Opis:: Article consists from two part – theoretical, which contain conceptualization of basic concepts and empirical, in which have been presented investigative hypotheses and analysis of the data obtained results conducted research in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Ukraine in 2015. The subject of the research was: “Environmental values in the awareness of the students of humanities and life sciences from the selected European countries”. Formulate conclusions are pessimistic enough. They indicate, that level of evolution of environmental intelligence is low among students, accompanies also deficit of feature of so called environmental personality ago. The highest level of environmental intelligence have presented non-believers and persons declaring other confession. In second variable they were inhabitants of cities. Results they should present impulse for taking of next research in this range.

Opis:: The digital economy has led to massive changes in the economy and international trading, where user data have become the cornerstone of new business models. Digital services have become transformational and led to significant revenue generation for these corporations. However, there is a growing perception amongst individuals and governments that these digital services are not taxed fairly, given the ability of companies to shift profits between different countries. Digital service taxes have recently become very attractive and implemented in a variety of countries, but significant challenges remain. Artificial intelligence has become an attractive way of determining patterns across data and has been increasingly utilized in legal environments. I will outline a new legal framework for the integration of artificial intelligence for the determination of digital service taxes and outline the integration of subsea cable communication data into the framework. Furthermore, I will address the legal environmental challenges, specifically related to the South China Sea, and how cost associated with can be incorporated into the digital service tax environment.

Opis:: The current stage of socio-economic development is focused on ensuring prosperity by meeting the goals and intensifying the practices of the 4th generation smart industry. The ways and methods of advancement are being scientifically researched and specified, while at the same time revealing errors and weaknesses in the development so far, which are the potential for continuous increase of prosperity and sustainable production and consumption. From this point of view, the paper analyses and more accurately formulates the effects of smart industry 4.0 on the economy and society in a global sense. In the context of the new industry 5.0 development concept identifies significant progress in automation, robotization and digitization of imaginary processes supporting economic growth with obvious reserves and risks in the social field, as well as in relation to sustainable development and climate strategies, especially in the environmental field. In the article, the authors present the concept of models for intensification and transition from the developed implementation model for Industry 4.0 to the environment and concepts of Industry 5.0. Priorities for the development and innovation of the fourth generation smart industry within the fifth generation concept and possible synergy effects from human-robot-machine-environment cooperation, especially in the social field and in ensuring the well-being of workers in industry, are formulated in more detail.
