basing on the results of investigations discussion was developed to assess some features of materials used on lying areas for cows.

The deliberations in this paper focus on an analysis of a bank safe deposit box agreement under German law, with special attention to its legal character. Among the basic duties of a bank is ensuring that clients have access to a safe deposit box during bank opening hours and the protection of the box itself. The bank’s clients, on the other hand, are responsible for paying respective safe deposit box rentals. The major rights include the possibility of an early termination of the safe deposit rental agreement without notice available to the bank and the possibility of accessing the box for the client. The concept that an agreement with a bank to use a safe deposit box is in the nature of a rental agreement has prevailed in relevant literature.
Rozważania zawierają analizę najważniejszych elementów umowy sejfowej w prawie niemieckim, że szczególnym uwzględnieniem jej charakteru prawnego. Do podstawowych obowiązków banku należy umożliwienie klientowi dostępu do skrytki w godzinach pracy banku oraz zapewnienie ochrony samej skrytce. Natomiast do podstawowych obowiązków klienta należy uiszczanie czynszu. Z kolei do najważniejszych uprawnień banku zalicza się możliwość rozwiązania umowy bez zachowania terminów wypowiedzenia, klient zaś ma prawo używać skrytki w godzinach pracy banku. W literaturze z największą aprobatą spotkała się koncepcja, według której umowa o udostępnienie skrytki sejfowej ma charakter umowy najmu. W podsumowaniu autorka stwierdza m.in., że określenie charakteru prawnego umowy sejfowej ściśle związane jest z funkcją, jaką przypisuje się tej umowie. Jeśli przyjmuje się, że podstawowe znaczenie w umowie sejfowej ma obowiązek banku polegający na udostępnieniu klientowi skrytki, to wówczas umowa ta bliska jest umowie najmu i tak może zostać zakwalifikowana. Gdyby natomiast stwierdzić, że podstawową funkcją, a co za tym idzie ‒ także najważniejszym obowiązkiem banku jest zapewnienie pieczy nad skrytką, to wówczas ciężar omawianej kwalifikacji przesuwa się w kierunku umowy przechowania.

This paper presents a cascade system which stabilizes the transverse deviation of the ship in relation to the set path. The ship’s path is determined as a broken line with specified coordinates of way points. Three controllers are used in the system. The primary controller is the trajectory controller. It generates the set value of heading for the course control system or angular velocity for the turning control system. The course control system is used on the straight line of the set trajectory while the turning controller is used during a change of the set trajectory segment. The characteristics of the nonlinear controllers are selected in such a way that the properties of the control system with the rate of turn controller are modelled by the first-order inertia, while the system with the course keeping controller is modelled by a second-order linear term. The presented control system was tested in Matlab-Simulink environment. The results of tests performed on a lake are presented and discussed.

By limiting content to those that are compatible with the worldview of the person seeking information, the filter bubble can significantly limit the freedom of seeking information. The article also presents several ways that can limit the negative impact of this phenomenon.

У статті розглянуто основні напрямки діяльності Організації Об’єднаних Націй з питань освіти, науки і культури (ЮНЕСКО). Висвітлені головні документи (конвенції, рекомендації, декларації), на яких базується робота Організації. Визначено, що культурна складова роботиЮНЕСКО складається з актуальних питань: діалог культур, збереження культурної спадщини, охорона нематеріальної культурної спадщини тощо. З’ясовано, що освіті належить пріоритетне місце у діяльності Організації, особлива увага була приділена основним цілям«Освіти для всіх». Охарактеризовані важливі програми у наукові сфері: «Людина і біосфера», Міжнародна гідрологічна програма та ін. Підкреслено роль у сучасному світі таких складових діяльності ЮНЕСКО, як комунікація та інформація. Визначено перспективи діяльностіЮНЕСКО та вказано на важливість активної співпраці міжнародної спільноти для збереження миру у світі.
The article describes the main activities of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The main documents (conventions, recommendations, declarations) on which the work of the Organization is based are covered. It is determined that the cultural component of the work of UNESCO consists of topical issues: the dialogue of cultures, the preservation of cultural heritage, the protection of intangible cultural heritage. It was found that education has a priority place in the activities of the Organization, special attention was paid to the main goals of Education for All. The important programs in the scientific sphere were characterized: “Man and the Biosphere”, the International Hydrological Program, etc. The role of such composite activities of UNESCO as communication and information in the modern world is  emphasized. The outlook for the activities of UNESCO has been identified and the importance of the active cooperation of the internationalcommunity in preserving peace has been pointed out.

