Opis:
A series containing thirteen 3-(2-naphthyl)-5-(substituted phenyl)-4,5-dihydroisoxazole have been synthesized and examined their purities by their data reported earlier. The characteristic infrared νC=N (cm-1) stretches, NMR chemical shifts (δ, ppm) of H4,4׳, H5 protons, C3-5 carbons were assigned and correlated with Hammett substituent constants and Swain-Lupton’s parameters using single and multi- regression analysis. From the results of regression analysis the effect of substituents on the spectral data have been studied.

A series of 6-substituted quanoxaline derivatives have been synthesized and examined their purities by literature method. The infrared and 13>/Sup>C NMR spectral data of these quinoxalines were correlated with Hammett substituent constants, F and R parameters using single and multi-regression analysis. From the results of statistical analysis, the effect of substituents on the spectral frequencies has been studied.

Wykonano wizualizację widm absorpcyjnych azobenzenu i jego pochodnych na superkomputerze NOVA. Uzyskane dane: energia poszczególnych stanów wzbudzonych, energia pobudzenia i siła oscylatorów pozwoliły wnioskować o położeniu i intensywności pasm w widmie UV-Vis, Na podstawie częstości drgań harmonicznych wyznaczono widmo IR. Otrzymane widmo dobrze pokrywa się z danymi literaturowymi. Możliwość generowania kształtu widm jest użyteczna w przypadku trudności w ich rejestracji metodami tradycyjnymi.
Visualization of azobenzene spectra and its derivatives using numerical simulation on the NOVA supercomputer was carried out. Data obtained, such as calculating energy of individual excited states, energy stimulation and oscillator strength enabled one to find a position and intensity of bands in UV-Vis spectra. The IR spectra were determined on basis of harmonic vibration frequency. The obtained spectra corresponded quite well with literature data thus offering alternative for the application of traditional methods.

In the present study, six numbers of Schiff bases (1-6) have been synthesized by the condensation of 4-fluorobenzenesulfonamide and substituted aromatic aldehyde. The purities of these Schiff bases have been checked by their physical constants, IR, 1H NMR and 13CNMR spectral data. The antimicrobial activities of these Schiff bases have been evaluated using Bauer-Kirby method.

A series containing eleven benzofuranyl flavonols have been prepared by cyclization of 3-hydroxybenzofuranyl chalcones with 30 % hydrogen peroxide in the presence of sodium bicarbonate. The synthesized flavonols were characterized by their physical constants, analytical and spectroscopic data. The infrared spectral νOH, CO stretches(cm-1), NMR chemical shifts of OH, CO(δ, ppm) of these flavonols were assigned and correlated with Hammett substituent constants, F and R parameters using single and multi linear regression analysis. From the results of statistical analyses, the effects of substituents on the above group frequencies were discussed.

A series containing thirteen title compounds were synthesized and recorded IR and NMR spectra. The infrared νNH, C=N(cm-1)stretches, 1H NMR δNH, 13C NMR δC=N(ppm) chemical shifts of synthesized oxazine amines were assigned and correlated with Hammett substituent constants, F and R parameters. A series of nine number of (E)-1-benzylidene-2-(4-bromophenyl)hydrazine compounds have been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-bromo phenylhydrazine with varies m- and p- substituted benzaldehydes using acetic acid catalyst were refluxed for 4h with 20 mL of absolute ethanol. The yield of synthesized (E)-1-benzylidene-2-(4-bromophenyl)hydrazine compounds are more than 80%. The synthesized (E)-1-benzylidene-2-(4-bromophenyl)hydrazines have been characterized by UV, IR, 1H and 13C spectral data. These UV, IR and NMR spectral data have been correlated with varies Hammett substituted constant and Swain-Lupton F and R parameters using single and multi- regression analysis. From the results of statistical analysis, the effects of substituent have been studied. The antimicrobial activity of all the synthesized substituted (E)-1-benzylidene-2-(4-bromophenyl)hydrazines have been evaluated using Bayer-Kirby method.

About ten 4-(N-(4-(5-phenylisoxazol-3-yl)phenylsufamyl)-3-(p-tolyl)-1,2,3,-oxadiazol-3-ium-5-olates were synthesised and examined their purities by literature method. The infrared and NMR spectral data of above synthesised isoxazoles were assigned and correlated with Hammett substituent constants and Swain-Lupton’s constants using regression analysis. From statistical analyses results, the effects of substituents on the spectral data have been discussed.

A series of Schiff’s bases have been synthesized by fly-ash:p-toluenesulfonic acid (fly-ash:PTS) catalyzed microwave assisted oxidative coupling of arylamines and substituted benzaldehydes under solvent-free condition. The synthesized Schiff’s bases are characterized by their physical constants, analytical and spectroscopic data. The group frequencies of imines such as IR (v, cm–1) and NMR (δ, ppm) spectral data was correlated with Hammett substituent constants, F and R parameters using single and multi-linear regression analysis. The antimicrobial activities of these Schiff’s bases have been studied using Bauer-Kirby method.

About ten (Z)-1-(1-(substitutedphenyl)ethylidene)-2-(diphenylmethylene)hydrazines were prepared and their purities were examined by literature method. The infrared and NMR spectra of these hydrazines were recorded. The characteristics C=N and N-N stretches (ν, cm-1) and the chemical shifts (δ, ppm) of methyl protons and carbons were assigned. These spectral have been correlated with Hammett substituent constants, F, R and Swain-Lupton’s parameters using single and multi-regression analysis. From the results of statistical analyses, the effects of substituent on the spectral data have been studied.

W pracy przedstawiono badania mechanizmu sorpcji jonów Cu + w mi-krogranulkach wytworzonych w procesie suszenia w warunkach nad-krytycznych na podstawie widm IR w podczerwieni oraz przy wykorzystaniu metody magnetycznego rezonansu jądrowego NMR. Badania potwierdzają główny udział grup NH2 i OH wskazując na zmiany przy wiązaniach glikozydowych.
The FTIR and NMR methods were used to study the structure of chitosan microgranules formed via supercritical drying chelated by Cu ions. Analysis of the spectra confirmed major participation of NH2 and OH groups indicating the changes in glycosidic bonds.

A series of some aryl 1,3-oxazine-4-thione derivatives have been synthesized by 1-methyl imidazole catalyzed three component one pot synthetic method in room temperature. The purities of these thiones were studied by their physical constants and spectroscopic data. The infrared and 13C NMR spectral data of CN and CS were correlated with Hammett substituent constants, F and R parameters using single and multi-linear regression analysis. From the results of statistical analysis, the effect of substituent on the spectral data was studied.

A series of 1-pyrenyl chalcones have been synthesized by Crossed-Aldol condensation of 1-acetylpyrene and substituted benzaldehydes. The purities of these chalcones have been checked by their physical constants, UV, IR, NMR and MASS spectral data. The spectral data of these chalcones have been correlated with Hammett sigma constants, F and R parameters using single and multi-linear regression analysis. From the results of statistical analysis, the effect of substituents on the spectral group frequencies have been discussed. The anti-microbial activities of these chalcones have been evaluated using Bauer-Kirby method.
