    Opis:
    Background. The aim of this paper was to create cognitive models reflecting the efficiency of actions of players in individual positions existing in a modern system of play organization on the basis of a praxeological theory of team sport games. Furthermore, an attempt was made to determine the efficiency of individual and team actions of the studied teams according to the current player’s position. Material and methods. The research material consisted of 21 semi-final and final matches played during the most important football tournaments in the years 2002–2008. Actions of 26 teams playing in the 1–4–2–3–1 system of play organization were analysed. Results. It was found that the efficiency of actions of individual footballers playing according to a certain system of play organization is dependent on the position in the formation. Conclusions. Patterns of efficiency of actions of footballers playing in particular positions should be used to create models of play for lower level players.

    Zasady i wytyczne sprawnej organizacji działania stanowią zbiór proponowanych przez naukę dyrektyw i zaleceń, których świadome stosowanie w znacznym stopniu ułatwia i przyspiesza działanie oraz pozwala na osiągnięcie lepszych wyników. Problem ochrony praw poszczególnych grup społecznych istnieje na całym świecie. Polska, podobnie jak większość krajów na świecie, posiada organy o charakterze ombudsmańskim lub quasi-ombudsmańskim w postaci różnych zinstytucjonalizowanych rzeczników praw, których powinna cechować skuteczność działania. Istotne jest sprawne i efektywne funkcjonowanie w prawie wewnętrznym podmiotu sprawującego odpowiednią kontrolę, czy prawa poszczególnych grup społecznych są należycie wykonywane, zabezpieczone i chronione. Do takich podmiotów należy ombudsman, którego odpowiednikiem jest RPD. Przedmiotem kontroli sprawowanej przez Rzecznika jest sprawdzanie zarówno działań, jak i zaniechań, czyli bezczynności innych podmiotów prawa. Prawną formą działania RPD jest również szeroko rozumiana współpraca z aparatem administracyjnym.
    Principles and guidelines for efficient organization of operation constitute a set of directives and recommendations proposed by science, the conscious application of which – purposeful application significantly facilitates and accelerates operation and allows for achieving better results. The problem of protecting the rights of individual social groups exists throughout the world. Poland, like most other countries in the world, has ombudsman or quasi-ombudsman bodies in the form of various institutionalized ombudsmen who should be effective. It is important to have efficient, effective functioning in the internal law of the entity exercising appropriate control over whether the rights of individual social groups – human rights are properly exercised, secured and protected. Such entities include the ombudsman, whose counterpart is RPD. The subject of the Ombudsman’s control is checking both actions and omissions, i.e. the inaction of other legal entities. The legal form of RPD is also broadly understood cooperation with the administrative apparatus.

    Opis:
    The aim of this study was to present a model which shows the efficiency of the goalkeepers’ actions in soccer based on observations of 12 direct elimination matches during the 2010 World Cup, the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2011 Copa America. Data was recorded on observational sheet template designed by the author. Goalkeepers’ actions, efficiency and reliability, during both offensive and defensive actions, were subject to examination. The study found that during offensive actions, for goalkeepers the most effective actions are those of taking control of the field of play and keeping possession of the ball. Whereas creating a goal scoring opportunity represents only a small percentage of their actions. Defensive actions are generally performed individually by goalkeepers and they are the most reliable while catching the ball.

    Opis:
    This paper is devoted to the impact of EU law on national leniency programmes, especially the Polish one. It analyses the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice in Pfleiderer, Donau Chemie and Schenker and identifies three specific areas of potential EU influence on national leniency programmes. The impact of EU law on the rules of access to leniency documents is analysed in detail on the basis of both EU and Polish law and taking into account the Draft Directive on Antitrust Damages Actions. The paper covers also the extent to which the principle of effectiveness of EU law limits the procedural autonomy of Member States in regard to their leniency programmes. This analysis covers both “negative conditions”, that is, elements of national leniency programmes which are incompatible with EU law, and “positive conditions”, in order words, those elements of domestic leniency programmes which are seen as necessary for securing their effectiveness.
    L'article concerne l'influence du droit de l‘Union européenne sur les programmes de clémence nationaux, en particulier le programme polonais. La jurisprudence de la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne est analysée, surtout les arrêts en Pfleiderer, Donau Chemie et Schenker. Les trois avenues de l'influence du droit européen sur le programme de clémence sont identifiés – les règles d'accès aux confessions des entreprises bénéficiaires de la clémence, qui sont analysées en détaille, les limitations des programmes nationaux de clémence à cause du principe d'effectivité et les obligations des autorités nationales de concurrence d’assurer l'effectivité des programmes de clémence

    Opis:
    The functionality of the programmable drive control system of a sewing machine with open cycle technology was tested, built according to the author's earlier work. It was found that the feeding mechanism of the sewing machine is sensitive to the textiles and to the machine's rotation speed. The application of the sewing speed programmable control system created conditions for proper reflection of parameters for the technological tasks proposed. Creating a programming algorithm and machine learning of the operator based on sewing speed control software is, as studies have shown, an important step in building a new generation of sewing machines.
    Badano funkcjonalność układu programowego sterowania serwonapędem maszyny szyjącej o otwartym cyklu technologicznym, zbudowanego we wcześniejszej pracy autora. Stwierdzono wrażliwość transportera maszyny na tekstylia oraz na prędkość obrotową maszyny. Zastosowanie programowego sterowania serwonapędem maszyny stworzyło warunki do poprawnego odwzorowania parametrów projektowanego zadania technologicznego. Zbudowany na bazie układu programowego sterowania serwonapędem maszyny algorytm programowania maszyny i uczenia operatora stanowi, jak wykazały przeprowadzone badania, istotny krok w budowie maszyn szyjących nowej generacji.
