Consequences in family systems if couples bind themselves bicultural.With an empiric research we tried to find answers to the question, with which social and familial situations couples with multicultural background have to argue in an increasingly globalizing country. More than 30 pair relations and also many experts who work professionally with this personal group were questioned about it, as well as interviews of parents with bicultural married children carried out. The respective results offer three perspectives of this increasingly returning to normal phenomenon.Thus the couples on varied ways meet, they communicate in extremely different kinds with each other, with members and their environment, they form their everyday life, in particular with their children, astonishingly creatively and they handle with individual, family and social conflicts confidently. On the other hand the experts experience such pairs and families mainly in conflict situations, like with separation and divorce or with education problems. From the advisers point family constellations reveal themselves which promote a success or also hinder just. The questioning of parents with adult, bicultural married children proves an other perspective which can be called basically supporting, however nevertheless also as anxious must be called, above all if the own child stays abroad and also if it approaches more or adapts (adjusts) of the family in law then the questioned parents favour it. Selected results and single pair biographies, e.g., German-Polish couples, are presented and discussed with look at consequences in the family system.

Artykuł poświęcony jest roli prawidłowych więzi środowiska rodzinnego w rozwoju społecznym dziecka i jego wpływowi na jakość przyszłych relacji z ludźmi. Podkreśla znaczenie pierwszych więzi dziecka na jego rozwój emocjonalny i konieczność wspierania młodego człowieka w dążeniu do samodzielności jako ochronę przed osamotnieniem i rozpaczliwym poszukiwaniem zastępczych więzi poprzez technologie komunikacyjne. Fundamentem rozwoju człowieka jest funkcja przywiązania. Teoria przywiązania tłumaczy różne formy emocjonalnego funkcjonowania człowieka. Autorka wyróżnia cztery wzorce przywiązania: więź ufną, lękowo-unikającą, lękowo-ambiwalentną oraz zdezorganizowaną. Niewłaściwe wzorce powodują różne zaburzenia rozwojowe, ponadto wpływają na funkcjonowanie jednostki przez całe życie, kompetencje społeczne, więzi interpersonalne. Powodują kłopoty z usamodzielnieniem, poszukiwaniem własnej tożsamości, nawiązywanie prawidłowych relacji z rówieśnikami, a to one będą stanowić dla młodego człowieka coraz większą wartość. Nieprawidłowe postawy dorosłych niejednokrotnie blokują rozwój autonomii i prawidłowe relacje nastolatków. Brak więzi z rówieśnikami nasila obawy i lęk przed samotnością, niemożność zaspokojenia potrzeby przynależności do grupy uruchamia mechanizmy obronne. Jednym z nich może być poszukiwanie kontaktów przez Internet. Ekran komputera stwarza pewnego rodzaju zasłonę ochronną, uwalnia od poczucia osamotnienia, poprawia samopoczucie. Pełniąc funkcję zastępczą relacji rówieśniczych w realnym świecie, Internet może być formą spędzania wolnego czasu, dostarczać tematów do rozmów i zabaw, być facylitatorem identyfikacji z grupą rówieśniczą i jej wartościami, a nawet obszarem rozwoju tożsamości indywidualnej. Media stwarzają nie tylko szanse społeczne, edukacyjne i wychowawcze, ale również stanowią źródło zagrożeń i uzależnienia. Skutki uzależnienia od Internetu przyjmują bardzo różnorodną formę. Trzeba tu wspomnieć o tzw. paradoksie Internetu. Mimo że Internet służy w znacznej mierze do komunikowania się z innymi, korzystanie z niego przyczynia się do spadku więzi z otoczeniem oraz wzrostu poczucia osamotnienia. Sposobem, który może wesprzeć młodzież w nawiązywanie odpowiedzialnych i satysfakcjonujących relacji jest pomoc w nabywaniu umiejętności społecznych, których podstawowe źródła stanowią prawidłowe więzi przywiązania i odpowiednie style wychowawcze.
The paper presents the role of proper relations within the family environment in a child’s social development and its influence on the quality of future relations with other people. Emphasis is put on the importance of a child’s first relations in its emotional development and the necessity to support a young person on their way to independence as a means of protection against loneliness and desperate attempts to seek social relations through communication technology. The function of affection is fundamental to a person’s development. The theory of affection explains the different forms of human emotional functioning. The author defines four patterns of affection: a trustful, an anxious and avoidant, an anxious and ambivalent, and a disorganised relation. Improper models cause developmental disorders. They influence a person’s entire life, their social skills and interpersonal relations. They result in problems with coming into one’s own, finding one’s identity, establishing proper relationships with one’s peers which constitute a great value for a young person. Improper attitudes of adults frequently block the development of autonomy and proper relationships of teenagers. The lack of relations with peers leads to anxiety and fear of loneliness, incapability of fulfilling the need to belong to a group initiates defensive mechanisms. For some they may lead to looking for contacts on the internet. The computer screen serves as a shield, it relieves one of the feeling of loneliness, leads to feeling of well-being. With its role as a substitute of peer relations in the real world, the internet may be a form of spending leisure time, a source of topics for discussion and games, a facilitator of identification with a peer group and its values, and even a plain for the development of individual identity. Media not only create social and educational chances, but they are also a source of dangers and addictions. The effects of internet addiction may take on various forms. The so-called paradox of the internet needs to be mentioned. Although the internet is used to communicate with others, its use leads to a weakening of the relations with one’s environment and increasing the feeling of loneliness. In order to support young people in establishing responsible and satisfying relations they should be provided with help in acquiring social skills which are the basic source of relations of affection and proper upbringing styles.

