    The author characterizes structural and logical components of systems approach to intra-firm staff development. Two groups of components of this system have been selected. The first group consists of those items that can be called systems: the organization as a whole; separate organizational unit (department, laboratory, division); permanent or temporary employees engaged in certain activities; each individual employee. The second group is associated with organizational values, projections, goals, expected results, stages for their achievement and implementation, production processes and technologies, corporate culture. Some stages that create the system of education, are presented: definition of learning objectives, diagnostics of the level of personnel development, identifying the expectations of employees, preparation of individual training and development plans, selection of types and methods, coordination of individual plans, making the budget of training, adjusting of training plans.

    Opis:
    We constantly ask ourselves about the quality of the education and upbringing system. In order to meet these questions, various systems and concepts appeared, including a new movement that combined teaching and education with the appropriate forms of productive activity of pupils. Soon this trend was called «work schools». In Poland, the newly emerging concept of the experimental school has been called the «creative school». It is not difficult to guess that the new method was quickly evaluated by experts, teachers and the students themselves. The esteemed catechist, Fr. Józef Rychlicki. The purpose of this article is not only to present the views of Fr. Rychlicki on the rightness of introducing the «creative school» method, but also reflection on the need to implement some of the postulates of this method in the contemporary educational system.
    Nieustannie stawiamy sobie pytanie o jakość systemu nauczania i wychowywania. Wychodząc naprzeciw tym pytaniom, pojawiały się różne systemy i koncepcje, a wśród nich również nowy ruch, który łączył nauczanie i wychowanie z odpowiednimi formami działalności wytwórczej uczniów. W niedługim czasie nurt ten został nazwany „szkołami pracy”. Na gruncie polskim nowo pojawiająca się koncepcja szkoły eksperymentalnej została określona mianem „szkoły twórczej”. Nie trudno się domyśleć, że bardzo szybko nowa metoda została poddana ocenom ekspertów, uczących a także i samych uczniów. Swoją ocenę zaprezentował również ceniony katecheta ks. Józef Rychlicki. Zadaniem niniejszego artykułu jest nie tylko ukazanie poglądów ks. Rychlickiego na słuszność wprowadzania metody „szkoły twórczej”, ale również refleksja nad potrzebą zaimplementowania niektórych postulatów tej metody we współczesnym systemie edukacyjnym.

