    In terms of existent regime of transport-and-handling sites operation, the necessity in enhancing the efficiency of production and transport interaction is justified. For this purpose simulation model of transport-and-handling site, which provides reception of raw materials, is developed.
    Обоснована необходимость повышения эффективности взаимодействия производства и транспорта в рамках существующего режима функционирования транспортно-грузовых комплексов металлургических предприятий. С этой целью разработана имитационная модель транспортногрузового комплекса приёма сырья.

    An in-depth analysis of the legislation and legislative material with reference to the professional literature leads to the conclusion that the Court of Justice’s interpretation is incorrect and leads to problems in distinguishing between the minimum access package and the scope of services in service facilities.

    In the series of articles describing the aerodynamic phenomena caused by the passage of a train, the effects of a train running at high speed on itself, on other trains, on objects on the track and on people are characterized. This impact can be of two types – generated pressure and slipstream. Apart from the literature analysis, the author’s research is also taken into account. The third part presents the characteristic features of the slipstream and its impact on the environment (in the form of forces acting on objects) and railway infrastructure.

    Opis:
    The problem of effective management of the railway freight flows in the conditions of the multiplicity of operators requires the rationalization of the transportation process. The further development of the authors’ research on creating the mathematical model of the railway freight flows in the region transportation and technological system is presented. For the first time, the theory of algebraic curves of higher orders is used to create a territorial model of the oligopolistic market of freight traffic. The algorithm for creating a model of freight transportation is based on the analysis of the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the operator company in the considered region with the use of analytical, heuristic, and graphic capabilities of math software. The theoretical substantia-tion of the territorial picture, the freight transportation market in the region is obtained. The carried-out research allows to specify possible ways of optimization of freight traffic distribution.
