The implementation of environmental issues in planning and designing urban structures is becoming a novel approach and a common practice consistent with the paradigm of sustainable development. Maintaining environmental quality in urban areas, managing natural resources and understanding the complexity of urban systems is becoming increasingly challenging. Therefore, it is important to develop strategies for the integration of environmental quality research into urban planning policies and for the development of alternative spatial solutions for the existing urban structure which are aimed at improving environmental quality in urban areas. The aim of the article is to review contemporary theoretical and practical approaches towards the implementation of environmental issues within the process of urban planning in order to present a framework for local planning policies. Described is the research into spatial and design solutions which can efficiently reduce noise levels, mitigate atmospheric pollution and odour nuisance or prevent the negative effects of local microclimate effect. The possibility of application of design guidelines aimed at achieving environmental objectives in local planning documents is also assessed.

The article has considered the general principles and capabilities of the medical support of NATO troops, confirmed the expediency of further transformation of tasks and functions of the state in terms of medical support of troops (forces) of the security and defense sector of Ukraine in crises through the approximation to the relevant NATO standards, justified the need to implement the Euro-Atlantic experience of rendering medical care, use the general framework of categories and concepts, principles of the evaluation of capabilities (assets) of medical support which will contribute to the development of integrated medical space for medical defense of troops (forces) and elaboration of individual crisis response model taking into account the basic international requirements. The authors have determined the priority tasks of further cooperation between Ukraine and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in the context of the reforms of medical logistics. It has been substantiated the need to keep reforming military medicine in conformity with NATO standards and recommendations that will promote an active involvement of medical services of troops (forces) in medical support of national and multi-domestic contingents during crises and adaptation of interoperable medical capabilities of joint missions under the auspices of NATO and the UN. The research has analyzed the mechanisms of interdepartmental coordination on medical support of troops (forces) and proved the feasibility of using the experience of NATO member states in the organization and functioning of the system of medical support of the military contingent with the adaptation of NATO doctrinal documents to the realities of modern Ukraine.

Szkoły wyższe muszą w elastyczny sposób dostosowywać swoją ofertę kształcenia do nowych potrzeb rynku pracy oraz tworzyć warunki do realizacji powszechnie uznanej na Europejskim Obszarze Szkolnictwa Wyższego zasady Life Long Learning. Prawidłowości te dotyczą również nowych wyzwań, przed którymi staje administracja publiczna naszego kraju. Członkostwo Polski w Unii Europejskiej i coraz bardziej odczuwalne oddziaływania procesów globalnych, w tym również ich negatywnych następstw, prowadzą do wniosku, że przygotowanie przyszłych pracowników dla efektywnie działającej administracji publicznej, w lepszym stopniu identyfikujących czynniki rozwoju, umiejętnie wykorzystujących instrumenty polityki rozwoju oraz posiadających kompetencję do gospodarowania przestrzenią kraju, staje się jednym z filarów budowania sprawnego państwa. Wskazane cele działań są w pełni zbieżne z oczekiwaniami dotyczącymi reformy zarządzania procesami rozwojowymi w Polsce, jak również katalogiem zadań Ministra właściwego ds. rozwoju wynikającymi m.in. z Ustawy o zasadach prowadzenia polityki rozwoju (t.j. Dz. U. z 2014 r. poz. 1649 z późn. zm.).
The goal of the paper is to present subject-matter and organisational assumptions of a project of starting a new direction of engineering studies, Integrated Development Planning1, prepared by a team of workers of the AMU Institute of Socio-Economic Geography and Spatial Management as a didactic innovation based on the assumptions of a modular educational system adjusting the Institute’s didactic offer to the needs of the labour market. The analysis focuses on the presentation of assumptions of integrated development planning and on subject-matter and organisational assumptions involved in working out and launching a new field of study intended to develop knowledge, skills and competences in this field. The obtained results allow popularising good practices and formulating conclusions that can be used by higher schools interested in the implementation of this kind of good practices connected with the development of education in the field of spatial management supported by means available via competitions conducted under the Knowledge-Education-Development Operational Programme.