Podstawowym i najważniejszym kontekstem społecznym dla rozwijającej się jednostki jest rodzina, która stanowi główne środowisko socjalizacji wzrastających w niej osób, ale również może być źródłem ich psychicznych zaburzeń oraz społecznego nieprzystosowania. Jednym z rodzinnych czynników generujących trudności jednostki w zakresie psychospołecznego funkcjonowania jest zbyt silna, uzależniająca więź, jaka istnieje pomiędzy jednostką a jej rodziną pochodzenia. To nadmierne przywiązanie względem rodziny generacyjnej zazwyczaj wyrasta z poczucia lojalności, które w swej patologicznej odmianie destruktywnie rzutuje na wiele obszarów życia i funkcjonowania jednostki. Podstawowym źródłem uzależnienia od rodziny pochodzenia jest ona sama wraz z określonym systemem swego funkcjonowania, który wyposaża wzrastającą w nim jednostkę w komponenty zdrowej bądź zaburzonej osobowości. Niniejszy artykuł porusza problematykę lojalności rodzinnej oraz związanych z nią uzależniających więzi rodzinnych; wskazuje systemy rodzinne, które generują u osób w nich wzrastających zbyt silne przywiązanie wobec rodziny generacyjnej; oraz ukazuje znaczenie owego przywiązania dla psychospołecznego funkcjonowania uzależnionej jednostki.
The basic and most important social context for a developing individual is the family, which is the main socialization environment for individuals who grow up in the family, but can also be a source of their mental disorders and social maladjustment. One of the family factors generating difficulties for the individual in terms of psychosocial functioning, the bond between the individual and his or her family of origin is too strong and addictive. This excessive attachment to the generational family usually stems from a sense of loyalty, which, in its pathological variety, destructively affects many areas of an individual’s life and functioning. The main source of dependence on the family of origin is the family itself, together with a specific system of functioning which equips the growing individual with components of a healthy or disturbed personality. This article deals with the issue of family loyalty and related addictive family ties; points to family systems that generate too strong an attachment to a generational family in people who grow in it; and shows the importance of this attachment for the psychosocial functioning of an addicted individual in this context.

Ventilation of facilities such as shelters is a very complex issue. First of all, such an object should be extremely tight so that intentional air pollution outside does not pose a threat to people inside. Secondly, the system must be characterized by high reliability, because for airtight objects the failure of the air conditioning system is also a threat to people inside. Thirdly, the system must provide microlimatic vacancies inside acceptable by people passing through the shelter - it is mainly about temperature and humidity.

Autyzm dziecięcy oraz inne całościowe zaburzenia rozwoju stanowią poważny problem społeczny. Nieprawidłowości rozwoju widoczne od wczesnego dzieciństwa dezorganizują funkcjonowanie dziecka w sferze poznawczej, emocjonalnej i społecznej. Rodzice dzieci z autyzmem doświadczają wielu problemów. Jak pokazuje praktyka oraz badania naukowe, opieka i wychowanie dziecka z zaburzeniami ze spektrum autyzmu może zaburzać funkcjonowanie rodziny we wszystkich obszarach. To, czy rodzina poradzi sobie z trudnościami, zależy od zasobów, jakimi dysponuje, oraz od wsparcia społecznego. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie profesjonalnych i nieprofesjonalnych systemów wsparcia społecznego oraz ocena otrzymywanego przez rodzinę wsparcia społecznego.
Childhood autism and other pervasive developmental disorders constitute a serious social problem. Developmental disorders and abnormalities visible from the very early childhood disrupt functioning of a child in cognitive, emotional and social spheres and domains. Parents of autistic children encounter a number of problems. Care of and raising a child with autism spectrum may disturb functioning of a family in all areas as is reflected in practice and in scientific research. Whether a family overcomes the difficulties depends on the resources which a family possesses and on social support. The aim of the article is to present both professional (formal) and informal systems of social support and the assessment of social support experienced by a family.

