W artykule przedstawione zostały różne teoretyczne typy konsumpcji kolaboratywnej wraz z przykładami z polskiej rzeczywistości gospodarczej. Zaprezentowane zostały również wstępne wyniki badań empirycznych, które prowadzone były w Polsce wśród osób partycypujących w konsumpcji kolaboratywnej. Autorzy podjęli próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy występuje zależność pomiędzy wybranymi cechami demograficznymi konsumentów a ich skłonnością do uczestnictwa w zróżnicowanych przejawach omawianego zjawiska.
This paper presents various theoretical forms of collaborative consumption with examples derived from Polish business reality. This paper presents also initial research results that took place in Poland among people participating in collaborative consumption. The paper tries to provide the answer to the issue, if there is an interrelation between selected demographic features and consumer inclination to consume collaboratively.

Opis:
Exploring the nature of a child, the child's personality, individual traits of character as well as peculiarities of formation and development in educational process is one of the main problems of modern pedagogy. The most significant contribution among scientists in the field of study of child and child’s individual features was made by A. Lazurskiy (1874-1917). The author determines that A. Lazurskiy was inclined to employ psychological knowledge in teaching practice and was deeply convinced that upbringing schoolchildren can rely on detailed and planned studies of child nature by means of psychological and pedagogical methods. Subsequently, the author demonstrates that A. Lazurskiy developed a versatile method for a holistic research  of the personality of a child in the educational process – the natural experiment, and was the author of "experimental classes" as a valuable educational tools.

Opis:
The article is devoted to causation as one of the main conditions for compensation for moral damage. The specifics of causal link in labor relations are considered and it is established that the theory of direct and indirect causation is the most acceptable from both theoretical and practical perspective for solving the question of its presence or absence. It is proved that an illegal act on the part of the employer should result in moral damage to the latter; if there is no such connection, then, accordingly, the damage to the employee was caused for other reasons, which means that there is no obligation in this legal relationship. Particular attention is paid to primary (direct) and indirect (secondary) moral damage, as moral damage may lie in pain-related experiences or in connection with a disease caused by mental suffering. The process of proving the fact of moral damage and the existence of a causal link, which is quite specific in the employment relationship, is considered. The employee can prove the existence of moral damage by the following means: 1) written, physical and electronic evidence; 2) expert opinion; 3) testimony. Some legal practitioners argue that most labor courts today actually apply the presumption of moral damage, but we do not agree with this conclusion, although we insist on enshrining it in Ukrainian legislation. In our opinion, any lawlessness on the part of the employer affects both the employee’s mental health, i.e. his (her) self-esteem, self-reliance, attitude to the events taking place in his (her) life, etc., and physical health, i.e. the normal functioning of the body. It is proved that it is expedient to involve an expert in every case related to compensation for moral damage in labor relations, whose conclusion is important both in the process of proving the fact of moral damage and determining its amount. Only a specialist is able to properly assess the characteristics of the victim’s behavior in problematic situations and the features of his (her) emotional state under certain circumstances.

Though it is laborious to examine the culture of the school, researchers have been endeavouring to empirically apprehend it since the 1960’s. A variety of research jobs have been carried out, of various starting points, ways of materialisation, and conclusions. The present text indicates a way of classifying these studies according to the purposes they had been assigned. Though the list of examples is not entirely complete nor is the classification definite, a conclusion is clear and evident: in most cases, the culture of the school is not examined in order to grasp this culture itself. Much more often, the culture of the school is examined as a starting point, a pre-condition, or a tool to explore another object of the researcher’s interest outside the culture itself, such as the quality and evaluation of the school’s overall performance, the quality of the learning process, or the school’s developmental potential.