W artykule zaprezentowany został model struktury funkcjonalno-przestrzennej w strategii rozwoju ponadlokalnego, który jest próbą przełożenia na grunt polski założeń nowego paradygmatu planistycznego, określanego w literaturze światowej jako strategiczne planowanie przestrzenne (spatial planning). Wykorzystano w tym względzie nowe regulacje prawne, określone w ustawie z dnia 15 lipca 2020 r. o zmianie ustawy o zasadach prowadzenia polityki rozwoju oraz niektórych innych ustaw, które z uwagi na swoją dużą ogólność pozwalały na autorskie podejście do ich interpretacji i implementacji. Przedstawiono różne wymiary prób integracji planowania strategicznego i przestrzennego podejmowanych w polskim systemie prawnym na przestrzeni lat, aż do czasów współczesnych. Ponadto zdefiniowano rolę strategii rozwoju ponadlokalnego w zintegrowanym planowaniu rozwoju w Polsce, a także opisano różne typy obszarów funkcjonalnych, stanowiące punkt wyjścia do różnicowania zakresu modelu struktury funkcjonalno-przestrzennej. Następnie pogłębiono opis najważniejszych elementów modelu, a także przedstawiono inne elementy wymiaru przestrzennego w nowych strategiach rozwoju ponadlokalnego. Wskazano na wartość dodaną integracji sfery planowania strategicznego i przestrzennego, która ma duże znaczenie dla poprawy ich skuteczności i efektywności oraz dla zwiększenia akceptacji społecznej wobec podejmowanych działań.
The article presents a model of functional-spatial structure in the strategy of supra-local development, which is an attempt to translate the assumptions of the new planning paradigm, referred to in the world literature as strategic spatial planning, into Polish ground. In this regard, the new legal regulations set forth in the Act of July 15, 2020 on amending the Act on the principles of development policy and certain other acts were used, which, due to their high generality, allowed the authors’ approach to their interpretation and implementation. The paper presents the various dimensions of integration of strategic and spatial planning undertaken in the Polish legal system over the years up to the present day. In addition, the role of supra-local development strategies in integrated development planning in Poland is defined, and different types of functional areas are described, which are the starting point for differentiating the scope of the functional-spatial structure model. Then the description of the most important elements of the model was deepened, and other elements of the spatial dimension in the new supra-local development strategies were presented. The added value of integrating the spheres of strategic and spatial planning was pointed out, which is important for improving their effectiveness and efficiency, as well as for increasing public acceptance of the measures taken.

In this paper, development trends of information systems, information systems technology and enterprise information management were analyzed in the context of Industry 4.0 tools. In the first part (par. 1–2), fundamental definitions referred to the subject were presented as well as historic background of Integrated Management Information Systems. In the second part (par. 3), evolution and trends in ERP class systems, electronic economy tools and Product Lifecycle Management software were described. In the third part (par. 4–5), observed trends in information systems technology, in relation to Industry 4.0 tools, were discussed including manufacturing resources, production objects and novel management strategies approach. Many conclusions were related with actual manufacturing practices observed by the authors.

The rapid urbanisation of the world leads, among others, to dynamic development of metropolitan areas. The functional relationships between territorial units which make up a metropolitan area mean that the preparation of economically, spatially and environmentally coherent strategies needs to be coordinated at the metropolitan level in order to prevent negative effects of metropolisation and to ensure sustainable development of such an area. This in turn requires that the approach towards managing development shifts in favour of governance and integrated strategies. The paper aims at assessing whether the integrated planning and management is used in metropolitan areas in Romania. The desk research method was applied to analyse Romanian legislation for metropolitan areas, integrated strategies for the development of metropolitan areas and reports on their implementation. Interviews with representatives of selected associations of metropolitan areas provided additional valuable insight.
Zachodzące na świecie procesy gwałtownej urbanizacji prowadzą między innymi do dynamicznego rozwoju obszarów metropolitalnych. Powiązania funkcjonalne między jednostkami terytorialnymi wchodzącymi w skład obszaru metropolitalnego powodują, że w celu zapobiegania negatywnym skutkom metropolizacji i zapewnienia zrównoważonego rozwoju takiego obszaru należy koordynować na poziomie metropolitalnym przygotowanie spójnych gospodarczo, przestrzennie i środowiskowo strategii. To z kolei wymaga zmiany podejścia do zarządzania rozwojem w kierunku współrządzenia i zintegrowanego planowania rozwoju. Celem artykułu jest ocena, czy zintegrowane planowanie i zarządzanie jest stosowane w obszarach metropolitalnych Rumunii. W badaniach wykorzystano metodę desk research, w ramach której przeanalizowano rumuńskie ustawodawstwo dotyczące obszarów metropolitalnych, zintegrowane strategie rozwoju obszarów metropolitalnych oraz raporty z ich realizacji. Cennym uzupełnieniem informacji były wywiady z przedstawicielami wybranych stowarzyszeń obszarów metropolitalnych.

