Od lat edukacja informatyczna w klasach 1–3 realizowana jest obligatoryjnie. Mimo tego wie-le problemów jej dotyczących do dziś nie zostało rozwiązanych. Należą do nich m.in. brak pracowni komputerowych dostosowanych do potrzeb i możliwości uczniów, niewystarczające kompetencje informatyczne wielu nauczycieli edukacji wczesnoszkolnej, zbyt ubogie w treści informa-tyczne programy nauczania i związane z nimi podręczniki, popełnianie przez nauczycieli błędów metodycznych, zwłaszcza w braku przydzielania uczniom konkretnych czynności informatycz-nych i w kontrolowaniu ich wykonania oraz w niewłaściwym integrowaniu i korelowaniu treści informatycznych.
For years now, information technology in grades 1 to 3 has been taught on a mandatory basis. Despite this, a number of problems related thereto still have not been solved. These include no computer laboratories adapted to the needs and capacities of pupils, insufficient IT competences among many early childhood education teachers, curricula and related course books which are quite poor in content, methodological mistakes made by teachers, in particular consisting in the lack of assigning specific activities to pupils and monitoring the completion thereof, as well as in an incorrect integration and correlating the IT content.

Opis:
Many of research results evaluating the existing computer applications, with reference to prevailing educational theories, show that they have a very little impact on the improvement of educational effectiveness. This phenomenon occurs particularly in computer educational systems based on the concept of teacher-oriented education and highly individualised knowledge acquisition. This assumption does not take into consideration possibilities of using information technologies in education which have appeared in recent years. Characteristic features of systems, which reduce learning activities of a subject are clearly emphasised and criticised by contemporary educationists. Computer educational systems should be a component part of an effectively and fully realised teaching-learning process and treated as a tool which actively assists learners with different interaction forms [1]. The Internet services play a particularly important role in this processes. The medical variety of services provide the teaching processes of medicine students with many new educational platforms. Digital video records of various operations and treatments can effectively be used as the educational resources.

Dynamic development of digital technologies has been increasingly influencing all areas of our life. It is more and more difficult to find disciplines in which digital technologies have no application. New technologies have been also changing the face of education which has ceased to be something definite. Young people are especially attracted to latest technological developments. Therefore it is absurd to expect that next young generations will have positive attitude towards knowledge presented in a traditional way as they were born and have been living in the era of digital media. Are information technologies present in the project of a new core curriculum for primary school and to what extend? It is a crucial question because at present we deal with a dynamic process of transferring the young generation activities to the cyberspace. It is vital that pupils use the lates information technologies consciously and constructively and this is something they should be taught at school.
Dynamiczny rozwój technologii cyfrowych wywiera coraz większy wpływ na wszystkie obszary naszego życia. Coraz trudniej znaleźć dziedziny, w których technologie cyfrowe nie mają zastosowania. Nowe technologie zmieniają także oblicze edukacji, która przestała być czymś danym raz na zawsze. Młodych ludzi szczególnie pociągają nowinki technologiczne. Zatem absurdem jest oczekiwanie, że kolejne pokolenia będą pozytywnie reagowały na wiedzę przekazywaną w tradycyjny sposób, skoro urodziły się i żyją w epoce mediów cyfrowych. Czy technologie informacyjne są uwzględnione w projekcie nowej podstawy programowej dla szkoły podstawowej i w jakim zakresie? Jest to istotne pytanie, ponieważ aktualnie mamy do czynienia z dynamicznym procesem przenoszenia aktywności młodego pokolenia do cyberprzestrzeni. Ważne jest, by uczniowie świadomie i konstruktywnie wykorzystywali najnowsze technologie informacyjne, a tego powinni uczyć się w szkole.

The special feature of teaching children with special needs is the need to take into account their needs and abilities. An integral part of the process of teaching students with autism is the provision of communication, the development of social skills and academic (traditional) training. For the development and improvement of the system of IT support for the training of children with autism, the most promising directions are the technologies of an Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). The model of data flows in such support system allows determining its basic features and principles of operation in the system. To train Social and household orientation for students with autism, several social scenarios were proposed, using the VR and AR technologies.

