    The evolutionary nature of the surroundings of the modern organization, reaching out to customers and creating a relationship, becomes a condition of existence in economic space. At the same time, the development of ICT changed in a general way perspectives and range of initialization and the creation of business contacts for geographically dispersed markets. In the article, the author on the basis of deep research literature and the results of tests carried out in selected municipalities of Lower Silesia and Great Poland has pointed out the importance of ICT in initiating business contacts and creating relational capital.

    The article is devoted to modern tendency and problems in the development of information technologies in the sphere of tourism. The aim of this paper is system analysis and identification of prospective areas of information technology in the field of tourism. The basic trends shaping the prospects for improvement in the information technology tools oriented to full and quality to meet the needs of ordinary tourists are consolidation of information resources in tourism; intellectualization of functions for software and applications, information technology and systems; interface virtualization environment for information systems, oriented to the needs of tourists; mobilization of tourists information technology support in the exercise of his trip; personalization tourist information needs, taking into account its specific individual requests tastes and preferences. All of them are analysed and described in the article. As a result author distinguished the main problems in the sphere of information technologies for tourist domain and main perspective spheres of next researches.

    The premise for choice of the research problem is the impact of new technologies on directions in the discussion of copyright law. The goal is the integrated look at the regulation of the market of new technologies in the context of intellectual property rights. The method of research is the analysis of the law, case law and literature. It must be concluded that the economic analysis of intellectual property rights should take into account not only the interests of authors and publishers, but also the owners and users of online platforms. New technologies have an impact on the economic sense of copyright protection - it is appropriate to suggest a more flexible approach to systems of protection of these rights.

    Effective technology transfer can be a source of sustainable competitive advantage and thus is key for economic growth. The aim of the guide is to shed light on the area with big potential and still few success stories in Poland – bringing scientific discoveries to the market at large profit. In most cases of new discoveries patenting is the best way of protecting intellectual property (IP); however there are exceptions from this rule. A new patented technology can be commercialized in three ways: a) selling/assigning ownership to the third party; b) licensing and c) via a start-up company owning the technology (spin-off). First option is the fastest, but usually gives the least reward. Breakthrough technologies can be a foundation of great companies, the shares of which can get very valuable quickly. How much of the company’s shares belong to the inventor depends on technology’s value (measured by ability to generate cash) and scale of investments needed to build the company. There is capital available for spin-off with viable technologies, both from public and private sources. Choosing the right one depends on the phase of company development and its needs. Early stage enterprises should seek partners among seed funds that have specific know-how of building new companies and can properly complement the competence of the inventor. Business Angel Seedfund is focused on investment in Poland-based projects from biotech and ICT industries.

    This work shows an attempt to research an influence that Information Technologies and Intellectual Capital together have on competitiveness. The main thesis is that IT is not as strong in building competitive advantages, as when used together with IC. In this article attempts have been made to show complementarities of Information Technologies and Intellectual Capital. Carrying on this issue the author shows some indexes the most competitive countries and was looking for correlation between them and expenditure on the IT.

The theoretical as-sumptions and the preliminary evaluation of activities realised within the computer course orga-nized in the boarding school of the special school were discussed.

