- The topic of the article is the perspective of introducing modern 4D technology. At the beginning, the idea of SESAR will be presented with particular emphasis on i4D solution. In the next part of the article we will consider the challenges posed by this technology, the needs to which it is an answer. Next, the tests will be analyzed to examine the operational functionality in every field and in every aspect, and first flight using the four-dimensional flight trajectory management will be taken into consideration. The article contains conclusions on the strategy of introducing i4D technology and subjective evaluation of the authors of the article on the chance of introducing this solution.
