The research areas of extraction and integration of web data aim at delivery of tools and methods to extract pieces of information from third-party web sites and then to integrate them into profiled, domain-specific, custom web pages. Existing solutions rely on specialized APIs or XPath querying tools and are therefore not easily accessible to non technical end users. In this paper we describe our new comprehensive, non-XPath integration platform which allows end users to extract web page fragments using a simple query-by-example approach and then to combine these fragments into custom, integrated web pages. We focus on our two novel similarity-based web clip matching algorithms: Attribute Weights Tree Matching and Edit Distance Tree Matching.

Opis:
Different industries are modernising their systems and introducing innovations to their management practices. However, the construction industry is recognised for its lack of technological systems on which the success of this sector is deemed to be heavily dependent. Previous studies have focused on enhancing the off-site construction supply chain. However, studies on the importance and utilisation of technology in this sub-sector are scarce, predominantly where the efficiency of off-site supply chain management is stalled as a consequence of the slow implementation of technology. Thus, this article employs an exploratory approach by providing insight into the applicability of blockchain technology in New Zealand’s off-site construction and demonstrates the benefits associated with the adoption of this technology. A literature review was used to identify stakeholders’ interrelationships in different stages of prefabrication projects. Then, a pilot interview from industry experts followed by a questionnaire survey was used to determine the involvement of stakeholders in different phases and the benefits that blockchain technology can bring to this industry. The results indicate that using blockchain as a secure information management system could improve the integration of prefabrication supply systems by producing a collaborative atmosphere amongst the organisations involved.

Within this paper results of ongoing investigations will be presented. Main subject of studies is laid on the present situation of alert management onboard ships navigational bridges and potential use of data recorded with mandatory ship-borne VDR equipment during normal ship operation to support the process of on board collision avoidance. The investigations and results discussed and presented in the paper are gained within trhe work in two different projects on research and technical development. The first is the European MARNIS – project on Maritime Navigation and Information Services. It is funded by the European Commission, Department for Energy and Transport. Secondly some of the results presented here are part of investigations performed under the national RD project "Maritime Safety Assistance Rostock" which is funded by the German Ministry of Education and Research Berlin.

e-Navigation, a theme introduced but IMO to improve safety of navigation at sea, is starting to gain traction in various organizations. As the concept develops, the importance of data, both static as well as dynamic, is more and more realized. IALA and IHO, in their efforts to help making e-Navigation a reality, have agreed to propose the IHO GI Register (often known as S-100 Register) as the conceptual basis for the Common Maritime Data Structure (CMDS). Utilizing this common understanding of key players in e-Navigation arena, the IMO e-Navigation Correspondence Group has firmed up the overarching architecture, enabling a series to test beds proving the concept of integration of various data streams to enable improved communication between the stakeholders on shore or at sea. The integration of pre-composed, expert generated navigational data with real time and semi real-time data like Virtual AtoNs, Tide Gages Data or MSI transmission from VTS into a single e-Navigation display, if correctly developed, implemented and executed, will be the enabler of increased situational awareness.

Głównym celem opracowania jest próba wskazania znaczenia wiedzy i transferu informacji w rozwoju innowacyjnych więzi integracyjnych, jakimi są struktury klastrowe. Szczególną rolę w kreowaniu ekspansji powiązań integracyjnych spełnia zaufanie, jakim obdarzają siebie nawzajem uczestnicy układu zintegrowanego, ze wskazaniem na lidera klastra. Zasadniczą rolą, jaką odgrywają klastry w budowaniu gospodarki opartej na wiedzy jest wspieranie dyfuzji wiedzy i innowacji wewnątrz klastra, a także poza nim m.in. poprzez przepływ informacji pomiędzy przedsiębiorstwami a sferą B+R. W opracowaniu dowiedziono, że prawidłowo funkcjonujące, jak również tworzące się struktury integracyjne występujące w gospodarce są jednym z istotnych warunków jej dynamicznej ekspansji.
The main objective of this paper is to indicate the importance of knowledge and information transfer in the development of innovative integration ties, such as clustered structures. A special role in shaping the expansion of ties integration’s the trust between, participants of the integrated system, indicating the leader of the cluster. The fundamental role played by clusters in building a knowledge-based economy is to promote the diffusion of knowledge and innovation within the cluster, as well as outside it, among others, through the flow of information between enterprises and R&D. The study demonstrated that a properly functioning, as well as the developing structure of the integration occurring in the econ-omy, is one of the essential conditions of its rapid expansion.