This study aims to analyze the associated factors of marketing communication strategy planning in influencing the intention to visit the sports facilities at Si Jalak Harupat (SOR) in Bandung, Indonesia. The design of this study is a quantitative approach through a cross-sectional study. The data is collected by using a self-administered questionnaire to 100 visitors at SOR sports facilities in Bandung, Indonesia. This study considers two essential variables, namely integrated marketing communication planning (advertising, sales promotion, publicity, direct marketing and internet marketing) as an independent variable and intention to visit reflected by as a dependent variable. The data is analyzed by assisting the Structural Equation Modelling with Partial Least Square (XLSTAT-2018). The technique of data analysis consists of descriptive statistics and inferential analyses. By applying the PLS-SEM analysis, this study found that advertising, sales promotion and direct marketing do not significantly affect the intention to visit. Besides that, publicity and internet marketing have a significant effect on the intention to visit SOR's sports facilities in Bandung, Indonesia. This study is beneficial for planning, utilizing and making great potential for the existence of the sports facilities at SOR in Bandung, Indonesia. This study also recommends that the government develops sports facilities, including civilized aspects and improving sports performance at the regional and international levels. This study provides empirical evidence about the associated factor of marketing communication strategy planning in influencing the intention to visit the sports facilities at SOR in Bandung, Indonesia.
Niniejsze badanie ma na celu analizę powiązanych czynników planowania strategii komunikacji marketingowej, wpływających na zamiar odwiedzenia obiektów sportowych w Si Jalak Harupat (SOR) w Bandung w Indonezji. Projekt tego badania jest podejściem ilościowym poprzez badanie przekrojowe. Dane są zbierane za pomocą kwestionariusza do samodzielnego wypełnienia przez 100 odwiedzających obiekty sportowe SOR w Bandung w Indonezji. W niniejszym badaniu rozważono dwie podstawowe zmienne, a mianowicie zintegrowane planowanie komunikacji marketingowej (reklama, promocja sprzedaży, reklama, marketing bezpośredni, marketing internetowy) jako zmienną niezależną, a zamiar wizyty odzwierciedlony jako zmienna zależna. Dane są analizowane przy pomocy modelowania równań strukturalnych z wykorzystaniem metody częściowego najmniejszego kwadratu (XLSTAT-2018). Technika analizy danych obejmuje statystyki opisowe i analizy wnioskowania. Stosując analizę PLS-SEM, badanie to wykazało, że reklama, promocja sprzedaży, marketing bezpośredni nie wpływają znacząco na zamiar wizyty. Poza tym reklama i marketing internetowy mają znaczący wpływ na zamiar odwiedzenia obiektów sportowych SOR w Bandung w Indonezji. Badanie to jest korzystne dla planowania, wykorzystania i tworzenia wielkiego potencjału dla istnienia obiektów sportowych w SOR w Bandung w Indonezji. W studium tym zaleca się również rządowi rozwijanie obiektów sportowych, w tym aspektów cywilizacyjnych, oraz poprawę wyników sportowych na poziomie regionalnym i międzynarodowym. Niniejsze badanie dostarcza empirycznych dowodów na temat powiązanego czynnika planowania strategii komunikacji marketingowej, który wpływa na zamiar odwiedzenia obiektów sportowych w SOR w Bandung w Indonezji.