    Innowacyjność (nowoczesność) w tworzeniu i funkcjonowaniu przedsiębiorstw, tworzenie i wdrażanie nowych technologii w produkcji i usługach, podnoszenie wiedzy pracowników itp. to obecnie podstawowe aspekty unowocześnienia gospodarki i sprostania konkurencji w warunkach globalnego rynku. Polskie przedsiębiorstwa różnią się w swych podejściach i umiejętnościach tworzenia oraz pozyskiwania nowych technologii i ich wdrażania. Również proces i skala transferu nowoczesnych technologii ma zróżnicowany charakter. Stosowane są różne kanały i formy w tym zakresie, co komplikuje kwestie ochrony własności intelektualnej. Problem ochrony własności intelektualnej jest obecnie złożony, wieloaspektowy, zwłaszcza w kontekście wszechstronnego wykorzystywania mediów elektronicznych. Wymaga to odpowiednich regulacji prawnych i właściwego ukierunkowania działań edukacyjnych firm. Celem artykułu jest analiza wybranych aspektów ochrony własności intelektualnej w innowacyjnych przedsiębiorstwach. Zdaniem autora obecnie zasadniczy wpływ na zachowania ludzi wywierają współczesne media. Potrzeba dobrego rozeznania źródeł, z których korzystają media, zwłaszcza elektroniczne, w zakresie nowych technologii. Jest to szczególnie istotne dla przedsiębiorstw nastawionych na rozwój działań B+R i przestrzeganie w tym kontekście odpowiednich przepisów o ochronie własności intelektualnej.
    The basic aspects of modernizing the economy and meeting competition in the global market include innovation (modernity) in the creation and functioning of enterprises, the creation and implementation of new technologies in production and services, and increasing the knowledge of employees. Polish enterprises differ in their approaches and skills in creating and acquiring new technologies and their implementation. The process and scale of the transfer of modern technologies is also varied. Various channels and forms are used in this regard, which complicates the protection of intellectual property. Thus, the problem of intellectual property protection is currently complex and multi-faceted, especially in the context of the comprehensive use of electronic media. This requires appropriate legal regulations and the appropriate targeting of educational activities of companies. The aim of this article is to analyse selected aspects of intellectual property protection in innovative enterprises. According to the author, modern media currently exerts a major influence people’s behaviour. Hence the need for a good understanding of the sources used by the media, especially electronic media, in field of new technologies. It is especially important for enterprises focused on the development of R&D activities to be compliant with the relevant regulations protecting intellectual property.

    Opis:
    In order to fill the existing knowledge gap, a series of studies was carried out, the fundamental aim of which is to assess the knowledge of the legal aspects of modern technologies represented by Polish managers and owners of production companies operating in the agricultural machinery sector. The main burden of the research within the presented area was put on desk research analysis covering the available literature sources and an expert debate on the subject of legal aspects of new technologies. In order to transfer the subject matter to the level of the agricultural machinery sector and to assess the discrepancy between the postulated level and the current state, the analysis used the results of a study conducted among a deliberately selected group of enterprises, in which the respondents provided answers regarding the anticipated level of knowledge regarding the legal aspects of new technologies. This study was a starting point for defining the gaps in the assimilation (self-assessment) of the microfoundations of new technology-oriented managerial legal knowledge articulated in the research model.
    Dążąc do uzupełnienia istniejącej luki w wiedzy przeprowadzono cykl badań, których fundamentalnym celem jest ocena wiedzy dotyczącej prawnych aspektów nowoczesnych technologii reprezentowanej przez polskich menedżerów i właścicieli przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych działających w sektorze maszyn rolniczych. Główny ciężar badania w ramach prezentowanego obszaru został położony na analizę desk research, obejmującą dostępne źródła literaturowe oraz debatę ekspercką podejmującą tematykę prawnych aspektów nowych technologii. W celu przeniesienia przedmiotowego zagadnienia na poziom sektora maszyn rolniczych i oceny rozbieżności pomiędzy poziomem postulowanym a stanem obecnym w analizie wykorzystano wyniki badania przeprowadzonego w dobranej celowo grupie przedsiębiorstw, w ramach którego ankietowani udzielali odpowiedzi odnośnie do antycypowanego poziomu wiedzy dotyczącej prawnych aspektów nowych technologii. Badanie to stanowiło punkt wyjścia do zdefiniowania luki w zakresie przyswojenia (samoocena) zaprezentowanych w modelu badawczym mikrofundamentów menedżerskiej wiedzy prawnej zorientowanej na nowe technologie.

    The article provides the justification for the need to analyze the area of 'new media' with regard to the use of digital tools by children and youth with intellectual disabilities. It presents the genesis of the notion of cyberspace as well as the nature of possible consequences associated with inappropriate use of digital technologies. The paper then discusses the categories of negative effects related to cyberspace and the use of new technologies by children and youth with intellectual disabilities. The increasing digitization has influenced the evolution of cyberbullying. There is no highly effective method or solution available to protect children and youth with intellectual disabilities against cyber crimes. Therefore, the idea of reasonable usage of 'new media' seems to be one of the most important tasks for educators, teachers, and parents of children and youth with intellectual disabilities in the 21st century.
    W prezentowanym artykule przedstawiono uzasadnienie potrzeby podjęcia tematu nowych mediów w kontekście użytkowania przez młodzież z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną. Przedstawiono genezę zagadnienia cyberprzestrzeni i skutków nieodpowiedniego korzystania z technologii cyfrowych. W dalszej części zaprezentowano kategorie czynników szkodliwych w obszarze cyberprzestrzeni związaną z użytkowaniem przez dzieci i młodzież z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną. Digitalizacja cyberprzestrzeni przyczyniła się do rozwoju cyberbullyingu. Nie ma skutecznej metody, aby uchronić dzieci i młodzież z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną przed stycznością z cyberzagrożeniami. Tylko rozsądne użytkowanie nowych mediów to najważniejsze zadanie dla pedagogów i rodziców młodzieży z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną.