The aim of this study was to check out the impact that is casted by information intensive services on social sustainability performance and the impact of supply chain integration on social sustainability performance as well. The study took industry 4.0 implementation as a mediator to know the enhancement of that it causes with the impacts of information intensive services and supply chain integration on social sustainability performance. The study took a sample from Thailand's Pharmaceutical Industry and 306 individuals were selected in total. Moreover, the study analyzed the data and found out that the impact of information intensive services on social sustainability performance is significant and the impact of supply chain integration on social sustainability performance is significant as well. The study validated that industry 4.0 implementation is a significant mediator. The study has significance for the theoretical, practical and policy making sector as to practically implement information intensive services and supply chain integration in industries around the globe to enhance social sustainability performance. The study is however, short in its sector and sample selection.
Celem tego badania było sprawdzenie wpływu usług intensywnie korzystających z informacji na wyniki w zakresie zrównoważonego rozwoju społecznego oraz wpływ integracji łańcucha dostaw na wyniki w zakresie zrównoważonego rozwoju społecznego. W badaniu wykorzystano implementację Przemysłu 4.0 jako mediatora, aby dowiedzieć się, jakie ulepszenie to powoduje wraz z wpływem usług intensywnie wykorzystujących informacje i integracji łańcucha dostaw na wyniki w zakresie zrównoważonego rozwoju społecznego. W badaniu pobrano próbkę z tajlandzkiego przemysłu farmaceutycznego i w sumie wybrano 306 osób. Ponadto w badaniu przeanalizowano dane i stwierdzono, że wpływ usług intensywnie wykorzystujących informacje na wyniki w zakresie zrównoważonego rozwoju społecznego jest znaczący, a wpływ integracji łańcucha dostaw na wyniki w zakresie zrównoważonego rozwoju społecznego jest również znaczący. Badanie potwierdziło, że wdrożenie przemysłu 4.0 jest znaczącym mediatorem. Badanie ma znaczenie dla sektora teoretycznego, praktycznego i kształtowania polityki w celu praktycznego wdrożenia usług wymagających dużej ilości informacji i integracji łańcucha dostaw w branżach na całym świecie w celu poprawy wyników w zakresie zrównoważonego rozwoju społecznego. Badanie jest jednak krótkie w swoim sektorze i doborze próby.

In this article the QRouteMe system is presented. QRouteMe is a multichannel information system built to ensure rich user experiences in exhibits and museums. The system starts from basic information about a particular exhibit or museum while delivering a wide user experience based on different distribution channels. The organization of the systems' components allow to build different solutions that can be simultaneously delivered on different media. A wide range of media from touch-screen installations to portable devices like smartphones have been used. The used devices can communicate each others to increase the usability and the user experience for the visitors. Another important feature of the system is the definition of an inexpensive auto-localization system based on fiduciary marks distributed all around the building. In this article the system is presented from an architectural and functional point of view. A case study and analysis of experimental results are also provided in a real environment where the system was deployed.

W artykule przedstawiono sposób badania wydajności platformy integracyjnej utworzonej przy wykorzystaniu różnych środowisk. Artykuł zawiera opis przypadku biznesowego implementowanego na platformie integracyjnej. Przedstawiono w nim także konfigurację środowiska testowego oraz dokonano analizy wyników badań wydajnościowych.

In frameworks comparison also included the aspect of time required to implement solutions on the platform. The range of tools to support designing of solution was also analyzed. W artykule przedstawiono transformacje automatyzujące projektowanie architektury platformy integracyjnej. Przyjęto model widoków architektonicznych „1+5” do przedstawiania architektury platformy integracyjnej. Do automatyzacji projektowania architektury platformy integracyjnej zastosowano transformacje typu model w model. Artykuł zawiera wprowadzenie do transformacji oraz przegląd aktualnej literatury. Pokazane zostały transformacje między modelami w widokach architektonicznych modelu „1+5”: Integrowanych procesów, Przypadków użycia, Logiki oraz Integrowanych usług. Projekt i implementacja transformacji wykonane zostały w środowisku IBM Rational Software Architect. W podsumowaniu przedstawiono korzyści stosowania automatyzacji projektowania architektury systemów informatycznych oraz kierunki dalszych prac.
The paper presents transformations that automate integration platform’s architecture design. In the paper, integration platform’s architecture is described in accordance with the architectural views model “1+5”. Transformations of a model-to-model type were used to automate designing of integration platform architecture. The paper contains an introduction to transformations and overview of the current literature. In the paper, there are presented transformations between models in the following architectural views: Integrated Processes, Use Cases, Logical and Integrated Services. Design and implementation of transformations were performed in an IBM Rational Software Architect. In conclusion, the paper presents the advantages of architecture designing automation for information systems development projects and further works.

