Opis:
The article is devoted to the analysis of such urgent problem as the in-clusive education in the institutions of secondary education in Cherniv-tsi region. The importance of inclusion for Ukraine and of the participa-tion of the state in solving organizational issues of inclusive education is determined. Statistical data for the period of 2011–2019 provided by in-clusive educational institutions for pupils and children of preschool age is analyzed. The importance of establishing “fundamental” secondary schools is substantiated, the dynamics of this process in Ukraine is pre-sented. The organizational principles of inclusive resource centers’ func-tioning as important institutions, which ensure the right for education to children aged 2 to 18 years are analyzed. The dynamics of involvement of teacher’s assistants, psychologists, speech therapists, social workers, oligophrenopedagogist, defectologist is presented. In the course of sur-vey conducted within the framework of Chernivtsi City educational seminar “Special child in regular school. Inclusive education” was de-termined that the attitude practitioners working in educational institu-tions is ambiguous and depends on their level of psycholo-gical and pro-fessional readiness. The main strategies of the effectiveness of inclusive education in Ukraine are determined.

Opis:
Being able to understand the diversity of pupils in teaching brings many opportunities to establish various innovations in order to achieve more efficient results of education. One of the current trends in education is supportive inclusive education that is based on respecting the diversity of pupils. This contribution understands inclusive education as a way of implementing the educational process that suits the developmental needs of all pupils. Based on this understanding it identifies factors that influence the performance of pupils coming from socially disadvantaged background and it describes implications relating to confidence, attitudes and motivation of these pupils to learn. Within stimulation of the developmental needs of socially disadvantaged pupils we analyse the possibility to create attractive educative environment by the means of cooperative learning.

В статье рассмотрены задачи информационного общества, поставленные перед педагогами для достижения открытости образования, его гибкости в построении индивидуальных траекторий обучения и возможностей инклюзивного образования с использованием Интернет-технологий. Определена роль электронной образовательной сети в усовершенствовании системы обучения студентов с проблемами слуха и развитии их жизненных компетентностей. Описана модель эффективного управления электронными ресурсами, виртуальной средой и мотивацией обучаемых. Представлены результаты семинаров, направленных на подготовку тьюторов электронного обучения молодежи с особыми потребностями.
The article discusses the challenges of information society faced by educatorson the way towards achieving the openness of education, its flexibility in the construction of individual learning paths (trajectories) and opportunities for inclusive education with the use of Internet technologies. It defines the role of eLearning network aimed at improving the system of teaching students with hearing impairments and developing their life competences. The model of effective management of eLearning resources, the virtual environment and the learners’ motivation is described. The article also presents the results of workshops aimed at training tutors able to conduct eLearning for young people with special needs.
