Opis:
Die in der Universitätsbibliothek der Katholischen Universität Lublin aufbewahrten Manuskripte des deutschen Archivars und Geschichtskenners Georg Wilhelm von Raumer (1800-1856) zählen ungefähr 45 Archiveinheiten. Sie stammen aus dem früheren Gut Langheinersdorf (heute Długie) in Niederschlesien. Diese Hinterlassenschaft enthält persönliche und Familiendokumente, Briefe und Korrespondenzen, Quellenexzerpte und Notizen, Hilfsmaterialien sowie kurze literarische, historische und wissenschaftliche Arbeiten des Schöpfers dieser Sammlung. Die Materialien werden in meiner Arbeit diesen Kriterien entsprechend präsentiert. Darunter befi nden sich Exzerpte und Kopien von Originaldokumenten, die die älteste Geschichte der Mark Brandenburg und der Stadt Berlin sowie die in Raumers Lebenszeit fallende Herrschaftszeit der Könige Friedrich Wilhelm III. und Friedrich Wilhelm IV. betreffen. Kopien der Korrespondenz zwischen den wichtigsten Persönlichkeiten im preußischen Staat zeigen ihre Ansichten zum Thema der Beziehungen zu Österreich, Russland und Frankreich sowie zu innenpolitischen Themen, u.a. was die politische Ordnung des preußischen Staates und seine Verfassung, die Vertretung der Stände und die Bauernbefreiung anbelangt. Aus den von seinen nächsten Familienmitgliedern geschriebenen Briefen werden die realen Lebensbedingungen am Ende des 18. und in der ersten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts ersichtlich. Ausschnitte aus deutschen Zeitungen, kleine literarische Werke der Familie von Raumer sowie Tagebücher und Erinnerungen stellen wertvolle Quellen für wissenschaftliche Forschungen dar.

Celem artykułu jest analiza przedstawionych w twórczości austriackiej autorki Anny Kim związków między migracją a kształtem struktur rodzinnych. Punktem wyjścia rozważań jest określenie pojęć rodzina i rodzina interkulturowa wraz ze wskazaniem na specyfikę potencjalnych konfliktów, dotykających rodzinę z doświadczeniem imigracji. Na tej podstawie naświetlono literackie obrazy konstelacji rodzinnych. Niniejsze rozważania koncentrują się wokół trzech głównych pytań: Jakie historie migracji i jakie konstelacje rodzinne kreuje autorka? Co jest charakterystyczne dla przedstawionych projektów tożsamości i wzorców integracji migrantów? Jaką rolę ogrywa w kontekście migracji pamięć rodzinna?
The article analyses the relations between migration and the development of family structures as presented in the works of the Austrian author Anna Kim. The starting point of the reflections is the definition of the concepts of ‘family’ and ‘intercultural family’ along with an indication of the specificity of potential conflicts affecting families with emigrant experience. Literary images of family constellations are subsequently presented against this background. The article addresses three main questions: What are the migration histories and family constellations created by the author? What are the characteristic features of the projects of identity and patterns of migrant integration? What role does family memory play in the context of migration?
Der Beitrag setzt sich zum Ziel, die im Werk der österreichischen Autorin Anna Kim inszenierten Wechselbeziehungen zwischen Migration und Familienstrukturen zu analysieren. Den Ausgangspunkt der Untersuchung bildet die Erörterung der Begriffe ‚Familie’ sowie ‚interkulturelle Familie’ mit einer Andeutung spezifischer Konfliktpotenziale in einer von den Folgen der Migration betroffenen Familie. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden Figurationen der Familienstrukturen in Kims Werk beleuchtet. Die folgenden Ausführungen konzentrieren sich auf drei zentrale Fragen: Welche Migrationsgeschichten und Familienkonstellationen werden von der Autorin dargestellt? Was ist für die geschilderten Identitätskonzepte und Integrationsmuster der Migrant/innen charakteristisch? Welche Rolle wird im Kontext der Migration dem Familiengedächtnis beigemessen?

The work of the probation officer for juveniles is tidied up with appropriate legal documents. However chaotic action is written down into the repair work and in spite of regulations which are describing the appropriate form of the execution of tasks, directly are touching practical actions carried out with charge. Praca kuratora sądowego dla nieletnich opiera się na formalnych aktach prawnych, które wskazują na prawa i obowiązki w relacji z podopiecznym. Pomimo tego działanie na granicy chaosu jest zapisane jako część aktywności naprawczej wynikającej z dynamiki relacji pomiędzy kuratorem, rodziną i nieletnim. Mamy bowiem do czynienia z nieuporządkowanym, zróżnicowanym światem podopiecznych – osoby nieletniej i jej rodziny. Realizacja obowiązków kuratora sądowego dla nieletnich jest działaniem interdyscyplinarnym i wymaga stworzenia właściwych warunków dla prowadzenia czynności nadzoru.