Opis:
The main optimized objects in underground mines include: stope layout, access layout and production scheduling. It is common to optimize each component sequentially, where optimal results from one phase are regarded as the input data for the next phase. Numerous methods have been developed and implemented to achieve the optimal solution for each component. In fact, the interaction between different phases is ignored in the tradition optimization models which only get the suboptimal solution compared to the integrated optimization model. This paper proposes a simultaneous integrated optimization model to optimize the three components at the same time. The model not only optimizes the mining layout to maximize the Net Present Value (NPV), but also considers the extension sequence of stope extraction and access excavation. The production capacity and ore quality requirement are also taken into account to keep the mining process stable in all mine life. The model is validated to a gold deposit in China. A two-dimensional block model is built to do the resource estimation due to the clear boundary of the hanging wall and footwall. The thickness and accumulation of each block is estimated by Ordinary Kriging (OK). In addition, the conditional simulation method is utilized to generate a series of orebodies with equal possibility. The optimal solution of optimization model is carried out on each simulated orebody to evaluate the influence of geological uncertainty on the optimal mining design and production scheduling. The risk of grade uncertainty is quantified by the possibility of obtaining the expected NPV. The results indicate that the optimization model has the ability to produce an optimal solution that has a good performance under the uncertainty of grade variability.
Główne optymalizowane obiekty w kopalniach podziemnych to parametry struktury przodka wybierkowego, optymalnego udostępnienia oraz planowanie robót górniczych. Powszechne jest optymalizowanie każdego komponentu po kolei, przy czym optymalne wyniki jednej fazy są uważane za dane wejściowe dla następnej. Opracowano i wdrożono wiele metod w celu uzyskania optymalnego rozwiązania dla każdego komponentu. W rzeczywistości interakcja między różnymi fazami jest ignorowana w tradycyjnych modelach optymalizacji, które prowadzą do nieoptymalnych rozwiązań w porównaniu ze zintegrowanym modelem optymalizacji. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia zintegrowany model optymalizacji optymalizujący trzy komponenty w tym samym czasie. Model nie tylko optymalizuje układ wydobywczy, aby zmaksymalizować wartość bieżącą netto (NPV), ale także uwzględnia parametry przodka wybierkowego oraz wkopu udostępniającego złoże. Aby utrzymać proces wydobycia na stałym poziomie przez cały czas trwania eksploatacji, pod uwagę brane są również zdolności produkcyjne oraz wymagania dotyczące jakości rudy. Omawiany model jest opracowany na potrzeby złoża złota w Chinach. Powstały dwuwymiarowy model blokowy do oszacowania zasobów ze względu na wyraźną granicę między skrzydłem wiszącym a spągowym. Grubość i akumulacja każdego bloku jest szacowana za pomocą krigingu zwyczajnego (OK). Dodatkowo wykorzystywana jest warunkowa symulacja w celu generowania szeregu złóż rudy. Optymalny model optymalizacji jest przeprowadzany na każdym symulowanym złożu w celu oceny wpływu niepewności geologicznej na optymalne planowanie robót górniczych i produkcji. Ryzyko odnośnie do niepewności jakości złoża jest kwantyfikowane przez możliwość uzyskania oczekiwanej wartości bieżącej netto (NPV). Wyniki wskazują, że model optymalizacji ma zdolność do tworzenia optymalnego rozwiązania w warunkach niepewności.

Na odbywającym się w październiku 2010 roku w Katowicach II Śląskim Forum Budownictwa autor przedstawił stan planowania regionalnego w Polsce. Postulował, żeby stworzyć jeden podstawowy dokument planowania regionalnego. Nazwał go wtedy „przestrzenną strategią rozwoju województwa”. Podkreślał także, że „obecna praktyka, posługująca się dwoma dokumentami, Strategią i Planem, zdaje się tkwić w historycznych zaległościach” [1]. Po dziesięciu latach powraca do tego tematu i dokonuje przeglądu zmian w podejściu do planowania rozwoju zagospodarowania przestrzennego w województwie śląskim. W kontekście obowiązujących regulacji prawnych zwraca uwagę na dążenia do kształtowania, a także prowadzenia w województwie zintegrowanej polityki rozwoju. Przedstawia przesłanki i uwarunkowania związane z przygotowaniem zmian w Planie Zagospodarowania Przestrzennego Województwa Śląskiego 2020+.
At the II Building Forum in Katowice in October 2010, the author presented the state of the regional planning in Poland. He proposed to create one basic regional planning document: „spatial development strategy”. He said: „Present practice of using two documents, The Strategy and The Plan, is outdated” [1]. After ten years, he comes back to this subject and reviews the changes in the land development planning in the Silesian Voivodeship. In the context of the present law regulations, he draws attention to attemps to shape and conduct an integrated development policy in the voivodeship. He presents premises and determinants connected with preparation of the changes in the Spatial Development Plan of the Silesian Voivodeship 2020+.

Obecnie zintegrowane systemy informatyczne klasy ERP są nieodłącznym elementem działalności przedsiębiorstw sprawnie funkcjonujących w otoczeniu ekonomiczno-rynkowym. Celem pracy jest wskazanie podejmowanej w literaturze krajowej i zagranicznej tematyki badawczej dotyczącej zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych klasy ERP. Analizie poddano łącznie 106 artykułów opublikowanych w latach 2010-2012, zawierających w tytule lub w słowach kluczowych hasła: ERP lub Enterprise Resource Planning.
Currently, integrated ERP systems are an integral part of companies that want to operate efficiently in an environment of economic and market conditions. The aim of this work is classification of Polish and world literature in the field of integrated ERP systems published between 2010-2012 and the identification of topics in detail. The articles were taken from the years 2010-2012 containing the title or keywords ERP or Enterprise Resource Planning - total 106 publications.