Fast changes in information technology and information society generate new ideas and concept. Some of them are very important, but lifetime of others is rather short. So, the question arises: which of them are basic, which are useful and which are only temporary? Classical education in computer science and main factors of information society development is the starting point of our considerations. Typically, in classical education, we consider algorithms and their complexity, data structures, programming languages, local networks, and so on. On the other hand we have global business processes, global economy and multinational global organisations. Computer integrated activities, cooperative information systems, and virtual organisations must be described in new terms. As basic concepts we consider infons and situations. They play similar role in formalisation of information as sets and their elements in mathematics. In the future education a special attention must be paid to digital resources and their descriptions, cooperative work, business processes, Web services and document management.

Understanding the complexity of a teacher and its role in modern society is vitally important for the advancement in education. The aim of this research paper is to introduce the concept of cultural linguistics and to determine the impactsand the broad understanding of the role of a teacher, referredin this article as the pedagogue in the era of information and communication technology. Evidence suggest that there is a growing need to reestablish the position of a pedagogue which is one of the most important factors in the proper approach to the use of technology in modern schools. To recognize this role, the fundamentals of cultural linguistics and its schemes will be used to highlight the need for further research. A number of cross-sectional studies has accentuated the problem of digital technology in the classroom and the role/scheme of a pedagogue (Palmer, 1996; Ceratto Pargman, 2019; Sharifian, 2011, 2017). This study identified the key elements of a pedagogue and presented a sample of exercises that can be used by a teacher to utilities the digitalization of schools.

The barriers of using Information Technology by teachers in schools have been classified in the article into technical-communicative, cultural and intellectual. Intellectual barriers were particularly emphasized, pointing to clear defects in teachers’ suitable methodological preparation. The number of causes of rejection by IT teachers as well as teachers of other subjects were presented together with the reasons for rejection of introducing and using IT in school. Analyzing teachers’ views concerning the introduction of IT into the education system, constant establishing of the cultural pattern was indicated. This pattern functions in schools and has roots in memory teaching.

The sustainability of engineering education depends on a strategic vision in university education. The strategic vision of education at technical universities is orientated to knowledge, digitization, online education, innovative methods in education, all forms of Management and business education platform. The main goal of this article is the creation of the model of engineering education at the technical university based on synergy effect of the economic subjects of study, digitalization, all forms of management, and innovative didactic methods with direction to future education. In this research we realized project "Student firms" by using digitalization, e-learning approach in education and connecting all form of management as in business environment. Results of the implemented "Student Firms" project at the university recorded benefits in improving students' key competencies, soft skills, social competencies, financial, economic competencies, and their impact on the level of evaluation of subjects of study. The output of the research was the design of a model of engineering education at the university. This model can be a tool for making changes in education at university for his sustainability in the future.

W pracy podjęto próbę analizy wpływu rozwoju technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych, a zwłaszcza technik multimedialnych na szeroko rozumianą edukację. Zwrócono uwagę na możliwości, jakie stwarzają te technologie dla wprowadzania nowych rozwiązań w dziedzinie edukacji tak młodzieży, jak i osób dorosłych. Wskazano na możliwości wykorzystania tych technologii w kształceniu ustawicznym. Przeanalizowano wpływ technologii informacyjnych i multimedialnych na skuteczność i efektywność kształcenia. Rozpatrzono uwarunkowania społeczne, demograficzne i ekonomiczne wprowadzania tych technologii do współczesnej edukacji.
In this work an attempt has been made to analyze the influence of the development of information- communication technologies, especially of multimedia systems, on the widely defined education. Possibilities created by these technologies to introduce new solutions in education of youth and adults have been marked. Also the possibilities of use of such technologies in a continuing education have been appointed. The influence of information and multimedia technologies on the accuracy and efficiency of education was analyzed as well. Social, demographic, and economic conditionings of introduction such technologies to modern education have been discussed.

In his work an attempt has been made to analyze the influence of technical and economical conditionings of the introduction of information and multimedia technologies to the polish system of education. The dynamics of the development of the communications and multimedia market has been appointed, emphasizing mobile technologies sector. Both technical and economical aspects was mentioned that are substantial for furnishing schools with the latest multimedia and information hardware. Social agents have been discussed that may influence the acquisition of modern technologies in the polish system of education. Normative recommendations have been presented, both polish and of the EU, regarding the introduction of information and multimedia technologies to educational systems of member countries of the European Union