W artykule przedstawiono wybrane, reprezentatywne przykłady losów rodzin katyńskich w pierwszym okresie powojennym, będącym okresem budowania i umacniania reżimu komunistycznego. Zestawiono aksjologiczne wyobrażenie o losach rodzin jeńców i więźniów zamordowanych na mocy decyzji KC WKP(b) z rzeczywistymi przyczynami represji, jakich wówczas na masową skalę doświadczali zaangażowani w działalność niepodległościową w okresie okupacji i po wojnie, tzw. obcych klasowo. Wbrew dotychczasowemu przekonaniu historyków, iż pod koniec lat czterdziestych i na początku lat pięćdziesiątych, a więc w okresie, kiedy najczęściej skazywano ludzi na różnego rodzaju sankcje karne za głośne wypowiedzi na temat rzeczywistego charakteru sowieckiego mordu, członkowie rodzin ofiar zbrodni katyńskiej stanowili niewielki odsetek wśród represjonowanych, nawet biorąc pod uwagę, że rzeczywista skala represji była większa niż ma to odzwierciedlenie w źródłach wytworzonych przez organa represji.
The article presents selected representative examples of the fate of Katyn families in the first period after the war – the period of building and strengthening the communist regime. The axiological image of the fate of the murdered POWs and prisoners' s families was compared with the actual causes of repression experienced by Poles: repression against soldiers and activists of the independence resistance, people supporting the resistance base, or other from repressed social classes. Contrary to the belief of historians to date, in the late 1940s and early 1950s – in the period when people were most often sentenced to criminal sanctions for proclaiming the truth about the Katyn massacre – family members of the victims of the Katyn massacre constituted a small percentage of those repressed.

An orphaned child, who has no more opportunity for growth and development in its biological family, is often sent to an orphanage, or another residential institution devoted to this type of care. Children who in the beginning of their childhood are raised in these institutions do not always have a chance for good development because places like this are not always able to meet the children’s most important needs. Institutional upbringing often only consists of meeting their basic needs such as proper hygiene and providing food, but this is not enough to promote a proper physical, social or cognitive development of any child. For a proper development, the child psychological needs need to be satisfied and this is required for its well-being. These can only be maintained by providing security, love, belonging and an emotional contact with another person. All these needs can only be provided and guaranteed by a healthy family environment. For an orphaned child, the lack of its own family can only be compensated by an adoptive family. Adoption is the best form of care whereby a family assumes the parenting for another and, in so doing, permanently transfers all rights and responsibilities, along with fi liation, from the biological parents. Adoptive families are the closest in its form to a biological family, and should be the most valued mean of tackling the problem of orphaned children in our society.

Der Artikel beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Patriotismus in polnischen Einwandererfamilien im Kontext soziokultureller Verhältnisse in Deutschland. Ziel der Studie war es, den in Familien kultivierten Patriotismus kennenzulernen und die Frage zu beantworten: Handelt es sich um einen Wert, der die Wahrung der nationalen Identität ermöglicht? In dem Artikel verwendete man die Ergebnisse einer soziologischen Studie (Umfrage), die bei der polnischen Mission in Deutschland durchgeführt wurde. Das zusammengetragene bibliografische Material wurde für die kritische Analyse der Studie verwendet. Basierend auf den Forschungsergebnissen stellt man fest, dass der polnische Patriotismus, der von der deutschen Sozialkultur und Religion unter Berücksichtigung der herkömmlichen Umstände verifiziert wurde, bewahrt seine Authentizität und schützt vor nationalistischen Einstellungen. Daher bleibt der Zusammenschluss von Glauben und Polentum tief im polnischen Patriotismus verwurzelt, das authentische und universelle Erbe, das in polnischen Familien an nachfolgende Generationen weitergegeben wurde, vertretend. Aufgrund der durchgeführten Untersuchungen lässt sich bestätigen, dass Patriotismus in polnischen Familien in Deutschland gepflegt wird. Patriotismus sollte vor allem in der Familie eingeimpft werden, deswegen sollten Eltern die religiösen (Glaubenserziehung) und nationalen Traditionen (polnische Bräuche und Kultur) verbinden.
The article discusses the subject of patriotism within Polish immigrant families in the context of socio-cultural conditions in Germany. The aim of the research was to learn about the patriotism cultivated within families and to answer the question: does it is a value and enables retaining national identity? The article uses the results of a sociological survey conducted in the Polish Mission in Germany. The collected bibliographic material was used for their critical analysis. Based on the results of the research, it be concluded that Polish patriotism, which has been verified by German social-cultural along with religious and relating to customs circumstances, preserves its genuineness and protects against nationalistic attitudes. Hence, combination of faith and Polishness remains deeply ingrained in Polish patriotism, representing authentic and universal heritage passed within the Polish families onto the next generations. Based on research done it could be confirmed that patriotism is cultivated within Polish families in German. Patriotism should be primary instilled within family, thus parents shall combine both religious (education in faith) and national (culture and Polish customs) traditions.

