Opis:: Celem artykułu jest ranking województw Polski ze względu na poziom wykorzystania technologii informacyjno-telekomunikacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach, w 2010 r. W badaniach wykorzystano metody wielokryterialnego wspomagania decyzji: AHP (ang. Analytic Hierarchy Process) i ANP (ang. Analytic Network Process). Uzyskane, za pomocą dwóch metod, wyniki porównano i na tej podstawie wykazano różnice pomiędzy zastosowanymi podejściami. Wykorzystane algorytmy pozwoliły na analizę położenia województw z uwagi na różne zaawansowanie obszarów w przestrzeni teleinformatycznej.
The article ranks Polish voivodships in terms of utilization of information and telecommunication technologies in enterprises during the year 2010. In the research, there have been used multi-criteria decision support methods: AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANP (Analytic Network Process). Results, obtained through the two methods, have been then compared, which gave us a clear picture of differences between approaches applied in the process. The algorithms which have been used, enabled the analysis of voivodships’ positions in the ranking with regard to varying advancement of specific areas in the ICT area.

Opis:: In the article the Internet collaborative projects and information communication technologies as one of the pedagogical technologies in teaching students’ writing skills is considered. An author exposes one of aspects of preparation of future specialists for international communication, related to integration of traditional and innovative methods of teaching. The basic tasks of using the project work are analysed: teacher’s training to the professional using the project work on the basis of information communication technologies; forming for the teachers the abilities of using the project work in their professional activity; improving the educational process at the secondary and higher school on the basis of the project work; development of methods of using the project work in teaching foreign languages and developing writing skills.

Opis:: The paper is an attempt to cover some of the issues of using information and communication technologies (ICT) in foreign languages teaching and learning (FLT/FLL) on the basis of intercultural approach. The facilities of Internet along with computer programs, audio and video devices, interactive whiteboards and telecommunications are considered. Special attention is given to the peculiarities of telecommunication projects; the example of telecommunication project realization is represented. The advantages and disadvantages of distance language learning are considered. Besides, some diffi culties that students and teachers come across during ICT-supported language education are also discussed.