Społeczne funkcjonowanie jednostki – rozumiane jako sposób nawiązywania interakcji, ich efektywność i towarzyszące temu emocje – najczęściej interpretowane jest w ramach koncepcji socjalizacji. Zauważa się w nich istotną rolę środowiska rodzinnego, choć mechanizmy jego wpływu wydają się niedostatecznie podkreślone. Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na koncepcje bardziej szczegółowo wyjaśniające wzajemną zależność między wzorem relacji rodzinnych a społecznym rozwojem dzieci. W tym kontekście zaprezentowano dopełniające się poglądy dwóch przedstawicieli podejścia systemowego – Salvadora Minuchina i Murraya Bowena, którzy zwrócili uwagę na zasadnicze właściwości rodzin, takie jak rodzaj granic, poziom dyferencjacji „ja” oraz wzory relacyjne (fuzja, triangulacja, osobisty autorytet, izolacja, intergeneracyjne zastraszanie).
Family mechanisms of social functioning development were analyzed. The basis for the conducted analyses were provided by the boundary types according to Salvador Minuchin, in concurrence with the degree of Self-differentiation and relational patterns (fusion, triangulation, autonomy, intimacy, personal authority in the family system, isolation, intergeneration intimidation), as proposed by Murray Bowen. Integration of these notions is proposed, indicating their similarity and mutual complementation.

Types of internal boundaries within families and social competence of adolescentsThe objective of this study was to analyse family mechanisms of social competence of adolescent formation. According to Salvador Minuchin’s (1974) theory, it was assumed that inappropriate boundaries (rigid or diffuse) between parents and children make adolescents less competent in difficult social situations, while individuals from families with clear boundaries are more competent in social situations such as intimate contact, social exposition and assertiveness. The modified versions of Analysis of Family Environmental Scale by M. Ryś (2004) and Social Competence Questionnaire by A. Matczak (2001) were used in the study. 345 adolescents from different types of families were examined. The results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicated that there is a connection between family boundaries and interpersonal skills of adolescents.

Some Kharitonov-like robust Hurwitz stability criteria are established for a class of complex polynomial families with nonlinearly correlated perturbations. This article reviews the literature of psychological, to show the richness and diversity of criteria, based on which scholars dealing with issues of family will attempt to define it. Given the extent of thematic work particularly focused on the presentation of the typology of families, formed on the basis of the structure of the family. The theoretical analysis of the result two main conclusions. The first relates to the fact that the systematic attempt to diverse groups of family indeed serve as cleanup discussed the phenomenon of social and allow a better understanding of the specificity of the functioning of the categories of families. In addition, allow the capture of the problems and difficulties that are associated with them. While the second proposal relates to the fact that the multiplicity and diversity found in the literature typology of families, combined with a large number of different terms used to define them is a problem for researchers involved in this issue.

In this review I am starting a discussion on the subject of the notion „holism”, which was brought by the European Academy of Teachers of Family Medicine into the definition of a family doctor. This notion characterizes one of six axial skills of a family doctor. The holism is known in medical science mainly in field for the human physiology and it shows that a human organism as a whole is something more than just the sum of one’s parts. Feedbacks between the gigantic number of molecules are creating new in terms of quality correctness which may act in complicated and unpredictable way. Other disciplines like psychology and sociology adapted the holism to theories explaining public behaviors. The „holism” is waking big controversies up because of its negative associations with alternative and complementary medicine, with New Age moves and the shamanism. In the new medical discipline – value of the communication with the patient is being underlined in family medicine but medical consultation still has a central meaning. Theories of the chaos and complexities can explain a lot of phenomena in this context, which have the influence of functioning of the entire system of the health care. Correct understanding new medicine notions can prevent appropriating these notions for the needs of charismatic healers.

We study nonlinear control systems in the plane, affine with respect to control. We introduce two sets of feedback equivariants forming a phase portrait PP and a parameterized phase portrait PPP of the system. The phase portrait PP consists of an equilibrium set E, a critical set C (parameterized, for PPP), an optimality index, a canonical foliation and a drift direction. We show that under weak generic assumptions the phase portraits determine, locally, the feedback and orbital feedback equivalence class of a system. The basic role is played by the critical set C and the critical vector field on C. We also study local classification problems for systems and their families.

