    Konstrukcje obiektów zabytkowych mają najczęściej formę elementów murowanych. Najsłabszym ich składnikiem jest zaprawa murarska, zwłaszcza w kamiennych fundamentach, często wykonywanych w przeszłości. Celem artykułu jest analiza zachowania się fundamentu, skupiona na modelowaniu zaprawy jako spoiny łączącej kamienie w charakterystycznym średniowiecznym fundamencie. Analizę numeryczną przeprowadzono na przykładzie zlokalizowanego w Polsce obiektu rzeczywistego, w którym fundament wymagał wzmocnienia ze względu na zły stan techniczny i planowany wzrost obciążenia przekazywanego na fundament. Pod uwagę brane są różne rodzaje zapraw, w tym cementowe, cementowo-wapienne, wapienne i gipsowe. Wyniki mogą świadczyć o przydatności i zaletach tego podejścia do fundamentów zabytkowych budynków, a także innych elementów konstrukcji murowych.
    Structures of historical buildings usually have the form of masonry elements. The weakest component of such elements is mortar, especially in stone foundations, which were often used in the with a focus on the modeling of mortar as a joint connecting stones in a characteristic medieval foundation. Different types of mortar: cement, cement-lime, lime and gypsum mortars, were examined. A numerical analysis was carried out on the example of an existing structure located in Poland, where the foundation needed reinforcement due to its poor condition and planned load increase. The obtained results may provide some evidence for the usefulness and advantages of this approach to dealing with foundations of historical buildings, as well as some other elements of old masonry structures.

    Opis:
    The article deals with historical and theoretical and methodological foundations of modern methodology of teaching psychology in the context of special psychologists’ education. Historical teaching experience of indicated discipline in domestic and foreign institutions of higher education is reviwed. The present historical and pedagogical analysis of students’ training and introduction of modern methodology of teaching psychology as a training discipline of penitentiary, special and clinical psychologists initiated by Academician of NAPS of Ukraine, Viktor Synov and his scientific school is delightened. The nature and structure of discipline are viewed. Particular attention is paid to finding and developing of the optimal set of methods of its providing, developing programs and definition of developed program’s efficiency. The practical results of scientists’ work in defining spheres are analyzed. The results of the experimental study of the motivational component of the professional readiness of psychologists (special, clinical) to work on a specialty in the structure of professional training are highlighted. The prospects for further research in the context of improving the psychological preparation of personnel for various types of special schools are outlined.

    W artykule poruszono problematykę wprowadzania zmian konstrukcyjnych w obiekcie zabytkowym na przykładzie robót prowadzonych w kamienicy przy ul. Staromiejskiej 6 w Olsztynie. Prace wykonane w danym obiekcie polegały na kompleksowym remoncie. Wśród omówionych w artykule działań znalazły się podbicie fundamentów, wprowadzenie układu słupowo-ryglowego oraz wykonanie żelbetowej klatki schodowej. Wszystkie prace wzmocniły i ustabilizowały obiekt, a jednocześnie pozwoliły na zachowanie historycznego charakteru poszczególnych elementów obiektu. Podbicie fundamentów zabezpieczyło przed osiadaniem obiektu, pozostawiając oryginalne, kamienne elementy. Układ wprowadzonych słupów i belek zapewnił przestrzenną sztywność obiektu, zachowując w możliwie szerokim zakresie ceglane ściany. Wykonana żelbetowa klatka schodowa w południowo-wschodniej części obiektu ustabilizowała budynek, pozwalając jednocześnie na spełnienie kryterium przeciwpożarowego dla budynków użyteczności publicznej. Pozostawione dwa biegi oryginalnych, drewnianych schodów zapewniły zachowanie historycznego charakteru obiektu. Artykuł dowodzi, że możliwe jest uzyskanie kompromisu pomiędzy założeniami konserwatorskimi a konstrukcyjnymi. Prawidłowe zaplanowanie prac, w porozumieniu ze służbami konserwatorskimi, daje podstawę do utrwalenia dziedzictwa kulturowego dla przyszłych pokoleń.
    The paper discusses the issue of introducing structural changes into a historical building referring to the example of conservation work carried out in the tenement house at 6 Staromiejska in Olsztyn. Building work involved a general renovation. The paper reviews actions carried out in the restoration work, including strengthening and deepening of the foundations, introducing a post and beam system, and putting into placea reinforced concrete staircase. Conservation work strengthened and stabilized the building structure, while at the same time preserving the historical character of its individual elements. The strengthening and deepening of the foundations secured the building structure against settlement, leaving in place the original stone elements.The introduction of a post and beam system assured the structural stiffness of the building, while maintaining the brick walls as intact as possible. The reinforced concrete staircase was placed in the south-eastern part of the building and helped to stabilize structurally the building, while meeting the fi re safety standards for public utility buildings. Preservation of two fl ightsof the original wooden stairs ensured that the building’s historical character was preserved.The paper seeks to demonstrate that it is possible to achieve a compromise betweenconservationand structural considerations. Proper work planning, in consultation with the authorities overseeing preservation and conservation work provides a route to protecting cultural heritage for future generations.

