    The article presents a computer algorithm to calculate the estimated operating cost analysis rail bus. This computer application system compares the cost of employment locomotive and wagon, the cost of using locomotives and cost of using rail bus. An intensive growth of passenger railway traffic increased a demand for modern computer systems to management means of transportation. Described computer application operates on the basis of selected operating parameters of rail buses.

    Actions that are environmentally friendly are increasingly being undertaken by private organizations, the public entities and the community. This process strives to meet the needs of society and to maintain balance between the natural environment and the economic activity. One of the solutions is sustainable building for energy efficient buildings, waste recycling and water saving and in addition, the use of renewable energy, regional materials and raw materials, recycled and environmentally friendly, as well as the promotion of bicycles and public transport. The process of making a dialogue between the local authority and residents is supported by spatial information acquisition and processing technologies and Internet communication tools The aim of the article is to analyze the resource-efficient and effective projects implemented in the city and to indicate the benefits for the economy. These benefits are to be achieved through green innovations that combine innovation with environmental sensitivity and ecological awareness.

    W opracowaniu zawarto podstawowe informacje dotyczące fotokodów: Data Matrix i QR Code. Fotokody przypisane do konkretnych obiektów mogą zostać wykorzystane w różnego typu systemach informacyjnych. Systemy takie, analizując zakodowaną informację w znaku graficznym, są w stanie udostępnić użytkownikom szereg dodatkowych danych o interesujących ich obiektach. Rozwiązania tego typu mogą w znaczący sposób usprawnić funkcjonowanie dowolnego układu antropotechnicznego. Możliwy sposób zastosowania fotokodów w eksploatacji obiektów technicznych został zaprezentowany na przykładzie mobilnego systemu informacyjnego udostępnionego w typowym laboratorium elektronicznym.
    The basic information concerning Data Matrix and QR Code was presented. Matrix code on objects can be used in different type of information systems. On the beginning, optoelectronic systems' analyse coded the information in a graphic sign. Then, additional textual, sound or graphic data made accessible other users. Solution of this type can, in significant way, improve functioning of any antropotechnic system. Many possible ways of the use of the matrix code in exploitation of technical objects are known. The example of mobile information system at typical electronic laboratory is presented in the article.

    Cechy takie jak lokalizacja i stan zachowania obiektów dziedzictwa kulturowego stanowią ważny aspekt w zarządzaniu takim zasobem, niezależnie od przyjętej skali przestrzennej. Podczas gdy dotychczasowe narzędzia miały istotne ograniczenia, autorzy niniejszej pracy zaproponowali przykładowe postępowanie badawcze pozwalające na stworzenie bazy danych dla zarządzających obiektami dziedzictwa kulturowego, z wykorzystaniem Geograficznych Systemów Informacyjnych (GIS). Na potrzeby artykułu opracowano metodykę badania terenowego, które pozwoliło na określenie nie tylko lokalizacji, ale wielu cech obiektów zależnych od preferencji użytkownika. Autorzy wykorzystali komercyjną aplikację mobilną Survey123 for ArcGIS firmy Esri, ale zastosowanie metody nie ogranicza się tylko do tego produktu. Przedstawiono i opisano kolejne fazy realizacji postępowania badawczego od etapu przygotowania materiałów wejściowych do stworzenia końcowej bazy danych. Ujawnione korzyści przekonują, że aplikacje terenowe mają szerokie zastosowanie w gromadzeniu informacji, a analizy z wykorzystaniem GIS umożliwią decydentom bardziej efektywne zarządzanie obiektami dziedzictwa kulturowego. Zidentyfikowano także ograniczenia adaptacji mobilnych aplikacji oraz wskazano potencjalne kierunki przyszłych badań.
    Location and state of preservation of cultural heritage sites are important aspects in the management of such resources, regardless of the spatial scale adopted. While existing tools had significant limitations, the authors of this paper proposed an exemplary research procedure to create a database for heritage site managers, using Geographic Information Systems. In this paper, a field survey methodology was developed to identify not only the location, but many features of the sites depending on user preferences. The authors used Esri’s commercial mobile application Survey123 for ArcGIS, but the application of the method is not limited to this product. The successive phases of the research procedure from the preparation of the input materials to the creation of the final database are presented and described. The benefits revealed are convincing that field applications are widely applicable to information gathering, and that analyses using GIS software will enable decision-makers to manage cultural heritage sites more effectively. Limitations of mobile app adaptations are also identified and potential directions for future research are highlighted.

    This paper is written by a group of Ph.D. students pursuing their work in different areas of ICT, outside the direct area of Information Quantum Technologies IQT. An ambitious task was undertaken to research, by each co-author, a potential practical influence of the current IQT development on their current work. The research of co-authors span the following areas of ICT: CMOS for IQT, QEC, quantum time series forecasting, IQT in biomedicine. The intention of the authors is to show how quickly the quantum techniques can penetrate in the nearest future other, i.e. their own, areas of ICT.
