    Opis:
    This article outlines certain dangers related to extreme attitudes of ethnic groups on the example of terrorism in the Basque Country. It shows how aggression was born in this Autonomous Community of Spain and what actions and attitudes of Spanish authorities enhanced it. It demonstrates how Francoist repressions strengthened separatist tendencies in this region. The Basque Country example reveals that persecution does not provide a solution to the problem. Just as every action causes reaction, aggression causes aggression. Government repressive measures can lead to the birth of a false myth, where a terrorist organization takes the role of the defender of the rights and freedoms of society. The will for peace, effective communication and the dialogical approach are values that provide security and peaceful coexistence of society.
    W artykule nakreślono niektóre zagrożenia związane ze skrajnymi postawami grup etnicznych na przykładzie terroryzmu w Kraju Basków. Autor ukazuje, jak narodziła się agresja w tej hiszpańskiej Wspólnocie Autonomicznej oraz działania i postawy hiszpańskich władz, które ją wzmocniły. Opisuje również, jak represje frankistowskie wzmocniły separatystyczne tendencje w tym regionie. Przykład Kraju Basków pokazuje, że prześladowania nie zapewniają rozwiązania problemu. Tak jak każde działanie wywołuje reakcję, tak agresja wywołuje agresję. Rządowe środki represyjne mogą prowadzić do narodzin fałszywego mitu, w którym organizacja terrorystyczna przyjmuje rolę obrońcy praw i wolności społeczeństwa. Wola pokoju, skuteczna komunikacja i podejście dialogowe to wartości, które zapewniają bezpieczeństwo i pokojowe współistnienie społeczeństwa.

    Opis:
    Accurately modeling claims data and determining appropriate insurance premiums are vital responsibilities for non-life insurance firms. This article presents novel models for claims that offer improved precision in fitting claim data, both in terms of claim frequency and severity. Specifically, we suggest the Poisson-GaL distribution for claim frequency and the exponential-GaL distribution for claim severity. The traditional method of assigning automobile premiums based on a bonus-malus system relies solely on the number of claims made. However, this may lead to unfair outcomes when an insured individual with a minor severity claim is charged the same premium as someone with a severe claim. The second aim of this article is to propose a new model for calculating bonus-malus premiums. Our proposed model takes into account both the number and size of claims, which follow the Poisson-GaL distribution and the exponential-GaL distribution, respectively. To calculate the premiums, we employ the Bayesian approach. Real-world data are used in practical examples to illustrate how the proposed model can be implemented. The results of our analysis indicate that the proposed premium model effectively resolves the issue of overcharging. Moreover, the proposed model produces premiums that are more tailored to policyholders’ claim histories, benefiting both the policyholders and the insurance companies. This advantage can contribute to the growth of the insurance industry and provide a competitive edge in the insurance market.

    W artykule przedstawiono projekt prostego dekodera (transkodera) kodu BCD/7-segment, którego podstawowa funkcja została rozszerzona o nietypową cechę zabezpieczania poprawności sekwencyjnego sterowania wyświetlacza 7-segmentowego LED. Idea zaprojektowania takiego układu oraz wykorzystania struktury programowalnej, wynikła z konieczności zastosowania w dydaktycznym laboratorium mikroprocesorowym, układu wyświetlającego podgląd zawartości rejestrów mikroprocesora. Prezentowany, prosty układ, jest z powodzeniem stosowany jako uzupełnienie podstawowego modułu edukacyjnego STK500.
    In this paper the project of a simple, smart BCD to 7-segment decoder is presented. The basic decoder function (coding 4 input BCD lines to 7 output lines for LED display) was extended to an atypical function, protection of proper driving a 4-digit, 7-segment LED display. A special attention was paid to the circuit simplicity, use of the minimum number of devices and low power consumption. The schematic diagram is shown in Fig. 1. The main idea was to use not only data signals (D0..D4), but also additional four signals (D4..D7), which were typically used for driving switching transistors and digits multiplexing. The logic function for 8 inputs and 8 outputs was designed in a programmable logic device. But the function described in that way could not be realised in the basic structure GAL16V8. The next idea was to use an internal OE line for driving the output inverter in each macrocell (Fig. 2). The program was designed in CUPL and compiled in WinCupl environment. The simulation results in WinSim are shown in Fig.3, whereas the final effect is depicted in Fig. 4. Since the presented circuit was designed for cooperation with a microcontroller educational board and was supplied with this board, it was very important to minimise the power (current) consumption. Hence, Atmel AFT16V8BQL was selected for the final version.

    Die literarische Analyse der Perikope Ga 4, 1-7 zeigt auf, dass sie eine konzentrische Struktur bildet. In ihrem Zentrum befindet sich die Aussage von Ga 4, 4. Zugleich ais theologisches Zentrum der ganzen Einheit weist sie aufden soteriologischen Wendepunkt der Weltund Menschengeschtchte hin. Seine einzigartige heilsgeschichtliche Bedeutungnhebt der antithetische Parallelismus zwischen Ga 4, 1-3 und Ga 4, 5-7 hervor. Dadurch wird nämlich die Situation des Menschen vor und nach der Inkarnation Jesu klar dargestellt. Auf diesem literarisch- teologischen Hintergrund bekommt seinen eigentlichen Sinn der einfuhrende Satz: „Ais die Fulle der Zeit gekommen ist”. Es geht darin nicht nur um das Erfiilltwerden der alttestamentlichen Zeit der Verheissung und Prophetie, sondern auch um den Vollmass die inhaltliche Erfüllung der Zeit mit der Menschwerdung des Gottessohnes und zugleich um den Anfang der eschatologichen Periode mit ihrem ganzen heilsgeschichtlichen Inhalt. Auf diese Weise wird die jśulinische „Fulle der Zeit” zur Mitte der Zeit - summum temporis.