    The research focuses on the issue of learning technologies for people with mild intellectual disabilities. The analysis carried out is grounded in the theses of the network society. The initial objectives addressed three main issues: analysis of risks of digital exclusion of people with mild intellectual disabilities in highly technological developed societies; a conceptual view of learning technologies as tools to support social inclusion; and the importance of creating accessible e-learning environments to support inclusive e-education for people with mild intellectual disabilities. The authors used the analytical and descriptive method on the basis of the chosen literature sources to draw the conceptual view of functions of learning technologies in network society. The paper is structured as follows: introduction; analysis of theoretical background of network society to understand the need to go beyond technology to understand contemporary digital disparities; the overview of learning technologies for inclusive e-education for individuals at risk of digital exclusion, the research conclusions and directions for future research.
    W niniejszym artykule podjęto problem rozwoju technologii uczenia się dla osób z lekką niepełnosprawnością intelektualną, opisany w teoretycznych ramach społeczeństwa sieciowego. Badania koncentrują się na zagadnieniu technologii uczenia się dla osób z lekką niepełnosprawnością intelektualną. Przeprowadzona analiza jest ugruntowana w tezach społeczeństwa sieciowego. Cele wstępne dotyczyły trzech głównych zagadnień: analizy zagrożeń wykluczeniem cyfrowym osób z lekką niepełnosprawnością intelektualną w wysoko rozwiniętych technologicznie społeczeństwach; konceptualnego spojrzenia na technologie uczenia się jako narzędzi wspierających integrację społeczną; oraz znaczenia dostępnych środowisk e-learningowych dla wspierania e-edukacji włączającej osób z lekką niepełnosprawnością intelektualną. Autorki zastosowały metodę analityczno-opisową na podstawie wybranych źródeł literaturowych, aby nakreślić konceptualny pogląd na funkcje technologii uczenia się w społeczeństwie sieciowym. Artykuł ma następującą strukturę: wprowadzenie; analiza teoretycznych podstaw społeczeństwa sieciowego; przegląd technologii uczenia się dla włączającej e-edukacji dla osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem cyfrowym, wnioski badawcze i kierunki przyszłych badań.

Dynamiczny rozwój technologiczny spowodował jakościowe i ilościowe zmiany w technologii kształcenia, umożliwiając wykorzystanie coraz nowszych mediów dydaktycznych. Proste środki zostały uzupełnione, a w większości przypadków zastąpione mediami złożonymi w tym robotami humanoidalnymi. W związku z tym, iż żyjemy w szczególnym okresie rozwoju cywilizacji wkrótce różnego rodzaju automaty i roboty staną się częścią wyposażenia szkolnych pracowni. Ta tendencja jest już wyraźnie zarysowana w krajach wysoko rozwiniętych technologicznie. Czy tego chcemy, czy nie, automatyka, robotyka i informatyka będzie coraz bardziej obecna w naszym życiu. Co więcej, już niedługo całe zastępy mniej lub bardziej inteligentnych robotów pojawią się w naszym otoczeniu gruntownie je zmieniając. Od nas zależy przygotowanie się do najbliższej przyszłości by nie stać się ofiarami własnej technologii i wynalazczości.
    The article provides the justification for the need to analyze the area of 'new media' with regard to the use of digital tools by children and youth with intellectual disabilities. It presents the genesis of the notion of cyberspace as well as the nature of possible consequences associated with inappropriate use of digital technologies. The paper then discusses the categories of negative effects related to cyberspace and the use of new technologies by children and youth with intellectual disabilities. The increasing digitization has influenced the evolution of cyberbullying. There is no highly effective method or solution available to protect children and youth with intellectual disabilities against cyber crimes. Therefore, the idea of reasonable usage of 'new media' seems to be one of the most important tasks for educators, teachers, and parents of children and youth with intellectual disabilities in the 21st century.