Rola technologii informacyjnej w życiu człowieka wzbudza wiele przemyśleń i stawia nowe pytania dotyczące jej funkcjonalności w życiu codziennym. Rozwój technologii informacyjnej jest z pewnością procesem nieuniknionym, jej rola w społeczeństwie informacyjnym z pewnością będzie rosła, a z nią upowszechnienie nowych metod przekazu i komunikacji. Głównym celem niniejszego opracowania jest ukazanie w przejrzysty i przystępny sposób prostej metody tworzenia strony WWW w systemie CMS (Content Management System) o nazwie PHP-Fusion. Artykuł został tematycznie podzielony na dwie części. Pierwsza opisuje teoretyczne wymagania i charakterystykę oprogramowania oraz obsługi systemu CMS. W drugiej opisany został praktyczny sposób zakładania strony WWW na przykładzie systemu PHP-Fusion na serwerze cba.pl.
The role of information technology in human life inspires to many thoughts and raises new questions about its function in everyday life. The development of information technology is certainly inevitable process, its role in the information society will certainly grow and with it the dissemination of new methods of communication and communication. The main objective of this paper is to present in a clear and accessible way a simple method for creating web pages in the system (CMS Content Management System) called PHP-Fusion. The paper was thematically divided into two thematic parts. The first part describes the theoretical requirements and characteristics of the operating system software and CMS. In the second part will be described a practical way to set up a web page on the example of PHP-Fusion on a server cba.pl.

Tematem opracowania jest analiza wykorzystania nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych w edukacji w opinii uczniów. Opisano metody i narzędzia dydaktyczne wykorzystujące nowoczesne technologie informacyjne i telekomunikacyjne dla zmiany jakości kształcenia na różnych poziomach edukacyjnych. Na podstawie wyników ankiety wykazano, że zdobywanie informacji w szkole będzie o wiele łatwiejsze dzięki nowym technologiom.
The analysis of use of modern information technology in education in students’ opinion is the subject of paper. It was described the methods and didactic tools taking advantage of modern information and telecommunications technologies to change the quality of education at different educational levels. It was pointed on survey results that acquisition of information in the school will be much easier owing to new technology.

Cel: W artykule podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie: w jakim kierunku będą zmierzały przemiany szkoły pod wpływem nowych technologii. Społeczeństwo informacyjne budowane jest na odmiennych − niż społeczeństwo industrialne − paradygmatach, w tym na odmiennym modelu aksjologicznym. Dlatego współczesność wymaga innego systemu edukacji niż dotychczasowy, ukształtowany według wymogów społeczeństwa przemysłowego. W praktyce oznaczać to może konieczność organizowania (tworzenia) szkół opartych na nowych założeniach. Wprowadzenie: Współczesna cywilizacja informacyjna jest oparta na technologiach informacyjnych (TI) będących podstawowymi i niezbędnymi narzędziami do uzyskania, przetwarzania informacji, a w efekcie tworzenia wiedzy. Zakłada się, że kolejna rewolucja technologiczna − zwana kognitywistyczną − otworzy szkoły na intelektualny dorobek człowieka w niespotykanym dotąd stopniu i zakresie. Wymaga to zmiany samej szkoły, gdyż przyswojenie tak dużej ilości wiedzy opiera się na doświadczeniu w stosowaniu reguł i zasad pozyskiwania i przetwarzania informacji, ogromnej wrażliwości intelektualnej, ponieważ uczenie się jest sposobem wchodzenia w kulturę. Metodologia: W artykule oparto się na analizach zachodzących aktualnie kierunków rozwoju technologicznego i przemian społecznych, które ten rozwój wywołuje. Wnioski: Przedstawione zostały możliwości, ale i zagrożenia wynikające z nieograniczonego dostępu do sieci, portali społecznościowych oraz wirtualnych doradców i nauczycieli. Dokonano analizy skuteczności TI z jednoczesnym opisem najważniejszych wskazówek dla racjonalnego włączenia ich do edukacji. Poruszony został także etyczny wymiar wykorzystania TI w edukacji związany z poszukiwaniem odnajdywaniem, przetwarzaniem i przesyłaniem informacji w kontekście poszanowania praw człowieka do prywatności i własności intelektualnej oraz duchowego i emocjonalnego rozwoju. Została tu poruszona równie ważna kwestia dotycząca TI, a związana z wartościami, które powinna wspomagać i rozwijać szkoła niezależnie od czasów, w których funkcjonuje i wykorzystywanych środków. Jako ostatnie są poruszane kwestie dotyczące samych nauczycieli ich postawy oraz podejścia do technologicznej reformy edukacji. W refleksjach końcowych wyraźnie zaznaczona jest niezastąpiona rola nauczyciela w procesie dydaktycznym i fakt, że żadne systemy teleinformatyczne, rozwiązania programowe, czy nawet wirtualni nauczyciele nie są w stanie zastąpić żywego nauczyciela, jego słowa oraz gestu.
Aim: The article is an attempt to answer the question: in which direction will the transformations of schools under new technologies will be heading. An IT society is built on different paradigms than an industrial society, including a different axiological model. As a result, it requires a different education system than previously known and shaped according to the requirements of industrial society. In practice, it may mean the necessity of organising (creating) schools based on new assumptions. Introduction: Contemporary IT civilisation is based on IT being the basic and primary tools of gaining and processing information as well as creating knowledge. It has been assumed that another technological revolution – known as cognitive – will opens schools to the intellectual achievements of a human being at a level and scope that has not been known yet. However, it requires the change of school itself as acquiring such a great number of knowledge is based on experience in applying rules and principles of gaining and processing information, great intellectual sensitivity, as learning is a manner of entering culture. Methodology: The article is based on the analyses presently performed with regard to technological development and social transformations which cause this development. Conclusions: The authors presented capabilities as well as threats resulting from unlimited access to the internet, social portals and virtual advisors and teachers. There was made an analysis of effectiveness of IT along with a description of prompts for their rational inclusion into education. There was also tackled the ethical dimension of using IT in education connected with seeking and finding, processing and sending information in the context of honouring rights of a human being to privacy and intellectual property as well as spiritual and emotional development. There was also tackled an equally important issue regarding IT and connected with values which shall be supported and developed by school regardless of times in which it functions and the means it uses. Finally, there are issues related to teachers themselves, their attitudes and approach to the technological reform of education. In conclusion, there is clearly underlined an indispensible role of a teacher in a didactic process and the fact that no IT systems, program solutions or even virtual teachers are not able to supersede live teachers, their words and gestures.

