Opis:: In the opinion of the author, the occupation and income resulting from the function of a tax collector should be indicated in the Register of Benefits and the statement regarding the financial status. If the village administrator collected taxes as a part of his business activity, he would have to cease from performing such activity. An additional occupation in the form of tax collection by a village administrator does not affect the Deputy’s salary.

Opis:: After the analysis of the Standing Orders of the Sejm, it was found that because of the fact, that a Deputy elected to the Committee on Removal of Legal Consequences of Illegal Reprivatisation Decisions concerning Real Estates in Warsaw begins to perform duties of a secretary of state, there exists a problem of incompatibility of this function with being a member of Sejm’s. Thus the Deputy appointed to this position loses ex lege his membership in the committees of the Sejm.