Since it assumed competences in the area of security and defence, the EU has become a complete regional organization in the sense of the Chapter VIII of the UN Charter. This article explains the current situation, following the recognition of the EU’s special status by the United Nations and the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon. The future implementation of the mutual defence clause can improve the relevance of the European role as a security actor in the global framework of the UN and add a new task to its traditional peace-keeping, crisis management, and conflict prevention operations. In addition, the EU is an important political actor in the implementation of UN Security Council (UNSC) resolutions, especially those concerning the sanctions against individuals considered as belonging to terrorist organizations. By refusing the implementation of a UNSC resolution that fails to protect human rights, the EU can contribute to the evolution of the UN Charter legal order and be a political force to be reckoned with in the Security Council. The EU orientation, as reflected in its values, including respect for international law, can both reinforce the legitimacy of some UNSC resolutions and improve the credibility and specificity of the EU as an international actor.

W artykule dokonano syntezy sterowania nieliniowego układu śledzenia trajektorii, w sytuacji braku znajomości nieliniowej funkcji modelu obiektu, opartego na metodzie reżimu ślizgu. Wskazano, że zaprezentowane podejście daje się bezpośrednio uogólnić w sposób bardziej znacznie zaawansowany, polegający na adaptacyjnej aproksymacji nieznanej funkcji z pomocą AI aproksymatorów. Działanie systemu zilustrowano na przykładzie zadania stabilizacji kursu statku.
The paper refers to the tracking system nonlinear control synthesis via the sliding mode control where it is assumed that there is an unknown nonlinear function in the object model. It has been pointed out that the presented approach may be directly generalized to the much more advanced case, consisting in adaptive approximation of unknown function by means of AI aproximators. The system operation has been illustrated with an example of ship course keeping problem.

Opis:
W pracy przebadane zostały dwa regulatory zastosowane do sterowania ruchem statku wzdłuż zadanej trasy przejścia. Obiektem sterowania jest model fizyczny statku o nazwie Blue Lady wykorzystywany do szkolenia kapitanów w Ośrodku Manewrowania Statkami na jeziorze Silm w Iławie/Kamionce. Trasa ruchu statku określana jest zazwyczaj przy użyciu tzw. punktów drogi. Poprzez łączenie odcinkami kolejnych punktów drogi tworzona jest trajektoria zadana ruchu statku. Wokół każdego punktu drogi definiowany jest okrąg akceptacji, który statek musi osiągnąć. Kiedy statek wpływa w obszar objęty okręgiem akceptacji to wówczas trajektoria zadana przełączana jest na odcinek łączący dwa kolejne punkty drogi. Z każdym odcinkiem drogi jest powiązania prędkość poruszania się statku. Zadanie sterowania polega na jak najdokładniejszym prowadzeniu statku wzdłuż zadanej trajektorii. W tym celu przebadane zostały dwa regulatory. Pierwszy z nich jest regulatorem stanu (LQG), wykorzystującym dyskretny filtr Kalmana do wyznaczania niemierzonych zmiennych stanu statku, drugi natomiast opiera się na klasycznym regulatorze typu PID.
The study tested two controllers, which were used to control the movement of a ship along a specified route. The control plant is a physical model of a ship called the Blue Lady used for training captains in the Ship Handling Research and Training Center on the lake Silm in Iława/Kamionka, in Poland. The route of the vessel is usually determined using so-called waypoints. The reference trajectory of ship movement is created by combining sections of the successive waypoints. A circle of acceptance, that the ship must achieve is defined around each waypoint. When the ship enters the area of a circle of acceptance then the reference trajectory is switched on the segment connecting two consecutive waypoints. A specified speed of the ship is linked with each section of the road. The task of controlling consists on the most accurate sailing along the ship's trajectory. The first one is a state controller (LQG), which uses discrete-time Kalman filter to determine the unmeasured variables of the ship’s state and the other is based on a classical PID controller.

Opis:
The goal of research presented in this article is to check if a neuroevolutionary method with direct encoding is able to be a part of autopilot of the vessel. One of the important tasks of vessel autopilots is to keep a course as straight as possible or to bring the ship back on the route as efficiently as possible. In this paper, the adaptive neuroevolutionary autopilot is described and tested on a simulation model of a ferry. Neuroevolution is a combination of two different but related fields of artificial machine learning: evolution and neural networks. The combined method is very flexible and can be applied to other ship control tasks. The results of computer simulation of the neuroevolutionary course-keeping system have been included.
