- The ideas of today leisure education are very different and (complicated). On one hand, they are analyzed in terms of the level of material culture and on the other hand in terms of the level of spiritual culture. Struggle for the rights of children were from the very beginning the struggle for right to life, for freedom from violence and the release of children from strenuous work and then for right to realize other rights of the child as for example: to the dignity, to love, to family care and right to contact with their parents, right to leisure time, right for fun and education, right to get adequate standard of life, and the right for leisure. This analysis is dominated by the problems of human rights especially the right to freedom. It is clear that a sense of freedom is a kind of state of mind (leisure as a state of mind) can be shaped by the pedagogy of leisure and pedagogy of freedom and will have an impact on future setting to life. Childhood is a time to create a positive attitude towards everything that a man will meet in the future. Comparing the situation of children in different cultures, different social and economic situations, one can indicate the fundamental rights of children that have an impact on shaping the attitudes of human life, which are always formed in childhood.