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie dotychczasowego dorobku w zakresie konstruktywistycznej pracy socjalnej z rodziną, a także zaprezentowanie nowej perspektywy wykorzystania myśli konstruktywistycznej w tym obszarze. Podejście konstruktywistyczne, którego ślady możemy odnaleźć w teorii sił społecznych Heleny Radlińskiej, szczególnie rozwijane było w latach 70. XX w. Wciąż jednak pozostaje koncepcją, która silnie wpływa na proces pomagania rodzinie. Liczne metody pracy z rodziną zorientowane konstruktywistycznie rozwijane były w Europie i Stanach Zjednoczonych; inspirowały również polską pracę socjalną. Najbardziej rozpowszechnionym w Polsce podejściem sięgającym do myśli konstruktywistycznej jest podejście skoncentrowane na rozwiązaniach. Ponadto w szerokim wachlarzu tych koncepcji można wyróżnić: konstruktywną pracę socjalną Nigela Partona oraz Patricka O’Byrne’a, pracę socjalną opartą na zasobach Ann Weick, Charlesa Rappa, Patricka W. Sullivana, Waltera Kisthardta, Dennisa Saleebeya, koncepcję pozytywnej praktyki Gary’ego Claptona oraz modele pracy oparte na zasobach (KGR, VIT). Rzadziej badacze i badaczki pracy socjalnej sięgają do stanowisk mieszczących się w nurcie konstruktywizmu systemowego (operacyjnego) Niklasa Luhmanna. Podjęta w artykule analiza ma na celu ukazanie sposobów (re)definiowania procesu pomagania, a także roli podmiotów zaangażowanych w ten proces w kontekście myśli Heinza von Foerstera oraz Niklasa Luhmanna.
This paper explores the issues of current achievements in the field of the constructivist social work with the family, as well as presents a new perspective on the use of constructivist thought in this area. The constructivist approach was particularly developed in the 1970s. Still, it remains a concept that strongly influences the process of helping the family. Numerous constructivist-oriented methods of working with the family were developed in Europe and the United States; they also inspired Polish social work. The solution-centered approach is the most widespread approach to the constructivist school of thought in Poland. In addition, among a wide range of these concepts we can distinguish: constructive social work by Nigel Parton and Patrick O'Byrne, strengths-based social work by Ann Weick, Charles Rapp, Patrick W. Sullivan, Walter Kisthardt, Dennis Saleebey, the concept of positive practice by Gary Clapton and strengths-based work models (FGC, VIT). Researchers of social work less frequently refer to positions that fall within the current of systemic (operational) constructivism by Niklas Luhmann. The analysis undertaken in the article aims to show the ways of (re) defining the helping process, as well as the role of partners involved in this process in the theories of Heinz von Foerster and Niklas Luhmann.

In the period of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and, most importantly, of threat to world peace, humanitarian and rational multi-family housing could contribute to stabilizing the economic and social situation. This appears particularly essential in a situation of the fast-approaching land shortage for housing in cities. In this paper, the author discusses the size of usable apartment space and the quality of functional and spatial layouts understood in terms of their physical reach. The economic aspect associated with the amount of construction material used was noted. The above could contribute to the discussion on the future development trajectory of multi-family housing.
W dobie epidemii wirusa SARS-CoV-2, a przede wszystkim zagrożenia pokoju na świecie humanitarne i racjonalne mieszkalnictwo wielorodzinne mogłyby przyczynić się do stabilizacji sytuacji ekonomicznej i społecznej. Wydaje się to szczególnie istotne w sytuacji coraz szybszego wyczerpywania się terenów zdatnych pod zabudowę mieszkaniową w miastach. W niniejszym artykule odniesiono się do kwestii wielkości powierzchni użytkowej mieszkań oraz jakości rozwiązań układów funkcjonalnych i przestrzennych w rozumieniu ich fizycznej dosięgalności. Zwrócono przy tym uwagę na aspekt ekonomiczny związany z ilością zużytego materiału budowlanego jako takiego. Powyższe mogłoby stać się przyczynkiem do dyskusji o kierunkach rozwoju mieszkalnictwa wielorodzinnego w przyszłości.

Opis:
The aim of this article is to describe the phenomenon of teenage depression in the context of the impact of depression on the functioning of the family system. The first part of the paper shows the understanding of the concept of the family on the basis of the system theory, paying special attention to the family life cycle and the function of symptoms in the family system. The second part of the article presents the etiology, symptoms and specificity of teenage depression. The developmental tasks characteristic for the age of adolescence were also reconstructed. The last part of the article is devoted to the ways in which depressioncan be understood from a systemic and family therapy perspective The possible ways and directions of working with a teenager and his parents are also indicated.
