    Opis:
    The author carried out a philosophical analysis of the concept, nature and sources of formation of the new information and communication environment concerning the formation and development of personality, formed under the influence of the information revolution. Actualization of culture-created functions related to science and modern interpretation of hermeneutics determine the fundamental reorientation of the educational paradigm to the hermeneutic one, which implies that modern education should evolve towards humanization which is understood as building relationships involved in the educational process on the basis of mutual respect. Under such conditions, the main purpose of education is the development of the individual learner, and intensification of his (her) cognitive and spiritual activity. Instead of inductive and deductive inferences and generalizations, instead of typing and summarizing a multiplicity there is a need for a special type of generalizations - mereological generalizations and conclusions based on distinguishing the extraordinary and the original in the subject, its idealization and transferring the properties from a part to the whole.
    Autor w artykule przeprowadza filozoficzą analizę pojęcia, natury i źródeł powstawania nowego środowiska informacyjnego i komunikacyjnego związanego z tworzeniem i rozwojem osobowości, które powstaje pod wpływem rewolucji informacyjnej. Aktualizacja funkcji kulturotwórczych związanych z nauką i nowoczesna interpretacja hermeneutyki określa zasadniczą reorientację paradygmatu edukacyjnego, co oznacza, że nowoczesna edukacja powinna ewoluować w stronę humanizacji, która jest rozumiana jako budowanie relacji uczestniczących w procesie edukacyjnym na podstawie wzajemnego szacunku. W takich warunkach, głównym celem edukacji jest rozwój uczącego się, a także intensyfikacja jego (jej) aktywności poznawczej i duchowej. Zamiast indukcyjnych i dedukcyjnych wniosków i uogólnień, zamiast podsumowywania mnogości istnieje potrzeba specjalnego rodzaju uogólnień - kolektywnych uogólnień opartych na odróżnienianiu rzeczy niezwykłych i oryginalnych w temacie, idealizacja i przeniesienie własności z części do całości.

    Opis:
    Aim. The purpose of the research is to depict how talented students create their personal learning environment. The author of that paper shows a difference that has occurred thanks to the comparison between the manner in which average students and talented students build their personal learning environment. Methods. The author has conducted quantitative research, by making a survey. The surveys were carried out among fifty talented students. This paper focuses on the presentation of their opinions. The respondents presented how they constructed their personal learning environment. Additionally, they expressed their viewpoints about their digital competences. Results. The analysis shows that talented students are familiar with the latest digital tools. It allows them to design their personal learning space effectively. They can collect and process information profitably. They are also keen to share their knowledge with other participants of an educational process via the Internet, using some complex and practical devices. Moreover, talented students prefer discussing educational problems with other students online. They use some appropriate tools, such as chat rooms and social networking services. According to the research, the author can conclude that talented students are able to build and improve their digital learning space very well. They seem to create their personal learning environment functionally and consciously. Conclusions. Talented learners use advanced searching strategies, methods of collecting and storing information, and also teamwork tools. It is particular that they are autonomous learners but they also like sharing knowledge with other learners. The level of information competences of the talented students is quite high.

    There being a contradiction between the didactic systems of comprehensive school and university, university teachers have to find solution to the problem of first-year students’ didactic adaptation. The wide use of ICT in doing every university course calls for adequate teaching methods and didactic conditions for students’ efficient progress in their first year of study at university. The article provides the condition of first-year students’ didactic adaptation within the educational environment enriched with ICT on the basis of the pilot research carried out at Vinnytsia Educational and Scientific Institute of Economics of Ternopil National Economic University. Although the results of the pilot research show students’ weaknesses of use of ICT, they prove the positive impact of the educational environment enriched with ICT on first-year students’ didactic adaptation, since it increases their didactic motivation and in many ways facilitates educational activities.

