    Domieszki odgrywają znaczną rolę we współczesnej technologii betonu. Efektywne ich wykorzystanie jest jednak bardzo często utrudnione ze względu na złożony mechanizm oddziaływania na podstawowe stadia, takie jak: adsorpcja, rozpuszczanie, reakcje chemiczne i inne. Badania tych procesów jednoznacznie wskazują, że niezależnie od mechanizmów oddziaływania domieszek, wszystkie one wpływają na zmiany kinetyki przebiegu tych procesów, a tym samym na intensywność i wielkość efektów cieplnych. W oparciu o przeprowadzone badania opracowano podstawowe założenia i kryteria termokinetycznej oceny efektywności domieszek.
    Admixtures are significant in modern concrete technology. However, their effective use is very often difficult due to the complex mechanism of their influence on the main stages, such as: adsorption, dissolution, chemical reactions and others. The study of these processes clearly indicates that regardless of the admixture mechanisms of interactions, they all influence the kinetic course of these processes and thereby the intensity and magnitude of the thermal effects. Based on the studies the basic assumptions and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of thermokinetic admixtures have been developed.

    Introduction: Circulatory system diseases have high medical and social significance, therefore, the study of the quality of life associated with health for cardiological patients is of great practical importance. A large number of methods for assessing the quality of life are known, but not all methods have a methodological justification in cardiology and practical approbation. The aim of the work was to assess the clinical value of the WHOQOL-100 questionnaire for a group of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Materials and methods: The work methodology is presented by the analysis of RISC, Springer Link, Oxford University Press, New England Medical Journal, British Medical Journal, Elsevier SCOPUS database, EBSCO platform, as a result, the WHOQOL100 method was justified for use. Results: It has been established that the psychological field (the ratio of positive and negative emotions) and the sphere of social relations with an emphasis on practical social support are components of the quality of life, which can be considered as key vectors of social rehabilitation and criteria for the social effectiveness of treating patients with cardiovascular diseases. Conclusion: The international questionnaire WHOQOL-100 is recommended for use for cardiological patients with the subsequent analysis of the whole profile of quality of life.

    With the advancement of information technology and the Internet, new and promising ways of promoting products and services are emerging for modern businesses. Successful promotion and positioning of an enterprise on the Internet is the key to success of its activity. At the same time, the lack of information about a company on the Internet today can even lead to the loss of a regular customer and, as a consequence, the effectiveness of an organization’s activity. Important innovative tools for advertising products and services of modern businesses online are the use of social media. In a broad sense, social media are an Internet service that is intended to disseminate certain information created by users, whereas any consumer of the service may be the author of such information. The emergence and rapid development of social media is due to the fact that the modern consumer is gradually losing confidence in traditional media and is ignoring them. Social media, as a new space for consumers, have their own features that differentiate them from the rest of the media, and accordingly their methods of work are also different from traditional ones. Therefore, the questions of the features of advertising on social media and the evaluation of its effectiveness are relevant and important in the organization of an enterprise’s marketing and in the process of promoting its products or services. The evolution of social media in the modern world has reached such a level that millions of people around the world create, disseminate and promote information about themselves, or about certain things.     This article provides a cluster analysis of existing technoparks, the sample of which was built according to the completeness of the data presented on the official websites of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the terms of operation. The analysis is carried out in order to determine the best components of the effectiveness of the development of the technopark movement in Russia. According to the analysis of this article, we can talk about a weak relationship between the three sub-indices: the activities of the management company, the activities of residents, the activities of regional authorities. The obtained data can serve as a starting base for further construction of an econometric model of the efficiency factors of technoparks.

    We wstępie autor podaje definicje używanych w artykule pojęć: efektywności pracy naukowej, kariery i karierowicza w nauce. Dalej przedstawia uwarunkowania poprawy efektywności działalności naukowo-badawczej, wyróżniając warunki stwarzane przez środowisko pracy oraz predyspozycje młodych kandydatów do nauki wśród, których na pierwszy plan wysuwa kreatywność. Duży nacisk kładzie na upraszczane metody oceny parametrycznej jednostek naukowych, które nie ujmują samych autorów prac a głównie rangę wydawnictw naukowych.
    In the introduction the author presents definitions of the terms used in the article: the effectiveness of scientific work, career and a careerist in science. Next, he presents the conditions for improving the effectiveness of scientific-research activity distinguishing conditions created by the working environment and predispositions of young candidates towards learning, among which creativity is the most important. He puts particular emphasis on the simplified methods of parametric assessment of scientific units which do not only encompass the authors of studies, but mainly the rank of scientific publishing companies.

