    Opis:
    Aim of this article is to show relations between reforming of educational law and school practise, For example effectiveness and their meaning for innovations and educational alternatives. This is theoretical and practical approach. In this article analysed models of implementation educational inovations. It shows that changes of practise are in control of educational politics and law norms. From 2010 we have a new rules which goal is to improve quality of diagnose and developmental support of gifted children. Teachers working with gifted children are first line of changes. Teachers (N=95) were asked to assess effectivnes of reguations and their meaning in the work with gifted children. Results shows that quality of support of gifted children is based mostly on authonomic decisions and motivation of teachers. Educational changes which are not consulted with them concludes mainly with additional paper work for them.

    Artykuł dotyczy problematyki kształcenia studentów wyższych uczelni pedagogicznych w kontekście rozwoju i modernizacji systemu szkolnictwa wyższego. Podstawowym czynnikiem wymuszających zmiany są procesy związane z globalizacją, takie jak zmiana stylu życia związana ze wzrostem tempa interakcji społecznej pod wpływem nowych technologii, migracją ludności, transferem usług oraz unifikacja kulturową wynikającą z kopiowania modelów konsumpcji i nieograniczonego rozprzestrzeniania idei. Wobec tych gwałtownie przebiegających zmian, jednym z najważniejszych zadań dla kształcenia pedagogicznego wydaje się stworzenie systemu profesjonalnej edukacji nauczyciela potrafiącego sprostać przyszłym wyzwaniom. W artykule przedstawiono priorytety i innowacje wprowadzane w tym zakresie na Ukrainie w odniesieniu do polskiego systemu edukacji i europejskich rozwiązań. Zwrócono uwagę na ich znaczenie w myśleniu o polityce edukacyjnej i formowaniu elementów strukturalnych systemu kształcenia oraz wpływ na rozwój wiedzy społeczeństwa.
    The article deals with the problem of professional education of students of pedagogical universities. It is emphasized that an important task of pedagogical science is the development of a system for the modernization of university education. The basis and main stimulus of this process is globalization, a new world trend through which the way of life, the spread of consumer goods and ideas become standardized throughout the world. The main directions of the national priorities Ukrainian innovations and their importance for the Polish education system are presented. The areas of the Ukrainian-Polish cooperation of educational systems in the context of modern innovations and in the sphere of the European priorities are considered. Attention is drawn to the importance of thinking about educational policy and forming structural elements of the education system and the impact on the development of a knowledge society.

    Opis:
    Inthis the essence of the problem of organizing interaction of the subjects of the educational process. A review of scientific sources on the research problem is done. Based on empirical research, the results of studying the readiness of primary school teachers to organize interaction in the classroom are presented. The analysis of the survey, in which Ivano-Frankivsk region (Ukraine) teachers participated, was carried out. The subject of the study was to determine the concept of "dialogic interaction", the use of this method in primary school, as well as teachers' difficulties in organizing interactive learning in the classroom: insufficient methodological support, the gap between theoretical knowledge and challenges of school practice. 48.2% of teachers use interaction every day or at each lesson to intensify students' learning activities, to stimulate their cognitive interests, to establish cooperation and co-creation. There are also respondents who do not practice or use this technique very rarely. It was found that some respondents (almost 55%) will have difficulty in organizing interactive interaction in the educational process; 25% - indicated some difficulties using these methods in primary school, 20% - have no difficulty organizing an educational dialogue with students in class.

Niniejszy tekst jest opisem badań nad wykorzystaniem metod arteterapeutycznych w pracy z dziećmi w młodszym wieku szkolnym w obszarze relacji rówieśniczych. Autorka stara się dowieść, że arteterapia może stać się odpowiedzią na współczesne wyzwania wychowawcze i wpływać na relacje rówieśnicze dzieci w młodszym wieku szkolnym.
    At their first stage of education, children face the intensified process of acquiring emotional and social competence, as well as developing interpersonal relations. It is of crucial value to make this process go smoothly and be well stimulated. In this era of modern threats, this process poses a challenge for teachers, forcing them to seek innovational and attractive educational methods which will enable them to have a gentle impact on the personal motivation of a young learner in his or her emotional and social abilities of interpersonal peer relations. This text is a description of research in the area of the use of art therapy in early learner education in the scope of their interpersonal relations. The author tries to demonstrate that art therapy can become a major key in resolving educational obstacles and can have a positive impact on interpersonal relations of children in their early education.