    W pierwszej części artykułu, która ukazała się w poprzednim numerze naszego czasopisma, omówiono czynniki mające decydujący wpływ na zakres, sposób i koszt wzmocnienia fundamentów istniejących budynków. Podkreślono jednocześnie, że współczesne sposoby wzmacniania fundamentów, do których można zaliczyć m.in. metodę iniekcji wysokociśnieniowej, otwierają przed inwestorami i projektantami szerokie możliwości w zakresie rozbudowy obiektów zabytkowych w gęstej zabudowie miejskiej. Sukces realizacji zależy w dużej mierze od prawidłowo wykonanego projektu wzmocnienia fundamentów.
    The first part of the article published in the previous issue of our magazine discussed factors that decide about the scope, manner and cost of reinforcement of foundation of existing buildings. It was also pointed out that contemporary methods of foundation reinforcing, including high-pressure injection method, offer investors and designers many capabilities to use in extension of historical buildings in dense urban fabric. Successful completion of a project largely depends on correctly made design of foundation reinforcement.

    Properly executed renovation and adaptation of a grade listed property not only ensures its constructional safety, but may also highlight the object’s historical value. Taking into consideration various factors, such as divergence of interests, or technical and legal determinants, it is safe to say that the renovation and adaptation of grade listed properties for new purposes is a complex process. The authors of the paper wish to discuss the problem of renovation based on selected properties, with special regard to constructional solutions for foundations. The presented examples will illustrate the issue of foundation enhancements resulting from the adaptation of buildings for new purposes. Through individual constructional solutions, such as jet grouting, it was possible to ensure the stability of degraded properties and safe transfer of increased values of usage load.
    Prawidłowo przeprowadzona renowacja i adaptacja obiektu zabytkowego powinna zapewnić bezpieczeństwo konstrukcji, a jednocześnie podkreślić jego historyczną formę i wartość. Niejednokrotnie wybór rozwiązania konstrukcyjnego bywa kłopotliwy, ze względu na rozbieżność interesów inżyniera, konserwatora i inwestora. Biorąc pod uwagę uwarunkowania techniczne, funkcjonalne oraz prawne, realizacja prac związanych z renowacją i adaptacją obiektów zabytkowych ma charakter złożony. Decyzja o renowacji bądź wymianie wybranych elementów konstrukcyjnych w każdym przypadku powinna być poprzedzona kompleksową analizą techniczną oraz uzgodnieniami konserwatorskimi. Autorzy referatu omówili problematykę i aspekty renowacji w wybranych obiektach zabytkowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych fundamentów. Przedstawiono wzmocnienia posadowień obiektów wynikające ze zmiany ich funkcji użytkowej. W omawianych przypadkach przyjęto rozwiązania w postaci wprowadzenia nowych elementów konstrukcyjnych oraz wzmocnienia istniejących fundamentów przy użyciu technologii iniekcji strumieniowej. Dzięki przyjętym rozwiązaniom udało się zapewnić stabilność zdegradowanych dotąd obiektów oraz bezpieczne przeniesienie zwiększonych wartości obciążeń użytkowych, jak również ograniczyć nadmierne osiadania obiektu.

    In this paper, Jeziorany, a small town in the Province of Warmia and Mazury, serves as an example for discussing questions on building materials and construction solutions used in rows of townhouses dating back to the turn of the 17th and 18th century as well as in buildings raised in the town centre in the 1980s. Types of rafter framings, walls and foundations have been presented alongside a description of the building materials used when Jeziorany was rebuilt after a great fire which ravaged the town in 1783.
    Na przykładzie niewielkiego miasta Jeziorany (woj. warmińsko-mazurskie) wykazano rozwiązania materiałowe i konstrukcyjne w zabudowie pierzejowej z przełomu wieków XVII i XVIII oraz w budynkach z lat 80. XX wieku. Przedstawiono rodzaje więźb dachowych, konstrukcji murowych oraz fundamentów, a całość uzupełniono opisem materiałów stosowanych w trakcie odbudowy Jezioran po pożarze, który w roku 1783 strawił je niemal doszczętnie.