This study which evaluates teachers’ views with regard to the practices of interdisciplinary programme model in education aims to identify primary and secondary school teachers’ suggestions about the interdisciplinary programme model, the practices in education processes, and the effective implementation of the model. The participants were 29 teachers, 18 females and 11 males, from five different branches. The data were collected through a semi-structured interview form consisting of 6 questions and analyzed descriptively. The participants were found to be in favour of establishing connections between the courses. They were found to believe interdisciplinary instruction had many educational advantages and report that they could establish interdisciplinary connections with other courses. Some constraints mentioned by the teachers regarding the method were causing chaos in the lesson, drifting away from the topic, prolonging the time allocated for the topic, and not understanding the borders of the disciplines. It is recommended to take necessary actions in order to help teachers to use the method effectively in educational practices; to give importance to interdisciplinary education programmes in both undergraduate education and in-service trainings; and to redesign educational environments in a way to support interdisciplinary instruction.
Artykuł zawiera analizę badań poglądów nauczycieli na model interdyscyplinarnego programu edukacyjnego oraz ich sugestii dotyczących możliwości efektywnego wdrożenia tegoż programu do procesu nauczania. W badaniu uczestniczyło w sumie 29 nauczycieli, w tym 18 kobiet i 11 mężczyzn uczących pięciu różnych przedmiotów. Odpowiedzieli oni na 6 pytań w formie ankiety, która następnie została poddana drobiazgowej analizie opisowej. Ankietowani ogólnie uznali za słuszną ideę integracji międzyprzedmiotowej, wskazali na jej dobre strony, ale także zauważyli wady. Były to między innymi pewne ograniczenia w sposobie prowadzenia lekcji, który wprowadzał chaos, oddalanie się od właściwego tematu a co za tym idzie – wydłużenie czasu przeznaczonego na jego realizację. Ankietowani stwierdzili również, że uczniowie nie zauważają granic pomiędzy konkretnymi przedmiotami. Po końcowej analizie ankiety zaleca się szeroko pojęte wspomaganie nauczycieli w zakresie korzystania z metod interdyscyplinarnych oraz pomoc przy wdrażaniu nauczania zintegrowanego do pracy dydaktycznej.

This article presents a tool for reaching consensus in the participatory planning of the conversion and renovation of an urban space. It is based on the main assumption of combining descriptive and normative approaches in the actions of experts. It is an innovative way to strengthen the possibility of expert assessment in the decision-making process concerning desired spatial transformations. The authors hereof resorted to their own long-term experience when elaborating a tool that can easily support the selection of the optimal solution for maximizing benefits and minimizing outlay. The issues presented herein refer to the Central European context, which is characterized by a low level of social trust and by contentiousness in making joint decisions. The tool presented herein can contribute to participatory planning practice by enabling an expert to select solutions that meet the highest eficiency criteria on more objective grounds. It can be used to identify the convergent expectations of various social groups, thus facilitating conflict mitigation and arrival at a consensus. As a result, it can underlie the process of building social trust.

W artykule poddano analizie wybrane obowiązujące akty prawne, krajowe dokumenty planistyczne (KPZK 2030) i programowe (Umowa partnerstwa), wybrane instrumenty finansowe (zintegrowane inwestycje terytorialne) oraz Założenia krajowej polityki miejskiej. Przeprowadzone badanie stanowiło podstawę do sformułowania wniosków dotyczących szans i zagrożeń, jakie niesie za sobą realizacja analizowanych dokumentów w kontekście planowania zrównoważonego rozwoju miejskich obszarów funkcjonalnych (MOF). Analiza dowiodła, że obowiązujące przepisy i wytyczne wykazują wiele nieścisłości w zakresie ustalenia zasad planowania funkcjonalnego w MOF, co skutkuje niedostosowaniem obecnych dokumentów poziomu wojewódzkiego do wytycznych ministerialnych (dotyczy to zwłaszcza delimitacji MOF) oraz wprowadza dualizm opracowań strategicznych (strategia rozwoju MOF i strategia ZIT). Z kolei możliwość finansowania inwestycji publicznych w MOF-ach w ramach ZIT niesie pozytywne skutki w sferze planowania strategicznego.
The article analyses selected binding legal acts, national planning documents (Concept of the National Spatial Planning 2030) and programme documents (Partnership Agreement), selected financial instruments (Integrated Territorial Investments), and assumptions of the National Urban Policy. The conducted study permitted drawing conclusions regarding the opportunities and threats involved in the implementation of the analysed documents in the context of planning of sustainable development of functional urban areas (FUA). The analysis documented many inconsistencies in the binding provisions and guidelines in the scope of determination of the rules of functional planning in FUA. This results in the failure to adjust the binding documents at the provincial level to ministry guidelines (this particularly concerns the delimitations of FUA), and introduces the dual character of strategic documents (Strategy of Development of FUA and Strategy of Integrated Territorial Investments). The possibility to finance public investments in FUA in the scope of Integrated Territorial Investments brings positive results in terms of strategic planning