    W artykule omówiono rozwiązania przyjazne z punktu widzenia seniorów, które mogą stosować władze miast w celu tworzenia optymalnego miejsca zamieszkania dla osób 60+. Podkreślono aspekty wykorzystania nowych technologii IT w rożnych obszarach funkcjonowania osób starszych. Zwrócono uwagę zarówno na możliwości implementacji telematyki i IoT w zarządzaniu miastem, jak i na strony internetowe oraz aplikacje, których wykorzystanie przez seniorów może im znacznie ułatwić życie w mieście. Wskazano elementy wpływające na skuteczność prowadzenia polityki senioralnej przez władze miast. Zagadnienia te są istotne nie tylko dla mieszkańców i poprawy jakości ich życia w mieście, ale mają także duże znaczenie z marketingowego punktu widzenia i kształtowania wizerunku miasta.
    The article discusses senior-friendly solutions that can be used by city authorities in order to create an optimal place of residence for people aged 60+. The aspects of the use of new IT technologies in various areas of the functioning of older people were emphasized. Attention was paid to both the possibilities of implementing telematics and IoT in city management, as well as websites and applications, the use of which by seniors can significantly facilitate their life in the city. The elements influencing the effectiveness of the senior policy by city authorities were indicated. The issues discussed are very important not only for inhabitants and the improvement of their quality of life in the city, but are also of great importance from the marketing point of view and shaping the city's image.

    The aim of this article is to discuss the issue of organizational learning in and by negotiations. As a methodological framework for analyzing that issue the concept by P.M. Senge was applied. He distinguished the following disciplines of learning organization: personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning and systems thinking. Those disciplines were related to negotiations within organization and described in the subsequent parts of the paper, after addressing the issue of the role of negotiations as a learning tool within an organization. Particular methods of developing negotiation potential were presented as well.

    Opis:
    Modern computer achievements in scientifi activity give access to common use of data from a great number of information repositories. The materials of the article are dedicated to defining the pedagogical possibilities of using Google services in training of future teachers of natural specialties. The article highlights the results of the assessment of the real state of educational activity of teachers and students with the use of modern information and communication technologies (hereinafter referred to as ICT). The article analyzes the learning objectives and widely used services, which enable active introduction of ICT in the process of conducting lectures and practical classes, while preparing for self-study and testing.
    Dzięki nowoczesnym osiągnięciom informatycznym w działalności naukowej możliwy jest coraz szerszy dostęp do danych z wielu repozytoriów informacji. Celem artykułu jest określenie pedagogicznych możliwości korzystania z usług Google w kształceniu przyszłych nauczycieli przedmiotów przyrodniczych. W pracy badawczej podkreślono wyniki oceny rzeczywistego stanu aktywności edukacyjnej nauczycieli i uczniów z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (ICT). W pracy przeanalizowano cele nauczania i szeroko stosowane usługi, które umożliwiają aktywne wprowadzanie ICT do procesu prowadzenia wykładów i zajęć praktycznych, przygotowując się do samokształcenia i testowania.

