Opis:
Introduction: Futsal is a sport that is practiced almost everywhere in the world and that has been gaining in number of followers throughout the years. The objective of this work has been to carry out a review of the scientific literature from 2015 to 2020 that addresses the field of Futsal, selecting only articles related to children, adolescents and young people for content analysis. Material and Methods: A systematic review was carried out from 2015 to 2020, searching with the terms of the UNESCO Thesaurus: "futsal", "children", "adolescents" and "young people" in Scopus, Web of Science and Dialnet, allowing the selection of original articles (experimental, descriptive, quasi-experimental and / or case studies), which included information from this line. Results: A total of 519 articles were found, although after applying the inclusion criteria of the review they were reduced to 68 articles. These publications were divided into four main categories: 1) Physical condition, body composition, diet and nutrition in schoolchildren who practice Futsal, 2) Motor skills in schoolchildren who practice Futsal, 3) Motivations for practicing Futsal and 4) Other topics investigated; doing a discussion about each of these categories. Conclusions: This systematic review makes it possible to quickly and easily observe the analysis of research on futsal in young people and as a school sport, as well as to identify the most relevant scientific questions at the present time.

Opis:
The aim of the study was to evaluate the threshold of muscle pain sensitivity at the posterior line of the futsal player’s lower extremity muscles under the influence of the stimulation of the foot arch with a nonelastic tape application. The study included 25 futsal players representing university club AZS AWF Wroclaw. During the experiment, a nonelastic tape was applied on the plantar foot surface, basing on the standards of low-Dye taping. The test program consisted of a 3-day cycle, during which the pressure pain threshold (PPT) was measured: 1) before application of the tape, 2) 24 hours and 3) 72 hours after application. The PPT was measured using the Somedic Algometer type 2. Analysis of the results was performed using analysis of variance for repeated measures and post hoc Bonferroni’s test. Long-term stimulation of plantar surface significantly affects the increase in the PPT in the lower extremity posterior line muscles. In motor control trainings, especially in match-starter terms, new physiotherapeutic measures and therapeutic techniques should be used.

Opis:
The purpose of the study was to analyze index changes of the flow-volume curve during training of elite futsal players. The conducted monitoring of respiration rates shows multidirectional responses of bronchial tubes of the respiratory system, vegetative nervous system, local cell and humoral factors. The orientation of the processes to adaptation and enhancement of the oxygen transport function at submaximal loads is developed in the opposite direction among 15% of the subjects, which can result in limiting the effect of bronchismus, edema and mucus hypersecretion to the oxygen delivered to the alveolus and ultimately, decrease physical working capacity. The dynamic monitoring of the training process when estimating the flow-volume curve indices ensures (especially in youth team players) early detection and correction of exercise-induced bronchospasm, specifying its etymology and making an early diagnosis and pharmacological intervention, that makes training and competitive processes more efficient.