    Purpose – The aim of the study is to indicate the main determinants and barriers that affect the innovative activity of educational farms located in the rural areas of Poland. A review of domestic and foreign literature and a survey conducted among the described entities helped to achieve this goal. Research method – The first part of the article discusses the literature on the multifunctionality of agriculture. The second part deals with the subject of innovation and describes educational farms located in the rural areas of Poland and their activities in the context of innovation. The third part is devoted to empirical research based on the analysis of questionnaires. Results – The conducted analysis of available materials proves that the examined entities show activity in all areas of innovation, however, they define it to a different degree. Originality /value / implications /recommendations - The article implies the need to work on harmonizing the definition of innovation, as it is still perceived by many respondents as a process of modification of production factors closely related to technological innovation.

    The article highlights innovative curricula while training future American medical specialists in the 21st century to develop the necessary professional competences and correspond to reality. „The Undergraduate Medical Education for the 21st Century” program led to numerous innovative curricula to evolve communication skills, leadership, and teamwork. The Pfeifer curriculum dealt with reducing training time and enhanced preparation for the „Step” exams. Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University created and implemented the Schwartz Communication Sessions. In the context of the Introduction to Clinical Medicine (ICM) HST 200 course, medical students at Harvard University-MIT improved their professional communication skills.

    Pedagogical innovations is a broad and important field of educational policy in the range of executing current priorities of education mentioned by the experts not only in Europe. More and more scientific publications concerning innovative competencies and pedagogical work are to the disposal of theorists as well as practitioners and educational administration employees what proclaims the beginning of my article and extensive analysis of etiology and classification of pedagogical innovations. Undoubtedly, the place of a teacher, who acts in the capacity of an author as well as a recipient of changes which aims to brighten the process of care, education, breeding and pedagogical therapy, is very significant. One of the primary, as far as not the most essential feature of a contemporary teacher is the creativity which forms the source of quick adaptation in the profession of a teacher and often enough satisfaction from performed occupation. Each act of relation between a teacher and a student is new, different because refers to an individual who is a distinct being, multidimensional. A teacher-innovator is an employee highly welcome by every educational establishment which cares for appeal of its educational offer and most of all about catholic development of a student and especially about the progress of divergent thinking. Pro and anti innovativeness are an effect of changes made top-down by the ministry of education within the innovative activity. Thus, analysing and critical view on pedagogical innovations seem to be the priority at a time of contemporary reform.
    Innowacje pedagogiczne to szeroki i ważny obszar polityki oświatowej w zakresie realizowania aktualnych priorytetów edukacji wymienianych przez ekspertów nie tylko w Europie. Coraz więcej publikacji naukowych dotyczących kompetencji innowacyjnych i twórczości pedagogicznej jest do dyspozycji teoretyków jak i praktyków oraz pracowników administracji oświatowej, o czym świadczy początek mojego artykułu i obszerna analiza etiologii i klasyfikacji innowacji pedagogicznych. Niewątpliwie istotne jest miejsce nauczyciela w realizacji innowacji pedagogicznych, który występuje w roli zarówno twórcy jak i odbiorcy zmian mających na celu ulepszenie procesu opieki, kształcenia, wychowania i terapii pedagogicznej. Jedną z podstawowych, o ile nie najważniejszą, cechą współczesnego nauczyciela jest jego kreatywność, która stanowi źródło szybkiej adaptacji w profesji nauczyciela a niejednokrotnie satysfakcji z wykonywanego zawodu. Każdy bowiem akt relacji nauczyciela z uczniem jest nowy, inny, gdyż dotyczący jednostki, będącej odrębnym bytem wielowymiarowym. Nauczyciel – innowator to pracownik pożądany przez każdą placówkę oświatową, która dba o atrakcyjność swojej oferty edukacyjnej a przede wszystkim o wszechstronny rozwój ucznia a zwłaszcza jego zdolności myślenia dywergencyjnego. Pro - i antyinnowacyjność jest efektem zmian dokonywanych odgórnie przez resort oświaty w obrębie działalności innowacyjnej. Zatem priorytetem wydaje się dokonywanie analizy i krytyczne spojrzenie na innowacje pedagogiczne w dobie współczesnej reformy.