    Opis:
    Education in a post-industrial society serves a person as far as social and professional protection is concerned. It allows one to adapt to changes in life, to develop the mind and soul, or to reflect on the challenges of the new millennium. The humanistic values of education cause the change of the authoritarian-disciplinary model of tuition to the person-oriented one. It is important to turn knowledge into a personal value; to generate positive motivation; to deepen individualization in education. Education should be aimed at the development of the individual in all its diversity. The modern market of educational services in Ukraine is marked by diversity. Ukrainian education is trying to form a new generation of the national elite, reviving and introducing alternative models and forms of education by reforming the main links. Individual training and education among children occupies a special place. It is embodied in conditions of home (family) education. Home education is a phenomenon of the social sphere of society, the main characteristic of which is the individualization of the upbringing and education of children in the family, carried out by parents or a specially invited teacher. It demonstrates the tendency to social interaction, the social mechanism for the development of family and public education. Home education solves social problems in an individual form, meets the consolidated requests of the family, its educational choice, as well as the needs of society and the states. Home tutorship is an educational system that implements the values of education through the unity of education and upbringing; comfortable interaction of the teacher with the child; use of advanced pedagogical technologies. The pedagogical potential of tutorship is the ability to provide an individual trajectory of the child’s educational and personal development. Modern pedagogy is largely determined by the moral and spiritual values of the teacher, tutor, mentor, his world outlook, views of the world, moral attitudes. In the conditions of home (family) education, home teachers, teachers, tutors perform a number of social functions (socialization, adaptation, socio-cultural rehabilitation, etc.), as well as traditional duties – to teach, to educate, to enlighten, to develop.
    Celem edukacji w społeczeństwie postindustrialnym jest ochrona społeczna i zawodowa ludzi, co pozwala na dostosowanie się do zmian życiowych, rozwijanie umysłu i siły psychicznej oraz skłania do zastanowienia się nad wyzwaniami nowego tysiąclecia. Edukacja powinna być skierowana na rozwój osobowości we wszystkich jego aspektach. Rynek nowoczesnych usług edukacyjnych na Ukrainie cechuje różnorodność. Edukacja ukraińska próbuje tworzyć nową generację narodowej elity, ma na celu wprowadzenie alternatywnych modeli i form edukacji. Indywidualne szkolenie i kształcenie zajmują tu szczególne miejsce, a są realizowane w ramach edukacji domowej. Główną cechą tego typu edukacji jest indywidualizacja kształcenia i szkolenia dzieci w rodzinie, prowadzonego przez rodziców lub specjalnie zaproszonego nauczyciela. W jej efekcie uwypukliła się skłonność do interakcji społecznych, okazało się też, że ważny jest mechanizm społeczny rodziny oraz opieki społecznej i edukacji. Edukacja w domu rozwiązuje wiele problemów społecznych w indywidualnej formie. Należy dodatkowo wskazać na domową edukację guwernerską. Jest to system edukacyjny, który uwzględnia różne wartości edukacji poprzez: ujednolicenie kształcenia i szkolenia, wygodne współdziałanie nauczyciela z dzieckiem, wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii edukacyjnych. Pedagogiczny potencjał guwernerstva tkwi w zdolności do zapewnienia indywidualnej trajektorii edukacyjnej i osobistego rozwoju dziecka. Nowoczesna pedagogika w dużej mierze zależy od moralnych i duchowych wartości nauczyciela, wychowawcy, mentora, jego poglądów na świat i przyjmowanych postaw moralnych. Jeśli chodzi o nauczycieli wychowania w domu, opiekunowie pełnią szereg funkcji społecznych (socjalizacja, adaptacja rehabilitacji, funkcje społeczno-kulturowe itd.), oraz wykonują tradycyjne obowiązki – uczą, kształcą, rozwijają.

    W artykule udowodniono koncepcyjne i teoretyczne podstawy zintegrowanej osobowości twórczej dziecka w nowoczesnych warunkach przed-szkola. Zaprezentowano cechy twórczego rozwoju dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym i rolę wychowawcy w zarządzaniu tym procesem; opisano sposoby, aby je zopty-malizować. Opisano możliwości różnych aktywności twórczych w oparciu o zrównoważony rozwój, który zapewnia indywidualne i zróżnicowane podejście, z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych cech i zainteresowań dzieci do samodzielnej działalności artystycznej i jej swobodnego wyboru.
    Conceptual and theoretical bases of forming integrated creative personality of a child in modern conditions of a preschool educational establishment are proved in the article. The features of creative development of preschool children are presented; the importance of an educator in managing such process is disclosed; the ways to optimizing it are described. The opportunities of different kinds of art activities on the basis of sustainable development that provides implementing individual and differentiated approach, taking into account individual and typological characteristics and interests of children to independent artistic activity and its free choice are revealed.

