Jego bezpośrednią przyczyną była publikacja książki "Gdzieś dalej, gdzie indziej" wydanej przez krakowskiego antropologa w 2010 roku, która poświęcona zostałą Apulii, włoskiemu Południu. Rozmowa dotyczy m.in. obrazu Włoch (współczesnego i historycznego), specyfiki antropologicznego spojrzenia na włoską prowincję (ale i centrum), cech "podróży włoskiej" i poszukiwaniach języka opowiadania o doświadczeniu Włoch.
Transcript of an interview conducted by Magdalena Barbaruk with Dariusz Czaja in 2013. Its direct cause was the publication of the book "Somewhere Further, Where Else" published by an anthropologist in 2010, which was devoted to Puglia, the Italian South. The conversation concerns, among others: the image of Italy (contemporary and historical), the specificity of the anthropological view of the Italian province (but also the center), the features of the "Italian journey" and the search for a language to talk about the Italian experience.

Te article brings up the subject of contemporary interpretation of religious education in Italy. Searching for the definition of the term ‘religious education’ proves complexity of this issue. We can deliberate on wealthy life space created by such services as: teaching religion, catechesis, preaching the Gospel, the faith education. In the further stage, the article presents the view of the Roman Catholic Church in Italy; it analyses the contemporary reflection on academic level and official teaching by Italian bishops. Aſterwards there are directions of the development of thoughts presented, both in a theoretical and practical dimension. Te résumé shows that contemporary concern for religious education parallels to care for families, care for a community contemplating the faith, care for relevant preparation to sacramental Christian initiation as well as care for catechesis of adult people.
Artykuł porusza temat współczesnego ujęcia edukacji religijnej we Włoszech. Poszukiwania definicji terminu „edukacja religijna” wykazują złożoność tego zagadnienia. Można mówić o bogatej przestrzeni życia, którą tworzą takie posługi jak: nauczanie religii, katecheza, ewangelizacja, edukacja wiary. Artykuł podaje zarys obrazu Kościoła Katolickiego we Włoszech; dokonuje analizy współczesnej refleksji na poziomie akademickim i oficjalnego nauczania biskupów włoskich. Pokazane są kierunki rozwoju myśli, zarówno w wymiarze teoretycznym, jak i praktycznym. Współczesna troska o edukację religijną idzie równolegle w kierunku troski o rodzinę, troski o wspólnotę przeżywania wiary, troski o właściwe przygotowanie do sakramentów inicjacji chrześcijańskiej oraz troski o katechezę osób dorosłych.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie integracyjnego modelu kształcenia osób niepełnosprawnych we Włoszech. Jest on określany mianem pełnej integracji. Podejmowane przez włoski rząd działania zostały uregulowane w ustawie nr 517. Centrum szkoły i kształcenia jest każdy uczeń, bez względu na posiadane przez niego umiejętności. Można z całą pewnością stwierdzić, że model pełnej integracji realizowany we Włoszech jest bardzo bliski włączeniu społecznemu – włączeniu dzieci niepełnosprawnych w edukację masową.
The purpose of this article is to point to the integration model of education of people with disabilities in Italy. It is referred to as full integration. Taken by the Italian government actions been regulated in the Act No. 517. Center for school and education was every student, regardless of ability. One can definitely to say that the model of full integration presented in Italy is very close inclusive - inclusion of children with disabilities in mass education.

This paper represents the preliminary analysis of a pilot research carried out by CIR and the Department of social Studies of the University of Rome “Sapienza” (together with Italian non-profit organisations) on the level of integration of beneficiaries of international protection (both refugees and beneficiaries of subsidiary protection) who had been living in Italy for at least 3 years. The pilot research described has been conducted under the Project “Le strade dell’integrazione” (The integration paths), co-financed by the European Union and the Italian Ministry of Interior under the European Refugee Fund 2010 – Action 2.1.A. Individual interviews and focus groups have been carried out in 7 different Italian territories, involving both beneficiaries of international protection and operators working with them. Questionnaires have been administered at national level. The preliminary analysis presented in this paper refers to some territories and to the partial material available. In the conclusion, results are discussed and recommendations for the final analysis are offered.

The article presents the view of German politicians and journalists on the political processes taking place in Italy, mainly concerning electoral rivalry after 2016. Opinions are analyzed on the causes of instability in the Italian political system, which led to early election in 2022, instead of holding it in 2023. After the government crisis, Italy opts for reforms that will reduce the effects of the energy crisis and tensions caused by the migration crisis and the war in Ukraine. Political rivalry in Italy takes place between the political parties that form an extreme right-wing or left-wing coalition. The main opponent of Enrico Letta, Giorgia Meloni from the Brothers of Italy party, calls for the strengthening of the position of the Italian nation and the position of Italy in the European Union.
W artykule przedstawiono spojrzenie niemieckich polityków i dziennikarzy na dokonujące się we Włoszech procesy polityczne, głównie dotyczące rywalizacji wyborczej po 2016 roku. Analizowane są opinie o przyczynach niestabilności włoskiego systemu politycznego, które doprowadziły do przyspieszonych wyborów w 2022 roku, zamiast przeprowadzenia ich w roku 2023. Włochy po kryzysie rządowym, opowiadają się za reformami, które zmniejszą skutki kryzysu energetycznego i napięć spowodowanych kryzysem migracyjnym oraz wojną na Ukrainie. Rywalizacja polityczna we Włoszech przebiega między partiami politycznymi, które tworzą koalicję skrajnie prawicową bądź lewicową. Główna przeciwniczka Enrico Letty, Giorgia Meloni z partii Bracia Włochy postuluje wzmocnienie pozycji narodu włoskiego i pozycji Włoch w Unii Europejskiej.