This article is dedicated to the legal and pastoral aspect of family pastoral visitation. Such visitation is an important and proven way for priests to get to know the faithful. The first part of the article presents the pastoral visitation as a canonical institution. The second part depicts the subject and the addressees of such visitations. The third, fourth and fifth part deals with the preparation of, the course and the end of family visitation.

The analysis of primary sources concerning the Opava-Ratibor Přemyslid family in the context of their familial relationships with the representatives of the Polish magnates in the 15th and the beginning of the 16th century has allowed to issue significant corrections regard‑ ing the previous state of genealogical knowledge regarding several generations of the dynas‑ ty, namely: Wenceslaus II, Duke of Opava-Ratibor (died 1456), who married Małgorzata of Szamotuły and their progeny: Jan (died 1493), Anna, and most importantly: Helena, who mar‑ ried Jan Ostroróg; Katarzyna, who married Włodko of Danabórz, the Castellan of Nakło; and Mikołaj of Ratibor (died 1506), the son of Jan, who married Anna of Tęczyn. Moreover, it has become possible to organize the data concerning the history of the estates in the Greater Poland, Ruthenia and the Duchy of Ratibor, which were given as dowry. In addition, the above analysis allows to form more general conclusions, namely, that the magnate families achieved prestige by marrying into ducal families, while the latter were given the means to increase their wealth due to the large dowries bequeathed by the wives. Thus, both sides benefited politically. Noble women, on the other hand, by marrying dukes were given the opportunity to become and be regarded as duchesses, even after they returned to their families as widows.
Die Analyse des Quellenmaterials, das die Ratiborer Přemysliden im Hinblick auf ihre Familienbeziehungen mit den Vertretern des polnischen Magnatentums im 15. Jahrhundert und am Anfang des 16. Jahrhunderts betrifft, lässt das bisherige Wissen um die genealogischen Fakten mehrerer Generationen dieser Dynastie wesentlich korrigieren. Gemeint sind hier: Her‑ zog Wenzel von Ratibor (gest. 1456), der mit Małgorzata aus Szamotuły verheiratet war, und dann die Nachkommenschaft aus dieser Ehe: Jan (gest. 1493), Anna und vor allem Helena, die Jan Ostroróg heiratete, sowie Katarzyna, die mit Włodko aus Danabórz, dem Kastellan von Nakło, verheiratet war, und Nikolaus von Ratibor (gest. 1506), ein Sohn von Jan, der Anna aus Tęczyn heiratete. Es ist auch gelungen, das Wissen um das Schicksal von Gütern zu ordnen, die zur Mitgift in Großpolen, Ruthenien und im Herzogtum Ratibor wurden. Aus der vorliegenden Analyse sind auch folgende allgemeinen Schlussfolgerungen zu ziehen: die Eheschließung mit den herzoglichen Familien ermöglichte den Magnatenfamilien, ein großes Prestige zu erlan‑ gen, die Ehe mit einer Edelfrau aus der Magnatenfamilie bedeutete hingegen für die herzogliche Seite vor allem die Möglichkeit, ihre finanzielle Situation aufgrund einer von der Ehefrau eingebrachten entsprechend großen Mitgift zu verbessern. Zweifelsohne brachten solche Ehen auch die politischen Vorteile für beide Seiten. Die Edelfrauen, die Herzoge heirateten, wurden dagegen zu den vollberechtigten Herzoginnen und mit solch einem Titel wurden sie angespro‑ chen, auch wenn sie schon als Witwen in die Heimat, nach Polen, zurückkehrten.

