    W pracy przedstawiono koncepcję układu sterującego kątem elewacji kolektorów słonecznych i paneli fotowoltaicznych. Celem proponowanego rozwiązania będzie pozyskanie jak największej ilości ciepła i energii elektrycznej pochodzącej z promieniowania słonecznego i wykorzystania tych źródeł w uprawach pod osłonami.
    The study presents the concept of the system, which controls the elevation angle of solar collectors and photovoltaic boards. Obtaining the biggest possible amount of heat and electric energy, which comes from the solar radiation, and application of these sources for crops under covers will be the purpose of the suggested solution.

    Opis:
    The aim of this study is to provide an overview of the Hungarian higher education system facing changes since 1990. The three major challenges are: the decreasing number of students enrolling since the ‘golden age’ ended; the Bologna-Process and its influence since its introduction in 2006 and the uncertainty about the future role of the state in educational finance. The institutions have to take these changes and the effects on their situation into account and they need to flnd a way to benefit from them. Thanks to Graduate Follow-Up System (GFS) research, they can measure the new graduates performance on the labour--market, their job-related satisfaction levels and possibilities, and furthermore they can have direct information about employers’ expectations, first of all on the level of working skills. This information can be used for the creation of a different approach of how to think about the students and which services could be offered to them. In the following analysis we use data from research conducted in the last three years at the University of Pécs.The focused energy and resource investment is more effective if it is based on specific training and education packages offered within the Alumni framework. It can increase the results of an even more successful Alma Mater service; furthermore it can improve the self-identification of the institution, therefore it is important to have a long-term strategy.

    W artykule omówiono budowę i zastosowanie uniwersalnego stanowiska badawczego urządzeń do pozyskiwania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych, takich jak moduły fotowoltaiczne i turbiny wiatrowe. Ponadto zaprezentowano wyniki badań porównawczych uzysku energetycznego generatorów fotowoltaicznych w dwóch różnych układach: stacjonarnym i nadążnym jednoosiowym, a także uzysku energetycznego zespołu prądotwórczego turbin Savonius'a, wchodzących w skład inteligentnej, hybrydowej elektrowni solarno-wiatrowej.
    The article discusses the construction and use of a universal test stand for devices for obtaining energy from renewable sources, such as photovoltaic modules and wind turbines. In addition, the results of comparative studies of energy yield of photovoltaic generators were presented, in two different systems: stationary and following uniaxial, as well as the energy yield of the Savonius turbine generating set, part of an intelligent, solar-wind power plant.

    The efficiency of the entire transportation system depends on the capacity of the individual elements that make up the given network. Point-type elements of the road and street network include intersections of different types. Critical gaps and follow-up times related to individual movements are important determinants of the capacity of such objects. There are many ways to estimate such times. The article discusses the assumptions and scheme one of them - the Siegloch method. The objective of the article is to analyze the process of determining critical gaps and follow-up times at the median uncontrolled T-intersections that are rare in the road and street network and have been studied to a limited extent. The commonly used HCM, HBS, and Polish (MOP SBS) methods in their current form do not consider the specificity of such intersections and thus may not give reliable results. Due to their characteristics in terms of geometry conditions, there is a need for an individual approach to estimate both critical gaps and follow-up times. The article contains the results of empirical research conducted on a selected real object in the Upper Silesian agglomeration in Poland. The intersection under study is located in one of the central districts of Katowice city, in the built-up area serving commercial and service functions. The analysis of the behavior of individual drivers waiting for the possibility to continue driving was conducted separately for each minor traffic movement. The values of critical gaps and follow-up times were determined for all four subordinate movements. The values obtained are different from those contained in the Polish manual, which is recommended for use. The research should be considered as pilot studies that justify the need to develop a separate approach to the estimation of the critical gaps and follow-up times at median uncontrolled T-intersections.