The object of this paper is to provide an opinion on the regulation of conscience clause in relation to doctors, nurses and pharmacists under Italian law. The opinion was based on the legislative texts available on the websites of the Italian government and the Ministry of Health. Conscience clause is governed by Article 9 of Legge 22 maggio 1978, Norme per la tutela sociale della maternità e sull’interruzione volontaria della gravidanza (Legge 194/1978), under which a doctor or nurse may re‑ 194/1978), under which a doctor or nurse may refuse to provide and participate in carrying out abortions, should they submit a statement – subject to Article 5(3). Conscience clause is governed by Article 16 of Legge 19 febbraio 2004, n.40 standard in materia di procreazione medicalmente assistita (Law 40/2004), under which a doctor or nurse may refuse to participate in medical procedures and assisted conception treatments.

The paper briefly reviews what is encompassed in the term ministerial responsibility in Ita-lian and Hellenic constitutional system. In this respect, the paper seeks to define the key concept of political ministerial responsibility, and also the distinction between collective and individual ministerial responsibility in the frame of the Hellenic and Italian parlia-mentary system. It then presents an overview of the substantive and procedural rules on such responsibility found in the Constitution of Greece, Constitution of Italy, Hellenic Par-liament’s Standing Orders, Italian Parliament’s Order. This is followed by an assessment of basic concerns related to the actual application of the institution of ministerial responsibi-lity. In conclusion, the paper presents some normative reflections on the issue.
Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy zagadnienia politycznej odpowiedzialności ministerialnej w greckim i włoskim systemie konstytucyjnym. Analizie została poddana kluczowa koncepcja politycznej odpowiedzialności ministrów, a także rozróżnienie między solidarną i indywidualną odpowiedzialnością ministerialną w ramach greckiego i włoskiego syste-mu parlamentarnego. W kolejnej części artykułu zostały omówione przepisy materialne i proceduralne w odniesieniu do omawianego problemu, zawarte w Konstytucji Grecji, Konstytucji Włoch oraz w regulaminach parlamentarnych obu państw. Zostały przedsta-wione podstawowe problemy związane z faktycznym stosowaniem instytucji ministerial-nej odpowiedzialności oraz kilka uwagę natury normatywnej omawianego zagadnienia.

The article endeavours to give a bird’s eye view of catechesis in Italy as from 1870 to the threshold of Vatican Council II – 1962. The point of departure is a study of the use of the Catechism as the handbook for catechesis. The study will then move on study the efforts of individuals – from priests to Pope Pius X – who sought to positively influence catechesis through their ministry and how different Congresses and Conventions helped in trying to formulate a more coherent catechesis throughout Italy. Finally, the paper will end by a study of the Active Method which was to be the unifying factor for catechesis in Italy prior to Vatican Council II.

At the time of unification, in 1861, Italy was relatively backward country compared to the more advanced western European nations. Agriculture was the main productive sector and 60 per cent of the labour force was still toiling on the land. From then on the Italian economy underwent deep changes, both in its productive capacity abd structure. Italy caught up with the level of output per head of the most advanced economies and today shares a similar economic structure and a low rate of growth. Italy is the fourth-largest national economy in Europe, the eight-largest by nominal GDP in the world. Despite these important achievements, the country's economy today suffers from many and relevant problems. After a strong GDP growth in 1945-1990, the last two decades's average annual growth rates lagged below the EU average; moreover, Italy was hit particulary hard by the late-2000s recession. The stagnation in economic growth, and the political efforts to revive it with massive government spending from the 1980s onwards, eventually produced a severe rise in public debt.

Physical Education in Italy, as a school subject, was introduced in 1859, formerly named “Gymnastics”, then “Physical Education” and now “Motor and Sport Sciences”. In the primary school no physical education teacher is required so PE is taught by the general teacher. In some schools a PE teacher works with the generalist teacher. Recently the Ministry of Education introduced a PE graduate specialist role in the primary school in order to improve action and give to physical education equal dignity compared to the other disciplines. The national curriculum specifies the essential level that must be granted by all school, the number of compulsory hours and the quota reserved to the autonomy of each school. On the secondary level PE is taught by Physical Education specialist teachers. Extracurricular sports activities are supported through the special funding from the Ministry of Education. The sports activities combine in the definition of the student’s curriculum and acquired competences as well as in the final mark attributed to the state exams. In the 1970s, the cooperation between the Ministry of Education and C.O.N.I. allowed the beginning of introducing into sports practice elementary and first-level secondary school children. To qualify as a Physical Education teacher a university master degree is needed, plus one year of teaching training (3+2+1). This is provided by faculties of physical education.
