    The article presents a comparative overview of international experience in the field of digitalization of the process of interaction between citizens and government agencies. In accordance with the digitalization programs of society launched in many countries almost simultaneously, many commercial and social projects are being developed. All of them become available using complex analytical tools for processing Big Data and a Unified Identification and Authentication System. Currently, the state has legally granted citizens the right to manage their personal data, which means that the personal data subject can authorize the processing of his personal data, control, and also demand the termination of processing and deletion of processed data. Of course, at the moment, many states aimed at implementing such a program proceed from internal national specifics, their own requirements, conditions and even foundations. But sooner or later, the formation of a single world information space, as well as the globalization of information processes will lead to its unification

    Social media are used on a daily basis by public administration agencies in interactions with the public. The benefits of this form of contact have also been recognized by the Police, which maintains fan pages on the most popular social media sites. However, to date there has been no deeper reflection neither about the legal grounds for public authorities’ social media presence, nor about principles which they should obey while running their social media profiles. Using the Police as an example, this article discusses the legal basis for maintaining profiles of public administration agencies in social media. Authors analyze the issue within the framework of existing law and the views of scholars and commentators, confronting them with the legal basis provided by the Police departments. The article presents de lege ferenda conclusions regarding the so-called soft law.

    Artykuł prezentuje ważniejsze wydarzenia ukazujące rolę akademickiego środowiska statystycznego oraz środowiska statystyki publicznej w kształtowaniu profilu informacyjnego „Wiadomości Statystycznych” („WS”). Za szczególnie znaczące uznano określenie strategii informacyjnej podczas tworzenia „WS” w 1956 r., niedopuszczenie w latach 60. XX w. do zdominowania treści czasopisma przez informacje instruktażowe i szkoleniowe przeznaczone głównie na użytek wewnętrzny, sprecyzowanie kierunków rozwoju charakteru naukowego „WS” oraz wprowadzanie od 2013 r. rozwiązań funkcjonalnych wynikających z wymogów stawianych czasopismom naukowym. Scharakteryzowano też środowisko akademickie Szkoły Głównej Planowania i Statystyki (SGPiS), które miało wpływ na utworzenie i ukształtowanie profilu tematycznego „WS”.
    The article presents major events illustrating the role of both statistical academics and official statistics community in the development of „Statistical News” information profile. The formulation of an information strategy during the creation of „Statistical News” in 1956, the refusal of dominating magazine contents by instructional and training information mainly for internal use in the 1960s as well as the introduction of functional solutions resulting from the requirements of scientific journals in 2013 were considered as one of the most significant issues. The academic community of the Main School of Planning and Statistics, which has influenced the development of the thematic profile of „Statistical News”, was also characterized in this paper.

    W artykule poruszono problemy związane z personalizacją profili internetowych i ich wpły-wem na użytkowników Internetu, a szczególnie młodzież. Przeanalizowano aktualne i przewidy-wane skutki związane z profilowaniem i personalizacją kont głównie w mediach społecznościo-wych. Wskazano na potencjalne zagrożenia, jakie może nieść ze sobą zjawisko personalizacji profili internetowych. Zwrócono uwagę na rolę systemu edukacji w prawidłowym przygotowa-niu młodego pokolenia do postrzegania i eliminowania niekorzystnych zjawisk związanych z tym problemem. Oceniono, że personalizacja profili internetowych jest olbrzymim proble-mem, z jakim będzie musiała zmierzyć się tak od strony teoretycznej, jak i praktycznej, współ-czesna informatyka.
    This article discusses problems related to the personalisation of internet profiles and their in-fluence on the users, especially youth. Current and predicted results are analysed that relate to the personalisation of the accounts, mainly in the social media. Potential risks of such personalisation are addressed. The role of the educational system in a proper preparation of the young generation to recognize and eliminate unwanted situations is emphasized. It was concluded that the personali-sation of internet profiles is a substantial problem that has to be faced by the modern computer science, both in theoretical and practical aspect.