    Niniejszy artykuł stanowi propozycję ogólnej formuły analizy i projektowania systemów zarządzania procesowego. Głównym celem analizy jest ocena efektywności działalności menedżerskiej (zarządczej), a w konsekwencji wskazanie kierunków jej doskonalenia. W prezentowanym artykule zostały przedstawione: definicja systemu zarządzania procesowego, graficzne formy prezentacji procesów, istota podejścia procesowego, metodyka analizy systemów zarządzania procesowego, problem oceny efektywności i doskonalenia procesów, specyfika projektowania systemów zarządzania procesowego. Dwa centralne zagadnienia metodologiczne artykułu to: metodyka analizy systemów zarządzania procesowego oraz cykl projektowania tego typu systemów. Proponowana metodyka analizy systemów zarządzania procesowego obejmuje następujące etapy: 1) ustalenie celu i przedmiotu badania, 2) dobór rodzajowy i ilościowy kryteriów oceny, 3) ustalenie wag kryteriów oceny, 4) pomiar sprawności systemów SZp-N. Cykl projektowania w wersji wyspecjalizowanej (odniesionej do systemów zarządzania procesowego) reprezentują poniższe etapy: 1. Opis dziedziny zarządzania. 2. Projektowanie pragmatyki procesów zarządzania. 3. Projektowanie organizacji procesów zarządzania. 4. Projektowanie instrumentów procesów zarządzania. 5. Analiza efektywności procesów zarządzania. 6. Doskonalenie systemów zarządzania procesowego.
    The paper proposes a general formula for analysing and designing a process management system. The general objective of the analysis is to assess the effectiveness of managerial activities and, consequently, propose necessary improvements. The paper discusses the following issues: definition of a process management system, graphical forms of presenting processes, the concept of a process approach, methodology for analysing process management systems, assessment of process effectiveness and improvement, characteristics of designing process management systems. The methodological issues discussed in the paper focus on two areas: methods for analysing process management systems and the designing cycle for such systems. The proposed methods for analysing process management systems include the following stages: 1) setting the objectives of and defining research areas, 2) type-oriented and quantitative selection of assessment criteria, determination of assessment weightings, 4) measurement of the systems’ effectiveness. The designing cycle in a specialised variant (referred to process management systems) corresponds to the below defined stages: 1. Description of management area. 2. Designing the pragmatics of management processes. 3. Designing the organization of management processes. 4. Designing management process instruments. 5. Analysis of management process effectiveness. 6. Improvements in process management systems.

    W artykule przedstawiono projekt kryteriów i mierników oceny efektywności podsystemu bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego obszaru działania Państwowej Straży Pożarnej (PSP) w Systemie Bezpieczeństwa Narodowego Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Stanowiły one głos w dyskusji nad opracowaniem metodologii i metodyki oceny efektywności systemu bezpieczeństwa narodowego wykonywanej przez zespół naukowo-badawczy w ramach projektu pt. System Bezpieczeństwa Narodowego RP . W artykule w pierwszej kolejności zdefiniowano zasady formułowania kryteriów efektywności podsystemu bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego w obszarze działania Państwowej Straży Pożarnej, a następnie zaprezentowano kryteria oceny jego efektywności. Docelową część opracowania stanowią jednak metodyki oceny efektywności podsystemu bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego w obszarze działania Państwowej Straży Pożarnej. Prezentowaną koncepcję odniesiono do przepisów obowiązującego prawa, zasad, wytycznych i analiz.
    This paper presents the design criteria and metrics evaluation of the effectiveness of internal security subsystem area of operation of the State Fire Service in the National Safety System of the Republic of Poland. They were carried out in the discussion on the development of methodologies and methods for assessing the effectiveness of the National Safety System by a team of scientific – research in project National Safety System. In an article in the first place defined rules subsystem formulation of criteria for the effectiveness of internal security in the area of the State Fire Service, and then presents the criteria for assessing the effectiveness of internal security subsystem in the area of the State Fire Service. Third part of the report includes an evaluation of the effectiveness of the methodology of internal security subsystem in the territory of the State Fire Service. The whole of referred to the applicable laws, rules, guidelines and analysis.