    For the last fifteen years, competition policy in the European Union has been dominated by the ‘more economic approach’, or rather the ‘effects-based approach’, as it has recently been called. A similar trend can be observed in Polish competition law. Its mechanisms have been implemented into normative acts and the National Competition Authority seems to have, at least partially, adopted such approach also. On the other hand, some important issues related to the application of the more economic approach seem to have been overlooked by the Polish debate on this subject. These include questions such as: (i) whether such approach was present in Polish competition law even before the formal economisation of EU competition law; (ii) to what extent should the more economic approach be advocated and what are its limitations; (iii) how economic evidences should be assessed and whether neoclassical economics is enough. These issues will be analysed in the light of the decisions of the UOKiK President and the judgments of the Polish courts. The resulting conclusions will help provide answers to questions on the use of the more economic approach which have so far been avoided in Poland. The final aim of this paper is to assess the stage of the application of the more economic approach to Polish competition law and to assess its future perspectives.
    Pour les quinze dernières années, la politique de la concurrence dans l'Union européenne a été dominée par l'approche plus économique ou d'une approche fondée plutôt sur les effets, comme elle a été récemment appelée. La même tendance peut être observée dans la loi polonaise sur la concurrence. Ses mécanismes ont été mis en œuvre dans les actes normatifs autant que le président d’Office pour la protection de la concurrence et des consommateurs (OPCC) semble avoir au moins partiellement adopter cette approche. D'autre part, certains sujets importants liés à l'application de l'approche plus économique pour le droit de la concurrence semblent être omis dans le débat polonais sur ce sujet. Il s'agit notamment des points suivants: (i) la question de savoir si cette approche était présente dans la loi polonaise sur la concurrence avant même son institutionnalisation par la Commission européenne; (ii) dans quelle mesure devons-nous opter pour l'approche plus économique et quelles sont ses limites; (iii) la façon dont nous devrions évaluer les preuves économiques et si l'économie néoclassique est suffisante. Ces questions seront analysées à la lumière des décisions du Président d’OPCC et les jugements des tribunaux antimonopole. Les conclusions de l'analyse de la jurisprudence serviront à fournir les réponses aux questions omises sur l'approche plus économique en Pologne. L'objectif final de cette étude est d'évaluer le stade de l'application de l'approche plus économique à la loi polonaise sur la concurrence et d'évaluer ses perspectives d'avenir.

    The first attempts to create a taxonomy of emotions were made before the psychology has become an official field of science. Over the centuries, scientists have attempted to reach a taxonomy consensus of emotions, however, unsuccessfully. Despite the relative agreement in the division of emotions into basic and complex, no agreement on applied criteria was reached. It leads to a significant discrepancy in the published lists of basic emotions. Furthermore, subsequent attempts at the taxonomy of emotions, despite their increasing detail, have also not led to any solution that could be considered as consensus. The article discusses selected, current ways of classifying emotions and presents an alternative way to unify the taxonomy of emotions. It could be done by looking at the emotions as an individual difference. It is possible, among others, on the grounds of an evolutionary approach. The taxonomic potential of the lexical approach in the systematization of individual differences has never been used in the area of emotion classification despite the fact that psycholexical approach helped to achieve relative consensus, for example, in personality psychology. The article discusses the most important problems to solve in order to identify culturally universal emotions, based on natural languages.
    Pierwsze próby klasyfikacji emocji zostały podjęte jeszcze przed wyodrębnieniem psychologii jako nauki. Na przestrzeni wieków, ze szczególną intensyfikacją w ciągu ostatnich 50 lat, naukowcy podejmowali się prób osiągnięcia konsensusu w taksonomii emocji, jednakże – jak do tej pory – nieskutecznie. Pomimo względnej zgodności w podziale emocji na podstawowe oraz złożone nie osiągnięto porozumienia w zakresie kryteriów, jakie powinny stać się podstawą takiego podziału. Doprowadziło to do znaczącej rozbieżności w dotychczas opublikowanych wykazach emocji uznanych za podstawowe. Kolejne, coraz bardziej szczegółowe próby taksonomii emocji również nie doprowadziły do rozwiązania, które może zostać uznane za konsensus. W artykule omówiono wybrane sposoby klasyfikacji emocji oraz zaprezentowano alternatywną drogę w taksonomii emocji, traktując je jako różnice indywidualne w myśl podejścia ewolucyjnego. Potencjał taksonomiczny podejścia leksykalnego w systematyzacji różnic indywidualnych jeszcze nie został wykorzystany w obszarze klasyfikacji emocji, mimo że pozwolił osiągnąć względny konsensus w taksonomii cech osobowości. W artykule przedyskutowano najważniejsze problemy do rozwiązania, aby identyfikacja kulturowo uniwersalnych emocji na bazie języków naturalnych była możliwa.

