    Dnia 26 kwietnia 1989 r. Kongregacja Spraw Kanonizacyjnych udzieliła kard. Glempowi nihil obstat na rozpoczęcie dochodzenia diecezjalnego. Materiał z dochodzenia diecezjalnego został przesłany do Stolicy Apostolskiej. Po uzyskaniu dekretu o ważności dochodzenia diecezjalnego został otwarty etap rzymski sprawy Sługi Bożego Stefana kard. Wyszyńskiego, Prymasa Tysiąclecia (1901-1981). Dnia 24 października 2015 r. kard. K. Nycz z postulatorem sprawy przekazali trzy tomy Positio Super Vita, Virtutibus et Fama Sanctitatis Prefektowi Kongregacji Spraw Kanonizacyjnych – kard. A. Amato. Beatyfikacja kard. Wyszyńskiego wskaże Jego osobę, Jego naukę, Jego rolę w jakże trudnym okresie historii Polski. Heroiczne życie oraz przymioty osoby kard. Stefana Wyszyńskiego są godne naśladowania. On sam zaś jest autentycznym mistrzem życia duchowego i głębokiego życia wewnętrznego.
    On April 26, 1989 the Congregation for the Causes of Saints granted Cardinal J. Glemp the nihil obstat to begin a diocesan investigation. The material from the diocesan investigation was then sent to Apostolic See where, following the decree of validity, the Roman phase for the cause of Servant of God Cardinal S. Wyszyński, Primate of the Millennium (1901-1981), was begun. On October 24, 2015 Cardinal K. Nycz, with the postulator of the cause delivered three volumes of the Positio Super Vita, Virtutibus et Fama Sanctitatis to Cardinal Angelo Amato, Prefect for the Congregation for the Causes of Saints. The beatification Cardinal Wyszyński will highlight the figure of the Servant of God, his teaching and especially his role during a difficult period in the history of Poland. The heroic life and virtue of Servant of God Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński are worthy of imitation showing him to be an authentic master with a profound interior and spiritual life.

    While digital markets attract much attention of the antitrust community, important developments also take place in relation to the way antitrust investigations are handled and evidence is preserved. More and more enforcement actions of antitrust authorities rely on the ability to find and preserve digital evidence of an illegal activity. This article focuses on recent case law developments in relation to the approach to forensic IT in antitrust enforcement and investigates whether enough leeway is left to the antitrust authorities to properly discharge their powers. The article focuses on the procedural developments at the EU level and in one EU national jurisdiction, i.e. Poland. The article concludes that the current approach to forensics in antitrust does not allow to use available capabilities to a full extent. A proposal is made for an alternative approach, which would benefit effective antitrust enforcement and due process.
    Si les marchés numériques suscitent une grande attention de la part de la communauté antitrust, des évolutions importantes ont également lieu en ce qui concerne la manière dont les enquêtes antitrust sont menées et dont les preuves sont préservées. De plus en plus d’actions des autorités antitrust sont fondées sur la capacité à trouver et à préserver les preuves numériques d’une activité illégale. Le présent article se concentre sur les développements récents de la jurisprudence concernant l’approche de l’informatique juridique dans l’application de la legislation antitrust et examine si les autorités antitrust disposent d’une marge de manoeuvre suffisante pour exercer correctement leurs pouvoirs. L’article se concentre sur les développements procéduraux au niveau de l’UE et dans une juridiction nationale de l’UE, la Pologne. L’article conclut que l’approche actuelle ne permet pas d’utiliser pleinement les capacités disponibles. Une proposition est faite pour une approche alternative, qui bénéficierait d’une application efficace de la legislation antitrust et d’une procédure régulière.

    Opis:
    The kinetics of the curing process of isocyanate-epoxy materials hardened in the presence of 1- substituted imidazole derivatives was studied by the Coast-Redfern method. The extent of a conversion parameter of the curing process in two ways was calculated: DSC (peak area integration) and rheology (viscosity changes). The activation energy values were determined for epoxy-isocyanate cured in the presence of 0.5; 1.0 and 2.0 phr 1-substituted imidazole derivatives respectively. Increasing of accelerators amount results in decreasing the activation energy and other kinetic parameters.

    Zmiany prawa oraz wykorzystywanie przez sprawców przestępstw nowych narzędzi do popełniania czynów zabronionych wymagają stosownej analizy naukowej posiadającej odpowiednią wiedzę dla teorii i praktyki bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego Państwa. Konferencja adresowana była do różnych środowisk zajmujących się problematyką bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego w tym: środowiska naukowego, administracji rządowej i samorządowej, służb porządku publicznego oraz innych instytucji i organizacji zaangażowanych w proces: - przeciwdziałania, zapobiegania przestępczości; - poszukiwania osób zaginionych; wspierania ofiar przestępstw oraz wykrawania sprawców czynów zabronionych. Problematyka bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego w obszarze czynów zabronionych obejmowała w trakcie konferencji m.in. wymianę poglądów zarówno przez uznanych naukowców i praktyków, funkcjonariuszy służb porządku publicznego, jak i przez osoby zdobywające swoje pierwsze doświadczenia naukowe.
    Changes in the law and the use of new tools by the perpetrators of crimes to commit prohibited acts require an appropriate scientific analysis with appropriate knowledge of the theory and practice of the State’s internal security. The conference was addressed to various environments dealing with the issues of internal security, including: the scientific community, central and local government administration, public order services and other institutions and organizations involved in the process of: − counteracting and preventing crime; − searching for missing persons; supporting victims of crime and trapping perpetrators of prohibited acts. The issues of internal security in the area of prohibited acts during the conference included, among others, exchange of views by recognized scientists and practitioners, law enforcement officers, as well as people gaining their first scientific experience.

    Marine accidents are caused by complex and diverse causes. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse accidents from the perspective of the whole system rather than the existing analysis models that focus on cause-effect. The STAMP analysis is a constraint-based model that focuses on improper management or enforcement of safety-related constraints in system operation. Thus, as a case study of the application of the STAMP technique in marine accident analysis, the Milano Bridge pier contact accident that occurred on April 6, 2020 in Busan New Port of South Korea was analysed by the STAMP technique in this study. Through this study, it was proposed to break away from the domestic accident investigation, which focused only on the punishment of the ship operator, and to suggest improvements that enable organizations related to the marine accidents to take initiative to take efforts for safety.