    Den Stoff des Artikels bildet die Frage, wie der hl. Paulus die Lehre der Gotteskindschaft versteht. Der Verfasser stützte sich auf den Text des Galaterbriefes 3, 26-27, und begründet es, dass dieser Text grundlegend für das behandelte Problem ist, während andere Texte des hl. Paulus, die von der Kindschaft Gottes sprechen, nur einige wenige, zum Text des zitierten Galaterbriefes gehörende Aspekte anführen. Den Inhalt der Kindschaft Gottes bilden zwei grundlegende Elemente: der Glaube und die Taufe. Daher ist der ganze Inhalt des Glaubens und der Taufe wesentlicher Inhalt dieser Kindschaft. Der Glaube und die Taufe bilden die Mitwirkung Gottes und des Menschen. Der Glaube, als erste Gabe Gottes, ist die Zusammenfassung der von Gott offenbarten und durch die Apostel gelehrten Wahrheiten, er ist auch die innerliche Disposition des Zuhörers, die ihn zum Annehmen dieser Wahrheiten befähigt und sich mit seiner ganzen Persönlichkeit Gott ergeben lasst. Dieser innere Akt der Gottergebung ist gleichzeitig die Folge des menschlichen Wirkens und wird in ganzer Vollkommenheit durch den Empfang der Taufe geäussert. Die Taufe, als zweite Gabe Gottes, ist das Element, durch welches der Mensch sich mit Gott, dem Vater, Christus und dem Heiligen Geiste verbindet. Mit Gott, dem Vater, ist er verbunden, weil Gott die Liebe zu dem Menschen ist, also die Ursache des Erlösungswerkes Jesu Christi. Mit Christus vereinigt sich der Mensch in der Taufe, als Nachkomme des „zweiten Adams”, mit seinem Tode und seiner Auferstehung verbunden. Mit dem Heiligen Geiste dagegen verbindet sich der Neophyt dadurch, dass der Heilige Geist in der Taufe durch das Einwohnen im Menschen wirkt und ihn mit seinen Gaben beschenkt — mit tieferem Verständniss der Wahrheiten Gottes, mit Kraft und Liebe. Die Verbindung mit Gott, Christus und dem Heiligen Geiste und die innere Umwandlung des Menschen bildet in ihm den neuen Zustand, der alte Sünden hinwegnimmt und von Natur aus verlagt, sie zu meiden und gerechte Taten auszuüben. Ausserdem gibt dieser Zustand das Recht, das künftige ewige Leben zu erben. Der auf diese Weise mit Gott vereinigte Mensch das Gotteskind — bildet eine Einheit mit anderen Menschen — den Kindern Gottes.

    Der Artikel betrifft das sogenannte Konzil von Jerusalem, das in der Anfangszeit des Christentums mit einer Streitfrage befaßte, die in dem Augenblick entstanden war, als die ersten Heiden in die Kirche aufgenommen wurden. Das Konzil äußerste sich nicht nur in der Frage der Beschneidung zugunsten der Heideenchristen, sondern erließ auch ein Dekret mit vier Bedingungen, das zum einträchtigen Miteinander von Judenchristen und Heidenchristen beitragen sollte. Das Dekret mit den vier Bedingungen ist Ausdruck einer Übereinkuft, das das Wohl des jüdischen Teils der Kirche im Sinne hatte. Das Jerusalemer Konzil in Apg 15 erkennt einerseits die Freiheit der Heiden vom mosaischen Gesetz an und schützt andererseits die jüdische religiöse Tradition. Es ist ein Ausdruck der Sorge um die Einheit der Urkirche.

    Przeprowadzone badania węgla kamiennego złoża Bogdanka, leżącego w obrębie Lubelskiego Zagłębia Węglowego (LZW) wykazały, że analizowane pierwiastki (Co, Ga, Ge) charakteryzują się dużą zmiennością. Wyjątek stanowił beryl (Be), który cechuje się zmiennością przeciętną. Badania korelacji między pierwiastkami potwierdziły wyniki wcześniejszych badań dotyczących występowania statystycznie istotnej korelacji między galem i kobaltem (Ga–Co). Otrzymane wyniki badań zawartości poszczególnych pierwiastków krytycznych były dalece odbiegające od dotychczas prezentowanych w opracowaniach naukowych publikowanych i niepublikowanych dla LZW. Badania te nie potwierdziły postulowanych wcześniej prawidłowości i wysokich koncentracji tych pierwiastków w węglach LZW. Uwierzytelniono jednak znacznie większe koncentracje tych pierwiastków w spągu pokładów. Analiza kontrolna prób wykonana w dwóch niezależnych laboratoriach wykazała duże rozbieżności w wynikach oznaczeń, szczególnie w odniesieniu do zawartości germanu; prawdopodobnie jest to związane z bardzo niskimi zawartości tego pierwiastka i trudnościami jego oznaczania.
    The research on bituminous coal from the Lublin Coal Basin (LCB) has shown high variability of the chemical elements Co, Ge and Ga. An exception is beryllium that features medium variability. Analysis of the correlation between the elements confirms the results of previous studies on the occurrence of the statistically significant correlation between gallium and cobalt. The obtained contents of particular critical elements differed much more from those presented up-to-date in both published and unpublished scientific reports on the LCB. The research did not confirm regularities and high concentrations of the elements in the LCB coals, as postulated earlier. However, much higher concentrations of the elements were detected in the seam footwalls. The control analysis of the samples performed by two independent laboratories indicated huge discrepancies in the results, especially for the content of germanium, due to very low values and difficulty in marking this element.