W artykule chciałem zwrócić uwagę na potrzebę właściwego przygotowania informatycznego przyszłego nauczyciela, ponieważ w zmieniającej się rzeczywistości uczniowie coraz częściej korzystają z komputera oraz innych urządzeń multimedialnych i należy im pokazać, jakie są możliwości wykorzystania tych urządzeń do wspomagania procesu nauczania i uczenia się.
In this article I would like to draw attention to the need for proper IT preparation of the future teacher since in the changing reality pupils more often use both computer and also other multimedia appliances. That is why it is essential to show them what possibilities of these appliances are to assist the process of teaching and learning itself.

The article is about changes in education of mathematics impacted by information technologies expansion. Development of information technologies together with created methodologies of gathering and distributing information opens alternative routes of education in knowledge society. There is pointed out the role and preparation of a teacher, the new way of transferring the knowledge – especially mathematical knowledge. Interaction between teacher and student is the most important didactical and educational element.

Information Technology (IT) entered the world of education with authority and with general assumption that it would enhance students’ learning. It is used in the educational environment for many uses, with class delivery as one of the most important purposes. The aim of the study was to investigate the preferences in the delivery methods by students and compare with those favoured by the instructors. Additionally, the study assessed the use of IT in preparation (by instructors) and access (by students) of material related to learning. A separate issue addressed was classroom cheating by students and IT application for that purpose. The study indicated a clear preference by both students and instructors for blended learning of traditional face to face lecturing with additional on-line material. The study also confirmed the use of IT as a tool for class cheating. Although reluctantly, up to 73% of students confessed to cheating using one or other method.

Rozwój komunikacji bezprzewodowej staje się wyzwaniem dla infrastruktury informatycznej szkoły. Dostęp do zasobów elektronicznych poprzez sieć LAN staje się nieefektywna, a istniejące sieci Wi-Fi powinny zapewnić komunikację wszystkim pracownikom i uczniom w szkole. W tym celu należy zapoznać się z aspektami budowy wydajnych sieci WLAN dla potrzeb palcówki oświatowej.
Development of wireless communication is a challenge for school net infrastructure. Access to electronic sources through LAN is becoming ineffective while present Wi-Fi nets should enable communication for all employees and pupils at school. For this reason we should learn about different aspects of constructing effective WLAN answering the needs of particular schools.
