    The main goal of this study was to present the reception of the new framework for implementing temporal big data analytics (TBDA) in organizations. This research also aimed at verifying the correctness and usefulness of the proposed framework by means of a focus group interview. The need for TBDA is described, and the proposed framework briefly outlined. Finally, the results of the focus group interview are presented. The proposed conceptual framework was positively verified. The most important findings of this study are: proving that effective implementation of big data analytics in companies requires consideration of time; demonstrating the usefulness of the leagile approach in the implementation of TBDA in companies; positive verification of the comprehensive conceptual framework for TBDA implementation in organizations.
    Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie recepcji nowych ram wdrażania temporalnej analizy big data (TBDA – Temporal Big Data Analytics) w organizacjach. Jednocześnie badania mają na celu zweryfikowanie poprawności i użyteczności proponowanych ram. Weryfikacja została przeprowadzona za pomocą zogniskowanego wywiadu grupowego. W artykule wskazano potrzebę TBDA, pokrótce przedstawiono proponowane ramy implementacji tego rozwiązania oraz przedstawiono wyniki zogniskowanego wywiadu grupowego. Zaproponowane ramy konceptualne zostały zweryfikowane pozytywnie. Najważniejsze wnioski z tego badania to: udowodniono, że skuteczne wdrożenie analityki big data w firmach wymaga uwzględnienia czasu; wykazano przydatność podejścia leagile we wdrażaniu TBDA w organizacjach; pozytywnie zweryfikowano kompleksowe ramy koncepcyjne wdrożenia TBDA w organizacjach.

    The last years have resulted in an increase of concession contracts in Albania, followed by a revised modern legal framework. Beside the debate on whether the government should perform most of the activities itself instead of giving them to the private sector through a concession contract, the concession contracts are nowadays a reality and as such they should be studied and analysed carefully. The scope of this article is limited to the provisions of the Albanian legislation and its approach to the international provisions regarding BOT (build – operate - transfer) concession contract. A detailed analyse will drive to the conclusionas to what extent the Albanian concession legislation does compile with the international accepted principles of Public Private Partnership concerning mainly implementation and transfer phase of a BOT contract. Albanian Public Private Partnershiplegislation has gone through many revisions and amendments during the last twenty years, resulting in a challenging situation for everybody that deals with any aspects of a concession. Having a detailed understanding of the legal provisions is indeed the core element toward a successful implementation process of any concession, resulting in the highest profitability for concession parties, the public entity and the private investor, and consequently culminating to the best interest of the population.

    The implementation of the European Union Water Framework Directive required a number of tasks to be fulfilled: classifying the various water bodies into different types, defining reference conditions for each of the types and assessing their ecological quality status – this last is based on biological, hydromorphological and physicochemical quality elements of the ecosystem. The paper presents an attempt to estimate reference values in selected areas of Polish coastal and transitional waters as well as in an open sea area following WFD principles. The preliminary eutrophication assessment showed all the assessed areas to be eutrophication problem areas.
