    Organizacje sektora publicznego podejmują zmagania w celu zapewnienia legitymizacji dla swoich przedsięwziąć i pozyskania zasobów potrzebnych do finansowania ich działalności. W tym celu zaspokajają oczekiwania kluczowych interesariuszy. Organizacje, które zarządzają relacjami z interesariuszami mają większą szansę na osiąganie swoich celów. Niniejszy artykuł koncentruje się na strategii zarządzania relacjami z interesariuszami w publicznych podmiotach leczniczych, prezentując wyniki prowadzonych badań, których celem była identyfikacja dominującej strategii według typologii zaproponowanej przez M. Banksa i D. Verę [3].
    Public sector organisations have a sufficient influence to win political legitimization and resources to finance their operations by satisfying their stakeholders. Organizations that adopt stakeholder management principles probably better satisfy their constituent needs and balance their interests, which results in higher capacity of goal achievement. The article focuses on stakeholder management in public medical entities and presents the results of conducted research identifying the dominant strategy according to the typology proposed by M. Banks and D. Vera.

    A multitude of attempts to reform the Polish healthcare system cannot be treated as fully successful. Therefore, there is a need to determine new possible methods that can solve financial, social, and environmental problems burdening the system. Thus, the purpose of this article is to present necessary steps that have to be taken in order to conduct a successful reform. Moreover, the article presents an overview of the current state of the theory of sustainable organisation, sustainable human capital management and resilience. Proper implementation of the key elements of the above-mentioned theories may turn out helpful in the process of modernisation of human capital management in the Polish healthcare system.

    Purpose – The paper presents an analysis of the broadly defined essence of competitiveness in the healthcare sector and the closely related issue of the competitiveness of healthcare organisations accounting for the specifics of key types of competition in healthcare. The objective of the paper is to demonstrate that the essence of competition between healthcare organisations is represented by a better use of resources by some enterprises and enhanced cost efficiency in the conditions of the increased demand for top quality services. Research method – The research methodology applied in the study was literature research, the analysis of available empirical research results and of the laws and regulations applicable to the healthcare market. The analysis focused on the specifics of the Polish healthcare market and the ensuing conse-quences for the competitiveness of healthcare organisations. Results – The results of the analysis show how complex the issue of competitiveness of healthcare organisations is and how relevant it is for the increase of quality, availability, and innovativeness of healthcare for patients.

    Healthcare systems that utilize available resources and provide the best care and support to its people is considered as one of the most crucial goals of most countries and their Governments. In order to fulfill this goal it is important for different healthcare professionals to work systematically and help each other to maintain health standards for the patient. It is only possible when all the significant professional groups recognize the importance of the resources that are existing in the current healthcare sectors, use them effectively and hence, particularly, role of the pharmacist becomes important. Pharmacist should be valued for the critical part they play in coordinating drug therapy management.

    Subject and purpose of the work: The commercial success of an organisation is based on its unique characteristics which make it stand out from its competitors. It can be the result of as many factors as there are many types of organisations and the goals they pursue. However, there are some invariants among them, which include leadership and management style associated with it. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the possible ways of implementing the idea of a turquoise management model in organisations with strong knowledge-based leadership. Materials and methods: The subject of the study were medical entities of the SMEs group. A faceto-face and telephone interview with a person holding a leadership role in the treatment unit was chosen as the research method. Results and conclusions: An attempt was made to verify the thesis of the possible synergies between turquoise ideas and strong leadership. The paper demonstrates a natural evolution of the leadership model which has resulted from the generation Y and Z entering the labor market, which is characterised by features converging with the turquoise idea of management