    Publikacja ta powstała na podstawie studiów literaturowych oraz źródeł wtórnych, charakteryzujących rolę medycyny spersonalizowanej w leczeniu pacjentów. Zwrócono w nim uwagę na potrzebę tworzenia profilu geograficznego pacjenta w medycynie spersonalizowanej, zwłaszcza w aspekcie migrujących społeczności. Przedstawiono także przykłady reakcji krajów wysokorozwiniętych na kształtowanie się medycyny spersonalizowanej i rekomendacje w Unii Europejskiej dot. medycyny spersonalizowanej oraz przytoczono postulat rozwoju medycyny w Województwie Śląskim. Ponadto zostały wskazane platformy komunikacji dotyczące zdrowia pacjenta.
    This article was prepared basing on the literature review and analysis of secondary sources, determining the role of customised medicine in treatment of patients. The attention was directed on the the need of creation of a geographical profile of the patient in customised medicine, particularly in the aspect of migrating societies. There were also presented some examples of reactions of higly developed countries on shaping of this type of medicine and appropriate recommendations in the European Union. There was also presented a postulate of development of customised medicine in the Silesia Region. There were also indcated platforms of communication regarding patient's health.

    The article deals with digital competence, which is one of the main components of the professional competence of future teachers, as well as discloses the foreign experience of the development of future teachers’ digital competence. European standards for the determination of digital competence are analysed – in particular, the digital competence profile of the teacher Digital Competency of Educators (DigCompEdu), which includes six areas of teachers’ digital competences. The article outlines approaches to the description of educational outcomes concerning the digital competence of teachers. The analysis of the experience of foreign countries (Lithuania, Estonia, Austria, Norway, the Netherlands, Western Australia, Slovenia on the problem of developing the digital competence of teachers in the process of their professional training in higher education institutions and professional development of practising teachers) has been carried out taking into account the scope of digital competence. The reforms in the education of foreign countries concerning the digitalisation of education and the development of teachers’ digital competence are considered. Academic courses, foreign educational platforms, communities for teachers’ professional training and professional development on digital technologies are described and analysed. The analysis of the work of foreign researchers allows to make conclusions about the approaches to classification and description of the types of teachers’ digital competence.

    The paper presents a new Unified Modeling Language profiles devoted to modeling the architecture of the integration platform. The paper contains a description of the notations and languages of information systems architecture modeling, such as BPMN, UML, and SoaML. These notations and modeling languages do not provide a complete set of semantic structures necessary to present integration platform’s architecture. Therefore, a set of UML stereotypes was proposed which describes the needed additional semantic structures. These stereotypes have been grouped into two UML profiles, “UML Profile for Integration Platform” and “UML Profile for Integration Flows”. In the first profile, stereotypes relating to the structural elements of the integration platform were placed. The second profile contains stereotypes representing mediation mechanisms. The paper presents a new semantic extension of an activity diagram to model the mediation flows. Thus, it was proposed a new UML diagram: mediation flows diagram.
    W artykule przedstawiono nowe profile języka Unified Modeling Language przeznaczone do modelowania architektury platformy integracyjnej. Artykuł zawiera opis notacji i języków modelowania architektury systemów informatycznych, takich jak: BPMN, UML, SoaML. Opisane notacje i języki modelowania nie dostarczają jednak pełnego zbioru konstrukcji semantycznych niezbędnych do przedstawienia architektury platformy integracyjnej. W związku z powyższym zaproponowano zbiór stereotypów języka UML opisujący wymagane dodatkowe konstrukcje znaczeniowe. Stereotypy te zostały pogrupowane w dwa profile języka UML: „UML Profile for Integration Platform” oraz „UML Profile for Integration Flows”. W pierwszym profilu umieszczono stereotypy odnoszące się do elementów struktury platformy integracyjnej. W drugim profilu umieszczono stereotypy odpowiadające mechanizmom mediacyjnym. W artykule przedstawiono nowe rozszerzenie semantyczne diagramu aktywności dla modelowania przepływów mediacyjnych. Zaproponowano w ten sposób nowy diagram języka UML: diagram przepływów mediacyjnych.