    First part of the article outlines the evolution of the concept of individual style in stylistics. Second and third part point out the theoretical and methodological problems connected with the above-mentioned concept and draw attention to several possible Solutions. The radical solution consists - in the tradition of the negativistic propositions submitted by B. Gray in his book Style. The Problem and its Solution (1969) - in denying the existence of the phenomenon of individual style (Ch. Grimm, Zum Mythos Individualstil, 1991). If we want to defend the legitimacy and usefulness of the concept, we have to take into account various factors. (1) Individual style manifests itself in the whole textual production of a person, but only a part of this production can become object of research; so a complicated question arises, which texts can be considered representative. (2) The reductive approach to the individual style searches for those style traits that are specific only for the given author and tries to fdter out all the other traits. On the other hand, the complex approach conceives the individual style as a modę of selection and organization of the elements of author’s idiolect; thus, also the devices shared with other persons are considered as components of the individual style. (3) The individual style must be viewed as dynamie and changing in time.

    The requirements towards school education in XXIst century still do not coincide with what is being experienced in real life. The article contains a short historical sketch of education both in Poland and within the world, with compulsory and home educations taken into account. The positive aspects of home education is emphasised. Even thou a few objections towards this way of teaching are noticed, it is of most importance to say that the family has the primary and natural credential to raise and educate children. The parent-school relation must be based on the bidirectional respect and help, regardless the place where a child is being taught. The second aspect is that individual approach towards pupils and meeting them directly give much better results than traditional knowledge flow and propagation of averageness. This is the very highlight of the home education, which gathers more and more followers around the world.

    Zarządzanie kompetencjami jest istotnym zagadnieniem zarówno w obszarze naukowym, jak i gospodarczym. Kompetencje jako determinanty sukcesu organizacji są szczególnie istotne dla praktyki gospodarczej, a mnogość podejść i definicji związanych z tym pojęciem potwierdza złożoność zagadnienia. Zarządzanie kompetencjami jest istotnym zagadnieniem zarówno w obszarze naukowym jak i gospodarczym. Kompetencje jako determinanty sukcesu organizacji są szczególnie istotne dla praktyki gospodarczej, a mnogość podejść i definicji związanych z tym pojęciem potwierdza złożoność zagadnienia. Celem pracy i wykonanego przeglądu literatury związanej zarówno z pojęciem kompetencji jak i jego odniesieniem do zarządzania projektami, ma na celu usystematyzowanie pojęć związanych z kompetencjami zarządzania projektami w obszarze kompetencji organizacji i kompetencji indywidualnych. Rozważania oparto o międzynarodowe standardy IPMA Individual Compence Baseline oraz IPMA Organizational Competence Baseline.We wprowadzeniu zaprezentowano przegląd definicji i strukturę pojęcia kompetencji. Następnie przedstawiono rolę i specyfikę kompetencji zarządzania projektami w ujęciu indywidualnym i organizacyjnym. W kolejnych punktach artykułu zaprezentowano zależności pomiędzy kompetencjami organizacyjnymi, a indywidualnymi oraz czynniki wpływające na ich rozwój. Na podstawie tych rozważań dokonano umiejscowienia kompetencji zarządzania projektami w systemie zarządzania kompetencjami organizacji.
    Competence management is a significant issue both in the scientific and the economic sphere. Competence, as a determinant of organizational success, is particularly significant for business practice. The multitude of approaches and definitions related affirm the concept complexity. The literature review presented relates, both to the competence concept and its reference to project management. Moreover, it aims at systematization of the concepts related to project management competencies in the area of competence of the organization and individual competencies. The considerations are based on the international standards of The IPMA Individual Competence Baseline and The IPMA Organizational Competence Baseline. The introduction presents the definition review and the competence notion structure. Then, the project management competencies role and specificity are presented in the individual and organizational terms. The subsequent article sections show the relationship between the organizational and individual competencies and the factors influencing their development. On the basis of these considerations, the project management competencies have been placed in the competence management system.

