Questions of attraction to tasks of aviation technical designing of the regularities of general nature which are earlier not used in this field which are on a joint of basic problems of modern natural sciences, technology, philosophy and the new directions of science which treat, for example, synergy, and others are considered. A conceptual design of civil and transport airplanes with representations of the seven basic laws of the design is offered: 1. Thought or mental associated with the formation of the idea, as well as the visualization of forms and structures designed object. 2. The law of analogies. 3. The Law of Vibration. 4. The law of opposites. 5. The law of cycles and rhythms. 6. The Law of Cause and Effect. 7. Law of design and creativity. The approach to formation of new hierarchy of the criteria of design based on the analysis and synthesis of these laws is also offered. The task of the structural formation and composition of the energy space design, allowing determining the grid of power lines and types of elementary energy and the crystal structures of the elements is considered. Seven basic laws of design are presented and described on a number of examples. The space of design is described with use of the scheme of the Tree of Life divided into ten Spheres of the Worlds which are forming four levels of manifestation: the Design ideas; Realization of Ideas (thinking process); Radiation (including emotions and feelings); Action (implementation), and also division of each of these spheres into sublevels. Possibility of calculation and use of discrete power levels to the description and characteristics of the projected products, and tendencies to replacement of usual options on integrated, hybrid and morphing are shown.

Opis:
This article will offer a close reading of the first movement of Debussy’s Violin Sonata (1917), and will set forth to discuss its formal principles within a dialectical context. References to Hegelian philosophy will be made, and also to precursory dialectical structures. The work will also be studied in relation to sonata form, and by taking Mark DeVoto’s claim that this late work displays a “persuasive sonata form” structure into consideration, this analysis will in fact elucidate Debussy’s ostensible departure from archetypical sonata form. Examining Debussy’s correspondences and sketches will posit the Sonata initially within existing scholarship - both historiographical and analytical - paying particular attention to the composer’s “late” style in general. A discussion on the relationship between dialectic and symbolist aesthetics will then be necessary in order to promote the idea that the work is structured around a dialectical framework. The second section of this article will carry out an in-depth analysis of the movement, adopting and adapting a semiotic approach as developed by Nicolas Ruwet and Jean-Jacques Nattiez’s distributional methodology in order to study the work’s formal attributes and motivic construction. Use of this approach will bring to light the strong bond between the motivic thesis and antithesis in the first section of the Sonata, and also the conflation of material in the final section of the movement, which aims towards a dialectical resolution. Use of paradigmatic diagrams will illuminate the methods in which synthesis is achieved by different compositional strategies, including merging, completion, compression, combination and conjunction. Furthermore, the analysis will draw attention to Golden Section proportions in the middle section of the piece. In conclusion, it will be argued that Debussy’s conscious effort to avoid Teutonic principles has paradoxically brought his work closer to Germanic thinking. Amid a time of personal and social conflict, one could ultimately compare his approach to that of the Hegelian “free spirit” - a free spirit that transcends political boundaries by its occupation of a neutral ground. Whether or not this demonstrated Debussy’s conscious compositional intention to reflect Hegel’s philosophical principles remains unsolved. More certain, however, is the fact that the presentation of a thesis and a subsequent antithetical section clearly leads to a resolution of the dialectique in the first movement of this Sonata.

Opis:
This paper investigates the design of a modified matrix interleaving algorithm as a way to improve the performance of turbo codes. This proposed solution, known as the matrix-dithered golden (MDG) interleaver, utilizes the characteristics of a matrix interleaver combined with the golden section theory. The performance of the proposed interleaving method is compared with that of matrix (M), random (R), and dithered golden (DG) interleavers. The comparison is made in terms of bit error rate (BER), frame error rate (FER), computational complexity, and storage memory requirement. The turbo coded system is implemented and simulated using Matlab/Simulink software. Results of simulations performed both in the additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel and the Rayleigh fading channel demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed interleaver. The MDG interleaver is an effective replacement for random interleavers, as it improves BER and FER performance of the turbo code and is also capable of reducing the storage memory requirement without increasing the system’s complexity.

Opis:
This paper presents a simple DFT-based golden section searching algorithm (DGSSA) for the single tone frequency estimation. Because of truncation and discreteness in signal samples, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) are inevitable to cause the spectrum leakage and fence effect which lead to a low estimation accuracy. This method can improve the estimation accuracy under conditions of a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and a low resolution. This method firstly uses three FFT samples to determine the frequency searching scope, then – besides the frequency – the estimated values of amplitude, phase and dc component are obtained by minimizing the least square (LS) fitting error of three-parameter sine fitting. By setting reasonable stop conditions or the number of iterations, the accurate frequency estimation can be realized. The accuracy of this method, when applied to observed single-tone sinusoid samples corrupted by white Gaussian noise, is investigated by different methods with respect to the unbiased Cramer-Rao Low Bound (CRLB). The simulation results show that the root mean square error (RMSE) of the frequency estimation curve is consistent with the tendency of CRLB as SNR increases, even in the case of a small number of samples. The average RMSE of the frequency estimation is less than 1.5 times the CRLB with SNR = 20 dB and N = 512.

Opis:
The study is devoted to the main musical symbol of the Ukrainian people. It is revealed that the work has a high prophetic symbolism regarding the evolutionary development of the country. The method of analysis of the spiritual content of melodies helps to identify a systematic objectification of its potential, based on the category of “spiritual reality”, and is considered from a musicological point of view. The melody reveals a symphonic technique of proto-intonation development. The genre basis of the melody is prayer. The system reproduces the basis of musical drama of Ukrainian folklore. The method of microminiature art, typical of Ukrainian folk masters, is embodied. The methodological basis helps to focus on the development of the sacredness of space-time content. The program potential of this work is able to lead the transformation of the spiritual state of man. Sacred symbols are placed in the center of energy development. The music conveys the idea of a renewed pulse. The people recognize Nature as the Temple in which man exists. The world of spirituality is sanctified by its living perception. The music of the “Anthem of Ukraine” perfectly combines the world and consciousness of people who woke up from eternal slavery. The melody contains courage and tenderness, firmness of spirit and faith in a good awareness of Truth and Joy. The cosmic law of consonance, the law of analogy is embodied. In the microstructure of the thematic core of the melody there is a point and its energy “engine” – dotted rhythm, a microelement of the iambic foot of the One Whole, which serve as two symbolic parameters of the formed core of themes. They perform in the energy layer the fundamental microfunction of the level of the heart, the function of the highest prayer to the Spirit, which helps the manifestation of spiritual consciousness in the density of the musical structure. the masculinity of the major is affirmed and ends with the gentle, feminine softness of the parallel minor, which indicates the systematic fluctuations of their paired periodicity in melodic-syntactic structures. A peculiar system of expressive symbolism of artistic and figurative drama of Ukrainian folklore, a reflection of the powerful genre of youth lyrics, the core of the spiritual greatness of culture, which is still preserved in the folk traditions of family education. The most popular image of the Mother of God is inspired by the Ukrainian prayer site, a sacred symbol of the famous icons “Protection of the Blessed Virgin” of the Zaporozhian Cossacks. The highest feminine principle encourages the protection of the male community, the whole nation, endows the Almighty with an effective symbol of patriotism, covers with its omophorion, gathers an army of men on the battlefield, the sanctity of monasticism, which protects spiritually. Intuitively and intelligently, the composer-priest conveyed that the invisible Hierarchy of Light stood up for the protection of hearts that dream and know of dignity and honor, honesty and spiritually high justice in the reality of earthly existence.