The paper presents a new Unified Modeling Language profiles devoted to modeling the architecture of the integration platform. The paper contains a description of the notations and languages of information systems architecture modeling, such as BPMN, UML, and SoaML. These notations and modeling languages do not provide a complete set of semantic structures necessary to present integration platform’s architecture. Therefore, a set of UML stereotypes was proposed which describes the needed additional semantic structures. These stereotypes have been grouped into two UML profiles, “UML Profile for Integration Platform” and “UML Profile for Integration Flows”. In the first profile, stereotypes relating to the structural elements of the integration platform were placed. The second profile contains stereotypes representing mediation mechanisms. The paper presents a new semantic extension of an activity diagram to model the mediation flows. Thus, it was proposed a new UML diagram: mediation flows diagram.
W artykule przedstawiono nowe profile języka Unified Modeling Language przeznaczone do modelowania architektury platformy integracyjnej. Artykuł zawiera opis notacji i języków modelowania architektury systemów informatycznych, takich jak: BPMN, UML, SoaML. Opisane notacje i języki modelowania nie dostarczają jednak pełnego zbioru konstrukcji semantycznych niezbędnych do przedstawienia architektury platformy integracyjnej. W związku z powyższym zaproponowano zbiór stereotypów języka UML opisujący wymagane dodatkowe konstrukcje znaczeniowe. Stereotypy te zostały pogrupowane w dwa profile języka UML: „UML Profile for Integration Platform” oraz „UML Profile for Integration Flows”. W pierwszym profilu umieszczono stereotypy odnoszące się do elementów struktury platformy integracyjnej. W drugim profilu umieszczono stereotypy odpowiadające mechanizmom mediacyjnym. W artykule przedstawiono nowe rozszerzenie semantyczne diagramu aktywności dla modelowania przepływów mediacyjnych. Zaproponowano w ten sposób nowy diagram języka UML: diagram przepływów mediacyjnych.

W artykule przedstawiono metodę modelowania problemu oceny zagrożenia w rolniczym procesie produkcyjnym i doboru konkretnego środka ochrony oraz wielkości adekwatnej dawki w integrowanym rolniczym procesie produkcyjnym. Podstawą decyzji jest diagnoza generatywna oparta o rozkład prawdopodobieństwa określony nad zbiorem możliwych decyzji. Pokazano w jaki sposób poprzez integrację niejednorodnych i niepewnych źródeł informacji można zmniejszyć niepewność w procesie podejmowania decyzji. Przedstawioną koncepcję budowy modelu oparto na technologii sieci bayesowskich.
The study presents the modelling method of a risk assessment problem in the agricultural production process and selection of an adequate protection measure and the size of the measure in the integrated technology of the plant production. The decision results from a generative diagnosis based on the distribution of decision probability under the set of possible decisions. The study presented how an integration of non-uniform and uncertain sources of information decreases uncertainty in the process of decision taking. The concept of a model structure was presented based on the technology of the Bayesian networks. Bayesian diagnosis model shows how integration of heterogeneous uncertain information sources decrease uncertainty in process of decision-making.

Possibilities of Positioning Focus Particles nur/tylko in German and Polish and their Relation to the Domain Focus particles are distinctively characterized by their capability of changing positions in a sentence. Any change of the position involves a change in the sentence intonation and meaning. In German, focus particles can, as a rule, be attached to any type of the XP phrase, such as DP, PP, AP, VP, or CP. What can be identified as the domain depends on the structural integration of the particle in the sentence. The recognition of the domain is a prerequisite for a correct interpretation of a sentence. The present paper, using the findings of research on the focus particle nur, studies the positioning of the particle ‚tylko‘ in the sentence and its relation to the domain based on the National Corpus of Polish (NKJP).
Eine besondere Eigenschaft von FPn ist Variabilität ihrer syntaktischen Positionen im Satz. Den verschiedenen Stellungsmöglichkeiten folgen unterschiedliche Akzentmuster wie auch Bedeutungsunterschiede. Im Deutschen können sich Fokuspartikeln grundsätzlich mit jeder X-bar-Phrase verbinden. Von der Art der strukturellen Einbettung hängt es ab, welcher Teil einer Äußerung als Bezugsausdruck der Fokuspartikel identifiziert wird, was wiederum für die korrekte Interpretation eines Fokuspartikelsatzes entscheidend ist. Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht kontrastiv zu dem Deutschen die Positionierungsmöglichkeiten der polnischen Fokuspartikel tylko sowie ihr Stellungsverhalten zum Bezugsausdruck. Der Analyse wurden hierbei Sätze des nationalen Korpus der polnischen Sprache (NKJP) unterzogen.
