W pracy omówiono nietypową drogę pozyskiwania danych obrazowych za pomocą systemu agentowego i agenta, który jest uruchomionym procesem przesyłanym przez sieć komputerową. Agent pozwala na selekcję interesujących obszarów zobrazowań na podstawie żądanych parametrów. Program przesyłany jest przez sieć i przeszukuje określoną rozproszoną bazę danych. Baza danych ma postać obrazów składowanych na wielu różnych serwerach włączonych do systemu. Dzięki takiemu rozwiązaniu można w pełni zautomatyzować proces pozyskiwania danych, bez konieczności manualnego żmudnego przeszukiwania różnych zasobów. Opisano również rozwiązania, które pozwalają na sterowanie systemem zapytań, czyli interfejsy użytkownika zastosowane w projekcie.

The present day Internet provides a wide range of services users can benefit from. Some of the services require gathering, processing and presenting data that come from many users in order to deliver additional information. The suitable example can be social networking service. The more valuable data it stores and processes, the more profitable it can become. Users’ personal data can constitute significant value. One of the issues of social networking is storing and processing data by only one entity. Users cannot choose the most suitable security policy because there is only one provided for certain social network. Being part of it, means accepting the risk of unauthorized data distribution and data leakage because of application vulnerabilities. This paper presents new architecture of social network, which provides mechanisms for dividing data between more than one entity and combining independent data repositories in order to deliver one social network with clearly defined interfaces used to connect new data sources.

Opis:
Soldiers are the backbone of any armed force. They usually lose their lives due to the lack of medical assistance in emergency situations. Furthermore, army bases face problems due to the inability to track soldiers’ locations in the field. Hence, this paper proposes an interactive graphical user interface module (IGUIM) for soldiers’ bioinformatics acquisition and emergency reaction during combat, a global positioning system (GPS) is used to track soldiers’ locations through a device carried by the soldier. Soldiers’ bioinformatics are gathered using health monitoring biosensors, bidirectional communication between the soldiers and the army base is established via a global system for mobile (GSM). The proposed interactive module aims to enumerate the soldiers on the battlefield within a database that easily facilitates health monitoring, position tracking and bidirectional communication with each soldier through their identification number. The proposed IGUIM will increase the rate of soldiers’ survival in emergencies, which contributes to preserving the human resources of the army during combat.

Today people want the world on their hands. It outlets the revolutions of computing and smart environment. Some technologies like ambient intelligence satisfy the maximum need of smart world but these technologies are not tightly coupled with internet, so the people need another technology extension. Internet of Things (IoT) is an ideal emerging technology to influence the internet and communication technologies. Simply “Internet of Things” connects „living and non living things‟ through „internet‟. Traditionally in the object oriented paradigm everything in the world is considered as an object, but in the IoT paradigm everything in the world is considered as a smart object, and allows them to communicate to each other through the internet technologies by physically or virtually. This paper proposes architecture to enable the users to control and monitor smart devices through internet. It creates an interface between users and smart home by using GSM and internet technologies, or it simply creates GSM based wireless communication from the web server into the smart home. In this architecture the users give commands through web then the users inputs are converted into GSM-SMS commands. These commands are sent to embedded system module (embedded system directly connect with devices) through GSM network, and finally the user commands are parsed and executed by microcontroller to control any electronic objects like home appliances, lights, etc. and it sends the acknowledgement. The embedded system module can be placed anywhere in the world and it will be controlled by IoT Agent through GSM network.

In this paper the results of research connected with common mode (CM) interference generated by four-quadrant frequency converters and effective methods of CM voltage compensation are presented. The obtained results show that conducted CM interference generated by these converters in a low voltage (LV) grid can be transferred by means of parasitic couplings into a medium voltage (MV) network and can be observed at distant points under overhead MV lines. The compensation of the CM voltage sources on both the input and the output sides of the AC/DC/AC converter using proposed arrangement of compensators significantly reduces unwanted, EMC related, side effects accompanying the application of AC/DC/AC interfaces in Smart Grids.