    Współczesne środowisko edukacyjne, na skutek dynamicznego rozwoju nowych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych, posiada w coraz większym stopniu charakter spersonalizowany. Przyczynia się do tego z jednej strony specyfika nowych mediów cyfrowych i możliwość tworzenia wirtualnej przestrzeni, w której ma miejsce proces uczenia się i nauczania, a z drugiej – obecne tendencje w podejściu do procesu kształcenia. Wskazują one na konieczność dostosowania procesu nauczania, w znacznie większym niż dotychczas zakresie, do konkretnych potrzeb ucznia. Kładzie się również nacisk na podmiotowość ucznia i jego samodzielność w podejmowaniu aktywności edukacyjnych. W kontekście tych zjawisk ważnym elementem procesu dydaktycznego wydaje się być projektowanie środowiska dydaktycznego uwzględniającego działania indywidualizacyjne. Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania uczyniono refleksję nad spersonalizowaną i dostosowaną do możliwości rozwojowych dziecka przestrzenią edukacyjną. Natomiast celem jest opisanie możliwości budowania takiej spersonalizowanej przestrzeni edukacyjnej dla wspierania rozwoju ucznia, zarówno w kontekście teoretycznym, jak i w wymiarze praktycznym. W prowadzonych rozważaniach skoncentrowano się przede wszystkim na potrzebach dzieci w wieku wczesnoszkolnym. Zwrócono uwagę, że nauczanie dostosowane do indywidualnych preferencji każdego ucznia jest możliwe w grupie dzieci o zróżnicowanych możliwościach intelektualnych. Jest to zadanie, któremu powinien sprostać każdy nauczyciel edukacji wczesnoszkolnej, rozpatrując je nie w kategorii trudności, ale wyzwania. Ponadto wskazano na pewne typy zasobów i narzędzi internetowych, które mogą być użyteczne dla działań edukacyjnych, z punktu widzenia indywidualizacji kształcenia.
    As a result of the dynamic development of new information and communication technologies, today’s educational environment has becoming increasingly personalized. On the one hand, it contributes to the specificity of the new digital media and the ability to create a virtual space in which to place the process of learning and teaching, and the other to the current trends in the approach to the learning process. These trends indicate the need to adapt the process of learning to the specific needs of the student to a much larger extent than to date. They put the emphasis on student-centered learning and independence in undertaking educational activities. In the context of these phenomena, an important part of the educational process seems to consider personalizing actions when designing the educational environment. The object of this study was a personalized educational space, adapted to the possibilities of child development. The goal study was to describe the possibility of constructing such a personalized learning space to support student development, both in theory and in a practical context. In these considerations the authors focused primarily on the needs of children at early school age. It was pointed out that the teaching tailored to the individual preferences of each student is possible for children with different intellectual abilities. It is a task which should be met by every teacher of early childhood education, considering it not as a problems but rather a challenge. Moreover, some types of resources and online tools were identified which can be useful for educational activities from the point of view of individual pupils.

    Opis:
    This paper aims at reviewing the opportunities provided by new digital media in the contemporary educational environment in the context of the needs of parents who homeschool their children. The subject is important as it seems that the development and easier access to new information and communication technologies (ICT) may become both a factor that influences parents’ decision to take up homeschooling and an element that significantly supports the very educational process. In the article; the authors are trying to answer the question how; based on new information and communication technologies; we can build a personalized educational environment for homeschooling; and which digital tools and resources can be used for this purpose. In the first part; new trends in education and homeschooling development were described. Then; the authors classified and discussed online services and tools that may be useful in homeschooling. They were arranged according to the functions they perform; taking into account information resources; didactic materials and aids; as well as means of digital communication. Also; the authors provided the results of surveys carried out among Polish homeschooling families that were related to the use of new digital technologies. In the conclusion the authors enumerated the advantages of digital educational environment for homeschooling.
    Celem niniejszego opracowania było dokonanie przeglądu możliwości; jakie oferują nowe media cyfrowe we współczesnym środowisku uczenia się i nauczania w kontekście potrzeb rodziców podejmujących edukację domową. Temat ten jest istotny; gdyż wiele wskazuje na to; że rozwój i coraz łatwiejszy dostęp do nowych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych może się stać istotnym czynnikiem wpływającym na motywację do podjęcia decyzji o edukacji domowej; jak i elementem mocno wspomagającym sam proces nauczania. W artykule autorki starają się odpowiedzieć na pytania; jak na podstawie nowych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjne budować spersonalizowane środowisko kształcenia dla edukacji domowej oraz jakie narzędzia i zasoby cyfrowe można do tego celu wykorzystać. W pierwszej części scharakteryzowano nowe trendy w edukacji i rozwój edukacji domowej. Następnie dokonano klasyfikacji i omówiono przykłady przydatnych z punku widzenia edukacji domowej usług i narzędzi dostępnych online. Zestawiono je według pełnionych funkcji; uwzględniając zasoby informacyjne; materiały i pomoce dydaktyczne oraz środki komunikacji cyfrowej; przydatne w procesie edukacji domowej. Przytoczono też wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród polskich rodzin edukujących domowo; które dotyczyły wykorzystania nowych technologii cyfrowych. W zakończeniu odniesiono się do korzyści; jakie dla edukacji domowej niesie cyfrowe środowisko edukacyjne.
