    Opis:
    The paper deals with the nature of internal experience. The views on this subject appear in I. Kant, J.G. Fichte, E. Husserl, and K. Rahner. The author seeks to prove that internal experience is an intuitive experience in which the subject presents to himself or herself in the so-called intellectual inspection (intellektuelle Anschaung). The subject has the feature of atemporality (nunc status) and is capable of transcending each content while preserving its identity. „Speculation” means reflection: the structure of the person of God is reflected in internal experience. He is semper stans. These views are compared with the standpoint of fourteenth-century mystics (J. Eckhart, J. Tauler, H. Suzo) about the so-called ground of the soul (Seelengrund).

    Karol Maliszewski Toward Superabundance: Between Feeling and the Analysis of Text Klara Nowakowska in her poetry expresses her conviction about the inadequacy of language in relation to the dynamically changing, elusive world. Uncertainty of the „self-expression” overlaps with the awareness of misreading reality. Writing misleading clues becomes a new clue, quoting another mistakes of reason and lapsus of language does not end with powerlessness, rather tends to revive the poetic idiom. This is an action aimed at fighting against inertia, routine and torpor of ready-made formulas, mechanically framing certain sections of reality. According to the author, only poetry can resist this by refreshing vision and triggering a sequence of own, incorrect associations.

    This article is based on the experience of long-term Coaching courses as a method of management, conducted in the Faculty of Economics and Management of University of Defence. It deals with the different positions of educational methods of coaching and mentoring in managerial practice. Authors used their long experience to show why managers in both civil and military environment fail to implement in their long-term leadership and management of the method of coaching and why they turn so often to the method of mentoring.

    Harminus Kuitert (ur. 1924) należy do najbardziej znanych holenderskich teologów ewangelickoreformowanych. W swojej teologii nawiązuje do myśli F. Schleiermachera, akcentując istotną rolę uczucia w doświadczeniu obecności Boga. Według Kuiterta chrześcijański obraz Boga jako Stwórcy wyrasta z doświadczenia przez człowieka swej zależności od Mocy Rzeczywistości. W ramach tego uniwersalnego doświadczenia człowiek odczuwa wewnętrzne wezwanie, które rozpoznaje jako znak obecności Stwórcy. Kuitert podkreśla, że spotkanie z człowiekiem potrzebującym staje się okazją do doświadczenia Boga jako Stwórcy. W chrześcijaństwie Bóg nie jest milczącą podstawą bytu, ale Bogiem Słowa, który przemawia w doświadczeniu spotkania z człowiekiem potrzebującym. W swojej refleksji nad Stwórcą Kuitert całkowicie pomija perspektywę trynitarną i historiozbawczą. Z tego powodu jego interpretacja Boga jako Stwórcy ma bardziej charakter filozoficzny niż teologiczny.
    Harminus Kuitert belongs to the most known Reformed theologians. He refers in his theology to the thinking of D.F. Schleiermacher, while he stresses the importance of the feeling in the experience of the presence of God. According to Kuitert, a Christian image of God as Creator has been rooted in the humans experience of dependence on the “Power of Reality”. Within the framework of this universal experience, an individual feels an internal call which he recognizes as the sign of the presence of the Creator. The meeting with the “person in need” is declared to be an opportunity to experience God as Creator. God in Christianity is the God of Word, not as the “absent ground of being”. In his reflection on the Creator Kuitert entirely omits Trinitarian and salvation historical perspective. His interpretation of God as Creator is therefore of philosophical nature rather than theological.

    Opis:
    The subject of analysis in the article is the 2015 British film 45 Years (dir. Andrew Haigh), which is an adaptation of David Constantine’s novel In Another Country. The film presents an intimate image that, in a subtle way, talks about the complexity of feelings of love, constantly oscillate between the desire for intimate closeness and exclusiveness, and the fear of disappointment (longing for emotional fullness and a sense of failure). Inscribing the problem of the dialectical complexity of the emotional life of a man in the context of old age and transience seems unconventional and, therefore, particularly valuable in this film. An important theme in 45 Years, emphasised by the title itself, is the past; invisible on a daily basis, it lurks under the surface of the present. Its iconic (though only imaginary) representation is connected with the plot of the first, lost fiancée of the hero, whose remains – after half a century – are unexpectedly found on a Swiss glacier. The author of the article argues that the fact that it concerns a young woman’s body (preserved in a transparent substance in a strange coincidence), by virtue of intertextual implications, brings an archetypal element to the essentially prosaic story; this archetypal element has then far-reaching consequences in the symbolic plan of the film. Skilful reference to the fairy-tale motif of the ‘glass coffin’ allowed the British director forportraying in this audio-visual story, which talks about the emotional dramas of two elderly people, an image of these internal experiences that in their intimate subtlety remain impenetrable and inexpressible.

    Teoria ugruntowana może być bardzo przydatnym narzędziem przy stawianiu hipotez badawczych. Dzięki procesowi ich weryfikacji można dostrzec zasoby, które w przyszłości mogą przyczynić się do generowania zysków dla lokalnych społeczności. W zasadzie teoria ugruntowana nakierowana jest na badanie problemów wymykających się poznaniu innymi metodami. Ponadto umożliwia ona także odkrywanie zjawisk, których na początku badań nikt nie poszukiwał. Ten sposób postępowania doprowadził do odkrycia kolejnych determinant wzrostu gospodarczego. W artykule przedstawiono subiektywne wrażenia badacza, by na ich podstawie wygenerować specyficzne hipotezy. Po tym zabiegu powinien nastąpić drugi – poszukiwanie metod weryfikacji, ale tym zagadnieniem autor pragnie zająć się w przyszłości.
    Grounded theory can be very useful during making controversial hypothesizing. With it, the resources which may develop profits for local communities can be seen. In principle, the grounded theory study is aimed at understanding the problems that escape other methods. It also allows the discovery of phenomena, which no one was looking at the beginning of the study. This procedure, although it is a matter of controversy, could lead to finding the determinants of economic growth. The article presents some subjective impressions of the author used to generate a specific hypothesis. After this procedure, there is a second – finding a method of verification this hypothesis. But the author wants to define and characterize it in the future.