Opis:
The Reynolds transport theorem for three-phase systems with interfaces possessing storage abilities is developed in terms of moving control volume. The derivation is based on generalized transport theorems applicable to spatial systems (Truesdell and Toupin, 1960) and to surface systems (Arts (1962), Slattery (1990)). The final results related to a generic extensive quantity demonstrate the theorem in an integral instantaneous form.
Opracowano transportowy teoremat Reynoldsa dla systemów trójfazowych z zasobem w granicy rozdziału faz w odniesieniu do ruchomej objętości kontrolnej. Wyprowadzenie oparto na uogólnionych teorematach transportu stosowanych dla układów przestrzennych (Truesdell and Toupin, 1960) i powierzchniowych (Aris (1962), Slattery (1990)). Wyniki końcowe odniesione do ogólnej wielkości ekstensywnej przedstawiają teoremat w formie scałkowanej.

Diffusion multiple method was applied to investigate the alloying elements distribution and interface diffusion reactions in Co-Al-X system, in order to accelerate the alloy development. The diffusion regions of Co-Al-X system at 1173 K were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and nanoindentation. SEM images show that phases of Co-Al-Ni diffusion interface consisted of β-CoAl + γ Co, γ Co, γ + γ'-(Co, Ni)3Al and γ Ni, while Co-Al-Cr diffusion interface is shaped with δ + γ + β, γ and σ region. TiNiX diffusion layer with high Ni-content was formed in Co-Al-Ti diffusion interface. The diffusion layers during diffusion multiple play an important role in mechanical properties in these alloying systems. The γ + γ' diffusion layer in Co-Al-Ni diffusion interface presented the best comprehensive performance, while the highest hardness (17.48 GPa) was confirmed in Co-Al-Cr diffusion interface due to a large number of brittle phases. Darken method was applied to determine the interdiffusion coefficients of alloying elements in pseudo-binary phase, accordingly the diffusion capacities of alloying elements can be ordered as Al > Ni > Cr in Co-based alloys.

Currently used, computer railway traffic control systems , communicate via standard digital interfaces: CAN, Ethernet or RS485. In order to carry out the proof of security, it is necessary to test the functioning of the interfaces under different conditions. The IBIS model (I/O Buffer Information Specification) was used to simulate the transmission of signals through interfaces. The article discusses the applied interface models and simulation results in various conditions. The presented results can be used to prove the safety of transmission in computer railway traffic control systems.

Opis:
The quality of the squeeze castings is significantly affected by secondary dendrite arm spacing, which is influenced by squeeze cast input parameters. The relationships of secondary dendrite arm spacing with the input parameters, namely time delay, pressure duration, squeeze pressure, pouring and die temperatures are complex in nature. The present research work focuses on the development of input-output relationships using fuzzy logic approach. In fuzzy logic approach, squeeze cast process variables are expressed as a function of input parameters and secondary dendrite arm spacing is expressed as an output parameter. It is important to note that two fuzzy logic based approaches have been developed for the said problem. The first approach deals with the manually constructed mamdani based fuzzy system and the second approach deals with automatic evolution of the Takagi and Sugeno’s fuzzy system. It is important to note that the performance of the developed models is tested for both linear and non-linear type membership functions. In addition the developed models were compared with the ten test cases which are different from those of training data. The developed fuzzy systems eliminates the need of a number of trials in selection of most influential squeeze cast process parameters. This will reduce time and cost of trial experimentations. The results showed that, all the developed models can be effectively used for making prediction. Further, the present research work will help foundrymen to select parameters in squeeze casting to obtain the desired quality casting without much of time and resource consuming.