    The main goal of the article is to present the rules for ethical investing and criteria for selecting an ethical portfolio as well as comparative analysis of the effectiveness of ethical and unethical investments. The article points out the evolution in the approach to the construction of ethical portfolios from the one based on the negative selection (exclusion of companies from “undesired” industries) toward positive selection, concentrated on selecting companies following good practices of corporate governance and having a positive social and environmental impact. Research on the effectiveness of SRI investment versus traditional investments show that in most cases the inclusion of ESG criteria in portfolio selection has a neutral impact on portfolio performance and in some cases that impact becomes positive. The research conducted for the purpose of this article, comparing the performance of real life portfolios of ethical, unethical and traditional investments, during the period of 2003–2014 has shown the dominance of portfolio returns generated by the unethical portfolio although accompanied by the higher variation of these returns, resulting from limited sectoral diversification of unethical portfolio.
    Głównym celem artykułu jest prezentacja zasad etycznego inwestowania i kryteriów selekcji inwestycji etycznych oraz analiza porównawcza efektywności inwestycji etycznych i nieetycznych. Artykuł wskazuje na ewolucję sposobu podejścia do budowy portfeli inwestycji etycznych: od podejścia opartego na negatywnej selekcji (wykluczenia z portfela spółek działających w branżach „niepożądanych”) w kierunku selekcji pozytywnej, koncentrującej się na wyborze spółek, które przestrzegają „zasad dobrych praktyk” ładu korporacyjnego i których działalność sprzyja interesom społecznym i środowiskowym. Badania efektywności inwestycji SRI na tle inwestycji tradycyjnych w większości przypadków sugerują, że uwzględnienie kryteriów ESG w budowie portfela ma neutralny wpływ na wyniki portfela etycznego, na tle portfeli tradycyjnych, i jedynie niekiedy wpływ ten jest pozytywny. Przeprowadzone dla potrzeb artykułu badanie porównawcze realnych portfeli inwestycji etycznych, nieetycznych i tradycyjnych dla okresu 2003–2014 wykazało natomiast dominację stóp zwrotu z portfela inwestycji nieetycznych, okupioną jednak wyższą zmiennością stóp zwrotu, wynikającą z niskiej dywersyfikacji sektorowej portfela nieetycznego.

    The considerations carried out in this study serve to answer the question on the level of implementation of selected agri-environmental instruments in individual EU countries in the opinion of the European Court of Auditors. The aim of the article is to analyze and evaluate ECA judgments on compliance with applicable regulations, as well as recommendations for future directions of changes in the impact of agriculture on the environment, currently proposed in various options for the next stage of CAP development after 2020.

    The paper presents the subject of e-training and the issues of assessing their effectiveness. The efficiency factors were presented and based on them, a model for assessing the effectiveness of e-training was proposed. The values of individual assessment factors represent differences between different e-training. They can indicate the strengths and weaknesses of e-training, which will facilitate work on improving the course.

    W opracowaniu omawiane są niektóre problemy dotyczące pomiaru efektywności pedagogicznej. Jest to ciągle problem otwarty. Dlatego konieczna jest reinterpretacja całej konwencji terminologicznej. Dotyczy to także edukacji informacyjnej i informatycznej. Konieczne jest nowe określenie w tym zakresie siatki problemowej. Wyróżnienie rodzajów efektywności wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej pozwala na opracowanie katalogu wskaźników dla każdego z nich, a przez to dobór metod i narzędzi pomiaru. W ostatnim czasie szczególnie ważne są problemy oceny efektywności zewnętrznej, a w tym badanie losów i przydatności zawodowej absolwentów, ocena efektywności różnych form doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym tzw. egzaminów zewnętrznych, pozwalających na uzyskanie certyfikatów. Konieczna jest także ocena poziomu rozwoju społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Proponuję zastosowanie wskaźników: szansy cyfrowej (DOI) i gotowości sieciowej (NRI).
    This study is to take certain issues concerning the measurement of the effectiveness of teaching. It is still an open problem. Therefore it is necessary to reinterpret the whole convention of the terminology. This also applies to IT and information education. It is needed to determine the area of issue net. Mention the types of internal and external efficiency allows creating the catalog of indicators for each of them and thus the selection of methods and tools of measurement. Nowadays there are particularly important issues to value the effectiveness of external including future and professional suitability of graduates, evaluate the effectiveness of various forms of professional development and so-called: external exams that enable to obtain certificates. It is also necessary to value the level of development of information society. I suggest using in this case indicators such as Digital Opportunity Index (DOI) and Network Readiness Index (NRI).
