    Opis:
    The article presents the impact of electromagnetic interferences of low frequency range, on transport security systems used in wide transport areas. Intended and unintended (stationary and mobile), electromagnetic interferences, impacting on items and components constituting transport system at wide area (seaport, railway, etc.), cause changes of its vulnerability, resistance and durability. Diagnostics of interferences sources (amplitude, frequency range, radiation characteristics, etc.), appearing within transport environment, and usage of appropriate technical solutions of systems (i.e. shielding, reliability structures), allows for safe implementation of safety surveillance of human beings, properties and communication means.

    W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z zaburzeniami radioelektrycznymi i impulsowymi zaburzeniami elektromagnetycznymi, które występują w sieci energetycznej 230 V/50 Hz, zasilającej stacjonarne obiekty kolejowe. Badaniom były poddane obiekty znajdujące się w południowo-wschodniej Polsce. Wykonywano tam pomiary zaburzeń w sieci trójfazowej, w wytypowanych wcześniej nastawniach. Wyniki przedstawiono w formie charakterystyk poziomu zaburzeń radioelektrycznych w funkcji częstotliwości oraz tablic zawierających zestawienie ilości przepięć występujących podczas cyklu pomiarowego (około 20 dni).
    The article presents questions connected with radio noises and electromagnetic interferences occurring in 230 V/50 Hz power supply system supplying railway permanent installations. Installations located in South-East Poland were examined. Measurements of interferences in three-phase network in pre-selected signal bones, were carried out. The results are presented in the form of characteristics of radio noises as a function of frequency and in tables containing of over voltages occurring during measuring cycle. (Approximately 20 days).

    W artykule przedstawiono problematykę dotyczącą zaburzeń radioelektrycznych i impulsowych zaburzeń elektromagnetycznych, które występują w niskonapięciowej pokładowej sieci zasilania elektrycznych i spalinowo-elektrycznych pojazdów trakcyjnych oraz wagonów pasażerskich. Omówiono metody przeprowadzania pomiarów i podano przykładowe wyniki pomiarów, w formie charakterystyk poziomu zaburzeń radioelektrycznych w funkcji częstotliwości dla wytypowanych obiektów, oraz oscylogramy zarejestrowanych przepięć na wyjściu poszczególnych źródeł. Scharakteryzowano ciekawsze rezultaty z przeprowadzonych badań.
    The paper presents issues of radioelectric and pulse interferences, which occur in the low voltage circuits of coaches and electric and diesel-electric traction vehicles. Measurement methods are discussed and example measurement results are given in the form of characteristics of radioelectric interference level vs frequency for selected objects as well as oscillograms of overvoltages re.corded at the output of particular sources. Some interesting results from tests carried out are de.scribed.

    Opis:
    In this paper the results of research connected with common mode (CM) interference generated by four-quadrant frequency converters and effective methods of CM voltage compensation are presented. The obtained results show that conducted CM interference generated by these converters in a low voltage (LV) grid can be transferred by means of parasitic couplings into a medium voltage (MV) network and can be observed at distant points under overhead MV lines. The compensation of the CM voltage sources on both the input and the output sides of the AC/DC/AC converter using proposed arrangement of compensators significantly reduces unwanted, EMC related, side effects accompanying the application of AC/DC/AC interfaces in Smart Grids.

    Opis:
    In this paper the method of the selection of dv/dt for EMI current ringing attenuation has been presented. The mechanism for the attenuation is first identified using the theoretical approach. It is shown that the attenuation occurs for rise time of the voltage equal to the inverse of the frequency of current ringing. The concept has been experimentally verified in DC chopper and frequency converter arrangements. The proposed method of ringing attenuation can be applied in power converters with flexible gate control and can be also utilized in a wide area of electronic circuits with a trapezoidal excitation for a signal integrity improvement.

    W artykule scharakteryzowano specyfikę zakłóceń elektromagnetycznych w aplikacjach kolejowych. Opisano metody analizy zaburzeń elektromagnetycznych generowanych przez pojazdy szynowe. Przykładowe wyniki analiz w dziedzinie czasu i częstotliwości porównano z wynikami analizy czasowo-częstotliwościowej, umożliwiającej identyfikację i lokalizację źródeł zaburzeń w pojazdach szynowych. Wskazano możliwe przyczyny zmian poziomów zaburzeń generowanych przez pojazdy szynowe w czasie eksploatacji.
    The paper presents the specific character of electromagnetic interference in railway applications. Methods of analysis of electromagnetic disturbances generated by track vehicles have been described. Exemplary results of analyses in time and frequency domain are compared to the results of time – frequency analysis which enable identification and the localization of disturbances sources in track vehicles. The paper indicates possible reasons of changes of levels of generated disturbances by track vehicles in their life cycle.