The increasing demands for precision and efficiency in machining call for effective control strategies based on the identification of static and dynamic characteristics under operational conditions. The capability of a machining system is significantly determined by its static and dynamic stiffness. The aim of this paper is to introduce novel concepts and methods regarding identification and control of a machining system’s dynamics. After discussing the limitations in current methods and technologies of machining systems’ identification and control, the paper introduces a new paradigm for controlling the machining system dynamics based on design of controllable structural Joint Interface Modules, JIMs, whose interface characteristics can be tuned using embedded actuators. Results from the laboratory and industrial implementation demonstrate the effectiveness of the control strategy with a high degree of repeatability.

The paper presents the achievements & perspectives, current state of works conducted by the FCSD team under the Robin Heart surgical robot console, surgeon-robot interface. The Robin Heart PortVisionAble will be prepared to track video endoscopy with new functional properties (lightweight, mobile robot) offered with telemedic system allowing the long distance image transfer. The construction of console for operator of surgical tools with controlled stiffness and geometry is another challenge for the near future.

Using a progressive information technologies for development of web-based courses and their administration brings a lot of practical and theoretical problems. We know web course problem is only small solution concerning construction of a large entire web-based e-learning environment. One of a practical problem is how to construct web-based electronic courses that have to meet international AICC standards. Implementation of such strict statements resulted in a lot of small or larger difficulties if we had used an elementary HTML editor. Using a special web course oriented editors can absolutely solve this problem. The second problem is construction of the web-based e-learning application that can administrate such web courses and takes into consideration AICC regulations. Development of such web applications is founded on the latest web technologies. This article introduces one approach to the modeling of the two most important components (web-based course, web-based application) of the web-based e-learning environment, convenient for Military Academy in Brno and Czech army. The article outlines the structure of web subject, e-learning environment and their implementation. The LMS's structure and its functionality, based on a snaps algebra, belong to important results of the article.

W pracy przedstawiono polski system TermoLab wspomagający analizę i wizualizację obrazów termalnych. Podstawową zaletą systemu TermoLab jest możliwość prowadzenia równoległej analizy danych pomiarowych uzyskanych z różnych kamer, co umożliwia wyznaczanie stopnia ich skorelowania. System jest autorskim pakietem oprogramowania dla komputerów PC działającym pod kontrolą systemu Windows 9x/2000. TermoLab umożliwia zaawansowaną analizę statystyczną i częstotliwościową termogramów. Dodatkowo, dzieki uniwersalnemu interfejsowi macierzowemu możliwa jest analiza obrazów termalnych pochodzących z pomiaru różnymi kamerami. W pracy przedstawiono przykładowe funkcje oraz opisano zadania programu TermoLab. Wskazano możliwe zastosowania pakietu jako systemu diagnostyki termalnej.
In the paper system Tremolab has been presented. Thermolab supports analysis of thermal images. System works under control of Windows`9x/2000 operating system. The system enables a basic and advanced statistical and frequency-domain analysis. Thermolab can also visualize thermal images in different palettes. Further, due to use of universal matrix interface (UMI) an analysis of thermograms stored by different types of cameras is possible. Due to this solution the correlation analysis of groups of thermograms is possible. On the basic of correlation analysis the diagnostic decision can be made. The system can be used as a sophisticated tool for the thermal-diagnostic applications.

The paper describes a prototype operator panel, which was designed to operate with the S7-200 family of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC-s) from Siemens. Most of the functionality of the operator panel was implemented in a computer program, which runs on a PC-class computer. The program communicates with a PLC through its communication port configured in the Freeport mode. Two kinds of interface between the PC, and the PLC are supported: wired, and wireless. For wired connection a standard PC/PPI cable supplied by Siemens is used. For wireless connection two communication modules were designed, which operate in the free 433 MHz band. The operator panel program is intuitive, and easy to use. States of PLC inputs and outputs are presented using graphical objects. It is possible to modify states of the outputs, and monitor and edit any variable in the M and V memory in the PLC. The application supports also alarming. The program can be run on any computer with the MS Windows operating system installed. This makes the solution very cost-effective. Providing both wired and wireless communication radically increases flexibility of the proposed solution. The panel can be quickly mounted in areas, where pulling new cables is inconvenient, difficult or expensive.