Analogicznie do innych religii, islam – obok doktryny – zawiera obszerne przesłanie etyczne, które jest głęboko zakorzenione w wierze w Boga. W przekonaniu muzułmanów cała etyka wyrasta z Koranu, a przykład życia proroka Mahometa daje objaśnienie dla koranicznych nauk. W konsekwencji ludzkie czyny wyrażają posłuszeństwo bądź nieposłuszeństwo wobec Boga. Jednocześnie, zwłaszcza wskutek kontaktów z kulturą grecką, już w pierwszych wiekach islamu ukształtowało się odmienne, bo filozoficzne ujęcie zagadnień etycznych. W centrum etycznych pojęć islamu jest charakter (khuluq) rozumiany jako stan duszy. Tutaj kształtują się cnoty, ale i wady, które prowadzą człowieka odpowiednio do dobrego lub złego postępowania. Po zarysowaniu zagadnień podstawowych niniejszy artykuł analizuje i przedstawia niektóre kwestie szczegółowe, jak główne cnoty i wady, komplementarność kobiecości i męskości, tematyka małżeństwa i rodziny oraz świętość ludzkiego życia, implikująca niegodziwość moralną aborcji czy eutanazji.
Like all religions Islam, too, has substantial ethical contents. The unique character of Islamic ethics, however, comes from the fact that it is entirely rooted in religion and so cannot be separated from it. Thus it is formed by the teaching of the Quran, to which the way of life of the Prophet Muhammad (sunnah) offers explanations. Man’s behavior in this sense is an act of either obedience or disobedience to God himself. It is also true that in the Muslim world a philosophical conception of ethics has evolved mainly due to Islam’s encounter with Greek culture. The central concept of Islamic ethics is character (khuluq), which is the state of man’s soul. It is in his character that man develops a tendency to perform either good or bad actions. Such understanding of human dispositions has much to do with Aristotle’s perception of man’s inner state that guides him to good or evil actions.These preliminary basic clarifications on Islamic ethics are then followed by brief accounts of select issues of moral life. Among those there are three main virtues (justice, kindness,charity) and vices (indecency, wickedness, oppression), marriage and the family, or the sanctity of human life (implying an ethical rejection of abortion and euthanasia).
Wie in anderen Religionen enthält auch der Islam – neben der Doktrin – eine umfassende ethische Botschaft, die tief im Glauben an Gott wurzelt. Gemäß der Überzeugung der Muslime erwächst die ganze Ethik aus dem Koran, wobei das Lebensbeispiel des Mohammeds eine Erklärung für koranische Belehrungen bietet. Letztendlich sind die menschlichen Handlungen Zeichen des Gehorsams bzw. Ungehorsams gegenüber Gott. Gleichzeitig wurde schon in den ersten Jahrhunderten des Islam, vor allem in Folge desKontakts mit der griechischen Kultur, eine alternative, philosophische Auffassung der ethischen Fragen entfaltet. Im Zentrum der ethischen Begriffe des Islams steht der des Charakters (khuluq), verstanden als ein Zustand der Seele. Hier werden Tugenden, aber auch Untugenden gebildet, welche den Menschen zum guten bzw. schlechten Handeln veranlassen. Nach der Skizzierung der Grundfragen werden im folgenden Artikel manche detaillierten Fragen vorgestellt und analysiert, wie z.B. die wichtigsten Tugenden undUntugenden, die Komplementarität der Männlichkeit und Weiblichkeit, die Thematik von Ehe und Familie sowie die Heiligkeit des menschlichen Lebens, welche die moralische Verwerflichkeit von Abtreibung und Euthanasie impliziert.

Unsere Informationen über genealogische Themen, besonders die der Grenzerfamilien sind oft unvollständig. Deshalb bilden praktisch gar nicht verwertete Matrikelbücher einzelner Pfarreien wertvolle Quellen für das Ergänzen dieser Mängel. Im Archivbestand der Diözese Luck hat der Autor der vorliegenden Publikation ein umfangreiches genealogisches Material gefunden. Es wird hier die Familie Jełowicki, Wappen Bożeniec präsentiert, die zahlreich in Wołyń auftritt. Matrikelmaterialien der Diözese Luck (aus Geburts-, Trauungsbüchern und Büchern der Verstorbenen) sind oft die einzigen, die sich bis auf unsere Zeit in Form von Abschriften erhalten haben. Der Verfasser selbst benutzte oft eine solche Art von Matrikelbüchern. Es soll auch darauf hingewiesen werden, dass diese den Tag der Eheschließung, Geburt oder Bestattung betreffenden Informationen ziemlich genau sind.