Ecology is the most biological branch of biology because it deals with individuals in their living environment, and individuals "exist" only in biology. The most important issue being considered in ecology is biodiversity: its changes and its persistence. In their research, ecologists focus on the functioning of ecological systems. In classical terms, they assume that the most important mechanism is density dependence. Mathematical models traditionally applied in ecology include ordinary difference and differential equations, which fits well with the assumption of density dependence, but this results in ecology being dominated by considerations of the stability of ecological systems. Evolutionary biology and ecology have separate areas of interest. Evolutionary biology explains the formation of optimal characteristics of individuals. Ecology also takes into account those individuals who have lost in the process of natural selection. The mathematical methods used in classical ecology were developed for the use of physics. The question arises whether they give a precise picture of the dynamics of ecological systems. Recently, a view has emerged stating that in order to see the importance of full-scale biodiversity, we should refer to individuals (rather than population density) as basic "atoms" that make up ecological systems. In ecology, we call this an individual-based approach. However, it gives a very complex picture of how ecological systems work. In ecology, however, there is an alternative way to describe the dynamics of ecological systems, i.e. through the circulation of matter in them and the flow of energy through them. It allows the use of traditional difference and differential equations in the formulation of mathematical models, which has proven itself in practical applications many times.
    Ekologia jest dziedziną biologii zajmującą się życiem roślin i zwierząt w ich środowisku. Ochrona przyrody to praktyczne działania, gdzie stosuje się ekologię. Ekologia jest najbardziej biologiczną dziedziną biologii, ponieważ zajmuje się osobnikami w ich środowisku życia, a osobniki „istnieją” tylko w biologii. Najważniejszym problemem, jaki rozważa się w ekologii jest różnorodność biologiczna: jej zmiany oraz jej trwanie. W swoich badaniach ekolodzy skupiają się na funkcjonowaniu układów ekologicznych. W klasycznym ujęciu zakładają, że najważniejszymi mechanizmami są zależności od zagęszczenia. Model matematyczne stosowane tradycyjnie w ekologii to zwykle równania różniczkowe i różnicowe, co dobrze pasuje do założenia o zależnościach od zagęszczenia, ale powoduje to, że ekologia została zdominowana przez rozważania nad stabilnością układów ekologicznych. Biologia ewolucyjna i ekologia mają rozłączne dziedziny zainteresowania. Biologia ewolucyjna wyjaśnia powstawanie optymalnych cech osobników. Ekologia bierze pod uwagę także te osobniki, które przegrały w procesie doboru naturalnego. Metody matematyczne używane w klasycznej ekologii powstały na użytek fizyki. Rodzi się pytanie, czy dają one prawidłowy obraz dynamiki układów ekologicznych. Ostatnio pojawił się pogląd, że, aby dostrzec znaczenie różnorodności biologicznej w pełnej skali, powinniśmy odwołać się do osobników (a nie do zagęszczenia populacji) jako podstawowych „atomów”, z których składają się układy ekologiczne. Zwiemy to podejściem osobniczym w ekologii. Daje ono jednak bardzo skomplikowany obraz funkcjonowania układów ekologicznych. W ekologii istnieje jednak alternatywny sposób opisu dynamiki układów ekologicznych poprzez krążenie materii w nich i przepływ energii przez nie. Pozwala on przy budowie modeli matematycznych na stosowanie tradycyjnych równań różniczkowych i różnicowych, co wielokrotnie sprawdzało się w praktycznych zastosowaniach.

    Ecology is a part of biology which deals with life of plants and animals in their environment. Nature protection is practical activity in which ecology is applied. Ecology is the most biological part of biology because it deals with individuals in their environment and individuals exist only in biology. The most important problem of ecology is biological diversity: its changes and persistence. Ecologists always focus their investigations on some ecological systems. In classical approach the most important mechanisms explaining functioning of ecological systems are dependences on densities of individuals in populations. Mathematical models usually applied in ecology are difference and differential equations, which is in accordance with the assumption about density-dependence, but focuses ecologists interests on stability of ecological systems. Evolutionary biology and ecology domains overlap only partly. Evolutionary ecology is dealing with individuals with optimal features, while ecology considers also losers of natural selection. Mathematical method used in classical ecology were taken from physics. It rises the question: are they proper for ecology. Recently, so called individual-based approach emerged, which stresses that in order to understand diversity of nature one have go back directly to individuals as basic “atoms”, from which ecological systems consist, and not to concentrate on densities. Such approach gives very complicated picture of ecological systems dynamics. An alternative way of describing ecological systems dynamics exists however in ecology, namely by means of matter cycling and energy flows. It allows using difference and differential equations during models building and was approved many times in practical applications.
