- The paper is devoted to an application of the immune algorithm and the finite element method for generation of 3D structures using two different types of parameterization and comparing the final results. The shape, topology and material of the structure are generated for optimization criterion like minimum of the mass of the structure. Two different interpolation functions like: multinomial interpolation and interpolation based on the neighbourhood of elements are used. The purpose of these procedures is appropriate selection of mass densities.