Der Beitrag widmet sich der Arbeit von Joanna Ławnikowska-Koper Literarisierung der Familie im österreichischen Roman der Gegenwart, die in mannigfaltigen Kontexten und unter Berücksichtigung einer kulturwissenschaftlichen Perspektive das literarisierte Bild der Familie als Topos der österreichischen Literatur der Gegenwart betrachtet. Die konzeptuell-narrativen Strategien bei der Literarisierung der Familie umfassen in dem besprochenen Buch vier semantische Bereiche: die Identitätsfrage, die Modernisierungsfrage, die Wertewandelfrage und die Alltäglichkeit. Dank dessen schlägt das Buch eine interdisziplinäre Betrachtung der literarischen Familie vor und versteht sich gleichzeitig – dank der Berücksichtigung des spezifischen österreichischen Kulturcodes – als ein aktuelles Pendant zur Literaturgeschichte Österreichs.
Artykuł dotyczy monografii Joanny Ławnikowskiej-Koper Literarisierung der Familie im österreichischen Roman der Gegenwart, w ktorej autorka w różnych kontekstach przedstawia z perspektywy kulturoznawczej literacki obraz rodziny jako topos współczesnej literatury austriackiej. Strategie koncepcyjne i narracyjne zastosowane w literaryzacji rodziny obejmują w omawianej książce cztery obszary semantyczne: kwestię tożsamości, kwestię modernizacji, kwestię zmieniających się wartości oraz codzienności. Książka stanowi dzięki temu interdyscyplinarne spojrzenie na rodzinę literacką, a uwzględniając specyficzny austriacki kodeks kulturowy jest ważnym aktualnym przyczynkiem do historii literatury Austrii.
The article concerns the monograph by Joanna Ławnikowska-Koper Literarisierung der Familie im österreichischen Roman der Gegenwart, which presents (from a cultural-research perspective) the literary image of families as the topos of contemporary Austrian literature. The conceptual and narrative strategies that dominate the family’s literarisation in the examined texts cover four semantic areas: the issue of identity, the issue of modernisation, axiological issues – the system of values and everyday life. The texts allow for an interdisciplinary reflection on the literary family, while the historical and literary background is important to consideration of the specific Austrian cultural code in the context of the distinctiveness of Austrian literature.

Opis:
Die Krise von Ehe und Familie in der westlichen Kultur war Hintergrund der Forschung. Ziel war es, das Prinzip der Barmherzigkeit auf die Seelsorge von Familien anzuwenden. Es wurde eine Methode zur Analyse des Inhalts der Lehre von Papst Franziskus verwendet, insbesondere seine nachsynodalen Schreiben Amoris laetitia. Das Ergebnis der Analyse ist der Entwurf einer neuen Strategie der Familienseelsorge. Die Analyse kommt zu dem Schluss, dass Barmherzigkeit unter den gegenwärtigen soziokulturellen Bedingungen das Leitprinzip in der Familienseelsorge ist. Dieser Grundsatz sollte in der Beziehung zwischen dem Pastor und den Ehepartnern, in der Beziehung der Ehepartner zueinander und ihrer Kinder, Ehepartner und Familien zu anderen Ehepartnern und Familien gelten.
Tłem badań był kryzys małżeństwa i rodziny w krajach kultury zachodniej. Celem była aplikacja zasady miłosierdzia do duszpasterstwa rodzin. Zastosowana została metoda analizy treści nauczania papieża Franciszka, a szczególnie jego adhortacji apostolskiej Amoris laetitia. Wynikiem przeprowadzonej analizy jest zarys nowej strategii duszpasterstwa rodzin. Z przeprowadzonej analizy nasuwają się wniosek, że w obecnych uwarunkowaniach społeczno-kulturowych miłosierdzie jest zasadą wiodącą w duszpasterstwie rodzin. Zasada ta powinna znaleźć zastosowanie w relacji pomiędzy duszpasterzem a małżonkami, w relacji małżonków względem siebie i swoich dzieci, małżonków i rodzin względem innych małżonków i rodzin.
The crisis of marriage and family in Western culture provides the background for the research. The aim of the study is to apply the principle of mercy to the pastoral care of families. The method of analyzing the content of the teaching of Pope Francis is used, especially his apostolic exhortation Amoris laetitia. The results obtained in the analysis constitute the outline of a new family pastoral strategy. The analysis concludes that mercy is the guiding principle in family pastoral care in the current socio-cultural conditions. This principle should apply in the relationship between the pastor and the spouses, in the relationship of the spouses with respect to each other and their children, and between the spouses and their families relating to other spouses and families.
